hello hello again diane and randall bro the spouses who sell houses and she’s the pickle lady i am the pickle lady as well that makes me the pickle guy he is the pickle husband pickle eater pickle well i guess we’re the pickle people pickle people pack of pickled people we’re the people we are yeah sometimes we are pickled yeah we are pickled and we’re getting pickled yum yes yeah it’s a good time christmas time christmas time that’s why i’m dressed like perry come on there you go this is holiday man most of the audience will know who perry como is but maybe you’re really showing your age yeah but it’s all right mr rogers yeah i don’t have slippers on so i can’t be mr rogers today but it’s all good yeah it is okay i just wanted to do real quick we’re not even going to talk about real estate we’re not going to talk about we’re going to tell you what you’re going to do on christmas day or the day after that’s correct yeah you’re going to go see a movie that’s coming out with nicole kidman yes now why is this a good movie i understand it’s like completely 100 shameless just plug just because before we get to the plug let’s talk like what’s in it for them why should they go see this movie because i it’s it’s they’re saying it’s going to be it’s an oscar oscar contender it’s not even out yet they’re saying it’s an oscar yes so we’ll see a big departure for her for nicole kidman absolutely 100 you might not even recognize her yeah and you know this is part of a trend they got all these women are starting to do these action adventure movies which uh you know they usually they they take the steak out of uh you know sean connery’s heart and sacrifice some virgins and bring him back to life and have this old man do this action-adventure stuff but now they’re starting to get like really hot babes that’s right it’s the women the women are great i’m gonna say like some of these movies that are coming out one nicole kidman is jumping on the thing so this is the thing so you’re not going to recognize her she’s uh apparently amazing and uh the director is a woman director who’s up and coming so up and coming up and coming pretty amazing strong strong director but here’s why it’s a shameless plug yeah because my daughter is going to be in the movies [Applause] yeah so everyone look out for cecily bro uh she might be on screen five seconds yeah we don’t know we haven’t seen the movie but she plays a bank teller yes at the end it’ll be at the end of the movie there’s a surprise ending surprise ending teller sorry you already know you know this is going to be part of the ending yeah that our daughter is going to be killed unmercifully no way what great friends we have here she will be shot dead she is it explains why nicole goes on this road of revenge but cecily begs for her life yeah and is brutally murdered yeah but we’re okay with that we’re feeling good before we’re feeling good about it she’s played dead before yeah we’ve watched her die many times she’s been doing this for a while destroyer destroyer destroyers it’s coming out christmas day yeah we think christmas day we heard that maybe the 20th but right around christmas officially it’s december 25th december 20th anyway we just wanted to make a shameless plug we’re very proud of her she works really hard at her craft she’s also an amazing comedian for anyone out there she’s a funny funny girl she is um she’s also very good at drama and uh so we’ll see her die on christmas day so in the christmas spirit watch our daughter die as we will watch her and i i will say it’s a credited role is that even an honor to tell her yeah so cool yeah so we’re very excited big leap forward don’t know how long she’ll be on it could be two seconds it could i don’t know but we know it ends badly we know it doesn’t it doesn’t end well for it does not end well for her but anyway so that’s it for our shameless plug to all of our friends thank you so much thank you thank you all right so if you need a realtor prescottpicklady.com 713-302-1964 i’m not a scammer i’m not a solicitor so from a number pops up yeah legit yeah we did yeah and texas number even though we’re in prescott that’s right all right have a good day we’re done bye

hello hello hello hey this is diane and randall bro the preschool pickle lady the prescott people i should say yeah the press could pickle people that’s correct the press could pick picked a pack of pickled peppers yeah something like that uh anyway we are the spouses who sell houses here we are at christmas central we are grandpa i’m sorry my voice is changing i’m uh going through puberty i think again i think okay we’re at uh ground zero of the uh arizona’s christmas city right outside the courthouse there’s the courthouse kinda and uh the lights are on the lights are on and we just wanted to talk about this if you want to kind of have a small town feeling come here yeah absolutely it’s amazing all the lights are lit there’s over a hundred thousand lights uh i think it cost them ninety thousand dollars for the whole season so it’s a it’s a little under a buck a light correct it’s just a lovely lovely small town feeling uh you want to feel good about life again come here you want to feel like huckleberry finn come here uh well yeah like simple life okay i don’t know that he lived in a city though well you know a little more rural than we’re looking for but i mean there’s no raft here look at this it’s just gorgeous yeah kind of get look around now we can’t we can’t film too late otherwise you won’t be able to see us uh but you can kind of get a sense of the light and all the lights here and the screen pretty what are we looking at they’re pretty i don’t know what that is that that thing whatever pavilion that little pavilion it’s very nice anyway and it is really beautiful very very charming and it just makes you feel like um life is good again life is the way it should be life is simple so you know what you guys come here and visit us and escape all the craziness that is yeah and come see what uh small town living is all about and let me tell you it’s awesome it’s great and it’s beautiful and um there’s no other way to do christmas that correct no regrets no regrets so let me show you a little bit more yeah [Music] come visit us we’d love for you to see what we’re all about and we’d love to show you what we’re all about absolutely you want to find us look at us uh look ups look look somewhere what is it look at that look us up look us up yeah what’s the number 713-302-1964 love to help you we’d love to help you out we’d love to show you what it’s all about to take a step back and enjoy a peaceful quiet living instead of that crazy big city life that maybe some of you were living uh anyway we’re here to serve you from christmas central christmas central right here and uh you can come see why prescott is called arizona’s christmas city it’s awesome all right have a good night talk to you guys later bye you

hello hello hello hey it’s randall and diane bro again hello hey how are you i i’m doing all right we’re here at the uh jersey lilies we’re upstairs and the nice patio that’s a secret patio it looks like uh you would get here from the restaurant below but you don’t no you don’t you gotta look for the jersey lily neon i got a little history here yeah this building is 140 years old it used to be the palace hotel uh there were some ladies of the night action back in the day but not actually here they had kind of listen they still have a few girls i think they’re left over from the old days maybe after a few drinks here on friday night you never know but anyway uh so we are lucky enough to be here today on a beautiful day and we can get overlooked yeah overlooked square you can kind of see those some decorations we’re ready for christmas okay so jersey lilies is a great bar here on whiskey road it’s about 20 years old they have wonderful wonderful music here it’s been jersey lily’s for 20 years yeah but it dates back the building is 140 years old 140. i don’t want to repeat myself but okay yes it was the palace hotel before yes i got the palace hotel i just didn’t get the year yeah it’s okay yeah i am drinking you know so we’re here with some friends yes very nice very nice people they are being very nice and ready usually usually it’s all near duels but these people seem very nice they seem to be very nice yeah are you guys from prescott or we are you are preschools are you prescott nevada thinking about moving here maybe maybe that’s what we’re all about yeah we get a lot of people we’re here to tell you how great it is to live here we’re from texas and new orleans originally would love it we are transplanted preschoolers we love it that’s right uh we try to encourage everyone to make the move here you’ll love it it’s it’s just awesome neighborhoods awesome people awesome nightlife great place for