bonjour bonjour bour you know you’re so fresh I know I tried to change it up a little bit yeah I know that’s that this is NOAA olaaa hello hello hello Randol and Dian bro yeah she’s pickle lady we’re in Prescot Arizona here to talk about things real estate things presc y things presc real estate real estate and Presa things to do restaurants all kinds of tips and tricks and so we get a lot of questions from people about lakes here um we have a lot of lakes we have also (00:37) reservoirs that are called Lakes but technically they’re reservoirs yes um a lot of people say I’d like to have a lake house well I want to set that for you first not going to happen not going to happen all St uh all of the lakes around here are around state land so and preserv so I can’t I can’t find for you get a view of the Lakes get a view of the Lakes get on the lake so I’m so sorry so I want to clear that expectation up first the second thing we get is is they’re fishing swimming (01:09) Etc so all right we did a little research yeah we did a little research so actually used artificial intelligence there you go which is we we we like artificial intelligence chat GPT uh so the question was whether you can swim in any of these lakes and the answer is no so uh for Watson and Willow those are reservoirs that water is runoff so they kind of think well that’s not probably a good idea to tell people to go swimming in there because we don’t know where it’s running off know (01:39) running off from sow w40 you know or something like that it’s washed into that was in there so that’s probably not a good idea also too they’re they’re very shallow yeah they’re shallow it’s not good swimming it’s not good swimming uh you can kayak canoe paddle board no motorboat mized yeah but you still can get out there and enjoy the lake just don’t get in it yeah and you can fish I don’t know if it’s uh Catch and Release but uh you do see people out there fishing and they’re (02:10) all stocked so I you know they’re they’re stocked with trout uh the gold water lake same thing no swimming but it’s primarily for fishing boating and picnicking also too they they don’t like people in the waters CU it it makes it muddy you stir up the bottom cuz and they want to that’s a good fishing spot so they want to preserve that yeah cuz none of these laks are particularly deep um so if you have people thrashing around it’s going to make them really murky right uh (02:39) if you want to go swimming there are other places that you can go uh Crescent Moon Ranch which is near Sedona uh Fossil Creek about two hours from Prescot Grasshopper Point near Sedona Slide Rock State Park oh that’s fun I haven’t done it but it’s on my list of things to do yeah the rocks eles are like it’s like a water slide like a water slide so you can go and yeah and verie River that’s about an hour and a half away a lot of people know about the ver Riv nice and cool and (03:10) uh and clean so there go tubing in too which is really cool like right outside of Phoenix you can tube in there is actually Wild Horses yeah that you’ll be tubing and here comes a a herd of wild horses just coming into the water to to cool off so that’s kind of that’s kind of cool yeah so yeah you really can’t swim or motorboat but but it’s still beautiful uh links like in particular you’ll feel like you’re in California yeah it’s beautiful you’re surrounded by beautiful trees huming Birds (03:38) Galore lovely absolutely lovely we did a a video not too long ago on links lake cafe which is right on links Lake and absolutely beautiful so do we have lakes yes we do um can you live around them no you can’t can you go out and enjoy them and paddle board and canoe and what have you yes you absolutely can can you fish in some of them yes so uh if you’re an avid outdoor person there’s lots of hiking trails all around these Lakes so not only if you don’t want to get in the water or paddle board or canoe you can at least hike around and just enjoy I mean there’s (04:17) beautiful kayak and you fall over and you got you’re not going to vaporize or anything it’s not it’s not you know it’s nothing like that it’s all good so don’t worry about that so uh anyway that is our uh tip of the day about lak um thank you to whoever asked us one of our clients yeah if you have any questions and all feel free to email us we’ll cover it on our hello hello hello hello peeps this is Diana Randle bro coming to you live from Prescot Arizona Prescot Arizona we are your happy friendly real estate team husband and wife team this is Randall’s favorite thing he wanted me to share it with you I want to do this I want to do it on your head yeah so this is a sex toy that no it isn’t it’s stuck on my head all right moving along moving along so this is one of my I knew it was gonna do that I know I there that’s why I had to do it yeah I had to play with it anyway (00:43) sorry did you hear so this yeah it made a noise I heard it within my skull thank you for that so this is what’s called a bulb changer so I’ve been having this a number of years and I just had to use it we had a client she had to shout out to Ziggy we had uh she had a bul that was kind of on a high ceiling and she couldn’t change it didn’t have a ladder so she uh she wanted she asked me to go and change your bulb for and I’m thinking change