bonjour bonjour bour you’re also very French I am French today and French today I decided to switch it up yeah um happy New Year y’all happy New Years this is Randall and Diane bro coming to you from the beautiful Arizona Christmas City Prescot Arizona she’s the presc pickle lady I am and we are so happy to be here and wish you a happy happy New Year 2025 I can’t believe it that is wow yeah crazy the 21st century is almost a quarter over that’s crazy I know that’s just crazy so uh we wish everyone just the happiest of upcoming years may you all find happiness and (00:46) peace and good health yeah and let us help you find a good home yeahoo there you go New Year’s resolution is to make new start so uh new start and what better way to do that come start here with us in our great little town yeah great little town so one thing we love about Prescot is their celebration for of New Year’s and it’s kind of fun when we first moved here everybody’s like you got to get to the square you got to get to the Town Square we’re GNA have you got to watch the boot drop the boot drop yeah and what does that mean a boot drops yeah so instead of the ball like in in (01:21) Time Square we have a cowboy boot get it because we’re a little western town so the boot drops it’s at Jersey Lily mhm and uh the first time we went we were like wow why is the boot dropping at 10 p.m. this is the beautiful thing about preset they have two boot droppings so for the early birds who want to get in and get out and they’re cold they go and they watch the boot drop at 10 because technically it’s the new year on the east coast and then for the uh Stronger W people who can make it younger yeah yeah younger and warm more warmly dressed yes so they will hang out (02:02) and they drop it again at midnight yeah so they’ll stand around waiting for the other shoe to drop I say that joke every year every year never get old it’s really fun and well first of all pres get’s just an amazingly friendly and warm uh Town it is uh everybody Embraces each other they love each other we have a lot of fun um everybody’s super duper friendly so especially around the square as the boot drops it’s it’s a lot of hugging and happiness and and uh wishes for a happy new year (02:37) and it’s it’s just lovely very very nice very nice little spirited town so and then of course you can you know while you’re waiting for the boot to drop you can go down Whiskey Row and enjoy all kinds of live music and just really uh welcome the New Year in with a bang yes so the other good thing is so that’s fun downtown there’s all kinds of events all over town we go to Prescot lakes and they have a great big giant party you can buy tickets to there’s all kinds of lovely restaurants that (03:10) you can make reservations so we got a lot of fun stuff we do it’s a it’s a great great time yeah so we just want some cities you know in some of the bigger cities New Year’s Eve is kind of a crazy night I know a lot of people that are you know their fear is it won’t be safe you know presc is a safe town it’s a wonderful place to celebrate the holidays and the new year and very very safe place yes that is very true it’s very safe nobody will be pickpocketing you or anything else you might get a a random hug from a stranger maybe a kiss I don’t know but um for the most part (03:51) it’s just a kick-ass time it is that’s all I can say it is that’s all I can say so but uh Randall and I would also like to spend this moment to wish you all a very happy New Year to those of you who we’ve met this past year we just hope your 2025 is off to a good start we’re so happy you’re here in Prescot and we hope to see you at one of these events yeah and to those of you thinking about preset and you know we wish you all a very happy New Year and we thank you for being in our life (04:22) absolutely so cheers to that cheers to that happy 2025 everybody hope to see you soon bye bye bye

hello hello hello folks hello peeps this is Diana Randall bro coming to you from the beautiful Christmas Town of pres Arizona and uh we’re so happy to share all kinds of information with you whether it’s about our lovely town it’s uh lovely neighborhoods homes um and even just little random things random things so today we love to share Rand kind of kind of a random thing this is a random so during the holiday season you take a lot of pictures on your phone uh you put them on your phone they stay in your phone you never look at them again (00:38) every now and then you go back through oh remember this and then you never look at it again that’s right we have a trick for you we just found out we just found out we may behind the aall the rest of you may already know this may already know this if you do then you could laugh at us and move on now we have we have iPhones you know if you don’t have an iPhone there’s probably functionality very similar to this you just have to figure it out cuz I have an iPhone but here’s the thing on in your photos you can set up an album different albums (01:08) right and then whatever pictures you really like drop into that album and then you can set your uh phone so that your lock screen will randomly pick pictures from that album so I it just tickles me all day long I’ve got my lock screen set so the picture changes once an hour yep and uh all throughout the day it picks I put lots and lots of pictures and it it it pulls the pictures up and I just enjoy it all day long it’s so much fun and I mean we see a lot of uh uh pictures from trips we took with with friends it’s (01:47) like oh yeah I forgot about that how fun is that yeah just any picture that you think our kidos our daughter’s wedding our dogs you know just whatever it just kind of brightens our day we’re in the middle of a stressful work day yeah any picture that makes you happy just drop it in there right and uh it will unhappy pictures no put only things that make you feel happy that kind of person you know if you’re some people are yeah if you’re a masochist you know you could do that you so we got a get a big kick out (02:16) of it and sometimes we’re out and we’re stressed and something will pop up that makes us smile Good Times yeah we show one another remember that yeah you know yeah so anyway we were so excited by this uh obviously we’re way behind on technology we’re kind of shocking the how stupid we are with this but delighted to find this trick and just wanted to share it with you yeah yeah we also have uh electronic frames yes where you can load pictures uh upload pictures on from your phone and uh in the frame will randomly show those which is also (02:49) fun also a great way we we’ve we finally you know we take more pictures than ever before y cuz it’s so easy with but no more albums nobody does a photo album but you know you do Anum go you never sit down and look through albums you on your pH but you use your phone every day it’ll show you pictures it’ll give you a little smile the cool thing about this is you know we’ve moved many times I’m sure people who were thinking about moving here it’s kind of nice to see pictures from the past like oh that’s our old house or oh that’s our old (03:20) neighborhood it’s um it’s very nice and if you’re in a good mood you can reflect positively on that if you’re not you can just delete that photo just delete that photo and create the past that you want to remember create the past that you want or the new future that you want by coming here to Prescot there you go there you go that’s the Silver Lining um come get some new pictures and a new life here in Prescot see how I turn that I like that you just turn that back I I I looped it back in like a masterful Looper I am a master Looper Master (03:55) Looper she’s a master Looper I am a master Looper so but anyway we would uh love to have you come in and get some new pictures of your new home that you can float on your phone that’s exactly right and um we hope to see you soon we’d love to show you around and happy to share our little photo trick although I suspect most of you know it already yeah maybe but it was new to us and we were excited so that’s our tip of the day if you like tips we have plenty for you go to pickle 411. hello hello hello hello peeps my little pickle peeps out there peeps I am diam brro and this is my better half R pickle lady that is right I’m her side girk and sidekick side that’s right skunk Pig something I don’t know it changes dayto day we are here to wish everyone out there a happy happy holiday season absolutely and uh we’re so delighted to be here yet again impress to enjoy all the festivities of Prescot that makes it uh Arizona’s Christmas City Arizona’s Christmas City baby we have a special designation yes we do uh lots of folks (00:43) come that’s right lots of folks come from all around uh all around Arizona even from out of state um we have several great events that happen here starting with the lighting of the courthouse and that’s when over a 100,000 lights um are turned on and all the trees around the courthouse which is a very big Square oh yeah it’s beautifully decorated it’s very Charming it’s like you’re in a Hallmark movie I mean we can’t make this stuff up folks it is awesome and then a lot of the surrounding stores and Whiskey Row some (01:19) of the taverns they decorate for Christmas too so the whole square is just lit up so we have the the official lighting we also have a Christmas parade christas parade which is very cute and capsule it is it’s so sweet and everybody’s so excited we also have aconite aconite which is named after one of the town’s residents here that started this and it’s a huge fundraiser the square is all closed off for everyone can walk around the streets and go from store to stores to store and they have musicians playing and wine and (01:59) you can go from place to place and uh make donations which all go towards the Arts and Music uh for all the schools here in instruments for kids learning music and stuff like that great and they’ll have a lot of the kids playing music and stuff and it’s just amazing it’s a fun night we love to go and have a nice dinner around the square and then we just go from store to store and listen to all the great music that’s out there and we make donations yes we do so that’s acern night and then we have um what else do we have after that I don’t (02:37) know I was going to ask you uh we have our parade we have the official lighting we have aconite um and then that the lights stay up really through January just in time for New Year’s Eve and it’s just an amazingly beautiful Charming thing to enjoy special shows at the Elks oh yeah they’ll have uh Symphony you know the the um MH orchestra playing at uh either in the Square or Performing Art Center they’ve got all kinds of other events as well folks this is the town for Christmas is a big Christmas Town it’s a (03:13) big Christmas Town in fact it’s so big here that’s why we’ve got designated as Arizona Christmas City it is beautiful it’s just not to be missed so make sure you you know come make a little weekend trip come see the town during Christmas it’s it’s something to experience enjoy some great restaurants some great music right yeah oh absolutely and just have a good time it’s just a nice way to start off the holiday season so please please if you’re thinking about presc it this is a nice time to come the weather is (03:46) beautiful it’s a little chilly but it’s just perfect for hot chocolate and um Bailey’s maybe and uh and just see all the beautiful Christmas stuff it’ll really put you in the mood for the holiday season so we hope you guys are thinking about coming to visit and we’d love to show you around and show you some homes as well while you’re here and uh hope to see you soon absolutely so give us a call uh if you look this is our tip of the day tip of the day not to call not to call that’s something else yes so our tip of the day uh is the CH (04:22) Christmas in presc uh in Prescot Arizona uh if you like tips we got plenty of them for for you you can find them at pickle 411.com that is our free information site whether you’re a buyer or seller or somewhere in between there’ll be something there waiting for you that will Amaze Astound entertain and uh just we might see you at Acron night might see you at Acron night floating around and enjoying the music and having a good time with all of our friends so not to be missed folks we hope to see you at our beautiful little (04:59) Christmas City see you soon bye bye

