hello hello hello again this is diane and randall bro i’m your friendly prescott pickle lady yes she is we are the spouses who sell houses yeah and we’re in one of our favorite places it’s located in the old capitol market buildings right come in here right off the square come downstairs we are in the superstition meadery it’s amazing it’s amazing they have their own brewery here they make their own need it is to die for so today we decided we’re going a little field trip and show you guys what it’s all about so if you’re here but before we get into it uh a little test let’s see if you were listening are you ready you ready okay so uh first of all what’s what is meat it is uh a brew made with honey it’s a wine it’s a wine made with honey correct and it’s because it’s made with honey our mead’s always sweet yes no no no it depends on how much you ferment them the more you ferment them the stronger and the drier they will be i don’t really care i don’t need to be educated i just like the effect that’s all i’m looking for i’m looking for the effect yeah the effect is the most important thing today we decided to sample the flight of all 12. yeah all 12. we could make up our minds so this is this is what they brought us it is uh a flight of need a a tour de force and so uh this is delicious is it is that very good yeah so they arrange it so that it’s in the order the same order that’s on the menu and literally each item on the menu is represented here is a super super super cool place to come really cool it’s nice and quiet and especially in the summertime it’s delightfully cool down here so you can come down it’s it’s nice and dark and cozy in the winter you can come down have your flight of 12 needs and enjoy yourself they also have some foods as well but if you look behind me you can see all of the meat look at that see all those pretty glass it’s just car boys anyway so we want to give you a little flavor a little local flavor of some cool places to come um especially after you move here we’re gonna start showing you some really nice places and some some just interesting places you can learn about and come come visit and bring your friends and and your they are the friends when they decide hey presque is the place for us to move so we gotta get everybody yourself drinking me they might join you see drinking some meat okay so that’s just a little snippet of what you want to talk about today yeah we also want to talk about something that we’re finding here in prescott there is a glut of amazing beautiful gorgeous homes um in the 700 000 range yeah people ask us what the what the market is like like is it is it a buyer’s market it’s a seller’s market it really depends on what market you’re talking about different areas of town are different and in particular different price points right are different people have been talking about this being such a seller’s market such a seller’s market that’s not so in many price points and one in particular right now is the 700s yes i want to make myself clear there aren’t just homes here in the 700 000. we have homes at all prices all price ranges but for right now for you lucky buyers that are looking to come and you kind of want you would be amazed at what a 700 000 home looks like sure versus in other areas yeah we are talking whatever reason because the 800s it’s not true the 900s that’s not true yep the 600s it’s not true for whatever reason we have a glut of seven hundreds at this point and they are gorgeous custom luxury homes yeah that’s a luxury home that are sitting here right for the picking and so those sellers are not getting a whole lot of buyers coming through it’s a great time to go it’s a great time if you’re thinking about coming here and you think uh you know i think i want to get something a little more luxurious this is my last home i want something really nice this is the time for you you can get in here and grab some beautiful beautiful places at really nice prices um luxury like you would not believe you wouldn’t find it anywhere else if you’re not in the 700s that’s cool we have plenty others we got plenty of others but if you just so happen to be in that range now is a great time to talk to us because uh we can find you some really good deals oh yeah and to be honest i mean a 700 000 home here is equivalent to like a 1.2 inches yeah 1.2 1.5 they’re even better actually so anyway put a little bee in your box that’s right if you’re thinking about that and thinking hey i kind of want to make a move i want to go someplace better i’m looking for a luxury home though we got them here they’re waiting for you they’re just waiting for the right owner the new the new buyer to come in and snatch it up and make it a beautiful home for hello hello hello hey peeps how’s everybody doing good i’m doing good you’re good all right yes happy fall y’all happy fall we’re just recovering we are recovering this is diane and randall bro hey how are you i’m the prescott pickle lady yes i am are you no i am i know not