a bulb okay so I go over and it’s like oh oh I get it it’s too (01:14) high so I I have just the thing so I went home and I got my bulb changer this is it so this and this is it so I’ll tell you one of my favorite stories this is when we were still living in Texas we had soaring ceilings so cathedral ceiling like all the way two stories and we had uh recess bulbs all the way up there and we love the recess bulbs it one of the things we liked about the house when we bought it and everything can lights can lights yeah what what is a is that the same thing a can light a recess but most people refer to it as a (01:46) can light yeah I used to refer to it as a can light but I think since you sucked my brain out uh I’m having some trouble so uh eventually though one of the bulbs burned out and This was oh we got to go get a ladder we’re gonna have to get scal fling we was like you know what I think I can find a solution to that so I went to Home Depot or one of those I bought one of these so I come home with it now this is the kind of thing that I bring home to do chores and my wife looks at it with disdain you know (02:19) absolute disdain she’s like a s really you think this is gonna work well it I tell you how it is telescopes out I mean it goes really really high and you just pop it on just like she stuck it to my head you stick it on the bulb and then you turn it to to remove it bring it down take it off put the other bulb in and put it down and put it back up so and she looks at me like and so I get the bulb in right I get the bulb in I screw it in and then she says all right now how are you g to get it off well there’s a simple answer that’s what this (02:53) little string is for a little string you pull it pull the string it popped right off and how much was this thing I like $10 $10 yeah we were tickled we’ve had it for years and years and years I have used it on any number of homes you don’t use it that often but when you do you really appre it is amazing it is a an ingenious little invention yeah I you know very very uh uh primitive technology but I tell you what for a very specific purpose it works really really well and so I I thought I would share that because not many people know (03:24) about bulb Changers uh so if you’ve got a a canned light that’s too high for your ladder and you’re wondering how you’re going to do that well that’s how you do ity the B especially if you’re as you get older you get scared to get on ladders absolutely and balance at the top and trying to reach it this thing is it really is quite effective it’s it’s a good trick so uh they they have other styles I looked on Amazon they have any if just look up bulb Changers they’ve got a number of them they’ll have them (03:53) at Home Depot or or lows as well uh this is this one’s pretty old I guess they they probably have better technology now that kind of grabs the ball or whatever every now and then like my mother’s uh she good to have something that grabs a bulb that grabs you got to grab those bulbs it’s all about grabbing bulbs it’s all about I can’t take her anywhere so my mother had these caned lights and they weren’t properly installed so when you tried to screw the bulb the uh the whole can started turning only in Louisiana so (04:26) uh she had to get scaffolding up there and uh just to remove the bulb and then had it a fixed properly after that the bulb changer worked so there you go that’s my tip let me see the bulb changer again I want to stick it on your head again because that makes me laugh no yes you don’t use it as a spear geez G to get Whiplash people that is our tip for the day if you like tips the place to go is pickle 411. hello hello hello beep good afternoon this is Diane and Randall bro geez pickle lady we’re in Prescot Arizona I am we are your friendly husband and wife realtor team today we’re being friendly yeah we’re being we’re friendly most of the time we we’re pretty friendly to each other from time to time we’re antagonistic but usually we’re quite friendly today we’re going to talk about insurance so this was By Request yes we get a fair number ofest for different subjects so a lot of people (00:32) are talking about insurance right now because it has become a major factor in homeownership absolutely especially we have family in New Orleans I know this affects a lot of people in California as well California Florida um so I guess the first thing to say is um you do not have to you were not required to have fire insurance or flood insurance in Prescot Arizona um we are not it’s not we’ve never even been evacuated here uh for threat of fire yes are there fires but usually they’re about an hour or two outside of town more the forest up in the mountain the (01:12) forest yeah not in presc well it might be within the Incorporated boundary of that is Prescot but prescot’s boundaries go up into the mountains they have some pretty obscure areas that are still considered preset so we have never in the town itself uh you are usually you’re not required to have fire insurance I know in other states it’s mandatory especially with all the wildfires happening um we do not have floods here there are some sections and I mean a very small percentage (01:45) that during monsoons might have a little bit of flash flooding um but those are more rural areas