hello hello hello hello peeps Happy fall and holiday season yeah getting into December now this is Diana Randle bro coming to you live from our beautiful festive town of presc Arizona Arizona she’s the presca pickle lady that’s right so we are decorated if you haven’t heard Prescot is called Arizona’s Christmas city and that’s for a good reason it’s beautiful you should definitely make a trip during the holiday season yeah absolutely Christmas through January and come see all the lights and all that good stuff and this (00:38) this is tying in believe it or not to our topic of today which is do-it-yourself decks do it-yourself decks so I would never try to build a deck I’m not a handy person if I put together a deck it would kill people mhm but there are people out there who think they know how to put a deck together Ian you look at a deck it doesn’t look very complicated you know so people think well I can build a deck I can build a deck you might want to think Twi you really can’t we love our deck yeah we love our deck We Love Our Deck and as I (01:14) was saying we’re talking about the Christmas lights we just decorated all of our Deck with Christmas lights decks are wonderful decks are a great thing if a professionally Contra a professional contractor does the work that’s exactly right so a couple things you need to know first there a lot of regulations associated with decks like the space between the little what do you call them little posts or whatever that’s right yeah they can’t be too big can’t be too small uh but the big thing is in the horror story we heard from Matt our (01:46) inspector shout out to Matt shout out to Matt best inspector ever best inspector ever he was inspecting a home that had a homemade deck and it was on a manufactured home oh and the guy who built deck attached it to the wall of the manufactured home oh decks weigh a lot they weigh a lot where is this going not good I destroyed the house yeah I completely undermined all of the uh what are the the boards or whatever the the uh railings the oh the I can’t think of the something with an R that’s how much we know about building we don’t know (02:25) about building not good to attach a deck onto a manufa Jo and all that were uh kind of pulled the wall off well it it it undermined the so the the support structure under the house was undermined and twisted and the joists were falling out oh uh so not only did Matt not approve the house but he said uh you can’t enter this house until this is fixed because it is dangerous it could collapse at any minute and all the guy did was build a deck and attach it to his house decks are heavy you have to be very careful are heavy you got to be (02:59) really really care careful so especially a two story if you’re up on the second level doing a deck I mean then there’s even more you know the the beams underneath have to be a certain width and dimension and with part don’t second don’t guess that on your own believe me you have to have a professional it looks easy it’s it’s a lot it’s a lot of weight and when you’re dealing with that much wood uh you could kill yourself easily people will put uh stucco around like the you know make it look nice or whatever oh yeah and water Gets behind (03:32) it destroys the wood and suddenly the deck collapses if it’s connected to your house your house collapses yeah you you you need to know you really need to know what you’re doing you need to have a licensed general contractor um who knows what he’s doing understands a debt contractor contract and they’re out there you just they’re out there and they’re not that much money and uh if you build it yourself and then you it comes time to sell your home uh there’s a really good chance the inspector is g to find something wrong with it very (04:05) expensive to fix and it can undermine other aspects of your home yes so don’t fool around with it uh you get what you pay for so if you do it yourself and you’re trying to cheap out and and make it as as reasonable as possible chances are you’re either going to kill yourself or a guest that’s exactly or your house so uh just let the professionals handle it ex it’ll be perfect and you’ll have a great time and many years of enjoyment that’s right decks are a great great addition to a home yes they are they add (04:35) a lot of value a lot they add a lot of value you will get your money back out of your deck so we’re all about decks we’re all about decks the bigger the deck the better yeah you want a Big Deck that’s what they say nobody wants a small deck that’s what I’ve heard yeah so but don’t build your deck yourself yes I could make so many good jokes right now but but yeah so decks definitely add value so it is worth the investment you will get it back on resale provided it’s done correctly and professionally um and also I wouldn’t (05:12) even do wood on the deck I would do um what’s the concrete no the flooring not the flooring oh oh not wood you want uh tracks tracks yeah there you go I knew he would get it TRS yeah you absolutely need TRS for sure so just spend a little bit of extra money you’ll get it back on resale and you’ll have many many years of enjoyment We Love Our Deck abolutely we have a great time sitting back there and absolutely talking to people and having a good time so all for decks just make sure it’s done correctly customer service husband and wife real estate team that’s us that’s us also of other people too yeah I’m not married to any of them that’s right yeah so we wanted to talk to you about how to get more than uh how to get more than your home is worth there you go sellers tend to want to do that so why not we (00:39) all do right we all want the best we can get yeah I you know every now and then we come across a seller who thinks their home is worth less than than it really is right uh and I always love that they say no we’re going to sell your home actually it’s worth more than that yeah it’s worth much more than that you know I you always love to have those conversations but they’re relatively rare tend to think their children all brilliant and attractive and most aren’t you know same thing with uh with homes (01:08) that’s har yeah it’s just the way life is so uh so usually we try to uh we try to talk sellers we think that the best place to price your home is exactly where it’s worth so we will do the comps and everything we have to do a windown on how I do comps at some point that’s right we don’t like to underprice and especially don’t like to overprice guys Co is over yeah CO’s over you’re not going to get that money that you got in covid times yeah let go of that dream yeah uh but some people just (01:43) they just refuse either they have to get more money or you know it’s just a blow to their egos or something they have to get more money so we thought we might talk about what are the options available if you want to get more money from your home then it’s really worth yep and the easiest one to understand is what we call stupid money so stupid money is people who have buyers who have more money than cents typically they’ve just sold something in another state uh typically much more than what they’re buying here they’re (02:23) downsizing to go into retirement so they are flush with cash they’re used to negotiate prices of homes that are 2 million 3 million and then they’re coming here and now they’re looking at homes that are like 800 a million um so they’re used to talking about numbers that are really really high if your home is $100,000 priced $100,000 more than it’s really worth you get one of these guys to come in and their agent for whatever reason is out to lunch yeah it might just happen you might get lucky it (02:59) might get get somebody who comes in and says you know what you’re telling me it’s really worth $875 but I love it and it’s only 950 which to me is a bargain coming from where I’m coming from I’m not going to equival over $100,000 so it’s it’s yeah so occasionally you get lucky with a buyer flush with funds and they’re happy and they don’t mind and they feel like they’re still getting a deal yeah so you might get what we call stupid money they’ll come in and be like (03:26) I don’t care love it it feels good feels right and I could never get this where I lived before so yeah so it works out for everybody so if you’re GNA do the stupid money thing you need to be quick about it because if you overprice your home and it sits on the market a long time it’s going to get stale uh this Market relies heavily on Buyer Agents because most buyers aren’t here and when agents get tired of thinking about your home they won’t think about your home anymore yep not going to recommend it to clients it’s (04:02) hard to get your home back on their map right so you might want to try the stupid money thing for a couple of weeks not too long maybe a month and then if it doesn’t work then you can say major discount you know we’ve discounted $100,000 and then that will get agents interested again in your home uh we’ll be glad if if you’re listing your home with us we’d be glad to use that tactic with you to try to get you that um it is rare that but it does happen from time to time we’ve seen a it does it’s a nice (04:37) little surprise yeah so that’s and it works out for both parties everybody’s happy that’s the easy the easy one is stupid money the other one is not so easy and that’s really spending a lot of time and effort and some money to Stage the home beautifully staged homes always sell even when the market is really really bet they sell and they sell for good prices uh the money that you spend in staging you’re going to get back several fold uh the idea there is to create an emotional bond with the buyer (05:15) for your home and you’re not going to get that unless you stage it very very well uh staging will pay for itself in that regard again if you’re interested in doing something like that we can work with you to do that a lot you know obviously a lot more involved than just the stupid money thing those are the two ways that we know of that’s it I don’t know of another way to make that happen yeah I mean we can we we advertise heavily everywhere too but yeah that’s pretty much it so when you’re pricing if (05:48) you want to go over keep these two things in mind if you really want top dollar you might have to yeah you know uh hope for stupid money and or pay some money to have it staged so now that that message was really aimed at our sellers uh now if you are a buyer chances are you’re selling someplace else you can use these tactics wherever your home is now that and that’s fine if you’re our buyer coming in here to presc it rest assured you will not be stupid money we will tell you what it’s worth we run (06:20) numbers on’ll that we sell we make sure that it’s been Priced Right so Absolut you can rely on us to make sure that you will not be a victim because if you are and you move into your home your neighbors will laugh at you stop they will they will laugh at you they could they you know neighbors love to come over and say I think you paid too much for that house hey you paid too much for that house are you aware