the christmas season beautiful christmas season come see why we’re called arizona’s christmas city that’s right and behind this is where all the lights are are or at least they will be and a big truck and the cement trucks and a big truck and a big truck one day we’re going to get some sophisticated cameras where you won’t hear that not today cement’s important cement is important infrastructure because why it’s booming here it’s booming here there’s a little building boom yeah lots of people moving here yes yeah anyway behind us and a little bit uh when the sun goes down you’re gonna see over a hundred thousand lights it’s gonna be lit up will be lit maybe i don’t know you’re already live we’re lit up [Laughter] this has been fun we need to have more people on this yeah that’s right absolutely we need to have some more people guest stars here yeah some well and that’s why it’s called the weekly wine day that’s it that’s a weekly one call it our weekly wineries and we talk about bloody mary oh bloody mary bloody mary’s bloody mary’s some wine i have some brown wine it’s all all good but anyway so we just wanted to show you one of the uh one of the traditional stops here in prescott jersey lily’s big big hit great place to just kind of hang out in the afternoon where there’s nobody here why don’t you swear we met some great people we’re having a good time and uh in a little bit we’ll show you when the sun goes down and we’ll show you the square look so you can see what christmas is like absolutely all right it’s awesome it’s awesome show our friends again friends again hello friends we got friends on both sides here whoa [Laughter] all right cheers to everyone happy holidays happy holidays happy holidays come see what christmas is like here in prescott that’s it you’ll love it bye this is randall and diane breaux on our weekly wine gown you can find us at prescottpicklelady.com that’s right i am i am the pickle lady i think you’re lady i think that’s pretty much getting established now yeah pretty much it’s embarrassing but it’s cool just to respond to pickles now the kids are loving it that’s fine yeah and you can reach us at 713-302-1964 and come see what we’re about this holiday season is that good bye sirens then we gotta go stop we gotta go you

the old capitol market buildings right come in here right off the square come downstairs we are in the superstition meadery it’s amazing it’s amazing they have their own brewery here they make their own need it is to die for so today we decided we’re going a little field trip and show you guys what it’s all about so if you’re here but before we get into it uh a little test let’s see if you were listening are you ready you ready okay so uh first of all what’s what is meat it is uh a brew made with honey it’s a wine it’s a wine made with honey correct and it’s because it’s made with honey our mead’s always sweet yes no no no it depends on how much you ferment them the more you ferment them the stronger and the drier they will be i don’t really care i don’t need to be educated i just like the effect that’s all i’m looking for i’m looking for the effect yeah the effect is the most important thing today we decided to sample the flight of all 12. yeah all 12. we could make up our minds so this is this is what they brought us it is uh a flight of need a a tour de force and so uh this is delicious is it is that very good yeah so they arrange it so that it’s in the order the same order that’s on the menu and literally each item on the menu is represented here is a super super super cool place to come really cool it’s nice and quiet and especially in the summertime it’s delightfully cool down here so you can come down it’s it’s nice and dark and cozy in the winter you can come down have your flight of 12 needs and enjoy yourself they also have some foods as well but if you look behind me you can see all of the meat look at that see all those pretty glass it’s just car boys anyway so we want to give you a little flavor a little local flavor of some cool places to come um especially after you move here we’re gonna start showing you some really nice places and some some just interesting places you can learn about and come come visit and bring your friends and and your they are the friends when they decide hey presque is the place for us to move so we gotta get everybody yourself drinking me they might join you see drinking some meat okay so that’s just a little snippet of what you want to talk about today yeah we also want to talk about something that we’re finding here in prescott there is a glut of amazing beautiful gorgeous homes um in the 700 000 range yeah people ask us what the what the market is like like is it is it a buyer’s market it’s a seller’s market it really depends on what market you’re talking about different areas of town are different and in particular different price points right are different people have been talking about this being such a seller’s market such a seller’s market that’s not so in many price points and one in particular right now is the 700s yes i want to make myself clear there aren’t just homes here in the 700 000. we have homes at all prices all price ranges but for right now for you lucky buyers that are looking to come and you kind of want you would be amazed at what a 700 000 home looks like sure versus in other areas yeah we are talking whatever reason because the 800s it’s not true the 900s that’s not true yep the 600s it’s not true for whatever reason we have a glut of seven hundreds at this point and they are gorgeous custom luxury homes yeah that’s a luxury home that are sitting here right for the picking and so those sellers are not getting a whole lot of buyers coming through it’s a great time to go it’s a great time if you’re thinking about coming here and you think uh you know i think i want to get something a little more luxurious this is my last home i want something really nice this is the time for you you can get in here and grab some beautiful beautiful places at really nice prices um luxury like you would not believe you wouldn’t find it anywhere else if you’re not in the 700s that’s cool we have plenty others we got plenty of others but if you just so happen to be in that range now is a great time to talk to us because uh we can find you some really good deals oh yeah and to be honest i mean a 700 000 home here is equivalent to like a 1.2 inches yeah 1.2 1.5 they’re even better actually so anyway put a little bee in your box that’s right if you’re thinking about that and thinking hey i kind of want to make a move i want to go someplace better i’m looking for a luxury home though we got them here they’re waiting for you they’re just waiting for the right owner the new the new buyer to come in and snatch it up and make it a beautiful home for hello hello hello hey peeps how’s everybody doing good i’m doing good you’re good all right yes happy fall y’all happy fall we’re just recovering we are recovering this is diane and randall bro hey how are you i’m the prescott pickle lady yes i am are you no i am i know not you me anyway we’re a little slow in the up we’re a little slow in the uptake if you notice this is our weekly wind down however we are in the right on the grounds of the courthouse so we didn’t think it would be a good idea to have open containers so no wine today yeah so but we’re gonna be drying out a little bit we’ll be drying up we are drying out because we just got back from vegas had a fabulous time all of our texas friends came up we hadn’t seen them in a while and we all met and vegas had the time of our lives [Music] i hope i got the right one anyway what we wanted to talk about today was how centrally located prescott is yep and what amazing destinations are really close by yep and vegas of course is one of them vegas baby yeah we saw a show there well we didn’t see it i saw an advertisement for the rat pack yep very exciting well obviously they’re not not the real not the real rapper they’re dead yeah are any of them alive i think i don’t think so maybe that fourth guy that nobody can remember i don’t know i don’t know about him who’s it steven ownership they’re all gone but yeah they’re all gone but they have people who imitate them evidently very well and uh we’re so we’re planning a trip back just to go see them go pop over see the show it’s an easy one-day trip have a nice dinner go see a show and head on back home so what we wanted to talk about is if you move to prescott how many amazing destinations there are immediately around us los angeles six hour drive six hour drive one hour flight yeah at the local prescott regional airport that’s true so you can hop on hop off and you’re already in l.a six hours also to san diego six hours to san diego it’s been a couple days in san diego correct yeah uh i think we’re like eight hours from