or you know smaller areas generally not the house I mean if you go into some a few neighborhoods there will be are that says Don’t drive here when there’s water right that’s because of monsoons they have surges of water that need to be uh uh gotten rid of very quickly that’s right and uh but not in homes uh and in all of our years of selling homes I can maybe think of one or two that FEMA (02:23) required them to have flood insurance because they were near ow Ling areas low Ling areas it’s very usual to find it um I’ve never so the majority of homes here you’re not required to have flood insurance um we’re a mile high so if it floods here then the arc should be coming yeah yeah start building Noah and his Arc are coming to save us all because if we ever get underwater we got a big problem going on it’s end of times basically so and getting back to the fire thing too you should (02:53) know that a big part of the firefighting effort in Arizona comes out of Prescot they fly out of the Regional Airport here uh so in the plains with the water go drop they go all that comes out of presc so the idea that there’s going to be a fire that’s uncontrollable in presc itself is very very remote never even come close nor have we ever had to been evacuated like nothing so I want you to feel safe and secure about that safe and secure about flooding don’t need to have earthquake insurance as well yes so but if you want to if you want to yeah if you want to you (03:32) can do it and it’s available it is absolutely uh we just changed our insurance recently to Travelers homeowners to Travelers and our Auto not an issue um we don’t have anybody pulling out it is getting a little dicey sometimes in some areas but in maybe other cities in Arizona but here we had absolutely no problem changing Insurance um our home is about 3,100 square feet and I want to say our homeowners is about 1,800 a year um but I added some extra stuff on there so it it probably (04:08) be a little bit cheaper depending on the size of your home and this that and the other now just to be clear we’re not speaking for the State of Arizona correct we are speaking for presc just pres so there are areas in Arizona where they do have fires down in the valley you know it gets to 120 degrees there in the summer they’re going to have fires yeah and they do and our firefighters FL you’ll see them flying out to go take care of it I can’t speak for those communities whether (04:35) fire insurance is available or how much it is or whether it’s required I honestly don’t know uh Arizona is a pretty big state now I do know like in certain areas in Louisiana some insurance companies are starting to pull out and they are cancelling people uh from what I have heard here it hasn’t happened here yet yeah I don’t expect it to for the most part that’s for her I don’t know if a hurricane has ever hit presc Arizona that would be a long shot but uh you should know if you are considering other communities uh moving to retire or otherwise (05:13) pretty much all along the Gulf of Mexico so that’s all along you know galvaston Houston Florida New Orleans all mobile all along the uh the Gulf Coast and then the Atlantic coast maybe even some of Texas too because they get a lot of lot of Florida this is an issue for lot car Georgia everything along the coast is starting to have trouble with uh hurricane because of the hurri and so the cost of insurance is going Skyhigh and so a lot of insurance companies are having to pull out is they simply can’t afford the claims to help people anymore so keep this all in mind (05:53) so far so good here in Prescot Arizona uh very reasonable we’ve been very happy haven’t had any issues and it’s uh coming from the Deep South it’s very nice not to have to have worry about flooding or hurricane and and yeah we just there was just a hurricane uh in New Orleans and we have just moved my mother from New Orleans to Prescot uh she’s uh staying in a community called touch Mark and uh just a few weeks after she got here there was a hurricane and she was pretty happy she didn’t have to evacuate no more worrying about that so so far so good folks (06:30) in terms of insurance here it’s pretty reasonable um you’re not required to carry all the extra ancillary Insurance such as earthquake flooding uh fire um which is pretty refreshing so um anyway uh this was a good question whoever asked us about that we’re happy to chat about it and let you know and reassure you that so far so good here uh nobody’s pulling out and you can still get very good coverage at a pretty decent price absolutely absolutely so that is our tip of the day about tip (07:02) of hello hello hello hello peeps Rand and diam bro Here I Am the pickle lady yeah she’s pickle lady I am he is the pickle man pickle man girkin girkin yeah whatever whatever whatever so we are here um something we’d really like to share with all potential future buyers it’s a good thing to do uh and check out when you’re doing your due diligence when you’re moving into especially most of our folks are moving from out of state they are not used to this area they don’t know anything about it so um (00:39) it’s very important to do a lot of due diligence figure out if you’re concerned about crime yes we can’t give you percentages we don’t know I mean I’m not I’m not