you paid too much for that house which I think is appallingly rude but you know uh hey this is society we (06:55) live in nowadays people love to tell you what they think you don’t want to be that guy do not so anyway just wanted to let you know keep that in mind if you want a price High you know these hello everyone hello peeps Welcome to our quick little next series that we want to chat with you about and Qui tip a quickie tip a quickie tip so we just did a video on insurance this has something to do with insurance but it’s a little different and I didn’t want it to get buried in uh because it’s very important a lot of our clients take possession of their homes as as a trust you know they have a trust set up and they put the property in the trust that’s a good idea uh talk to your estate planner or financial planner uh probably a good idea for most people (00:43) I would say at least half of the people that we’re dealing with will have a trust if you do that make sure your trust the name of the trust is in the insurance policy that you get it’s a beneficiary of the insurance policy of your homeowners yeah homeowners all that stuff yeah you did not know this you want to ensure your trust also for liability too uh the way it works legally a trust is kind of like a corporation it’s like a a it’s a legal entity almost like a person obviously it’s (01:21) not a person uh but imagine that a person owns your property and you took out an insurance policy uh that person would have to be on the policy to be insured your trust is the same way it’s free to put the name of your trust on your policy so when you’re dealing with buying insurance for your home liability insurance on your home make sure you talk to your uh insurance agent about your trust and putting the name on the trust good agents will ask you you might not have a good Agent or they might just forget if you end up with a claim and you’re not able to collect because of (02:02) an issue with uh something that you could have had done for free not so good so that’s our our quick tip of the day I did not know this it’s good to know yeah good to know good to know so ensure your trust folks with your homeowners yes all right it’s easy peasy yeah that’s our tip of the day tip of the day if you like tips the place to go is pickle 411. we’re here to educate you on it and we’ll show you some video later so we call it the (00:38) Jiggler we call it the Jiggler a vibration board vibration plate a vibration plate board they call it different things you stand on it it’s a little square you’ll see it in a minute and for 10 minutes you jiggle your whole body love it love it love it first of all I laugh so hard when I’m on it you’ll see in a minute but it’s really good for your balance it’s really good for your lymphatic system to get things moving around get your blood going gives you great energy um anyway those of you (01:09) of a certain age will remember back in the day they had a machine that would stand up and there was a belt and you would put it around your butt and it would it would shake you my first tip is don’t tell young people about it because you will show how old you are that’s a lot longer ago than you will remember yes second thing is this is a little different it doesn’t shake you you’re standing on it uh so it’s a it’s a little different it has uh any number of benefits the thing that I like I like to (01:40) put it on a low speed it kind of shakes you more when it when it goes fast you’re kind of you know shaking like that so it’s really good I wake up usually in the morning I have a stiff back and uh it’s hard for me to walk I have to walk around a little while until I kind of loosen up you stand on this for 10 minutes you are loose it just Jiggles everything it gets every your blood kind of going it’s good for what is it the posture balance what’s the lymphatic system yeah get your lymphatic (02:14) system lactic acid supposed to help with uh cellulite it’s supposed to help with um especially if you work out a lot and you have a lot of Trapped lactic acid and you’re hurting you get on this thing it shakes it all out of you yes yes if you if you particularly if you’re doing weight training uh it’s a really good idea to get on something like this afterwards because it keeps you from getting what’s called blood pooling where where you all the lactic acid sits in one area and it just sits there for (02:45) days this will mix all that up it’ll allow you to absorb that and get rid of it uh so we are just we laughed so hard when we first got on it um now we are converts they go from F1 all the way to F9 program one PR oh yeah why did I say F I don’t know program one to program n and you change it up they say to change it up every day and go to a different level I love it it really gives me a lot of energy gets the day going so so the the lower speeds are more for the lymph and lactic acid and all that the higher (03:20) speeds are more about cellulite uh balance uh you know so the different different levels give you different benefits uh but it’s worth it all of maybe 100 bucks 100 bucks get your we call it we call it we don’t call it all that fancy words vibration board vibration whatever we call it we simply call it the Jiggler the Jiggler and J it Jiggles you it’s hilarious now they have a couple of models uh one has a bracket I guess that comes up almost like a like bicycle handles so you have something to hold on to we just put ours up against (03:59) the bar so you can kind of hold on to the bar uh ours came with rubber um yeah so you can exercise with it if you want we don’t you do curls yeah you can do we don’t do any of that we’re not that ambitious yeah you can get on it and do just your arm and they show you all these ways that you can lay on it and sit on it we just stand on it uh we keep it very very know that I’ll have to look at that yeah yeah yeah don’t sit on it I you know you might want to try that but uh I wouldn’t recommend it but standing (04:31) on it’s great and then the wider your feet the more of a shake you get yeah uh so if you if you feeling you’re you’re getting a little rattled you can kind of put your feet in the middle and kind of reduce it a little bit I’ll move around like I’ll feel like a certain muscle I can feel stiffness and I’ll move so it’s shaking that part of my body uh but mornings are a lot a lot more enjoyable for me now uh you know I don’t I don’t have that stiffness none of that sounds right but anyway it is a good thing it’s (05:01) good for it’s not going to hurt folks try the Jiggler now I should say if listen if if you have some kind of back issue you know or you might want to check might not be for you might not be for you might want to check checking with your doctor uh but I I think for most people it it it would have some benefit it’s been great for us and uh we really get it on Amazon just look up vibration board it’s not if you don’t like it s it back yeah it’s not called the Jiggler that’s not called the (05:28) Jiggler that’s just the Bros into business making vibration boards we will call it the Jiggler yeah okay so that’s just something fun and new we just tried and every morning we get up and saddle up on that Jiggler for 10 minutes yep hello hello hello PE this is Diane bro this is my other half Randall bro coming to you live from Prescot Arizona to talk about one of our new restaurants here that open we loved we’ve been there twice thoroughly enjoyed it it’s called Badger Den Badger Den out on Whit Spar and I want everybody to know all you restaurant owners we don’t even we don’t get paid for this no we don’t we don’t get any kind of promotional fee don’t even get a drink but we just enjoy going out to eat and we just love sharing our (00:36) local you know restaurants with with folks who live here it’s it’s it’s part of our fun so this one I think this one kind of needs a plug they uh it’s it’s been a torturous story so originally this place when we first moved here this place was a Mexican restaurant uh went out of business y uh sat for a while and then there’s a company that they had um a breakfast restaurant called B simple I think we we may have done a video on B simple before great breakfast place yep so they decided they were going to open (01:09) up uh this other place a barbecue B simple house or something uh so obviously not not breakfast food and we went there it was it was a it was a good restaurant since then the uh uh the my understanding is the general manager and the chef decided to buy it to buy it out so then they changed the name and originally it was going to be the hungry Badger but then it was the Badger’s Den so there’s something it’s a hungry Badger Den there’s a badger there’s a den it’s Badger Den it’s a simple it’s (01:44) not simple you know it’s Badger Den on white Spar lovely good food I mean you can get great barbecue sandwiches great steaks great ribs um very nice cute little atmosphere it’s not like the restaurant kept turning over that was the other changed the name they changed ownership the restaurant really hasn’t changed that much since it was be simple is kind of the same uh they’ve kind of spruced the place up a little bit uh wonderful places to sit outside we’re getting into fall be a great place to (02:16) sit outside uh that we went there with a large group there’s a nice big group area uh that we were able to use a nice big room yeah nice great service great service Fant service good drinks and the food was as sounding so the one thing about going with a big group is you have people will try pretty much everything on the menu for the most part that’s right so I had the ribs the ribs were fabulous I had the pork sandwich pork sandwich it was very good good uh a couple of guys had ribe eyes at so all the men sit in one table and women sit (02:49) other you know how that is so uh I don’t know what she had I was sitting at the men’s table so a couple of the guys got uh ribeye staks they said they were wonderful my ribs were wonderful I think I don’t think anyone complained about they all said it was great uh this is we kind of needed a good steak restaurant uh some of the ones that have been around have kind of Fallen Fallen away and not as good as they used to be this is is a good one this is a good one uh there’s well there’s Dry Gulch we did (03:21) Dry Gulch before Dry Gulch is still really good it’s very Cowboy um it’s kind of uh this is just a little different atmosphere this is not highend I wouldn’t describe it as highend but a little more than you know a guy in a cowboy hat singing country western Tunes that’s that’s not the scene so it’s a little more highend uh I think the menu is probably more extensive yeah um and kind of a nicer place it just sort of feels but we enjoy both of them yeah we enjoy both of them all those two are really good yeah both (03:54) really good restaurants this is both if somebody’s looking for a good steak restaurant though this is try one of these two where I would send them and Badger Den is fabulous so shout out to them for giving us a good meal and uh continued s success and uh we’re going to be going there soon yeah again so we really enjoyed it so if you’re a local make sure you check out Badger down on W SP don’t be put off by the changes in the name and everything it’s all good kind of torturous a lot of people we (04:25) we’ve been talking about it with our friends and the feedback is like what what’s going on over there changing the name or whatever um so I think it might take them a while to get over that but this is it nothing wrong with it it’s just you know there just some riger Maro but uh the restaurant’s really good service really good food really good yes we highly recommend it so hopefully we’ll see you at Badger Den B well we’re chowing down and some good ribs that’s right so cheers to that Che all right (04:53) hope to see you there take care have a good evening bye bye