albuquerque yeah so if you want to head down there and see all the great balloons and all that yeah get some turquoise jewelry yeah that’s what’s big down there i don’t know yeah we haven’t done it yeah that’s a day trader what’s uh you could do roswell i guess that’s a roswell if you’re into aliens go see the aliens over in roswell you can do that yeah super cool and then when you get a lot closer to home there’s like we’re two hours from uh phoenix which i’m down to phoenix all the time yeah so many cool things that’s an easy thing go to scottsdale great great party during the summer no don’t go during the summer but great golfing in scottsdale great art galleries amazing shopping that’s an easy day trip we’re 40 minutes from jerome which is a charming charming charming great place for a burger yeah uh mining town and old mining town but now it’s like a tourist destination of course there’s sedona or what an hour from sedona if that which you know go get re-energized go to the vortex get some energy in get some new crystals yeah get it all together get it all together feel good and where else where else are we close to oh denver one hour flight now from december you go to denver yeah if you’re into skiing whatever yeah you go to flag yeah or go to flags like two hours or something like that yeah so what are some other cool places yeah well you covered flag flagstaff you got that at grand canyon oh grand canyon three hours three hours to the grand canyon yeah have the time of your life or just stay here yeah that’s what a lot of people understand too prescott is a destination in and of itself it’s true and uh we get people from all these places coming to see us so absolutely and as you can see here we are in the town square look at fall yeah fall has fallen here’s us oh lord there we still are okay okay but anyway yeah fall is gorgeous here it’s beautiful the weather’s crisp the temperatures are just right no sweating and beautiful beautiful trees to see red trees green tree and well not green so much yellow i mean it’s stunning this is our town square yeah this is also a destination getting ready to gear up for the holiday season so every one of these trees on this this square will be covered in lights that is why we are arizona’s christmas city that’s right another thing to come see when you live here we are arizona’s christmas city we have over 90 000 worth of lights in these trees so i think that’s it what else do we have to cover i think that’s it that’s it so again we apologize for not having our wine we are going to go have some yeah we’ll do that real real soon but you know we’re right outside the courthouse so they wouldn’t have to take as far to take us to jails we want to keep it official we got to keep it official we don’t want to we don’t always break the rules just something just sometimes you most of the time me most of the time yeah hello hello hello again this is diane bro and randall bro we’re the spouses that sell houses and you’re the pickle lady i’m also the pickle lady if you call me up and we get together and we go look at some houses or you come to one of our open houses you’ll find out why on the pickle lady i make delicious pickles cajun style yes she does and i hand them out to people and then i get a lot of refill requests yeah she gets hit up quite a bit they’re delicious and i’m happy to go yes yes well we are here and i’m wearing green to match the beautiful greens that’s right prescott lakes here someone’s going to chip on you yeah i hope not yeah that’s all i need yeah it’s okay i need to make a pickle lady got chipped on um but anyway if you are a serious golfer and you’re looking for a fabulous place to retire we have so many amazing golf courses here prescott lakes is one of them this is prescott right behind us let the drone go around a little bit there there you go prescott lakes is amazing for golfing there also is capital canyon club that’s right beautiful beautiful located in talking rocks got it i know in the uh public courts right around the corner there’s antelope hills there’s a free public course but there’s so many ridge i’ll keep going i’ll keep naming anything else of course don’t start naming them back from home yeah they won’t i don’t want to do that yeah that’s right but anyway beautiful beautiful courses here so far golf is this great place to be absolutely anything else you’d like to say because you’re talking over me but that’s cool now he’s the ladies man now he’s going to be quiet camera yeah there you go i’ll get out go ahead pick a lady it’s all right yeah i’ll come back again i just need to be quiet right well let me quit quieter let me finish my thought yeah okay all right good go ahead are you sure i i don’t know i can’t promise anything okay you turn my coffin anyway this is the place for you come retire have a fabulous time enjoy all the beautiful golf courses we have here it’s just uh heaven on earth and you’ll see everybody riding their little golf carts around the neighborhoods and loving life um don’t have to be a golfer to write a card you don’t have to be their cards everywhere people your cards are cool the cards are cool i see you know grandma’s driving grandchildren i see people driving their pups just to kind of take a quick ride it’s it’s awesome so if you’re ready to retire and you love to golf and you want to have some amazing experiences come to arizona we have especially prescott we have the neighborhoods that’ll plug you right in and you’ll have a great time and you know what you worked hard you worked hard for this retirement get out here hit the green play some golf have fun yeah absolutely yeah all right we’ll talk about some other things next time too the other kind of if you’re not a big golfer there’s plenty of other things to do oh yeah we get a lot of requests for golf so we thought we’d do a little uh a little segment yeah where we focus on that and show you at least some of the beautiful areas around here where people play so i’m looking a little evil these branches are making a reflection it’s bringing out the true you know it’s not you know no maybe not that’s true that’s not true but anyway come on out bring your clubs have a great time nice to see you this is diane and randall bro weekly wine down that’s right you can reach us at 713-302-1964 give us a call let’s make your dream come true bye

dropping by that yeah cheers to fedex guy yeah actually just have the camera tied to a stick and uh you know we’re kind of going for a pretty cutting edge here yeah cutting edge or cutting edge we’re getting yeah fancier and fancier as time goes speaking of getting fancier somebody nominated as a rising star here in the prescott area our very own pickle lady that’s right you know what they say stars are just full of gas am i right i think that would be more appropriate it was one of the dogs maybe yeah but anyway the rising stars yeah yes i have to say i was pretty tickled um that the press get what is it prescott area nobody knows what it stands for yeah prescott area association of realtors see i got it there you go i didn’t even know they had this category i didn’t know anything about it i i heard from a couple of people today and i i really have to say i was tickled i didn’t know i didn’t even know what it was about so all of a sudden the phone started ringing off the hook you’ve been nominated i didn’t know but i’m tickled pink and uh the last award or anything i was i won or was nominated for was uh you know i i was vice president class president of my high school and and most christians most christian freshman insider she played mary remember she played mary most christian right there so it’s been a very long time that i’ve had anything i got to watch this camera’s going too high it’s going to see my where that’s right shaved my head by accident that’s right but anyway i was tickled and i do appreciate it and um thank you so much you know just for even thinking about me or nominating me it does kind of tickle me you have the ability to vote get out there and vote for you no don’t i hate that yeah i i’m campaigning on her behalf no i don’t like that but she does not approve this message i don’t approve this message okay i’m just saying i was tickled they have such a thing that’s all yeah it makes me laugh right there you go right there thank you all right here we go what are we talking about today oh we’re talking about um this is something cool certain areas out there are becoming like little baby many californians many californians many californians if you look at the neighborhood granite dells yeah we just had some californians move in yep and they go around to meet their neighbors and their neighbors are from you know riverside rancho cucamonga san diego it’s like little california over there little california we did some research and it turns out