you me anyway we’re a little slow in the up we’re a little slow in the uptake if you notice this is our weekly wind down however we are in the right on the grounds of the courthouse so we didn’t think it would be a good idea to have open containers so no wine today yeah so but we’re gonna be drying out a little bit we’ll be drying up we are drying out because we just got back from vegas had a fabulous time all of our texas friends came up we hadn’t seen them in a while and we all met and vegas had the time of our lives [Music] i hope i got the right one anyway what we wanted to talk about today was how centrally located prescott is yep and what amazing destinations are really close by yep and vegas of course is one of them vegas baby yeah we saw a show there well we didn’t see it i saw an advertisement for the rat pack yep very exciting well obviously they’re not not the real not the real rapper they’re dead yeah are any of them alive i think i don’t think so maybe that fourth guy that nobody can remember i don’t know i don’t know about him who’s it steven ownership they’re all gone but yeah they’re all gone but they have people who imitate them evidently very well and uh we’re so we’re planning a trip back just to go see them go pop over see the show it’s an easy one-day trip have a nice dinner go see a show and head on back home so what we wanted to talk about is if you move to prescott how many amazing destinations there are immediately around us los angeles six hour drive six hour drive one hour flight yeah at the local prescott regional airport that’s true so you can hop on hop off and you’re already in l.a six hours also to san diego six hours to san diego it’s been a couple days in san diego correct yeah uh i think we’re like eight hours from albuquerque yeah so if you want to head down there and see all the great balloons and all that yeah get some turquoise jewelry yeah that’s what’s big down there i don’t know yeah we haven’t done it yeah that’s a day trader what’s uh you could do roswell i guess that’s a roswell if you’re into aliens go see the aliens over in roswell you can do that yeah super cool and then when you get a lot closer to home there’s like we’re two hours from uh phoenix which i’m down to phoenix all the time yeah so many cool things that’s an easy thing go to scottsdale great great party during the summer no don’t go during the summer but great golfing in scottsdale great art galleries amazing shopping that’s an easy day trip we’re 40 minutes from jerome which is a charming charming charming great place for a burger yeah uh mining town and old mining town but now it’s like a tourist destination of course there’s sedona or what an hour from sedona if that which you know go get re-energized go to the vortex get some energy in get some new crystals yeah get it all together get it all together feel good and where else where else are we close to oh denver one hour flight now from december you go to denver yeah if you’re into skiing whatever yeah you go to flag yeah or go to flags like two hours or something like that yeah so what are some other cool places yeah well you covered flag flagstaff you got that at grand canyon oh grand canyon three hours three hours to the grand canyon yeah have the time of your life or just stay here yeah that’s what a lot of people understand too prescott is a destination in and of itself it’s true and uh we get people from all these places coming to see us so absolutely and as you can see here we are in the town square look at fall yeah fall has fallen here’s us oh lord there we still are okay okay but anyway yeah fall is gorgeous here it’s beautiful the weather’s crisp the temperatures are just right no sweating and beautiful beautiful trees to see red trees green tree and well not green so much yellow i mean it’s stunning this is our town square yeah this is also a destination getting ready to gear up for the holiday season so every one of these trees on this this square will be covered in lights that is why we are arizona’s christmas city that’s right another thing to come see when you live here we are arizona’s christmas city we have over 90 000 worth of lights in these trees so i think that’s it what else do we have to cover i think that’s it that’s it so again we apologize for not having our wine we are going to go have some yeah we’ll do that real real soon but you know we’re right outside the courthouse so they wouldn’t have to take as far to take us to jails we want to keep it official we got to keep it official we don’t want to we don’t always break the rules just something just sometimes you most of the time me most of the time yeah hello hello hello again this is diane bro and randall bro we’re the spouses that sell houses and you’re the pickle lady i’m also the pickle lady if you call me up and we get together and we go look at some houses or you come to one of our open houses you’ll find out why on the pickle lady i make delicious pickles cajun style yes she does and i hand them out to people