a little when now it’s recording hello hello peeps diane and Randall Bro here she’s the pickle lady coming to you our dog Molly is joining us that’s okay sweet pup Molly Lee yeah we’re practicing uh uh positive parenting today so she’s here she likes to be part of the the filming yeah absolutely so if we don’t let her be a part of it you’ll just hear a lot of barking and whining in the background so we decided hey let’s try this and see how this works so here she is so today we’re sharing something that has nothing to do with (00:35) real estate but it’s so cool I thought I would share it with all of you uh we’re going on a trip uh to Europe and uh long cruise and all this other kind of stuff and I just thought wouldn’t it be cool to spend the time between you know now and then uh just kind of boning up on the areas that we’re going the history the food uh the wine the culture you know the things that you you don’t want to miss you know that kind of stuff etc etc etc etc so I sat down with my best friend Chat GPT his favorite thing favorite thing all you nerds out there (01:16) oh my god chat GPT chat GPT lovely lovely so I asked her I said um you know we’re going on this trip and uh she looked up the itinerary for me and I said you know based on where we’re going what do you think we need to know you know what what kind of stuff should we bone up on so she gave me a list we worked on the list a little bit of course I put food and drink at the top of the list and then I said “Okay given that uh give me one YouTube video a week to watch so that by the time the the trip comes I’m you know I’m well (01:53) educated.” And she did so we’re sharing that with everyone’s going on the trip with us and uh this is this week is the first week that I have a video and uh I’m excited about it so I thought we’d share that pretty cool i mean she does a great job it’s pretty stressfree i I mean it’s easy yeah you just tell her what you want and this chick Yeah cranks it out now I made the mistake of asking her for books to read oh my god if I read all the books I would be you know that that wasn’t such a good idea but YouTube videos are perfect because you (02:26) don’t have to wait for the show to show on TV you just anytime you’re ready you load it up and you watch one of them you watch one a week and by that time you uh you will be a well-informed traveler so uh so I mean this can apply to any trip yeah any trip at all anything you know it’s pretty cool you just plug it in tell her what you want and Well I was going to say something else but I’m not going to say that word because it’s you know a naughty word but that will crank it up she will she will she did a great job (02:56) she will you know fine-tune it hone in on exactly what you want to look at and then you can just enjoy it until your trip comes up the same thing can apply if you’re coming to press kit yeah well you don’t have to i Well you could you don’t have to you could uh if you’re coming to Prescat and you want to bone up on all things Prescat uh we’ve already done that for you if you go to prescatrelocation center. (03:22) com uh that is our information site uh all things Prescuit things to do restaurants uh day tra day trips nail salons i mean it’s all there we have it all on our website for sure but it would be good for you if you wanted to add a little something else to it you know do the chat GPT she may teach you something we don’t even know about yeah and it could be really really cool for you so anyway we’re just excited any big trip you’re taking explore Chad GPT and kind of find some interesting things that you can learn about where you’re going and and (04:01) kind of bone up on everything before you even arrive yeah so you’re an expert and also don’t wear the white socks and tennis shoes that give you away as an American if you’re going overseas unless you’re going to Germany and in which case you would you would pass as a native yeah you can wear your Crocs your Birkenstocks with socks you’ll be just fine but other than that chat GPT you know I don’t know if she’ll give you that kind of helpful advice like we will but yeah well you probably could you could say you know I’m going to Croatia (04:31) in March what should I wear you know uh she’ll help you with things like that it is fascinating it is fascinating so we are so excited and we just thought let’s share this with everybody out there yeah absolutely and it’s kind of fun it is a lot of fun so anyway you can also apply to us or you can get a lot of information about Prescuit just off of our website prescater relocationcenter. hello hello hello folks hello peeps this is Diana Randall bro coming to you from the beautiful Christmas Town of pres Arizona and uh we’re so happy to share all kinds of information with you whether it’s about our lovely town it’s uh lovely neighborhoods homes um and even just little random things random things so today we love to share Rand kind of kind of a random thing this is a random so during the holiday season you take a lot of pictures on your phone uh you put them on your phone they stay in your phone you never look at them again (00:38) every now and then you go back through oh remember this and then you never look at it again that’s right we have a trick for you we just found out we just found out we may behind the aall the rest of you may already know this may already know this if you do then you could laugh at us and move on now we have we have iPhones you know if you don’t have an iPhone there’s probably functionality very similar to this you just have to figure it out cuz I have an iPhone but here’s the thing on in your photos you can set up an album different albums (01:08) right