like in that particular area it’s like 90 percent or something most of the people are transplanted californians california so we’re going to call it little california look now well yeah rancho prescott tonia yeah something like that yeah yeah i think that’d be cool that’d be cool but uh so yeah if you’re coming here from out of state you you’ll be surprised how many people you’re gonna meet who are actually not from here they’re from entirely different areas california we’re from texas new orleans california is very popular and a lot of the people who are from california you know they’re afraid you know how do these people like me and our reply is you know they have maybe three people in your neighborhood who aren’t from california so you know they’re old and they’ll probably die oh my gosh that’s okay they were i didn’t say that say she’s most christian i am most persuasive me not so much yeah i didn’t say that but yeah you will find plenty of your peers yeah if you come here and you’ll love it yeah and you love it the little clusters are starting to form which is really cool you have like you know one one person one family will come in and they start recruiting their friends to come in and it becomes like a little their little enclave yeah you know you can be feel like you’re back home amongst friends and family yeah unless you want to escape friends and family yeah which uh well i don’t tell them about the airport because then um right don’t hello hello hello and welcome again to another weekly wind down i’m randall this is stella and i’m diane bro pick a lady of prescott and we’re also the spouses who sell houses back for another weekly wind down that’s right happy to be here again absolutely and what’s our topic for this for today coffee um coffee it’s a phenomenon it is a phenomenon we see it a lot in this business we really do yeah it’s something that makes me cry a lot yeah a lot yeah you see people fall in love with a home they’re all set to go and something inside of them just um they can’t pull the trigger just can’t pull the trigger and we’re here to tell you brothers and sisters fool the trigger trigger be brave yeah well the first thing you need to realize is what’s happening yes so like we had a a couple that they they came to prescott they’ve been a few times third trip yep uh he loves this house he loves house a she loves house b so in the end after much deliberation they decide go home which yeah without making an offer on either one which essentially um by not making a decision you are making you have made a decision yeah and and it’s not about oh i hate her house you know he has my house i hate her it’s not about indecision it’s really about fear right uh fear of the unknown fear about moving forward and the mind plays tricks on you i don’t know i decided i don’t like the fireplace or i can’t live with the doorknob it’s called a little bit of sabotaging yeah yeah like a cognitive dissonance thing right i don’t want to admit to myself that i’m afraid to move forward so i’m going to find something wrong with every house that i look at right so i can tell people oh i just know i could do it because of this yeah so this couple came in third trip in uh fell in love with two different houses and walked away with either so what’s going to happen somebody else is going to buy your dream home that’s right and live in your dream your beautiful life that you thought you were going to have in preschool that’s right in the house that you blocked somebody else is now going to enjoy themselves in your house and that’s a no-go here’s a little trick of the trade to somebody agents might not know this either okay um if you have a situation like that and people love two homes there’s a multiple offer form oh yeah that’s right so go ahead put an offer in on both there’s a perform see what kind of deal you can get whichever one wins guess what you made a decision but you move forward take baby steps at a time exactly exactly and so it’s kind of a heartbreaker it is when people do that yeah they do it to themselves yeah because we want you to be here in prescott yeah we want you to love it here as much as we do we were in your shoes yeah we know yeah that’s once we speak correct yeah we came from texas where our kids grew up uh we had a wonderful group of friends yeah um very close to to them and we just decided it was time for a change we were scared to death scared to death we didn’t know anybody here not one i was about to say zero but it’s really not one soul not one soul yeah and i don’t know we just committed and we said it’s time to make a change yeah and part of it i think was recognizing that we were afraid right you know i would look at you you would look at me and clearly were terrified but if you know it’s fear then you can deal with it as fear you know don’t do a jedi mind trick to yourself and you know oh it’s about the doorknob it’s nothing to do with the door now yeah and being courageous and taking the next step it’s it being brave is not about not being afraid it’s about being afraid but still moving forward yes um you know courageous people feel those feelings too and uh you can’t let that hold you back you can’t let that dictate your life that’s right life is short yeah um we don’t know what’s around the corner yeah but i tell you we moved here it was hard it was hard some tears yeah um but we have met and the most wonderful people here it’s paradise it is paradise here i did not know this whole type of geography or topography i had to learn how to drive up hill yeah it was difficult for me so it’s been fun and it’s also been very bonding yeah when uh especially if you’re empty nesters like we are it’s very bonding to jump into something new and you really just have to cling to each other well we didn’t clean so much because we’re not clingers we’re fairly independent yeah but uh you know to solve the problems together without our usual backup or fallbacks or anything else uh so it’s good it’s good yeah and it’s something you do for yourself yes yeah we’ve spent a lot of our lives in houston yeah and a lot of a lot of our friends worked in the oil business and you know one day they tell you oh guess what we’re gonna move you to bangladesh you know it’s never a good place it’s always some god-forsaken place that happens to have oil you know these families they’ll say oh you know it’s an adventure and they do it because i have to right but it when it comes time and they’ve retired from those oil companies the idea that i could now move from bangladesh to some place like prescott it’s a it’s a proactive thing you know i’m taking action and somehow that makes it scarier for some people because they’re doing it to themselves instead of obeying orders right we’ve been there we had a two-day drive across the country with three animals and two cars back to the gills yeah it was it was music it was not easy but so well worth it for this next chapter in our life yeah so for all of you waffling do i want to move should i just stay put do it do it the science of regret tells us that people on their death bed regret things that they haven’t done somebody somebody on their deathbed what are you regretting well it’s true this is true they’ve done these studies and people don’t say you know i regret having taken action you know and it didn’t pan out what they regret is never having taken that action at all it’s like if i had done x then my life would have been so much different and i really wonder what that would have been like instead of just following the bouncing bomb yeah 32 years ago 32 years ago just joking just joking very funny that’s just a joke but anyway be brave be bold that’s right for instance randall grow yeah don’t be too bold don’t be too bold yeah don’t be reckless once you do a little buzz yeah i’ve been cutting my own hair for well over ten years yeah i hate getting my hair cut you gotta listen to the ladies cat stories you know i i just my hair is not that complicated i do with buzz cut so he has a buzz cut and uh then yeah mr bros yeah well well before i do that just in my own defense it was late i had a scotch and i didn’t i picked up the razor i mean i i the razor has a guard that keeps you from getting too close so i just you know before i go to bed sometimes it’s a tip you know and uh so i did that and uh didn’t realize there was no guard on it so show us the after effects yeah get in the light get in the light that is not a bald spot that’s just uh yeah that’s just a major hair cut it’s a it’s a town sure yeah it’s a timeshare i’m not sure if they say the monks have them yeah we have it here we’re hoping it grows in soon so we’re not telling you do anything that crazy don’t be that brave take it easy on yourself if you do send pictures it’s only fair it is pretty funny yeah he’s like i can’t believe i did this like