in Prescot Arizona here to talk about things real estate things presc y things presc real estate real estate and Presa things to do restaurants all kinds of tips and tricks and so we get a lot of questions from people about lakes here um we have a lot of lakes we have also (00:37) reservoirs that are called Lakes but technically they’re reservoirs yes um a lot of people say I’d like to have a lake house well I want to set that for you first not going to happen not going to happen all St uh all of the lakes around here are around state land so and preserv so I can’t I can’t find for you get a view of the Lakes get a view of the Lakes get on the lake so I’m so sorry so I want to clear that expectation up first the second thing we get is is they’re fishing swimming (01:09) Etc so all right we did a little research yeah we did a little research so actually used artificial intelligence there you go which is we we we like artificial intelligence chat GPT uh so the question was whether you can swim in any of these lakes and the answer is no so uh for Watson and Willow those are reservoirs that water is runoff so they kind of think well that’s not probably a good idea to tell people to go swimming in there because we don’t know where it’s running off know (01:39) running off from sow w40 you know or something like that it’s washed into that was in there so that’s probably not a good idea also too they’re they’re very shallow yeah they’re shallow it’s not good swimming it’s not good swimming uh you can kayak canoe paddle board no motorboat mized yeah but you still can get out there and enjoy the lake just don’t get in it yeah and you can fish I don’t know if it’s uh Catch and Release but uh you do see people out there fishing and they’re (02:10) all stocked so I you know they’re they’re stocked with trout uh the gold water lake same thing no swimming but it’s primarily for fishing boating and picnicking also too they they don’t like people in the waters CU it it makes it muddy you stir up the bottom cuz and they want to that’s a good fishing spot so they want to preserve that yeah cuz none of these laks are particularly deep um so if you have people thrashing around it’s going to make them really murky right uh (02:39) if you want to go swimming there are other places that you can go uh Crescent Moon Ranch which is near Sedona uh Fossil Creek about two hours from Prescot Grasshopper Point near Sedona Slide Rock State Park oh that’s fun I haven’t done it but it’s on my list of things to do yeah the rocks eles are like it’s like a water slide like a water slide so you can go and yeah and verie River that’s about an hour and a half away a lot of people know about the ver Riv nice and cool and (03:10) uh and clean so there go tubing in too which is really cool like right outside of Phoenix you can tube in there is actually Wild Horses yeah that you’ll be tubing and here comes a a herd of wild horses just coming into the water to to cool off so that’s kind of that’s kind of cool yeah so yeah you really can’t swim or motorboat but but it’s still beautiful uh links like in particular you’ll feel like you’re in California yeah it’s beautiful you’re surrounded by beautiful trees huming Birds (03:38) Galore lovely absolutely lovely we did a a video not too long ago on links lake cafe which is right on links Lake and absolutely beautiful so do we have lakes yes we do um can you live around them no you can’t can you go out and enjoy them and paddle board and canoe and what have you yes you absolutely can can you fish in some of them yes so uh if you’re an avid outdoor person there’s lots of hiking trails all around these Lakes so not only if you don’t want to get in the water or paddle board or canoe you can at least hike around and just enjoy I mean there’s (04:17) beautiful kayak and you fall over and you got you’re not going to vaporize or anything it’s not it’s not you know it’s nothing like that it’s all good so don’t worry hello hello hello hello peeps this is Diana Randle bro coming to you live from Prescot Arizona Prescot Arizona we are your happy friendly real estate team husband and wife team this is Randall’s favorite thing he wanted me to share it with you I want to do this I want to do it on your head yeah so this is a sex toy that no it isn’t it’s stuck on my head all right moving along moving along so this is one of my I knew it was gonna do that I know I there that’s why I had to do it yeah I had to play with it anyway (00:43) sorry did you hear so this yeah it made a noise I heard it within my skull thank you for that so this is what’s called a bulb changer so I’ve been having this a number of years and I just had to use it we had a client she had to shout out to Ziggy we had uh she had a bul that was kind of on a high ceiling and she couldn’t change it didn’t have a ladder so she uh she wanted she asked me to go and change your bulb for and I’m thinking change a bulb okay so I go over and it’s like oh oh I get it it’s too (01:14) high so I I have just the thing so I went home and I got my bulb changer this is it so this and this is it so I’ll tell you one of my favorite stories this is when we were still living in Texas we had soaring ceilings so cathedral ceiling like all the way two stories and we had uh recess bulbs all the way up there and we love the recess bulbs it one of the things we liked about the house when we bought it and everything can lights can lights yeah what what is a is that the same thing a can light a recess but most people refer to it as a (01:46) can light yeah I used to refer to it as a can light but I think since you sucked my brain out uh I’m having some trouble so uh eventually though one of the bulbs burned out and This was oh we got to go get a ladder we’re gonna have to get scal fling we was like you know what I think I can find a solution to that so I went to Home Depot or one of those I bought one of these so I come home with it now this is the kind of thing that I bring home to do chores and my wife looks at it with disdain you know (02:19) absolute disdain she’s like a s really you think this is gonna work well it I tell you how it is telescopes out I mean it goes really really high and you just pop it on just like she stuck it to my head you stick it on the bulb and then you turn it to to remove it bring it down take it off put the other bulb in and put it down and put it back up so and she looks at me like and so I get the bulb in right I get the bulb in I screw it in and then she says all right now how are you g to get it off well there’s a simple answer that’s what this (02:53) little string is for a little string you pull it pull the string it popped right off and how much was this thing I like $10 $10 yeah we were tickled we’ve had it for years and years and years I have used it on any number of homes you don’t use it that often but when you do you really appre it is amazing it is a an ingenious little invention yeah I you know very very uh uh primitive technology but I tell you what for a very specific purpose it works really really well and so I I thought I would share that because not many people know (03:24) about bulb Changers uh so if you’ve got a a canned light that’s too high for your ladder and you’re wondering how you’re going to do that well that’s how you do ity the B especially if you’re as you get older you get scared to get on ladders absolutely and balance at the top and trying to reach it this thing is it really is quite effective it’s it’s a good trick so uh they they have other styles I looked on Amazon they have any if just look up bulb Changers they’ve got a number of them they’ll have them (03:53) at Home Depot or or lows as well uh this is this one’s pretty old I guess they they probably have better technology now that kind of grabs the ball or whatever every now and then like my mother’s uh she good to have something that grabs a bulb that grabs you got to grab those bulbs it’s all about grabbing bulbs it’s all about I can’t take her anywhere so my mother had these caned lights and they weren’t properly installed so when you tried to screw the bulb the uh the whole can started turning only in Louisiana so (04:26) uh she had to get scaffolding up there and uh just to remove the bulb and then had it a fixed properly after that the bulb changer worked so there you go that’s my tip let me see the bulb changer again I want to stick it on your head again because that makes me laugh no yes you don’t use it as a spear geez G to get Whiplash people that is our tip for the day if you like tips the place to go is pickle 411. hello hello hello beep good afternoon this is Diane and Randall bro geez pickle lady we’re in Prescot Arizona I am we are your friendly husband and wife realtor team today we’re being friendly yeah we’re being we’re friendly most of the time we we’re pretty friendly to each other from time to time we’re antagonistic but usually we’re quite friendly today we’re going to talk about insurance so this was By Request yes we get a fair number ofest for different subjects so a lot of people (00:32) are talking about insurance right now because it has become a major factor in homeownership absolutely especially we have family in New Orleans I know this affects a lot of people in California as well California Florida um so I guess the first thing to say is um you do not have to you were not required to have fire insurance or flood insurance in Prescot Arizona um we are not it’s not we’ve never even been evacuated here uh for threat of fire yes are there fires but usually they’re about an hour or two outside of town more the forest up in the mountain the (01:12) forest yeah not in presc well it might be within the Incorporated boundary of that is Prescot but prescot’s boundaries go up into the mountains they have some pretty obscure areas that are still considered preset so we have never in the town itself uh you are usually you’re not required to have fire insurance I know in other states it’s mandatory especially with all the wildfires happening um we do not have floods here there are some sections and I mean a very small percentage (01:45) that during monsoons might have a little bit of flash flooding um but those are more rural areas or you know smaller areas generally not the house I mean if you go into some a few neighborhoods there will be are that says Don’t drive here when there’s water right that’s because of monsoons they have surges of water that need to be uh uh gotten rid of very quickly that’s right and uh but not in homes uh and in all of our years of selling homes I can maybe think of one or two that FEMA (02:23) required them to have flood insurance because they were near ow Ling areas low Ling areas it’s very usual to find it um I’ve never so the majority of homes here you’re not required to have flood insurance um we’re a mile high so if it floods here then the arc should be coming yeah yeah start building Noah and his Arc are coming to save us all because if we ever get underwater we got a big problem going on it’s end of times basically so and getting back to the fire thing too you should (02:53) know that a big part of the firefighting effort in Arizona comes out of Prescot they fly out of the Regional Airport here uh so in the plains with the water go drop they go all that comes out of presc so the idea that there’s going to be a fire that’s uncontrollable in presc itself is very very remote never even come close nor have we ever had to been evacuated like nothing so I want you to feel safe and secure about that safe and secure about flooding don’t need to have earthquake insurance as well yes so but if you want to if you want to yeah if you want to you (03:32) can do