and then whatever pictures you really like drop into that album and then you can set your uh phone so that your lock screen will randomly pick pictures from that album so I it just tickles me all day long I’ve got my lock screen set so the picture changes once an hour yep and uh all throughout the day it picks I put lots and lots of pictures and it it it pulls the pictures up and I just enjoy it all day long it’s so much fun and I mean we see a lot of uh uh pictures from trips we took with with friends it’s (01:47) like oh yeah I forgot about that how fun is that yeah just any picture that you think our kidos our daughter’s wedding our dogs you know just whatever it just kind of brightens our day we’re in the middle of a stressful work day yeah any picture that makes you happy just drop it in there right and uh it will unhappy pictures no put only things that make you feel happy that kind of person you know if you’re some people are yeah if you’re a masochist you know you could do that you so we got a get a big kick out (02:16) of it and sometimes we’re out and we’re stressed and something will pop up that makes us smile Good Times yeah we show one another remember that yeah you know yeah so anyway we were so excited by this uh obviously we’re way behind on technology we’re kind of shocking the how stupid we are with this but delighted to find this trick and just wanted to share it with you yeah yeah we also have uh electronic frames yes where you can load pictures uh upload pictures on from your phone and uh in the frame will randomly show those which is also (02:49) fun also a great way we we’ve we finally you know we take more pictures than ever before y cuz it’s so easy with but no more albums nobody does a photo album but you know you do Anum go you never sit down and look through albums you on your pH but you use your phone every day it’ll show you pictures it’ll give you a little smile the cool thing about this is you know we’ve moved many times I’m sure people who were thinking about moving here it’s kind of nice to see pictures from the past like oh that’s our old house or oh that’s our old (03:20) neighborhood it’s um it’s very nice and if you’re in a good mood you can reflect positively on that if you’re not you can just delete that photo just delete that photo and create the past that you want to remember create the past that you want or the new future that you want by coming here to Prescot there you go there you go that’s the Silver Lining um come get some new pictures and a new life here in Prescot see how I turn that I like that you just turn that back I I I looped it back in like a masterful Looper I am a master Looper Master (03:55) Looper she’s a master Looper I am a master Looper so but anyway we would uh love to have you come in and get some new pictures of your new home that you can float on your phone that’s exactly right and um we hope to see you soon we’d love to show you around and happy to share our little photo trick although I suspect most of you know it already yeah maybe but it was new to us and we were excited so that’s our tip of the day if you like tips we have plenty for you go to pickle 411. H peeps Diane and Randall bro here coming to you from our beautiful little mountain town mile high up of Prescot Arizona um we are here to share something that we’ve discovered we’re just your life anybody who knows us knows that we are consumers yeah we try things so we try things so somebody says have you ever tried a vibration board I’m like I have not what is that can you tell me about it so we’re here to educate you on it and we’ll show you some video later so we call it the (00:38) Jiggler we call it the Jiggler a vibration board vibration plate a vibration plate board they call it different things you stand on it it’s a little square you’ll see it in a minute and for 10 minutes you jiggle your whole body love it love it love it first of all I laugh so hard when I’m on it you’ll see in a minute but it’s really good for your balance it’s really good for your lymphatic system to get things moving around get your blood going gives you great energy um anyway those of you (01:09) of a certain age will remember back in the day they had a machine that would stand up and there was a belt and you would put it around your butt and it would it would shake you my first tip is don’t tell young people about it because you will show how old you are that’s a lot longer ago than you will remember yes second thing is this is a little different it doesn’t shake you you’re standing on it uh so it’s a it’s a little different it has uh any number of benefits the thing that I like I like to (01:40) put it on a low speed it kind of shakes you more when it when it goes fast you’re kind of you know shaking like that so it’s really good I wake up usually in the morning I have a stiff back and uh it’s hard for me to walk I have to walk around a little while until I kind of loosen up you stand on this for 10 minutes you are loose it just Jiggles everything it gets every your blood kind of going it’s good for what is it the posture balance what’s the lymphatic system yeah get your lymphatic (02:14) system lactic acid supposed to help with uh cellulite it’s supposed to help with um especially if you work out a lot and you have a lot of Trapped lactic acid and you’re hurting you get on this thing it shakes it all out of you yes yes if you if you particularly if you’re doing weight training uh it’s a really good idea to get on something like this afterwards because it keeps you from getting what’s called blood pooling where where you all the lactic acid sits in one area and it just sits there for (02:45) days this will mix all that up