well you are i couldn’t believe it it was not even a whole second i just immediately knew what hello again hey peeps and welcome to another segment of friday wine down here it is we are your hosts i’m diane bro this is randall bro i am indeed yes we are the spouses that sell houses and you are pickled i am also the pickle lady we are here in prescott arizona so we want to welcome you again to this week’s segment got some great news very good news it’s all about what randall bro our air service our air service air service is back on here in prescott with a vengeance with a huge venture yes very very exciting times no more do we have those yucky old prop planes yeah no no no toilet with no toilet yeah yeah now we have a 50 seater with a yes through united that’s right and united is now going to land here at prescott regional airport and they’re going to have daily flights everything which means every day every day to lax and daily flights to denver as well no flights though i take that back on saturday to lax but six days of the week you can fly out to lax seven days you can go denver that’s right the other really cool thing is you can also fly to those cities and get your connecting flight to some of the other major destinations and avoid having to go down to phoenix yeah so you don’t have to drive down you’re going to do the shuttle exactly you just get on the plane and you fly to lax or denver and from there you can get pretty much anywhere yeah so this is great news for all of our californian friends who are moving here hey you can get home see friends and family in no time flat no time flight and we have a real airport you don’t have to buy your ticket and then buy another ticket you just get on the united app united.com united.com and select prescott as your originating airport and wherever you want to go works just like any other airport first flight is going out august 29th which is tomorrow which is tomorrow which i can’t believe where is this celebration where’s this month gone yeah and uh first flight’s going out i already sold up all right so things are booming uh and there’s a good reason good reason they’re sold out they’re actually subsidized by the government so they are exceptionally cheap yes round trip tickets to lax are going for fifty dollars each way might be a little higher depending on how much time you give it you know if you try to look the day before you’re not going to get that greater rate if you lose it yeah i worked within like a week and it was 136 136 round trips um you can’t drive there for that no you can’t yeah yeah and we’ve driven it many times yeah not a good idea yeah not fun okay to rock purestar fuel tank yes we did good times yeah that was good the planes will not hit a rock yeah yeah good times that was not going to happen the worst driving truck that was horrible yeah triple a not so much yeah triple h we won’t help you when you’re leaking yeah that’s what they said we actually dialed 9-1-1 and they told us we can’t help you yeah that’s true she did hello 9-1-1 what is your emergency i’m stranded i’m sorry we can’t help you i guess that’s all she says out there that’s it she had nothing to offer me that’s an aside yeah that’s that wall in the business yeah and aside yeah but yeah that’s true if you get a pierced uh fuel tank and you’re leaking gas everywhere basically nobody will come nobody will help you you kind of have to pay a mega price and kind of bribe something like having to play yes you know which is what we did and they were kind enough to yeah but that’s not going to happen to you in the plane yes see i like how this is circling circle back circling back to the airport airport you don’t have to worry about any of that you show up the other good thing is if you go to prescott regional airport you can park your car for free yeah up to 10 days up to 10 days you can actually park it there longer if you just tell them right let them know just let them know it’s going to be here a couple of weeks they just don’t want to abandon cars right so you can go there park hop on your little commuter flight catch your connecting flight or if you’re just going to la or denver yeah give you that yeah you’re done but and you can catch me great burgers there at oh yeah yeah great burgers at the airport suzie sky harbors i yeah but it’s good cooking there delicious burgers yeah even better breakfast oh cheap they will be getting a new terminal too yeah that’s going to be a while they’re going to build a new term we’re going to be building a new terminal and hopefully over time as these flights uh get popular we’re going to expand our runway so we can have even more flights to other destinations yeah so press kit is moving in the shape yes we are yes we are so for those of you looking to move here from places like i don’t know southern california that’s right that that’s never happened before yeah you get just a quick cop you go back and see all your family and friends right uh northern california you can catch uh uh pretend like pretend yeah yeah we did it we just had two great ideas and we wanted to get them out there as fast as we could to you guys i still had time to record this exactly so here we are that’s right what are we gonna talk about today today we’re going to talk about something that’s very near and dear to a lot of real estate agents heart they may not always admit to it but we will yeah we have no shame and we have no gain more than shame we have more game than shane um i’m a firm believer being a catholic born and bred in new orleans yeah and um a little bit of real estate real estate yeah let’s call it that yeah real estate and i think some of you realtors out there may know and so all of them in new orleans will know all of them in new orleans but here we go the power of saint joseph’s statue now st joseph is part of the nativity scene he yes that is correct yeah so he’s not the father of jesus no no he’s kind of like the stepfather exactly exactly and the power of the saint joseph statue is saint joseph is the patriarch of family he acts as the patriarchal families he’s someone he’s an intercessor so to speak okay um you can send your thoughts and prayers to him uh help me help me with my family help me protect my family help me sell my abs help me sell my house yeah he is kind of like um i’ll help you out with the family help you out with the house you know and so a lot of realtors will bury the statue in the yard of st joseph yeah and it helps you this is our personal favorite the thing is that they say bury him head down oh yeah you know what i got feet up okay so i googled this no i i did and there was no consensus as to how to be i do it my way my way is head down that’s correct that’s right that we’re going to do so what is your way head down yeah feet up yeah preferably by your for sale sign and say quick prayer to saint joseph bless my family bless this lovely home that we just lived in um thank you for protecting us and send us forward into our new home with happy memories and and help us find it really the key is help us find a good buyer for buyers you know what i mean and so it it really does not fail so if you bury him head down feet up buy your for sale now does he look at the for sale sign and see look out towards you no i prefer looking out because you’re looking forward to your future you’re looking forward to your future carrying all of your family memories with you in the future and he just kind of um is a guiding he can be a guiding force of course alone yeah now you know i played saint joseph in a in a nativity scene when i was in fourth grade did you know that no i didn’t i actually you know what’s so weird i was married you were i was married two different plays two different places i’ve known him for 35 years i never knew i didn’t know you were married i was married it was destined it was destiny and my mom made me a pretty blue a pretty blue dress yeah i had a sack and a rope that’s all right and i had to kneel the whole thing i think she made me married because i had long blonde hair or something i don’t know i just looked really holy it was we were destined to be realtors because you know that’s hilarious so anyway we are a firm believer in it um and nothing everything always helps with a little bit of prayer and a little bit of thoughtful meditation that’s right thoughtful meditation and sending good positive vibes out there and if saint joseph can help us along the way it’s certainly not going to hurt yeah right that’s right there was there was some a story i saw online about a guy who didn’t believe about the saint joseph statue so his wife or the realtor somebody buried the statue so he dug it up and he threw it away and then the next day he’s reading in the paper that the dump like the local dump was sold well for all of you fellow agents or fellow potential