and then i get a lot of refill requests yeah she gets hit up quite a bit they’re delicious and i’m happy to go yes yes well we are here and i’m wearing green to match the beautiful greens that’s right prescott lakes here someone’s going to chip on you yeah i hope not yeah that’s all i need yeah it’s okay i need to make a pickle lady got chipped on um but anyway if you are a serious golfer and you’re looking for a fabulous place to retire we have so many amazing golf courses here prescott lakes is one of them this is prescott right behind us let the drone go around a little bit there there you go prescott lakes is amazing for golfing there also is capital canyon club that’s right beautiful beautiful located in talking rocks got it i know in the uh public courts right around the corner there’s antelope hills there’s a free public course but there’s so many ridge i’ll keep going i’ll keep naming anything else of course don’t start naming them back from home yeah they won’t i don’t want to do that yeah that’s right but anyway beautiful beautiful courses here so far golf is this great place to be absolutely anything else you’d like to say because you’re talking over me but that’s cool now he’s the ladies man now he’s going to be quiet camera yeah there you go i’ll get out go ahead pick a lady it’s all right yeah i’ll come back again i just need to be quiet right well let me quit quieter let me finish my thought yeah okay all right good go ahead are you sure i i don’t know i can’t promise anything okay you turn my coffin anyway this is the place for you come retire have a fabulous time enjoy all the beautiful golf courses we have here it’s just uh heaven on earth and you’ll see everybody riding their little golf carts around the neighborhoods and loving life um don’t have to be a golfer to write a card you don’t have to be their cards everywhere people your cards are cool the cards are cool i see you know grandma’s driving grandchildren i see people driving their pups just to kind of take a quick ride it’s it’s awesome so if you’re ready to retire and you love to golf and you want to have some amazing experiences come to arizona we have especially prescott we have the neighborhoods that’ll plug you right in and you’ll have a great time and you know what you worked hard you worked hard for this retirement get out here hit the green play some golf have fun yeah absolutely yeah all right we’ll talk about some other things next time too the other kind of if you’re not a big golfer there’s plenty of other things to do oh yeah we get a lot of requests for golf so we thought we’d do a little uh a little segment yeah where we focus on that and show you at least some of the beautiful areas around here where people play so i’m looking a little evil these branches are making a reflection it’s bringing out the true you know it’s not you know no maybe not that’s true that’s not true but anyway come on out bring your clubs have a great time nice to see you this is diane and randall bro weekly wine down that’s right you can reach us at 713-302-1964 give us a call let’s make your dream come true bye

you ready i’m ready i was born ready weekly wind up cheers hello hi friends and fellow realtors fellow clients families yeah i think so well you know we want some nice people but some can you edit that’s okay i can edit whatever you want i don’t like where it’s coming out okay no i know i in the word team that’s what i’m trying to say yeah but there’s a mate there’s a mate there’s me there’s me there yeah correct yeah yeah there’s also tea welcome randall welcome to the team yes and the wine and the wine should always take time out for wine always it’s all you know or adult beverage of your or your choice or an herbal tea herbal tea the wine is the wine is really symbolic it’s really about taking taking time but but honestly the wine tastes a lot better when it’s nuts okay all right we learned some fabulous news today but not not anything new that we all know living here this is not news to us fellow preschootonians the fact is that prescott has been ranked ninth in the entire united states yeah that’s huge that’s huge for well-being if you want to move here for some well-being good life good living this is the time that’s right it’s number nine number nine for those of you thinking maybe phoenix i hate to break it to you he so press gets looking mighty good at number nine number nine and the reason why is everyone here is happy here loves the weather loves the attitude loves the general vibe yeah we have a great purpose social financial community and physical those are the top five things physical what is physical having good health and enough energy to get things done daily and this town every day yeah every day every day every day well okay i think this is somewhere else but anyway that’s some bad news some bad news some bad news is about airport airport our airport service has been canceled oh yes this is very sad news um great lakes is no longer no longer going to be