it’ll allow you to absorb that and get rid of it uh so we are just we laughed so hard when we first got on it um now we are converts they go from F1 all the way to F9 program one PR oh yeah why did I say F I don’t know program one to program n and you change it up they say to change it up every day and go to a different level I love it it really gives me a lot of energy gets the day going so so the the lower speeds are more for the lymph and lactic acid and all that the higher (03:20) speeds are more about cellulite uh balance uh you know so the different different levels give you different benefits uh but it’s worth it all of maybe 100 bucks 100 bucks get your we call it we call it we don’t call it all that fancy words vibration board vibration whatever we call it we simply call it the Jiggler the Jiggler and J it Jiggles you it’s hilarious now they have a couple of models uh one has a bracket I guess that comes up almost like a like bicycle handles so you have something to hold on to we just put ours up against (03:59) the bar so you can kind of hold on to the bar uh ours came with rubber um yeah so you can exercise with it if you want we don’t you do curls yeah you can do we don’t do any of that we’re not that ambitious yeah you can get on it and do just your arm and they show you all these ways that you can lay on it and sit on it we just stand on it uh we keep it very very know that I’ll have to look at that yeah yeah yeah don’t sit on it I you know you might want to try that but uh I wouldn’t recommend it but standing (04:31) on it’s great and then the wider your feet the more of a shake you get yeah uh so if you if you feeling you’re you’re getting a little rattled you can kind of put your feet in the middle and kind of reduce it a little bit I’ll move around like I’ll feel like a certain muscle I can feel stiffness and I’ll move so it’s shaking that part of my body uh but mornings are a lot a lot more enjoyable for me now uh you know I don’t I don’t have that stiffness none of that sounds right but anyway it is a good thing it’s (05:01) good for it’s not going to hurt folks try the Jiggler now I should say if listen if if you have some kind of back issue you know or you might want to check might not be for you might not be for you might want to check checking with your doctor uh but I I think for most people it it it would have some benefit it’s been great for us and uh we really get it on Amazon just look up vibration board it’s not if you don’t like it s it back yeah it’s not called the Jiggler that’s not called the (05:28) Jiggler that’s just the Bros into business making vibration boards we will call it the Jiggler yeah okay so that’s just something fun and new we just tried and every morning we get up and saddle up on that Jiggler for 10 minutes yep hello hello hello hello peeps this is Diana Randle bro coming to you live from Prescot Arizona Prescot Arizona we are your happy friendly real estate team husband and wife team this is Randall’s favorite thing he wanted me to share it with you I want to do this I want to do it on your head yeah so this is a sex toy that no it isn’t it’s stuck on my head all right moving along moving along so this is one of my I knew it was gonna do that I know I there that’s why I had to do it yeah I had to play with it anyway (00:43) sorry did you hear so this yeah it made a noise I heard it within my skull thank you for that so this is what’s called a bulb changer so I’ve been having this a number of years and I just had to use it we had a client she had to shout out to Ziggy we had uh she had a bul that was kind of on a high ceiling and she couldn’t change it didn’t have a ladder so she uh she wanted she asked me to go and change your bulb for and I’m thinking change a bulb okay so I go over and it’s like oh oh I get it it’s too (01:14) high so I I have just the thing so I went home and I got my bulb changer this is it so this and this is it so I’ll tell you one of my favorite stories this is when we were still living in Texas we had soaring ceilings so cathedral ceiling like all the way two stories and we had uh recess bulbs all the way up there and we love the recess bulbs it one of the things we liked about the house when we bought it and everything can lights can lights yeah what what is a is that the same thing a can light a recess but most people refer to it as a (01:46) can light yeah I used to refer to it as a can light but I think since you sucked my brain out uh I’m having some trouble so uh eventually though one of the bulbs burned out and This was oh we got to go get a ladder we’re gonna have to get scal fling we was like you know what I think I can find a solution to that so I went to Home Depot or one of those I bought one of these so I come home with it now this is the kind of thing that I bring home to do chores and my wife looks at it with disdain you know (02:19) absolute disdain she’s like a s really you think this is gonna work well it I tell you how it is telescopes out I mean it goes really really high and you just pop it on just like she stuck it to my head you stick it on the bulb and then you turn it to to remove it bring it down take it off put the other bulb in and put it down and put it back up so and she looks at me like and so I get the bulb in right I get the bulb in I screw it in and then she says all right now how are you g to get it off well there’s a simple answer that’s what this (02:53) little string is for a little string you pull it pull the string it popped right off and how much was this thing I like $10 $10 yeah we were tickled we’ve had it for years and years and years I have used it on any number of homes you don’t use it that often but when you do