What are the quirks of the house? Traditional Prescott mountain home look, the front entrance to the home is over to the right, which is quirky.

Are there awkward rooms? The only room I would describe as awkward is the ensuite bathroom to one of the guest bedrooms upstairs.

Bad access? No, the home is easy to drive to. All paved.

How many floor types are there? I counted 7. See video.
Is the main level real wood? Yes, in the living room.

Is the landscaping a disaster? Needs work. Won’t be too hard to spruce up. The backyard has some derelict gardening projects that need to be cleaned up.

What is the water situation? The private water company is Granite Mountain. No issues. They are very proactive. Property has a well that is owned by the water company with a private easement. They are currently putting a pump on the well to see if it produces any water.

Why do you think the property is so hard to sell? Large size. Multiple levels. Demands a more secluded lifestyle.

Was it quiet? Yes. I really didn’t hear any road noise, just wind.