clients who are trying to sell their home and maybe hitting some stumbling blocks on amazon prime baby yeah or hit us up we’ll say yeah we’ll send you st joseph’s amazon prime yeah i’m gladly we’ll see what yeah you want i mean we’re doing tongue-in-cheek but you know there’s as i said there’s nothing wrong with a little uh intense prayer and meditation uh on what your future will be and we’re gonna talk about karma too and yeah and blessings on your former home okay anyway amazon prime 10 in a bag not bad this is a real thing people yeah the other thing i’m a very strong believer in is saging your home okay very very important sometimes there’s just negative energy and it’s it’s great if you can find someone who is uh really well-versed and well educated and well connected to the earth mother earth and there is honestly am i right nothing more powerful than watching someone come in and just uh kind of represent mother earth and sage your home and take some of the energy out or or help someone to take mother earth you’re being attacked by i am that’s ridiculous you need to say it so seiji is what is saying it’s like a plant it’s it’s a plant and you light it and you burn it and you kind of go around and yeah someone has some their own personal incantations and and uh and that takes negative energy takes negative energy um and makes everything kind of equal again and whole sometimes it’s important um also to have someone just carry a crystal and go from room to room and discuss positive and happy memories because sometimes a house is blocked from being sold just because of your intense love and attachment to the home because you brought your family up you haven’t let go and so transferring all of those feelings towards a crystal that you can carry with you into the future into your next home enables you to kind of easily let go of that and let someone else come in and say oh i’m ready to make my new attachments here and we learned that from our good friend we did our good friend karma she uh she’s amazing and um she’s very much just an amazing person super super connected to everything she’s like mother nature yeah and uh you know so she will also do say gene if there’s a lot of bad energy and that just cleanses your home of that um it’s also great for blessings when you’re moving into a home it’s really great to start thank you yes thank you karma i’ve never seen anything so touching is when i see her work um it’s a beautiful i think a seller was a little uh a little doubtful but i think he was a believer by the end right it’s a very powerful it’s a very powerful very touching very touching sweet thing to see so we are here to tell you as agents uh not only do we work super hard and try to find new clients but we are always have you in our mind we’re always meditating have a lot of prayer uh we don’t just wing this it’s a lot right a lot of power is coming to bear it’s a lot of powers we try to bring it all to you not only do we do our homework and the regular advertising and the business side of it but there’s also a really powerful spiritual side to it that and i think you know if we can teach our our sellers the same thing um it makes everybody move on peacefully and go on to our next adventure so anyway when in doubt saint joseph yeah here he is some staging some sagey yeah i’m all for do it all it’s realtor’s well-known little secret but we’ll be the only ones who really talk about it but hey i own up to it i’m open to hey peeps hey this is diane bro my better half randall bro that’s me that’s you we are the spouses that sell houses yes we are and you’re the pickle lady and i am also the president pick a lady which i’m kind of tickled to have that little label yeah the pickle thing is really taking off everyone’s really liking the pickle thing but the pickles are really good but you know you as the it was the pickle ladies i’ve embraced everything yeah i’ve totally embraced it yes becoming a real big part of who i am and anyway love sharing my pickles with all of our clients yep but uh we sure have missed you guys it’s been a little bit instead of our weekly wine down it’s become several weeks several weeks several weeks till our winter but we always do a weekly wind down we just don’t always record it correct our daughter graduated from college so we were busy with that congratulations to you adeline we’re very proud of you she finished in three years from asu yep and um worked very hard she did she’s a little sun devil sun devil and also a devil in general but yeah that’s another story for another time she’s a devil at night as well correct but anyway we’re happy to be here today and one of our new exciting things we really want to talk about is what is it to be a good seller be a good seller be a good seller a good seller is someone who is realistic in their pricing when we come in with our comparative market analysis we’ve done our homework yeah we know what you know you can’t change you can’t change the market no you can’t change the market and we know we do our research we know exactly where your home should be priced how much per square foot we just don’t make up a figure so we wish we could i know we wish we could if we could make your home worth a lot of money per square foot that the market wouldn’t that’s right except we would be super real estate agents we would be buying and selling property i think instead so we can’t yeah we have to respond to the market we really appreciate those sellers who are like we respect your opinion and we take that under advisement and uh we don’t expect a million when our home is only worth four hundred thousand yeah and then look at the cops the internet is like we see what you’re saying and why you’re saying it and they’re reasonable about it some people just aren’t yeah and so that is what makes a smooth and easy selling process yeah accept the correct pricing go with it even if you feel like everyone thinks their home is worth way more than what it really is i do too i do too i love it i’m invested in it it’s my home i have a lot of emotion attached to it but if you really take a step back and just look at the market and accept that you will have a smooth and seamless sale that will not drag on forever and ever and ever and you’ll be under a ton of stress trying to show it and run in and out and screaming at the kids and you know or your husband whatever right and trying to get out that’s right so we love people who really are like you know what i get it i get it i accept it and i i respect your opinion yeah and uh we’re gonna go with that and also appreciate that most people do not live in a stage-ready environment no no you know the way that i know the way that we live every day our home is not we are never stage ready yeah we’re never stage ready and in state the reason why it’s called staging is because it’s unrealistic it’s it’s a it’s a theatrical presentation for the benefit of the buyers and so it is unrealistic it is and so sometimes some of the things that we point out may be seen you know everyone knows that you know we have garbage so we’ll have a garbage can yeah but you don’t want to show the garbage can it’s a game we pretend you pretend no one lives here no one has ever lived here no one has created memories here no one has you know it’s all brand new a brand new event in our dream life there is no garbage there is no garbage right garbage but the toilet seat down right yeah ever going to the bathroom exactly that does not happen there put your lids down when we say hey maybe the black room or the hot pink room you might want to change that to a more neutral color don’t be offended just roll with it but that’s so boring yeah it is it is i’m sorry most buyers have to be able to come in and envision their own home yeah they don’t want to say oh i don’t like that color this would never work for me they have to see neutral neutral neutral they can inject their hot colors into a neutral room yes but they can’t inject a neutral into a hot room that’s that’s the thing so for all of you who we’ve listed for and worked with and we’re just delightful to work and and and followed our advice we salute you too we toast you we’ve been very lucky we’ve had some wonderful wonderful people pleasant to work with yes so when you are thinking about listing your home or calling an agent try to work with us be blessed we want to be have fun we want to make you ask well we’ll be pleasant we’ll be blessed even if you’re not we don’t want to be the heavies yeah no agent likes to be the heavy and come in and tell you you know we just be open yeah we’re really not making rules yeah just telling you how it is correct and in the end you know the the seller the the client is the one who makes the decisions and if they say no we’re going to go with the hot pink room there’s really nothing we will respect