flying to los angeles which is devastating to us yeah we have two daughters who will be flying back and forth well not anymore they’ll be driving so yeah apparently there was not enough demand there’s no pilots you’re right not enough pilots who would sign up to fly those one hour commuter flight so that’s very sad day yeah yeah if you’re a pilot and you’re looking for a job call great lakes yeah great lakes will gladly get up back on board but as of now that has been suspended yeah so kind of sad about that yeah so now we’re going to have to drive the six hours to l.a but that’s the way like this some of the other things some of the yucky news will kind of talk about a little bit interest rates are going up yeah uh they are expecting some quarterly um quarterly increases and they’re predicting maybe by 2019 we’re gonna be up to five percent now for some of those i know don’t worry about supposedly old enough to remember you know you know 15 16 it’s still a joke but you know something to keep in mind it is steadily creeping up we’re losing our perfect storm you know we’ve got low interest rates we’ve got low inventory of high demands right yeah this is a really good time to sell a home it’s not going to be a perfect storm but it’s going to be pretty strong for the foreseeable future absolutely absolutely the other thing we wanted to talk about this weekend fun events that are happening coming up weekend coming up easter weekend is the great prescott easter egg hunt how fun is that it’s on saturday from 11 to two at the mile high middle school we’re gonna make a joke there but i’m not mile high just beyond the whiskey road right just beyond whiskey road and they are having a gigantic easter egg hunt so for all of our young families out there with kiddos we miss those days do you well i i you know that they’re going to have 20 000 eggs at that point oh yeah 20 000 we could still go even though we don’t have kids anymore yeah you’re going to get some eggs at this point they can’t be hiding them too often so 20 000 easter eggs they’re going to have food vendors soft drinks carnival and fun yeah so are we going to go um yeah but that is saturday march 31st 11 a.m to 2 p.m good times so if you’re a young family or grandchildren are visiting are you just really like eggs or you really like eggs yeah they go 20 000 easter eggs somebody’s gonna get at least one i’m thinking somebody’s gonna find they’re gonna be throwing eggs at you absolutely all right the other thing that i think is super cool and super fun and i didn’t know is that the elks theater is now showing movies oh that’s cool yeah all movies like casablanca gone with the wind they have all kinds of different movies so back in the day when it was an event you would go to a beautiful theater like the elks theater everybody would get dressed up yeah and that was an event yeah you didn’t schlep in your jammies like you can do some of these places and sit in a lazy boardroom yeah lazy board chairs go and experience elk’s theater beautiful beautiful theater and see some of the old movies the way it was in the olden days right yeah call them elk’s theater they’ll tell you the latest movie that’s showing i think that’d be kind of hard kind of a different kind of a different experience okay the other good things we want to talk about is randall and i we will be at the dells uh with reserve homes we are we’ll be there tomorrow between 11 and four no friday friday okay friday i don’t know where i’m gonna be right no you’re gonna come tomorrow tomorrow friday between 11 and 4 will be at the dells come see what a gorgeous home george rothwest has built yeah it overlooks granite mountain stunning stunning stunning three bedrooms three baths it’s amazing spicy pickles too and also yeah we’ll get to that and then also they have peavine trail right behind it so you come see this glorious neighborhood you can buy today build tomorrow and back up to the peavine trail if you’re a big biker hiker whatever it’s awesome active every day excuse that outside noise that’s a truck coming in they’re building they’re building more houses they’re building houses as fast as they can we can’t keep them on the market you’re right cheers to that cheers to that yeah absolutely okay the other uh event we’d like to talk to you about is we are hosting another open house on saturday march 31st the one i was thinking that’s the one you were thinking about from 11 to 3 p.m at 608 grand valley point right outside of tuning ranch yeah is this house to die for it’s the device i’ll put the uh i’ll put the information uh below the video yeah we’ll put the information look for the video next and this is an awesome house it is it is the best of the best of the best it’s uh beautifully appointed perfect for empty nesters and uh very peaceful yeah stunning yeah it’s one of my favorite homes i love to go for it makes me feel kumbaya [Laughter] anyway we are thrilled to be a team here together in prescott absolutely we’re thrilled to represent you buyer