it and it’s available it is absolutely uh we just changed our insurance recently to Travelers homeowners to Travelers and our Auto not an issue um we don’t have anybody pulling out it is getting a little dicey sometimes in some areas but in maybe other cities in Arizona but here we had absolutely no problem changing Insurance um our home is about 3,100 square feet and I want to say our homeowners is about 1,800 a year um but I added some extra stuff on there so it it probably (04:08) be a little bit cheaper depending on the size of your home and this that and the other now just to be clear we’re not speaking for the State of Arizona correct we are speaking for presc just pres so there are areas in Arizona where they do have fires down in the valley you know it gets to 120 degrees there in the summer they’re going to have fires yeah and they do and our firefighters FL you’ll see them flying out to go take care of it I can’t speak for those communities whether (04:35) fire insurance is available or how much it is or whether it’s required I honestly don’t know uh Arizona is a pretty big state now I do know like in certain areas in Louisiana some insurance companies are starting to pull out and they are cancelling people uh from what I have heard here it hasn’t happened here yet yeah I don’t expect it to for the most part that’s for her I don’t know if a hurricane has ever hit presc Arizona that would be a long shot but uh you should know if you are considering other communities uh moving to retire or otherwise (05:13) pretty much all along the Gulf of Mexico so that’s all along you know galvaston Houston Florida New Orleans all mobile all along the uh the Gulf Coast and then the Atlantic coast maybe even some of Texas too because they get a lot of lot of Florida this is an issue for lot car Georgia everything along the coast is starting to have trouble with uh hurricane because of the hurri and so the cost of insurance is going Skyhigh and so a lot of insurance companies are having to pull out is they simply can’t afford the claims to help people anymore so keep this all in mind (05:53) so far so good here in Prescot Arizona uh very reasonable we’ve been very happy haven’t had any issues and it’s uh coming from the Deep South it’s very nice not to have to have worry about flooding or hurricane and and yeah we just there was just a hurricane uh in New Orleans and we have just moved my mother from New Orleans to Prescot uh she’s uh staying in a community called touch Mark and uh just a few weeks after she got here there was a hurricane and she was pretty happy she didn’t have to evacuate no more worrying about that so so far so good folks (06:30) in terms of insurance here it’s pretty reasonable um you’re not required to carry all the extra ancillary Insurance such as earthquake flooding uh fire um which is pretty refreshing so um anyway uh this was a good question whoever asked us about that we’re happy to chat about it and let you know and reassure you that so far so good here uh nobody’s pulling out and you can still get very good coverage at a pretty decent price absolutely absolutely so that is our tip of the day about tip (07:02) of something we’d really like to share with all potential future buyers it’s a good thing to do uh and check out when you’re doing your due diligence when you’re moving into especially most of our folks are moving from out of state they are not used to this area they don’t know anything about it so um (00:39) it’s very important to do a lot of due diligence figure out if you’re concerned about crime yes we can’t give you percentages we don’t know I mean I’m not I’m not in the police force yes but we have a great resource for you to check out called Community Crim map.com yes so you oddly enough it is a map of the crime in your community thereally what it is so you can get on there and it will tell you suppose you’re looking at Prescot Lakes I want to move to Prescot Lakes uh what’s the crime rate there is (01:11) there a lot of crime uh does it go over sex offenders and it does so so you choose yeah it will ask you if it’s okay for it to dial into your location if that’s where you want to do your search uh or you can give it a zip code or an address or something you can give it a radius you know I want to know about everything within five miles or whatever it is and you get to pick the crime the crime that you’re interested in so you know maybe you’re KCK your crime yeah maybe you’re a criminal you want to know (01:44) where to go uh or maybe you just want to be safe and you want to make sure there’s no crime around you whatever crimes concern you choose those yep and in the time for the location that you’ve chosen for the time frame that you’ve chosen it will show you a map and it will point out every incident u in your community can you do several at one time like can you say sex offenders murders suicide you can oh cool so you don’t have to keep doing individual that’s cool people you don’t have to do (02:14) individual searches you can do it all in one Fell Swoop yeah yeah what about banking crimes no I’m kidding I I I don’t know if they they had specific but they do had they did have arm robbery oh really yeah I mean it’s very specific I want to say and and I’ll I’ll give a give you guys a screenshot you can see what I’m talking about that’s great but I guess it was um maybe about 50 different uh checkboxes that you could do and uh so if you’re just looking for Vi violent crimes or you know maybe you (02:49) have you know bought a car and you’re worried that someone’s going to steal your car you might want just crime crime theft I mean car theft car theft uh so you can kind of dial in what you want uh long story short I I checked most of the boxes I did five years and I did the whole Prescot area including PV and there was almost nothing there were a couple of U domestic uh violence you know uh in in in a couple of residential areas so you know that’s it wasn’t us you know it’s like yeah well just one (03:22) just one of them was us the rest of them were other people you know that’s a joke folks yeah that’s a joke she only beats me when uh when the when the police aren’t looking so uh yeah so so it there was very little going on and what was there was clearly like within a home so if a family so this is important to know as well in the state of Arizona um it does not have to be disclosed if you are selling a home if there was a murder there or a suicide or a death um sellers do not have to disclose that that’s (03:57) right if they don’t share it with us the agents first of all we’ll never know if they do share it with us we do not have to I don’t know if we’re allowed to say we’re not allowed unless we are specifically asked speciically asked if a buyer ask us directly and we know the answer yeah then we have to you know but it’s not an automatic disclosure so you should know that when you’re coming here to buy I know in certain States like California it has to be it’s written up it’s it’s in the disclosures (04:30) and it’s shared with everyone not so in Arizona so this uh Community crime map would be a good thing for you to try to investigate if you were worried about something like that um we may not always be told ourselves not all sell share anything you know with us so um so it’s it’s a good resource it’s a great res particularly when you were first looking at a community you know you don’t know the community that to me would be one of the very first filters is let tell me about the crime absolutely I don’t know (05:02) if it tells you suicides I I’d have to think about that but certainly you know uh uh violent assault and you know assault and battery breaking and entering all that stuff was in there that’s sound a little now we’re getting heavy yeah but but none of it showed up there was just uh just one or two it’s a downer but well I mean it’s it’s a downer if it’s there but it was at least not here not the other thing on this is you may be thinking about moving and uh one of the first things you want (05:33) to know about a potential new community for yourself is the crime you don’t want to go someplace where there’s lots of crime sure and uh despite what the FBI says you know crime I people’s the impression people have and most of the people I talk to crime’s kind of On The Rise um you know there’ve been uh uh police uh departments have been underfunded defunded you know there there’s a lot of stuff going on so you want to be very careful but I think you also want to check your own Community (06:05) yeah maybe you’re thinking I don’t know maybe I want to move I don’t I live in a great place newspapers vary from location to location some y some communities the newspapers will uh will re reveal everything others not so much things are glossed over yeah some in some areas things are glossed over so you may be very surprised at how many things are going on right around you that might be the last uh the last straw that helps you make up your mind to get out move forward so something to think about as well so I think it’s a great (06:42) resource and we love to share it with all of our clients it’s very important for you to do some studying up on that absolutely and see if wherever you’re going to wash up you’re going to be happy and you’re going to feel safe and secure uh odds are in Prescot and presca Valley you will be yes so it’s good to know um um so yeah we wanted to share that with you yeah to me it was a big confirmation because I’ve been saying for a while honestly I don’t know any areas that are dangerous here and and I (07:10) think the the crime statistics kind of bore that out so I so check it out when you’re doing your due diligence in whatever City you may wash up in it’s very helpful so we wanted to share that with uh all of our friends out there so hope we hope you find this helpful and uh that is our tip of the day hair in a ponytail since uh Winter’s coming I have a few more weeks of wearing my sensible summer Pony so you’re welcome everyone enjoy the ponytail enjoy the ponytail enjoy the ponytail so we are here today we’re so excited yes to talk about one of our favorite Mexican restaurants yes I think this has become our very favorite I think so too we got a couple (00:43) of good ones uh there’s some down the valley that we really like uh we tend to like TexMex more than real right real Mexican food just to be honest but this is good stuff this is good stuff a family-owned uh the name of the restaurant is Maya Maya May Maya or Franks I think they so the history of this restaurant is they used to be on montazuma and I guess their least space burned so they move so they are right next to the deli right next to Outlaw Donuts yeah uh they’re right next (01:18) to Parkside Deli Parkside Deli outla Donuts also some of our other favorites yes um but they have taken over a big space there may they’re getting ready they may already have their liquor license I think they do they do last time we were there they were serving liquor yeah they’re getting their bar up rning hard liquor or maybe maybe they have Margaritas I don’t remember but it’s good whatever it’s getting there they’re getting everything geared up but great Mexican food great (01:45) Mexican lunches yes uh great atmosphere yes beautiful painting on the wall I’d like to hire somebody to come paint my wall murals and stuff it’s darling it’s all family on wonderful family all the family members uh uh wait on you and stuff all they all work together I love it nice to see it I love a family Endeavor yes absolutely we have a family Endeavor I don’t always love this family Endeavor but that one I do depends on the family I think if their family were involved you (02:14) would love it more than your family here but that’s understandable so uh I would recommend