that but try to listen to mama listen to mama i’m trying to help you and i and we want to make this good for you all right well we do want to talk about one listing we have right now that i think everyone would love it’s beautiful beautiful park-like setting here in prescott lakes in the stoney creek subdivision it’s on 186 darby creek way beautiful beautiful home lovely great sellers they listened to our advice they did everything we said and they’ve been just great to work for come see their home uh call us anytime for a showing or hi everyone hi clients friends and fellow preschootonians this is randall and diane bro here your spouses who sell houses as well as i am the people lady absolutely well this was made the fabric design was made by unknown i’m going to cover that yeah this that’s not cool but anyway this was made by kate sullivan kate sullivan yes did he get kate hey lisa toast to you fabric designer or just designer in general in new york city she was very kind to make this for me design the bathroom yes and then my wonderful managing broker at realty one group mountain desert sam dumas a woman of many many talents she loves to sew and she made this beautiful pickled wrap out of the fabric am i not lucky you are lucky here’s the sam thank you so much thank you sam also i would like to introduce these two appendages here in case you’re wondering we are having a wonderful week with our daughters who are here visiting um freaking frack welcome freaking fractions so glad you’re here hello it’s me rick i thought you were bragg no she’s freaking surprised [Music] so then for the weekend we figured what wind down would be complete without freaking fractures it would not be complete without freaking fret and they were anxious to be included so we said okay okay thanks for having us let’s do it for one anything for one these girls yeah they come in from california yes they’re coming from california cecily is a fellow los angeles hello she’s from the city of angels city of angels adeline is heading out that way she’s getting ready to graduate a whole year early cheers to you so proud thank you yes a year early your children too if they work hard enough can do that but it’s alright if you don’t but whatever we’re just saying i’m ready one very proud of her that was quite an accomplishment absolutely very proud of her anyway both girls are heading out to california as the young and foolish dude yeah that’s right all two of them yeah we will forgive them but uh we also want to say to you californians who were there and they’re saying hey you know what let me change your pace when you get out of big city yeah all 100 000 daily [Music] moving in the other direction right we’re tired of the taxes we’re tired of everything we here at prescott we welcome you we’re the ellis island yes california we are your port of harper’s destination destination port of harp part of i don’t know you’re weary yes you’re over-mortgaged over-taxed and under-appreciated everyone wanted to own a home i’m here to leave las vegas cheers we would love to help you relocate yeah we at realty one group there’s a whole bunch of us here waiting to help you you know as i say we came from texas i’m not a native chriskatonian but i got here as fast as i can and it’s a great town we’d love to have you love to help you in this very important process of your life yay that’s what we’re here for also i wanted to talk about some upcoming events this weekend i cannot wait we’re dancing for the stars it will be at the elks theater this saturday april 14th one o’clock because you guys can make a kite yeah thing i tried super hard but didn’t make the cut anyway it is a wonderful fundraiser there are several dancing teams competing and raising funds for the boys and girls club of central arizona what a great cause yeah that’s right so there are two shows saturday at elk theater one o’clock is the matinee where will be and then seven o’clock p.m is the second show call the elks theater and see if there are any tickets left it’s a worthy worthy cause for the boys and girls club of central arizona happy to have have them here and support that yeah call quick because they’ll probably sell it and also part two of beauty and the beast at the yavapai community center for the arts call them be our guest all right i got it in me okay you got it out you got out of your system good i’m good you’re good i’m good that was five years of uh voiceless killing it money very crap yeah yes very talented thanks for having me okay we will follow up with some open houses we’ll be hosting this weekend uh love to see you there text or whatever yes yeah they’ll put them in the text um anyway i hope that you guys will enjoy an upcoming weekend with your family and have a lot of fun hope yours is better behaved that i take offense we are we are we are moving right along we could not honestly we can’t ask for better daughters we are lucky lucky people so please do not hesitate to call randall and i we’re happy to help you out in your home search that’s what we’re here for call us at zero 928-496-001 seven five that’s right last time i called it worked my mind was like you nailed it she’s checking i’m like you got it like yeah is that right i don’t know my mind you know anyway a little too much wine anyway thanks for joining us and meeting our family and have a wonderful weekend with your family and enjoy some great happy times thanks for joining us until next week cheers to you cheers

good god thank god we made it to friday i hope you guys you from you guys probably feel the same way it’s been a rough a rough day definitely need a nice friday wind down exactly anyway welcome to friends realtor are you doing it again no i don’t want i don’t like any of this okay yeah no i’m serious hi everybody and welcome to this week’s weekly window friday going down what’s that always friday well today is friday and it’s been one down people heck of yeah very busy very tired so we deserve a glass of wine cheers to everyone out there take time out um this week we wanted to talk briefly about something that’s so important and i know my fellow realtors can definitely relate and potential customers coming in a lot of people want to come to prescott see what it’s all about i love it i love it i just gotta take a quick weekend look at some of those just to see what it’s like right have some fun my word yeah yes it never works out that way yeah no because what happens is we take you out you fall in love but here’s the key even though you think it’s just going to be a fun weekend just want to get a feel of press get always before you come go to the bank and get pre-qualified go to your special loan officer whatever because and you will fall in love with a house and you will not be qualified yet and you will lose the house right and nothing breaks an agent’s heart more than to take someone out and they find their dream home so excited we’re excited we’re gonna make it happen for you and then yeah because we’re too slow right we don’t have all our ducks in a row right somebody beat you to your house somebody beats you too what should be your dream house and they’re living in your dream house they end up living your life in your house that’s right you should have had because you didn’t have your ducks in a row and it’s it’s just not right it’s just not right it’s like a parallel universe with somebody living your life in your house i agree so the easiest thing it takes maybe an hour call your loan officer we know some great people here they’ll set you up they’ll pre-call you in no time flat then we can go look at the city you can fall in love if you see a house you love you won’t lose the deal yeah right don’t go scouting without it don’t in in the unlikely event that you’re going to come to prescott and you’re not going to love it and you’re going to want to go to some other god forsaken city and spend the rest of your life there same thing you’re going to go there and you’re going to find something you’ll still need to get free calling to be qualified you can’t make an offer unless you’re a prequel yeah but do it before you come to the press because right when you get here you will want to stay yeah and i think we talked about that last week yeah we’re number nine in the united states for living great living and also number one and that’s only because there are eight other cities in deep delusion thinking yeah you’re right nobody can beat us yeah but also we’re number one in air quality yeah we are amazing air quality here it’s just a great place so yeah that’s what happened to us we came here and it’s like okay we want to stay that’s exactly right just do yourself a favor get pre-qualified you’ll be much happier we’ll all have a great time you fall in love find the house get it that day done deal welcome to prescott that’s right happy to