in the police force yes but we have a great resource for you to check out called Community Crim map.com yes so you oddly enough it is a map of the crime in your community thereally what it is so you can get on there and it will tell you suppose you’re looking at Prescot Lakes I want to move to Prescot Lakes uh what’s the crime rate there is (01:11) there a lot of crime uh does it go over sex offenders and it does so so you choose yeah it will ask you if it’s okay for it to dial into your location if that’s where you want to do your search uh or you can give it a zip code or an address or something you can give it a radius you know I want to know about everything within five miles or whatever it is and you get to pick the crime the crime that you’re interested in so you know maybe you’re KCK your crime yeah maybe you’re a criminal you want to know (01:44) where to go uh or maybe you just want to be safe and you want to make sure there’s no crime around you whatever crimes concern you choose those yep and in the time for the location that you’ve chosen for the time frame that you’ve chosen it will show you a map and it will point out every incident u in your community can you do several at one time like can you say sex offenders murders suicide you can oh cool so you don’t have to keep doing individual that’s cool people you don’t have to do (02:14) individual searches you can do it all in one Fell Swoop yeah yeah what about banking crimes no I’m kidding I I I don’t know if they they had specific but they do had they did have arm robbery oh really yeah I mean it’s very specific I want to say and and I’ll I’ll give a give you guys a screenshot you can see what I’m talking about that’s great but I guess it was um maybe about 50 different uh checkboxes that you could do and uh so if you’re just looking for Vi violent crimes or you know maybe you (02:49) have you know bought a car and you’re worried that someone’s going to steal your car you might want just crime crime theft I mean car theft car theft uh so you can kind of dial in what you want uh long story short I I checked most of the boxes I did five years and I did the whole Prescot area including PV and there was almost nothing there were a couple of U domestic uh violence you know uh in in in a couple of residential areas so you know that’s it wasn’t us you know it’s like yeah well just one (03:22) just one of them was us the rest of them were other people you know that’s a joke folks yeah that’s a joke she only beats me when uh when the when the police aren’t looking so uh yeah so so it there was very little going on and what was there was clearly like within a home so if a family so this is important to know as well in the state of Arizona um it does not have to be disclosed if you are selling a home if there was a murder there or a suicide or a death um sellers do not have to disclose that that’s (03:57) right if they don’t share it with us the agents first of all we’ll never know if they do share it with us we do not have to I don’t know if we’re allowed to say we’re not allowed unless we are specifically asked speciically asked if a buyer ask us directly and we know the answer yeah then we have to you know but it’s not an automatic disclosure so you should know that when you’re coming here to buy I know in certain States like California it has to be it’s written up it’s it’s in the disclosures (04:30) and it’s shared with everyone not so in Arizona so this uh Community crime map would be a good thing for you to try to investigate if you were worried about something like that um we may not always be told ourselves not all sell share anything you know with us so um so it’s it’s a good resource it’s a great res particularly when you were first looking at a community you know you don’t know the community that to me would be one of the very first filters is let tell me about the crime absolutely I don’t know (05:02) if it tells you suicides I I’d have to think about that but certainly you know uh uh violent assault and you know assault and battery breaking and entering all that stuff was in there that’s sound a little now we’re getting heavy yeah but but none of it showed up there was just uh just one or two it’s a downer but well I mean it’s it’s a downer if it’s there but it was at least not here not the other thing on this is you may be thinking about moving and uh one of the first things you want (05:33) to know about a potential new community for yourself is the crime you don’t want to go someplace where there’s lots of crime sure and uh despite what the FBI says you know crime I people’s the impression people have and most of the people I talk to crime’s kind of On The Rise um you know there’ve been uh uh police uh departments have been underfunded defunded you know there there’s a lot of stuff going on so you want to be very careful but I think you also want to check your own Community (06:05) yeah maybe you’re thinking I don’t know maybe I want to move I don’t I live in a great place newspapers vary from location to location some y some communities the newspapers will uh will re reveal everything others not so much things are glossed over yeah some in some areas things are glossed over so you may be very surprised at how many things are going on right around you that might be the last uh