anything with pork there oh I got the uh pork Chim chongas yeah I was good and uh what else oh I had TR tip the last time was there not really Mexican I guess that’s what Californian I’m not even it nicely seasoned really really delicious uh their standard fair is really the chimy Changas I no no no but you get the the Carnitas Carnitas that’s so you can get the Carnitas either deep fried or not (02:45) so if you want it de fried put it in Chim changa uh they have what is the Mexican pot roast maaka maaka something like that it’s it’s like a it’s like a pot roast put that in the Chim chunga deep Fri TR that that’s going to be really good there’s nothing bad about any of those things yeah those are all completely healthy all delicious yeah and what a bargain too a re really good prices yep uh we went there as part of a group and we had you know drinks and food and appetizers and desserts (03:18) and I think we got out for like maybe 40 50 bucks for the two of us and that was like a big Splurge you go there for lunch they have lunch specials oh yeah you know it’s uh yeah so that’s kind of got gotten to be our go-to yeah and it’s kind of by the square so it’s kind of nice to go down there and then you can go next door to the Parkside uh shop and get some other wines and stuff and they got good little bit of shopping around there yeah if you go there for lunch Outlaw Donuts might be (03:45) open for dessert do that but I think they do have fla did you try the FL oh yeah they do the fla was yeah very good very good sorry to get bad fla I know well they did a good job though they did a great job yes they did so we were very excited to find them to try them out and we had to share with you right away because we were like Yay a great local Mexican yeah uh restaurant that I think anybody who lives here or is coming to visit you should definitely check it out yeah yeah all the Mexican restaurants that’s kind of kind of ke together for us Che cheers to that I agree I (04:18) agree so that is our tip of the day if you production making delicious Cajun pickles that I’m happy to share with you when I see you or if you come to one of my open houses so we are here today to talk about a fabulous new restaurant that we absolutely adore we love it so much that I even had them cater a party we had it was astonishing was so good and so it is (00:42) called Omaha Omaha OHA ohigh oh Idaho no no Wisconsin no what state is it it’s o h Au U Hawaiian Barbecue something like that Hawaiian it’s called Hawaiian Barbecue no it isn’t it has a name Wahoo uhhuh something like that I don’t think so I think it says Hawaiian Barbecue on it does not okay pull up my phone and I’ll prove it to you right now it has a formal name not just Hawaiian Barbecue okay all right but it is on the corner of Cortez and Sheldon so for you local folks don’t miss it it’s fabulous it (01:19) used to be where the old Thai Cottage was yeah so we have a review on K Tha cottage which was also my favorite yeah no it’s actually we called it a cottage but it actually the name of it was actually house that’s right but it was uh it was run by a Thai family lovely and uh they they did a great job and uh the only thing about it was they were constantly away visiting Thailand with their family and I don’t know if they went back to thail think they went back so so we were very sad when they closed (01:49) so it it it took a while for the new place to open and it took us a few weeks to try it but when we did oh it is amazing it is just like some of the traditional food you’ll find in Hawaii when you go to visit so if you love spam they’ve got spam dishes which you Hawaii is the the highest per capita uh consumption of spam in the world that’s right so if you’re a Spam fan this is the place to go but they also have amazing barbecue beef fixed Hawaiian style that’s the that’s the one I would (02:22) try that is so good if you haven’t gone yet try the beef first the beef is amazing the beef is amazing yeah um and then they also have delicious pork they have chicken katsu which is lightly breaded chicken strips fixed uh the Japanese way from in Hawaii as they fix it Paco PCO I forget what they call the breading I don’t know but it was good and uh what else uh oh Cher chicken terak Chien my favorites are the beef and the teriyaki chicken you can’t beat it and then they also give you your traditional uh macaroni salad which is (02:56) really big in Hawaii you get their macaroni salad good and and rice and delicious sauces that goes over it so I mean so you walk in you place your order they bring it to you it’s a you know it’s a nice little seating area yeah it’s set up set up kind of like a fast food place they will bring you your food yes uh from the count I guess if they’re very busy maybe they won’t but they’ll call your number but uh you know it’s not a service restaurant so much but uh it’s it’s wonderful and they’ve done a (03:27) great job remodeling the place the inside of really really nice uh and they are just they are just killing it and they do catering as well so like for instance we had a party we got huge treay of all these different Meats set it up uh buffet style everybody came loved it they also do egg rolls they also do crab drons I mean it’s it’s it’s good stuff it is really good stuff and it’s just a great place just to go have lunch yeah uh you don’t necess if you don’t need to have catering just go (03:56) there and you have a great you know dinner um they have smaller sizes they have bigger dinner portions it goes on and on and on I cannot say enough good things about it is really good Hawaiian the other thing I really like about it is it’s not another of something yeah uh so any of you guys out there considering opening a restaurant I’m sure nobody is that probably is no one but just in case if you want to start a restaurant in the area of Prescot don’t do Italian there are at least a half dozen phenomenal (04:30) really good Italian Italian restaurants don’t do Thai there’s like a half dozen Amazing Thai restaurant but you know people new restaurants oh it’s another Italian restaurant oh yeah okay well every eighth visit will go there you know because the other ones are are always going to be the priority but these people very barbecue very clever something different and something really really good we did a recently did a video on lyx Lake they do German food it’s nice to see something a little you know off off the path absolutely we (05:04) would love to see a Cuban restaurant would be wonderful yes I’d love Cuban yeah just you know something a little different because uh yeah you a good well we we we’ve had a a couple of decent steak restaurants we’re still waiting for a really fine steak dining uh that’s good so but anyway we are truly tickled to have Hawaiian Barbecue uh we go there all the time now at least once a week for lunch good stuff good so if you’re local make sure you try it out because we need to support all of our local restaurants for (05:36) sure and if you’re coming in from out of town make sure you try it out it’s a good launch you’re not going to be disappointed at let us know what it’s called because Long ago when people thought about relaxing, they would envision themselves sinking below the surface of a sea of warm swirling bubbles, the personal oasis of a large jetted tub. Paradise!
No one thought about scum… but it was there… growing all the time.
Now you just can’t talk about jetted tubs without someone bringing up scum. If you’ve ever turned on the jets on a tub that hasn’t been used in a while, you know why. Eww!
The thing is, few things are as easy to clean as a jetted tub. You just need to know the trick… which we share in this episode. If you’ve turned your sore back on jetted luxury because of scum, take a gander… and a nice warm bath.
hello hello peeps good to see everybody this morning happy to be here Diana Randall bro we are here your local real estate uh Team husband and wife um we used to be boyfriend girlfriend no but uh yeah now we’re just now we’re just ball and chain you know it is almost 40 years yeah but anyway that’s okay here with another tip for you and this is sort of a tangential real estate thing yeah so you see you know you see these these different styles come in and out one of the had to have things in the past were the Deep Garden tubs right (00:46) jacuzzi tub with a jacuzzi tub oh go yeah but not only am I my tub gonna make me clean but it’s gonna it’s gonna make me feel relaxed and invigorated and all that with the Jets and now there’s they’ve stopped doing that the the the tubs are uh they’re kind of dying you don’t see them as much anymore you don’t see them too much people want big huge walk-in showers yeah they or big tubs that they stand with the the tubs with the feet we’re seeing some of that too oh yeah yeah yeah so but what we found (01:14) is something we learned I didn’t even know this but if you have a jetted tub to keep it in good operating um condition you should every month put run a little bit of bleach and or vinegar and or no not ends not ends you can’t put vinegar and bleach at the same time I didn’t I said and or yeah and or just say or or you can’t say don’t do and yeah don’t you if you put bleach if you put bleach and vinegar you will release chlorine gas and kill yourself yeah do not combine it do not combine it so (01:46) don’t do and or just do or was my point oh Lord yeah there it is so you could do punch him in the throat yeah go ahead now please please do it the uh um you you can do bleach about a half cup m uh you can do vinegar about two cups again don’t thr them together or you can do dishwashing uh uh detergent don’t do regular detergent or your bathroom will fill with SIDS uh but just you know I would do I would do vinegar I do a couple of couple of uh things of vinegar and then run it for about 30 minutes and (02:19) then drain it and then fill it with cold water and run that for about 30 minutes and drain it done the vast majority of people don’t use their their jetted tubs because they get dirty then when you turn them on all this Gunk comes out right and then they stop and people don’t want the tubs anymore because they they’re they get dirty it’s gross and it’s they’re so easy to clean it’s just it’s just maintenance it’s just it’s just maintenance yeah so we learned this have we done it yet no but I think it’s (02:47) a great idea yeah uh I’m excited to try it she still hasn’t done it but uh yeah but I have the knowledge and knowledge is power my friends you know that the power to take action that’s right so I will do it and it keeps your uh your jets in great operating condition without that nasty stuff floating in there when you do use it remember the first time you got into a jetted deep tub how wonderful that was bring that back into your life we need to put these jetted tubs back on the map because they’ve got a bum wrap they do they do (03:20) just a little bit of so we didn’t know this and we had a good friend it’s like yeah you just maintained it’s super clean and I’m like oh wow did not know this so we just thought we threw this out there to you if you got jetted tubs honest yeah next time we have a a listing with a jetted tub we have to go over and do that because sometimes the inspectors will turn on the the Jets you know so yeah you got to do that it can be scary can be really scary so anyway just thought we’d pass on that helpful (03:45) tip yeah it’s not fun it’s not sexy but it is helpful well Jed tubs can be sexy okay not when they’re dirty not when they’re dirty no no there’s nothing sexy about no then you’re jumping out I got to get out of here I can’t do it yeah exactly so anyway hope this is helpful to you out there listening if you have a jetted tub get out there and take care of it that’s exactly right that’s her tip of the day you like tips there’s a place to go it’s called pickle 411.com that is our free information (04:17) site whether you’re a buyer seller somewhere in between there’s information waiting for you that will Amaze the stound educate and inform oddly enough we have information that will inform you and uh it’ll do other things to you I don’t yeah yeah write us and let us know what our what our free information site does to you because we’re we’re looking for more ways to describe it one way we always describe it is it’s free it’s absolutely free you can send us money if you want but you don’t have to because (04:47) it’s free all right my friends thank you for reaching out and uh and I hope that this is helpful to you and we look forward to hearing from you soon hopefully all right take care bye bye