have you here words of wise all right we don’t want to preach anymore yeah let’s try to make it like yeah what’s happening yeah well this weekend um we’re not having any open houses kind of sad about that yeah but we are excited because our daughters cecily and adeline are here visiting so that’s right we will miss seeing our public it makes me sad not to see the public but i know you guys understand yes family time we know you understand but wanted to tell you some cool things that are coming up this weekend beauty and the beast is playing at yavapai college performing arts center beauty and the beast beauty and the beast and it’s an amazing production kind of the story of us beauty and the beast god is bad but yes all right anyway you’re the guy with the chin what’s his name i don’t know i think about that swaggering kind of guy that’s the one i want to be i don’t want to be the biggest up here yeah jack gaston yeah i’m guessed yeah the candlestick no no no lumiere lumiere that’s it i’m actually embarrassed to say i’m just swimming yeah i’m a little confused i raised two girls what do you want you know more than me yeah but that’s the way it is there it is all right anyway it’s friday and saturday 7 00 p.m and sunday they have a three o’clock matinee yeah yep community college center awesome time um bring the kids up yeah well you just go everybody knows the songs from it it’s a great great chef and then hit uh uh be our guest yeah be our guest is a good one there’s a lot of other ones too i remember chip too all right the other thing we wanted to talk about i’m very excited is uh tomorrow april 7th is national no housework day ah national no no housework day okay so everybody gets to take the day off from that i’m just letting everyone know for those of you who didn’t know yep enjoy the day off no housework drink wine instead yeah it has been proclaimed national no no housework i’m loving that yeah yeah all right so what’s going on in the market everything’s flying off the shelves so to speak crazy if you’re coming here get ready get ready you got an earthquake how to move quick it is a seller’s market it is spring has sprung in here the spring has brought and uh it’s been a lot of fun meeting all kinds of new people and um making everyone’s dream come true and starting new lives here in our beautiful town anyway just wanted to say thanks again for uh saturday night we might be on whiskey road oh yeah around whiskey road saturday night going to whiskey road with our daughters yeah going to hear a little music 8 15 at saturday at lily what is it jersey jersey jersey lily park every time i go there i have things yeah jersey lily 8 15 lori mcdonald is playing and everybody who’s local here knows what an awesome gal she is yeah that’s a lot of good musicians we’re taking our daughters we’re going dancing to with lori mcdonald in her van uh saturday night at jersey lily yeah 8 15. come say hello come say hello have a drink i will not have my pickles with me i hope you understand it’s hard to dance why are you not bringing your pickles it’s hard to dance with jars of pickles i think everybody’s that’s okay i can edit whatever you want i don’t like where it’s coming out okay no i know i in the word team that’s what i’m trying to say yeah but there’s a mate there’s a mate there’s me there’s me there yeah correct yeah yeah there’s also tea welcome randall welcome to the team yes and the wine and the wine should always take time out for wine always it’s all you know or adult beverage of your or your choice or an herbal tea herbal tea the wine is the wine is really symbolic it’s really about taking taking time but but honestly the wine tastes a lot better when it’s nuts okay all right we learned some fabulous news today but not not anything new that we all know living here this is not news to us fellow preschootonians the fact is that prescott has been ranked ninth in the entire united states yeah that’s huge that’s huge for well-being if you want to move here for some well-being good life good living this is the time that’s right it’s number nine number nine for those of you thinking maybe phoenix i hate to break it to you he so press gets looking mighty good at number nine number nine and the reason why is everyone here is happy here loves the weather loves the attitude loves the general vibe yeah we have a great purpose social financial community and physical those are the top five things physical what is physical having good health and enough energy to get things done daily and this town every day yeah every day every day every day well okay i think this is somewhere else but anyway that’s some bad news some bad news some bad news is about airport airport our airport service has been canceled oh yes this is very sad news um great lakes is no longer no longer going to be flying to los angeles which is devastating to us yeah we have two daughters who will be flying back and forth well not anymore they’ll be driving so yeah apparently there was not enough demand there’s no pilots you’re right not enough pilots who would sign up to fly those one hour commuter flight so that’s very sad day yeah yeah if you’re a pilot and you’re looking for a job call great lakes yeah great lakes will gladly get up back on board but as of now that has been suspended yeah so kind of sad about that yeah so now we’re going to have to drive the six hours to l.a but that’s the way like this some of the other things some of the yucky news will kind of talk about a little bit interest rates are going up yeah uh they are expecting some quarterly um quarterly increases and they’re predicting maybe by 2019 we’re gonna be up to five percent now for some of those i know don’t worry about supposedly old enough to remember you know you know 15 16 it’s still a joke but you know something to keep in mind it is steadily creeping up we’re losing our perfect storm you know we’ve got low interest rates we’ve got low inventory of high demands right yeah this is a really good time to sell a home it’s not going to be a perfect storm but it’s going to be pretty strong for the foreseeable future absolutely absolutely the other thing we wanted to talk about this weekend fun events that are happening coming up weekend coming up easter weekend is the great prescott easter egg hunt how fun is that it’s on saturday from 11 to two at the mile high middle school we’re gonna make a joke there but i’m not mile high just beyond the whiskey road right just beyond whiskey road and they are having a gigantic easter egg hunt so for all of our young families out there with kiddos we miss those days do you well i i you know that they’re going to have 20 000 eggs at that point oh yeah 20 000 we could still go even though we don’t have kids anymore yeah you’re going to get some eggs at this point they can’t be hiding them too often so 20 000 easter eggs they’re going to have food vendors soft drinks carnival and fun yeah so are we going to go um yeah but that is saturday march 31st 11 a.m to 2 p.m good times so if you’re a young family or grandchildren are visiting are you just really like eggs or you really like eggs yeah they go 20 000 easter eggs somebody’s gonna get at least one i’m thinking somebody’s gonna find they’re gonna be throwing eggs at you absolutely all right the other thing that i think is super cool and super fun and i didn’t know is that the elks theater is now showing movies oh that’s cool yeah all movies like casablanca gone with the wind they have all kinds of different movies so back in the day when it was an event you would go to a beautiful theater like the elks theater everybody would get dressed up yeah and that was an event yeah you didn’t schlep in your jammies like you can do some of these places and sit in a lazy boardroom yeah lazy board chairs go and experience elk’s theater beautiful beautiful theater and see some of the old movies the way it was in the olden days right yeah call them elk’s theater they’ll tell you the latest movie that’s showing i think that’d be kind of hard kind of a different kind of a different experience okay the other good things we want to talk about is randall and i we will be at the dells uh with reserve homes we are we’ll be there tomorrow between 11 and four no friday friday okay friday i don’t know where i’m gonna be right no you’re gonna come tomorrow tomorrow friday between 11 and 4 will be at the dells come see what a gorgeous home george rothwest has built yeah it overlooks granite mountain stunning stunning stunning three bedrooms three baths it’s amazing spicy pickles too and also yeah we’ll get to that and then also they have peavine trail right information look for the video next and this is an awesome house it is it is the best of the best of the best it’s uh beautifully appointed perfect for empty nesters and uh very peaceful yeah stunning