the last straw that helps you make up your mind to get out move forward so something to think about as well so I think it’s a great (06:42) resource and we love to share it with all of our clients it’s very important for you to do some studying up on that absolutely and see if wherever you’re going to wash up you’re going to be happy and you’re going to feel safe and secure uh odds are in Prescot and presca Valley you will be yes so it’s good to know um um so yeah we wanted to share that with you yeah to me it was a big confirmation because I’ve been saying for a while honestly I don’t know any areas that are dangerous here and and I (07:10) think the the crime statistics kind of bore that out so I so check it out when you’re doing your due diligence in whatever City you may wash up in it’s very helpful so we wanted to share that with uh all of our friends out there so hope we hope you find this helpful and uh that is our tip of the day hello hello hello peeps this is Diana Randall bro coming to you live from our sweet little mountain town of Prescot Arizona Sweet yes and we are headed into fall so excited so I decided to wear my hair in a ponytail since uh Winter’s coming I have a few more weeks of wearing my sensible summer Pony so you’re welcome everyone enjoy the ponytail enjoy the ponytail enjoy the ponytail so we are here today we’re so excited yes to talk about one of our favorite Mexican restaurants yes I think this has become our very favorite I think so too we got a couple (00:43) of good ones uh there’s some down the valley that we really like uh we tend to like TexMex more than real right real Mexican food just to be honest but this is good stuff this is good stuff a family-owned uh the name of the restaurant is Maya Maya May Maya or Franks I think they so the history of this restaurant is they used to be on montazuma and I guess their least space burned so they move so they are right next to the deli right next to Outlaw Donuts yeah uh they’re right next (01:18) to Parkside Deli Parkside Deli outla Donuts also some of our other favorites yes um but they have taken over a big space there may they’re getting ready they may already have their liquor license I think they do they do last time we were there they were serving liquor yeah they’re getting their bar up rning hard liquor or maybe maybe they have Margaritas I don’t remember but it’s good whatever it’s getting there they’re getting everything geared up but great Mexican food great (01:45) Mexican lunches yes uh great atmosphere yes beautiful painting on the wall I’d like to hire somebody to come paint my wall murals and stuff it’s darling it’s all family on wonderful family all the family members uh uh wait on you and stuff all they all work together I love it nice to see it I love a family Endeavor yes absolutely we have a family Endeavor I don’t always love this family Endeavor but that one I do depends on the family I think if their family were involved you (02:14) would love it more than your family here but that’s understandable so uh I would recommend anything with pork there oh I got the uh pork Chim chongas yeah I was good and uh what else oh I had TR tip the last time was there not really Mexican I guess that’s what Californian I’m not even it nicely seasoned really really delicious uh their standard fair is really the chimy Changas I no no no but you get the the Carnitas Carnitas that’s so you can get the Carnitas either deep fried or not (02:45) so if you want it de fried put it in Chim changa uh they have what is the Mexican pot roast maaka maaka something like that it’s it’s like a it’s like a pot roast put that in the Chim chunga deep Fri TR that that’s going to be really good there’s nothing bad about any of those things yeah those are all completely healthy all delicious yeah and what a bargain too a re really good prices yep uh we went there as part of a group and we had you know drinks and food and appetizers and desserts (03:18) and I think we got out for like maybe 40 50 bucks for the two of us and that was like a big Splurge you go there for lunch they have lunch specials oh yeah you know it’s uh yeah so that’s kind of got gotten to be our go-to yeah and it’s kind of by the square so it’s kind of nice to go down there and then you can go next door to the Parkside uh shop and get some other wines and stuff and they got good little bit of shopping around there yeah if you go there for lunch Outlaw Donuts might be (03:45) open for dessert do that but I think they do have fla did you try the FL oh yeah they do the fla was yeah very good very good sorry to get bad fla I know well they did a good job though they did a great job yes they did so we were very excited to find them to try them out and we had to share with you right away because we were like Yay a great local Mexican yeah uh restaurant that I think anybody who lives here or is coming to visit you should definitely check it out yeah yeah all the Mexican restaurants that’s kind of kind of ke together for us Che cheers to that I agree I (04:18) agree so that is our tip of the day if you hello hello hello hello peeps this is Diana Randall bro here uh coming to you this evening from the beautiful little city of Prescot Arizona presc Arizona she’s PR yes yes yes yes I am I’m always in production making delicious