hello hello hello this is Diane and Randall bro coming to you from our beautiful mountain town of presc Arizona pres Arizona pres Arizona today we’re doing another restaurant review our favorite yeah this one you know this company is just they’re taking over the world they are kicking they kicking tail butt kicking butt kick kick butt kicking all kinds of things yeah so this is uh the wz wz Asian beastro the only thing they’ve done wrong is the name I just lose the wz just call (00:38) it Asian vro but I digress anyway they opened a place in uh Prescot Valley very successful uh we reviewed it uh you can get Chinese Japanese and uh Thai food there yep uh all all the same place which is really great typically I’ll get sushi and she’ll get something on the Chinese menu uh great restaurant they opened up a second location we loved it in presc in presc they have another it’s like a ramen noodle place or something over by you know where Five Guys uh BD does that belong to them too yes they have a we have never have a noodle shop friend their latest (01:17) addition to the family is a buffet restaurant wz Asian buffet Asian buffet and that’s good stuff and odly enough they have Chinese Japanese and Thai food on the buffet along with all those really weird desserts that you always see at Asian buffet restaurants yes I don’t think anyone’s ever eaten any of it I think they just it’s made of wax and they just keep pulling it out but besides that it is excellent right that’s right they do a great great job very good it’s always packed uh the buffet is huge it’s clean tons of selections they even (01:54) have American food on there too if you’ve got a picky person picky eater picky kid you know pizza for the kids yeah yeah so we love it and we go up there with friends for lunch and then we come home and take a nap yeah pretty much have to takeen out because it’s good stuff yeah so if you like to graze you know you don’t want to just commit to one thing uh if you like to commit to one thing well then go to one of their other go to but if you kind of want to just graze and try (02:22) everything a little bit of this and a little bit of that this is a great place to do it uh it’s very well appointed uh the AC is is nice a lot of times you go to these buffet restaurants and it’s muggy cuz they don’t really they trying to save money or something I don’t know hot muggy it was very comfortable very very nicely done uh service was great uh the food was all nice and fresh they were constantly bringing out new food so it just doesn’t sit there and boil all day long you know (02:49) it was nice and fresh yeah it was all fresh they were constantly replenishing yeah so great Buffet Great Buffet so can’t say enough good things about enough good things they have a a a lunch L uh a lunch menu and then well I guess a not menu but lunch buffet and a dinner buffet uh we have not been to the dinner buffet it cost a little more so I’m thinking they have yet do I didn’t even know that I think they might have some more premium Su BR more like that yeah uh but we’ve done the (03:19) the lunch thing a couple of times it was really quite good had to look forward to getting there uh for dinner very good yeah so that’s our another great tip try the wz Asian buffet MH um if you want a little bit more concentrated meal then try the beastro all good stuff good they do a great job all good no complaints we love it and we love it and we’re glad to have them yep so hope to see you maybe at the buffet one day and stop save us oh yeah the M crab the egg rolls were goods were good yeah so give us a call if you see us say hello give us a shout out yep we’ll say (03:56) hello in between bites yep that’s our tip of the day if you like tips to place to go is our free information site pickle 411.com and whether you’re a buyer seller or somewhere in between there’ll be something there waiting for you that will Amaze Astound uh inform entertain and overwhel maybe make you hungry and maybe make you hungry if we’re talking about restaurants yeah about the restaurants all right all completely free all completely free hope to see you soon at one of our (04:24) favorite restaurants thank you for listening and have a great rest of your day bye bye

bour oh a French fris hello hello hello Diane and Randall bro here coming to you this afternoon from Prescot Arizona we are your local helpful efficient amazing uh real estate team that’s us uh Rand and Dian bro here did I say my name but I’ll say it again you just keep saying it just in case you didn’t catch it never get old I’m also called the pickle lady pickle lady yeah so we are here to talk we get this a lot we get a lot of questions and I completely understand it’s a great question about (00:39) Medical Care yeah Medical Care here in presc so I think we may have covered this before but we probably did every now and then you need to retread something there there it’s unusual for someone to come and visit us and go around with us and not ask us this question absolutely so the answer is yes we do have medical care there isn’t and end a video cut Finn as they say Finn good no yeah we did a good job on that we covered that we went into great depth y uh no yes we do have medical care um you should know there are two major (01:14) hospitals one in Prescot one in Prescot Valley they are run by Dignity Health uh we have a lot of so they referred to as the East Campus and the west campus that’s right we also have there are Specialists here there isn’t one doctor’s office here uh there’s a lot of satellites there’s cardiologist if God forbid you have cancer um you can pretty much go down to Phoenix to um the Mayo Clinic the Cancer Centers down there MD Anderson MD Anderson all the big cancer people yeah the research hospitals are obviously in (01:49) a big city you can’t have we can’t sustain a huge research hospital here in our small town most of that is right around the scottsd area that’s about an hour and a half an hour and 45 minutes away but the good news is you go down there you get your protocol there are satellite offices in Prescot so once they lay out your plan of action uh you don’t even have to usually you don’t have to go back down there you can do it here in Prescot with your orders um but yeah we’ve got a lot of friends uh they (02:19) have a good cardiologist several here uh good uh What do you call them gastrologist gastro yeah uh I’m looking for a good psychiatrist yeah yeah yeah well like a lot of the kind of thing where you have uh ongoing uh ongoing care like rehab you know not not the drug rehab but you know you got a a new knee a new hip yeah you know they’ll have that kind of stuff here we don’t want you to think oh there’s only one doctor’s office whatever will I do yeah now they’re here and the hospitals are (02:51) actively engaging trying to improve and get younger doctors in here as well so we are growing and evolving y um there are also a lot of concierge doctors here which I don’t know where you are from your neck of the woods but um that’s a new trend where you can put up two to $4,000 and you have your own personal doctor you can go see whenever you want you call them they make room for you there’s no oh you got to wait two weeks yeah um so that’s pretty attractive especially if You’ have a major (03:26) condition and something has happened dreadfully it could help you save a lot of trips to the emergency bre yeah well one thing one thing I always mention is uh if you are within I would say 50 maybe as much as 100 miles from Prescot and you are in a car accident and they Life Flight you out they’re going to bring you to presc it’s the it’s the biggest most advanced Regional Hospital in the area until you need to do like an mayo or MD Anderson uh this is the place and that’s true of all the areas around (04:01) here we will’ll come to presc good stuff good stuff so I don’t want you to have a preconception here that or preconceived notion is that word yeah prec yeah it’s not like the you know we’re not that cowboy town where they give you a bullet to bite on and pour Whiskey on your stomach before they cut out your appendix that’s right no nothing like that we’ve Advanced a little bit since we have a lot of good Specialists we have a lot of good dentists we have a lot of good you know endodontists (04:30) we have it all okay um it might I do recommend when you come that at least the first week go ahead and get your name into one of the doctors you want to go to because it might take a month or two to get established once you’re established you’re in yeah but don’t wait until it’s a crisis you know get then you’re going to find yourself in trouble that’s right and and you know we don’t mean to portray this as nervana uh our country is struggling with Health Care particularly since covid and uh our (05:01) our little town is doing its best to deal with the difficult situation that everyone else is dealing with that’s so you know trying to find good doctors and everything a lot of places are struggling with that and presc it is too uh but for the most part um you you can get the care that you need here at least that’s been AB we’re trying to get some help for him but yeah yeah nobody wants to take him nobody wants to take on trying the psychotic mess I call a brain so I don’t want you to be afraid (05:32) um it’s all good you know and um we’ve had a lot of people go through good friends some very serious yes uh health issues yes and they’re still here doing great and you just get resourceful and uh adjust and make yeah I I mean we we most of our friends are in their late 60s 7s 80s uh so just about any point in time we have a good friend who’s undergoing something and so this is you know Medical Care is something that we kind of have our finger on absolutely because we’re constantly getting (06:08) feedback and for the most part people do get the care they need they do yeah so we just wanted to bring that up again because we get that asked uh we get asked about that a lot one the top ones and it is important for you to know and reassure you that you’ll be okay yeah all right my friends that is our lovely tip for today yeah if you folks this is Diane and Randall bro hello peeps good afternoon we’re coming to you from Prescot Arizona here in the lovely Prescot Lakes happy to be here and share our newest thing this is our new phrase for everything when things are going wrong we are living in the great age of incompetence yes yes there used to be better ages yes the Gilded Age the this age the well it’s you know we don’t live a bad age I mean you can still get orange juice in the middle of the winter you know the thing is people just aren’t good at what they do anymore it’s just you can’t get good service you can’t things are not done the way they should be very true and so we’re just finding it more and more and more I don’t know if it’s an aspect of um recovering from covid when everything was shut down and I think I was thinking about this I think