you really appre it is amazing it is a an ingenious little invention yeah I you know very very uh uh primitive technology but I tell you what for a very specific purpose it works really really well and so I I thought I would share that because not many people know (03:24) about bulb Changers uh so if you’ve got a a canned light that’s too high for your ladder and you’re wondering how you’re going to do that well that’s how you do ity the B especially if you’re as you get older you get scared to get on ladders absolutely and balance at the top and trying to reach it this thing is it really is quite effective it’s it’s a good trick so uh they they have other styles I looked on Amazon they have any if just look up bulb Changers they’ve got a number of them they’ll have them (03:53) at Home Depot or or lows as well uh this is this one’s pretty old I guess they they probably have better technology now that kind of grabs the ball or whatever every now and then like my mother’s uh she good to have something that grabs a bulb that grabs you got to grab those bulbs it’s all about grabbing bulbs it’s all about I can’t take her anywhere so my mother had these caned lights and they weren’t properly installed so when you tried to screw the bulb the uh the whole can started turning only in Louisiana so (04:26) uh she had to get scaffolding up there and uh just to remove the bulb and then had it a fixed properly after that the bulb changer worked so there you go that’s my tip let me see the bulb changer again I want to stick it on your head again because that makes me laugh no yes you don’t use it as a spear geez G to get Whiplash people that is our tip for the day if you like tips the place to go is pickle 411. good afternoon my friends hello peeps this is Diana Randall bro your friendly presc pickle pee person that’s us I am the pickle lady he’s the pickle man yes right yes yeah I guess I’m the pickle man a girin or whatever you want call there you go you’re not a girin you can’t know yeah here today to talk to you about squatters squatters yeah this is something that’s happening across the United States so we have to be very careful and um especially a lot of our buyers are coming in they’re buying a second home this should be a little something concerning but don’t worry in Arizona it’s not that uh big of an issue so what a squatter is is someone who for whatever however man they manage they get inside your home and they don’t leave so it could be a tenant you know that’s renting from you and then they stop paying rent and they just stay refuse to leave could be someone who broke into your home and just refuses to lead correct they become squatters and some states protect the rights of squatters it’s pretty scary so if you try to like turn off the electricity or the water to try to get them out force them out some you could go to jail that’s right yeah and so that the laws in these states protect the squatters and you need to know the laws in your area that’s right so it’s very costly too you have to hire attorneys you you know all all kinds of uh it can be a very prolonged legal process to evict people who technically have broken into and taken over your home that you’re paying taxes and a mortgage on but somehow they have all the rights so now that’s it’s state by state now the the state of uh New York has just gone back on this they had very comprehensive squatter rights legislation or whatever uh the governor has stopped that has said hey maybe this plan isn’t working so well yeah um these people are taking over illegally people’s properties that are owned by someone else New York does dumb things from time to time but usually they learn after a while and they fix it uh that’s what they did here I I I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to give rights to people who break into other people’s homes and take them over and take them over but they did uh and then they realize well this isn’t working because you’ve got you know honest people who are losing their homes and their their jobs and you know it destroys your life someone takes your home it can really yeah and this is mostly people who maybe it’s a vacant home or it’s a second home it’s a vacation home or a rental and I mean it can really recre Havoc with your whole life and your finances and everything else so one thing you should know because we have a lot of folks here who move to Prescot and they buy a second home here it will not be tolerated here we do not allow squatters it’s illegal here uh so don’t worry about that don’t fret uh your rights come first if you own it you’re paying taxes you’re paying mortgage uh people cannot illegally move in and take over your home here you you call we’re not going to do it you call the sheriff the sheriff that’s right will remove the people yeah it’s not going to be uh a Year’s prolonged process and people are destroying your property um so anyway we just want to share that because we do have a lot of second home people who come here the people who have a second home uh a rental home that goes unrented for a while or just go on vacation for a couple months yes uh you know that’s when the squatter’s hit and savy they’re very Savvy uh they even have YouTubers out there teaching squatters exactly how to do it that’s right uh they like home towns where there are a lot of second homes yes uh so it’s if if you’re in that situation you could be at risk so you need to know the laws in your local area and you need to protect yourself absolutely Ely so you should know feel safe and secure Arizona we don’t fool around we’re not going to allow it to happen it’s uh we don’t we don’t uh give any rights to squatters um we give the rights to the