Cajun pickles that I’m happy to share with you when I see you or if you come to one of my open houses so we are here today to talk about a fabulous new restaurant that we absolutely adore we love it so much that I even had them cater a party we had it was astonishing was so good and so it is (00:42) called Omaha Omaha OHA ohigh oh Idaho no no Wisconsin no what state is it it’s o h Au U Hawaiian Barbecue something like that Hawaiian it’s called Hawaiian Barbecue no it isn’t it has a name Wahoo uhhuh something like that I don’t think so I think it says Hawaiian Barbecue on it does not okay pull up my phone and I’ll prove it to you right now it has a formal name not just Hawaiian Barbecue okay all right but it is on the corner of Cortez and Sheldon so for you local folks don’t miss it it’s fabulous it (01:19) used to be where the old Thai Cottage was yeah so we have a review on K Tha cottage which was also my favorite yeah no it’s actually we called it a cottage but it actually the name of it was actually house that’s right but it was uh it was run by a Thai family lovely and uh they they did a great job and uh the only thing about it was they were constantly away visiting Thailand with their family and I don’t know if they went back to thail think they went back so so we were very sad when they closed (01:49) so it it it took a while for the new place to open and it took us a few weeks to try it but when we did oh it is amazing it is just like some of the traditional food you’ll find in Hawaii when you go to visit so if you love spam they’ve got spam dishes which you Hawaii is the the highest per capita uh consumption of spam in the world that’s right so if you’re a Spam fan this is the place to go but they also have amazing barbecue beef fixed Hawaiian style that’s the that’s the one I would (02:22) try that is so good if you haven’t gone yet try the beef first the beef is amazing the beef is amazing yeah um and then they also have delicious pork they have chicken katsu which is lightly breaded chicken strips fixed uh the Japanese way from in Hawaii as they fix it Paco PCO I forget what they call the breading I don’t know but it was good and uh what else uh oh Cher chicken terak Chien my favorites are the beef and the teriyaki chicken you can’t beat it and then they also give you your traditional uh macaroni salad which is (02:56) really big in Hawaii you get their macaroni salad good and and rice and delicious sauces that goes over it so I mean so you walk in you place your order they bring it to you it’s a you know it’s a nice little seating area yeah it’s set up set up kind of like a fast food place they will bring you your food yes uh from the count I guess if they’re very busy maybe they won’t but they’ll call your number but uh you know it’s not a service restaurant so much but uh it’s it’s wonderful and they’ve done a (03:27) great job remodeling the place the inside of really really nice uh and they are just they are just killing it and they do catering as well so like for instance we had a party we got huge treay of all these different Meats set it up uh buffet style everybody came loved it they also do egg rolls they also do crab drons I mean it’s it’s it’s good stuff it is really good stuff and it’s just a great place just to go have lunch yeah uh you don’t necess if you don’t need to have catering just go (03:56) there and you have a great you know dinner um they have smaller sizes they have bigger dinner portions it goes on and on and on I cannot say enough good things about it is really good Hawaiian the other thing I really like about it is it’s not another of something yeah uh so any of you guys out there considering opening a restaurant I’m sure nobody is that probably is no one but just in case if you want to start a restaurant in the area of Prescot don’t do Italian there are at least a half dozen phenomenal (04:30) really good Italian Italian restaurants don’t do Thai there’s like a half dozen Amazing Thai restaurant but you know people new restaurants oh it’s another Italian restaurant oh yeah okay well every eighth visit will go there you know because the other ones are are always going to be the priority but these people very barbecue very clever something different and something really really good we did a recently did a video on lyx Lake they do German food it’s nice to see something a little you know off off the path absolutely we (05:04) would love to see a Cuban restaurant would be wonderful yes I’d love Cuban yeah just you know something a little different because uh yeah you a good well we we we’ve had a a couple of decent steak restaurants we’re still waiting for a really fine steak dining uh that’s good so but anyway we are truly tickled to have Hawaiian Barbecue uh we go there all the time now at least once a week for lunch good stuff good so if you’re local make sure you try it out because we need to support all of our local restaurants for (05:36) sure and if you’re coming in from out of town make sure you try it out it’s a good launch you’re not going to be disappointed at let us know what it’s called because Clean Your Jets

Long ago when people thought about relaxing, they would envision themselves sinking below the surface of a sea of warm swirling bubbles, the personal oasis of a large jetted tub. Paradise!