during the time of Co a lot of folks who were on the cusp of re and we’re like forget about it I’m done I’m out so what’s happened is there’s been a huge gap and so now there’s some younger folk coming in who maybe are coming out of college or high school where during Co they didn’t have to perform so to speak um so now they’re thrust into the Working World and things have changed yeah people are working at home they don’t know how to conduct themselves they’ve lost people skills uh they’ve lost a good work ethic and they’re like well I don’t have to do this I mean I’m just going to take some time off yeah and it’s created a lot of incompetence so I don’t know if you guys found that I yeah I I don’t know if it’s they don’t care anymore I just think it’s they’re just unable to do what they’re supposed to do so recently uh there was an assassination attempt on uh uh uh president Trump uh a very narrow Miss uh he was very very lucky and as the news comes out it’s very clear the Secret Service was just dro the ball time and time again uh we anytime you travel now if you have a connecting flight chances are you’re going to miss it I mean how many of you out there have heard you know every flight we’ve taken recently delay delay delay Mr your connecting flight I mean we might get home three days later yeah yeah and you know even they lost my luggage and the guy said I I don’t know what to tell you we told them to pull it they said they were and he looked at me he was an older gentleman he goes my co-workers are idiots yeah you know and I just don’t know if people have and that’s when the door doesn’t fly off of the Jets right they got I they got some serious things going on same thing restaurants it’s like I don’t know maybe because maybe some of the older more seasoned workers have moved on so they’re not there to train the younger folk and teach them how it’s supposed to be done I don’t know what the answer is well I well one one possible solution besides the fact that a lot of people with the most experienced workers uh retired is that you know we shut down the economy so all usually an organization has employees that have been there a while and they bring in me one or two employees and the people who’ve been there while can kind of show them the ropes well after covid there was no one who knew the ropes so they had to start all over you know it’s like every every business every organization is a startup now and they’re all trying to figure it out again and and I think you’re right I think people don’t care as much they don’t have the work ethic they used to having spent uh months at home getting paid for doing nothing and they want to do that again now we’re really sounding like old people yeah I you know standing old I know it I know it and the reason there is a small I mean there’s there is truth to this though folks I know it absolutely you have to work you can’t get money forever for free we wanted to make sure that we told you if you if you’re not aware or you haven’t noticed uh we thought it was important for you to know that you are living in the age of great incompetence because if you’re going to do a real estate transaction you’re going to be moving there are so many moving parts to that process on the selling side on your buying side you’ve got lenders you’ve got title companies you have inspectors you have movers you have handymen repairmen you’ve got contractors I mean you’ve got all of these pieces and parts the idea that everyone who is involved in your transactions is going to be competent in the age of great incompetence is vanishingly small yes so make sure you get very competent responsible um uh involved real estate agents yeah don’t get somebody who’s like I’ll call you in a couple of days you need somebody who’s with you every step of the way and we’ll hold your hand and make sure in the age of grading competence that your deal gets done and gets done correctly yeah you just have to double triple check you just need to track everything to ground follow up follow up just to make sure that even the simplest things oh we over to we’ll overnight it to you we had something where they were going to overnight it was a car TR a car a car purchase we’ll overnight it to you well they forgot to put it in the package they forgot to give it to the guy when he showed up you know oh here it is it’s in the outbox I guess they forgot to give it to the FedEx man yeah so well great you know let us call us when it’s there and we can really come back again and get this taken care of so in the age of gr incompetence look for good seasoned agents like Randall and myself we’re here to help you we uh we will do what we can many sleepless nights problem solving how can we you know switch this around and help these people get into their home um that’s what a good agent will do for you and that’s what we love to do for you and get you to the Finish Line yes so in the age of grading competence look for great competent people I think that you know one of the problems I think too having spent a fair amount of time in Corporate America uh mostly as a consultant is you know corporations treat their employees for the most part as interchangeable parts and anyone who’s been in the world will long enough will tell you that’s not the way any organization works you always have you know the people who are more than carrying their weight you know it’s the 20% they get 80% of the work done and uh it’s maybe we lost a lot of those people going forward recognize people when they’re good if you get a good waiter please tip well yes so they he’ll be he or she will be there next time they keep doing a good job recognize good good work because you can’t take it for granted anymore absolutely well cheers to you you do good work good job I try to we try and we try our hardest to bring the best for you as our client we really do we want to bring you uh to you know fruition get this deal done make it happen for you and we’re happy to do it absolutely so be careful out there who you’re hooking up with like your mama used to say monikers that’s right that’s a good word I like moniker you’re yeah I know so today we want to talk about something a little interesting about moving here to Prescot if you have puppy dogs look out for porcupine porcupine so we got a call from a friend of ours whose dog uh Piper Piper uh just let out in the backyard and came up with a whole bunch of quills evidently they almost like fire out I I always thought you had to like throw yourself on a porcupine evidently they come out like little arrows I I don’t know yeah when they’re threatened it just happens happens and it happens fast and uh so she was uh stuck a whole bunch ended up uh and they have barbs on them too so they’re very hard to remove it was um I mean the dog is going to be fine he’s fine but it’s not a fun process and we’re not talking about one or two quills I mean you could have aund quills all in your dog’s face and in body and and it’s very uncomfortable and you have to make sure you get the whole Barb out you can’t just take it upon yourself to pull it out because sometimes you leave a piece in there and then it’s another nightmare now I don’t want you to think you walk around presca and you see porcupines everywhere cupin are very well hidden they’re they’re nocturnal yeah and they do not like to be seen so uh generally you don’t see them if you don’t see them that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re not there they’re there they’re hiding I had seen por golf course I think yeah this is a house that’s on the golf course I think they kind of like the golf course uh same as coyotes coyotes also kind of like golf courses uh so if you have property like that or looking to buy property like that just be careful yeah so when you put your pups out you should know do we have porcupines yes do we have Havalina yes do we have coyotes yes especially if you got a teeny tiny dog oh yeah never never have unsupervised outdoor time well this really small dog I mean we’ got Hawks you know oh Hawks and that’s true in a lot of areas I mean you know it’s not like we have this abundance of wildlife the same as true a lot of those animals were there in Texas as well but uh so make sure you have supervised yard time um don’t go to the grocery store and leave your dog outside in the yard you might come home to a disaster yeah now we have big dogs so uh you know the the Ravens and you know that they’re not going to carry around our dogs but uh porcupines even a even a very large dog can get uh injured by do so we uh we have a little print out here so we have a little print out yeah so we went to chat GPT we are harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to give some tips on how you can avoid having dog uh stuck by a not stuck not stuck that’s right so as I said have supervised outdoor time yep uh have make sure you have a good fence around that little critter say they borrow underneath I don’t know how practical that is I know but you can try but they they are pretty pretty creative there’s also such a thing who knew called porcupine repellant yeah so you can get porcupine repellents get training oh training how do you get train your dog train your dog to stay away get like a stunt porcupine that’s kind of stupid commands like stay yeah or leave it important my dogs would never listen to that never learn just like my children they would never listen to that but hey if you’ve got good dogs who will listen to that for you good uh have the porcupine repellent I didn’t know they had such a thing use commercial porcupine repellants these can deter porcupines from coming near your property there you go so I don’t know what what that scent is or what that is I don’t know but I guess you could find out and spray it around your yard probably Puli or something like that they also say to remove food sources like bird feeders or fruit that falls from your trees yeah yeah um they’re attracted to that because they want to come eat and they’re hungry so try to keep those things to a minimum and if you’ve got uh fruit trees in your yard pick up the rotten fruit because I that was car’s problem I think she has a fruit tree I think she yeah um make sure you keep your yard clean of all brush and extra logs and things that they could hide in or B burrow in and make a cute little house Y and uh they also like uh motion activated lights and sprinklers are very good to detract them and deter them from coming into your yard they don’t want to be a part of that at all they don’t like it that’s right a Sprinkle I really like it kind of Squirt yeah yeah make them run make them run that would keep me out of your yard not that I would do anything to your dog and lots of lights so yeah it’ll be good so anyway um that’s just something to keep in mind yeah if you got a little pup she kind of went through a bad experience had to rush him to the vet and it was not cheap okay so be aware that when you come here we are got Critters yeah so yeah and like I said this is not like a common thing this is the first time I heard of it happening uh unfortunately to a friend of ours but uh we just thought we let you know and yeah it’s a it’s a good it’s important to know so know remember supervision is the top thing as far as I’m concerned as well as having a fenced yard yeah so be on the lookout for porcupines and any other Critters that could hurt your your kitty cats or puppy dogs and stuff like that so in conclusion after our many valuable tips we just gave you um make sure you protect your kitty cat your puppy dogs um things are out there it’s not always bad but you should be aware um there are some Critters out there who could wreak havoc for your little your little pup or kit so that is your tip of the day if you like tips the place to go is