people paying taxes and paying their mortgage as it should be really makes you wonder it makes me wonder yeah so anyway don’t worry about that if you’re thinking about coming here for a second home or you travel a lot and it’s your main home but you’re gone for a long time um you’ll you’ll be pretty much protected here so anyway we just thought we’d share that with you because we keep hearing about it more and more in other states and it’s it’s pretty scary so hopefully New York will Le you know New York’s example will lead the way other states will do the same that’s right uh but as at this point it’s it’s there’s really a lot of uh uproar going on because a lot of people have been affected by this absolutely so we just wanted to share that with you life for the better so we thought we’ we’d share it that’s right nothing makes me laugh harder than to see Mr bro here play this is my virtual reality headset Supernatural Supernatural so this is this is meta Quest 2 this is a virtual reality headset thing and uh you know cost couple hundred bucks comes with these two little uh hand these hand things so the computer will know what your hands are doing uh very cool the whole virtual reality thing is very cool uh it’s become very affordable you started off a couple of years ago was all very expensive now you know a couple hundred bucks you get yourself virtual reality system but what’s so cool what’s so cool the music Supernatural Supernatural Supernatural is an app oh oh yeah that sits on medaquest so think of medaquest as like Windows and Supernatural as like Excel okay it’s an app that runs in the environment and it is a workout system and so she makes fun of me but she tried it and she loved it didn’t you I did yeah we bring it to all all of our friends and we we have a couple bottles of wine and then we play and we laugh and we laugh just to see everybody you know and it’s great music playing right in your ear so it puts you so much fun in some of the most beautiful places in the world yes you’ll be in Iceland and Greenland and uh the Alps and in France and I mean all over the world so it you look around you’re surrounded by this beautiful area and then you work out yeah so these uh these you can meditate in the desert you can meditate yeah you can meditate box yeah you can box uh and you can Al they also have stretching I haven’t done the stretching yet but the one I Really they call it flow the one I really like is you swing these bats so when you got this oh Lord when you got this thing in you know this is not a bat but when you got the glasses on it looks like you’re holding a bat and you’re moving around and so you’ve got one white bat and one black bat and these balls come at you and you got to hit the balls don’t hit me and it’s playing the most wonderful music you know they have all kinds of music they have very current stuff they have old oldies they have classical music so I’m I’m uh I’m in my little virtual reality world I am moving to the Ninth Symphony and it’s like I’m conducting uh with my batons hitting these balloons it is a riot I have never had so much fun working out I have been working out every day because of that and I feel great uh so I thought I’d share it so he was so excited and listen folks we’re not even getting paid for this supernal Supernatural we’re giving you a big plug that’s right my friends we don’t get any money for this it’s just something we love to share with people just want to sh uh we’re just super friendly happy people who want to share all of our good our good times with all of you out there so we we we ain’t getting to sent for this that’s right but if you want to have a good time and have people over for dinner and then play this it’s hilarious it’s hilarious so again so much fun the headset’s a couple hundred bucks you get it on Amazon uh Supernatural is like $10 a month or something yeah and you know your whole family can use it uh just like Windows you can get other apps besides Supernatural uh so they have you know war games you can play and all kinds of stuff but I’m this Supernatural we cannot say enough good about it and we cannot say enough good things about it and not only that I mean when you’re in a stressful stressful job real estate whatever you do that’s like making you whacka dooodle which we’re pretty whacka dooodle almost every day play this it makes it all go away you spend 15 20 minutes at someplace beautiful working up a little bit of a sweat it’s nice you’ll just music you know you’ll have a great time Marvin Gay and otus reading I mean it really brings your spirits up then you’re you’re ready to conquer the world again and whatever difficulties that may be facing you Supernatural takes it all away right so you see I did Loop it into real estate there you go I did Loop it in so when we’re having a tough day we put that on and we just SCE chees see here she’s here to Loop me I try to keep him I would if it were enough for her I would be irrelevant he’s a little grumpy so I got to try to get him on my level you know what I mean but we’re working on it but uh we’ll see so that’s our tip of the day I don’t know if Supernatural will make it onto our free information site but we have a free information site and you can find it at pickle 411.com whether you are a buyer seller somewhere in between there’s something there waiting for you that will amaze us down entertain and envelop I I don’t know and it’s all absolutely so get in there and do some oh I just spil on myself Google uh Supernatural workout I think the website is gets supernatural. but I’m not sure we highly recommend it highly highly recommend just something fun we want to share with all of our people out there