No one thought about scum… but it was there… growing all the time.

Now you just can’t talk about jetted tubs without someone bringing up scum. If you’ve ever turned on the jets on a tub that hasn’t been used in a while, you know why. Eww!

The thing is, few things are as easy to clean as a jetted tub. You just need to know the trick… which we share in this episode. If you’ve turned your sore back on jetted luxury because of scum, take a gander… and a nice warm bath.

hello hello peeps good to see everybody this morning happy to be here Diana Randall bro we are here your local real estate uh Team husband and wife um we used to be boyfriend girlfriend no but uh yeah now we’re just now we’re just ball and chain you know it is almost 40 years yeah but anyway that’s okay here with another tip for you and this is sort of a tangential real estate thing yeah so you see you know you see these these different styles come in and out one of the had to have things in the past were the Deep Garden tubs right (00:46) jacuzzi tub with a jacuzzi tub oh go yeah but not only am I my tub gonna make me clean but it’s gonna it’s gonna make me feel relaxed and invigorated and all that with the Jets and now there’s they’ve stopped doing that the the the tubs are uh they’re kind of dying you don’t see them as much anymore you don’t see them too much people want big huge walk-in showers yeah they or big tubs that they stand with the the tubs with the feet we’re seeing some of that too oh yeah yeah yeah so but what we found (01:14) is something we learned I didn’t even know this but if you have a jetted tub to keep it in good operating um condition you should every month put run a little bit of bleach and or vinegar and or no not ends not ends you can’t put vinegar and bleach at the same time I didn’t I said and or yeah and or just say or or you can’t say don’t do and yeah don’t you if you put bleach if you put bleach and vinegar you will release chlorine gas and kill yourself yeah do not combine it do not combine it so (01:46) don’t do and or just do or was my point oh Lord yeah there it is so you could do punch him in the throat yeah go ahead now please please do it the uh um you you can do bleach about a half cup m uh you can do vinegar about two cups again don’t thr them together or you can do dishwashing uh uh detergent don’t do regular detergent or your bathroom will fill with SIDS uh but just you know I would do I would do vinegar I do a couple of couple of uh things of vinegar and then run it for about 30 minutes and (02:19) then drain it and then fill it with cold water and run that for about 30 minutes and drain it done the vast majority of people don’t use their their jetted tubs because they get dirty then when you turn them on all this Gunk comes out right and then they stop and people don’t want the tubs anymore because they they’re they get dirty it’s gross and it’s they’re so easy to clean it’s just it’s just maintenance it’s just it’s just maintenance yeah so we learned this have we done it yet no but I think it’s (02:47) a great idea yeah uh I’m excited to try it she still hasn’t done it but uh yeah but I have the knowledge and knowledge is power my friends you know that the power to take action that’s right so I will do it and it keeps your uh your jets in great operating condition without that nasty stuff floating in there when you do use it remember the first time you got into a jetted deep tub how wonderful that was bring that back into your life we need to put these jetted tubs back on the map because they’ve got a bum wrap they do they do (03:20) just a little bit of so we didn’t know this and we had a good friend it’s like yeah you just maintained it’s super clean and I’m like oh wow did not know this so we just thought we threw this out there to you if you got jetted tubs honest yeah next time we have a a listing with a jetted tub we have to go over and do that because sometimes the inspectors will turn on the the Jets you know so yeah you got to do that it can be scary can be really scary so anyway just thought we’d pass on that helpful (03:45) tip yeah it’s not fun it’s not sexy but it is helpful well Jed tubs can be sexy okay not when they’re dirty not when they’re dirty no no there’s nothing sexy about no then you’re jumping out I got to get out of here I can’t do it yeah exactly so anyway hope this is helpful to you out there listening if you have a jetted tub get out there and take care of it that’s exactly right that’s her tip of the day you like tips there’s a place to go it’s called pickle 411.com that is our free information (04:17) site whether you’re a buyer seller somewhere in between there’s information waiting for you that will Amaze the stound educate and inform oddly enough we have information that will inform you and uh it’ll do other things to you I don’t yeah yeah write us and let us know what our what our free information site does to you because we’re we’re looking for more ways to describe it one way we always describe it is it’s free it’s absolutely free you can send us money if you want but you don’t have to because (04:47) it’s free all right my friends thank you for reaching out and uh and I hope that this is helpful to you and we look forward to hearing from you soon hopefully all right take care bye bye

But now they’ve done a buffet restaurant. Can their formula scale up to all-you-can-eat? Well, we went to go find out.

hello hello hello this is Diane and Randall bro coming to you from our beautiful mountain town of presc Arizona pres Arizona pres Arizona today we’re doing another restaurant review our favorite yeah this one you know this company is just they’re taking over the world they are kicking they kicking tail butt kicking butt kick kick butt kicking all kinds of things yeah so this is uh the wz wz Asian beastro the only thing they’ve done wrong is the name I just lose the wz just call (00:38) it Asian vro but I digress anyway they opened a place in uh Prescot Valley very successful uh we reviewed it uh you can get Chinese Japanese and uh Thai food there yep uh all all the same place which is really great typically I’ll get sushi and she’ll get something on the Chinese menu uh great restaurant they opened up a second location we loved it in presc in presc they have another it’s like a ramen noodle place or something over by you know where Five Guys uh BD does that belong to them too yes they have a we have never have a noodle shop friend their latest (01:17) addition to the family is a buffet restaurant wz Asian buffet Asian buffet and that’s good stuff and odly enough they have Chinese Japanese and Thai food on the buffet along with all those really weird desserts that you always see at Asian buffet restaurants yes I don’t think anyone’s ever eaten any of it I think they just it’s made of wax and they just keep pulling it out but besides that it is excellent right that’s right they do a great great job very good it’s always packed uh the buffet is huge it’s clean tons of selections they even (01:54) have American food on there too if you’ve got a picky person picky eater picky kid you know pizza for the kids yeah yeah so we love it and we go up there with friends for lunch and then we come home and take a nap yeah pretty much have to takeen out because it’s good stuff yeah so if you like to graze you know you don’t want to just commit to one thing uh if you like to commit to one thing well then go to one of their other go to but if you kind of want to just graze and try (02:22) everything a little bit of this and a little bit of that this is a great place to do it uh it’s very well appointed uh the AC is is nice a lot of times you go to these buffet restaurants and it’s muggy cuz they don’t really they trying to save money or something I don’t know hot muggy it was very comfortable very very nicely done uh service was great uh the food was all nice and fresh they were constantly bringing out new food so it just doesn’t sit there and boil all day long you know (02:49) it was nice and fresh yeah it was all fresh they were constantly replenishing yeah so great Buffet Great Buffet so can’t say enough good things about enough good things they have a a a lunch L uh a lunch menu and then well I guess a not menu but lunch buffet and a dinner buffet uh we have not been to the dinner buffet it cost a little more so I’m thinking they have yet do I didn’t even know that I think they might have some more premium Su BR more like that yeah uh but we’ve done the (03:19) the lunch thing a couple of times it was really quite good had to look forward to getting there uh for dinner very good yeah so that’s our another great tip try the wz Asian buffet MH um if you want a little bit more concentrated meal then try the beastro all good stuff good they do a great job all good no complaints we love it and we love it and we’re glad to have them yep so hope to see you maybe at the buffet one day and stop save us oh yeah the M crab the egg rolls were goods were good yeah so give us a call if you see us say hello give us a shout out yep we’ll say (03:56) hello in between bites yep that’s our tip of the day if you like tips to place to go is our free information site pickle 411.com and whether you’re a buyer seller or somewhere in between there’ll be something there waiting for you that will Amaze Astound uh inform entertain and overwhel maybe make you hungry and maybe make you hungry if we’re talking about restaurants yeah about the restaurants all right all completely free all completely free hope to see you soon at one of our (04:24) favorite restaurants thank you for listening and have a great rest of your day bye bye
