Just when you thought the traffic couldn’t get any calmer, the Germans put us in a coma.

If you are used to long, tortuous, bumper-to-bumper traffic jams and insanely aggressive motorists who threaten your life at every turn, wait until you drive around Prescott. It’s calm, sane, and beautiful.
And just when you thought it couldn’t get any more peaceful, the Germans engineer something just a little bit crazy.

hello hello peeps hey guys what’s up buttercup what’s up buttercup what’s up buttercup right now we are standing by this sign that says traffic calming so we are an area of traffic calming traffic traffic calming so you can see the traffic that’s kind of coming by people should be very very calm yeah traffic calming is uh an engineering oh that’s right i’m diane randall bro yeah we are the local prescott pickle peeps she’s the prescott pickle lady also also uh hopefully one of your favorite realtors here yeah happy to serve you realtors in prescott arizona home of at least some traffic calming that’s right okay so traffic what is traffic economy so traffic calming is like an engineering thing that the germans started and it’s like a literal translation of the german like traffic called mexico i i don’t know the german but but it literally translates as traffic calming and the idea is to design the streets themselves like the way the lanes are laid out and everything so that people people are calm people drive calm they’re not crazy lunatics driving faster yeah but here’s the funny thing let’s be honest all of prescott is traffic calming that’s the point here traffic is very common yeah traffic is very calm here in prescott we just think this sign is kind of um hilarious because all yeah evidently some some politician was very concerned that we needed some traffic calming and this i guess this was the only place i’ve seen this yeah i think they had to stop because people were going into a coma so yeah the point if you get any calmer driving here there’d be a lot more car accidents yeah for smaller older generations so let’s be honest they drive a little bit they drive slow they do they’re a little more cautious yeah they are but the most exciting thing is no heavy-duty um traffic uh we don’t get a lot of drugs we don’t get road rage yeah no roadways that was ridiculous but anyway a very big truck here comes some more traffic sorry okay yeah sorry for the traffic noise there are no rush hours here yeah you know if you want to get to uh prescott to go down to pv it’s really going to take you about 12 minutes guys you know unlike la where our daughters live oh my gosh you you want to go someplace 10 minutes away it could take you 30 to 40 minutes yeah traffic yeah it does not happen here it’s it’s calm it’s lovely but not only that it not only is the traffic slow and you know not high uh a high multitudes of cars everywhere jamming up the the lanes it is um beautiful yeah yeah you drive around it puts you in a good mood like you know even if i have to wait for this light i’ll just stare at this i’ll just stare at this mountain until the light turns green exactly so you know you’re driving okay so might maybe there’s a little build up of traffic but you’re surrounded by beautiful beautiful scenery yeah so you don’t care and you don’t have people constantly blowing the horn at you unless you fall asleep unless you pause it and flipping you off and you know it’s a very polite town yeah it is oh and also the other thing i love pedestrians everybody stops they’re so kind yeah there’s none of this crazy oh my gosh i’ve got to get some place right now yeah get out of my way everybody i’m going to hit that pedestrian because i’ve got to get to some place on time it doesn’t happen here you’re safe this is all love and peace it is that’s why we have a traffic calm traffic calming yeah yeah so be careful as you drive through here because you may find some people pull over the side of the road and actually fall asleep exactly it’s very namaste namaste so don’t worry about rush hour here don’t worry about i’ve got to get someplace and i’ve got to you know time it out i have an hour to get there on time you don’t have to worry about all that time is real here it’s real time yeah live in the moment live in the moment that’s what i can calm down your traffic and stare at the mountain fell on you what fell on me some tree i don’t know but it wasn’t a bird all right so that is all we just wanted to give you a heads up so yeah absolutely traffic wherever you may live think wow think about traffic calming in prescott and just enjoying beautiful scenery and driving peacefully absolutely you know worrying about anything where can they find your pickle lady you can find me at 713-302-1964 or prescottpicklady.com online we’d love to show you around here comes another car yeah throw me something mister anyway we’d love to show you around so you can see firsthand how lovely it really is here yeah all right have it until next time

hello hello hello hey peeps this is diane and randall brown we are your press get pickled presents really getting to me yes yes yes yes it is a tongue twister it is we’re still impressed here we’re not in italy we are not italy looks like we are it looks like we are we’re not in one of our favorite restaurants here in prescott something that we recommend to a lot of our clients coming through one of our favorite places and it’s called limoncello the owner is mateo and he is so italian that we cannot pronounce his last name so mateo right is the owner here and he has uh he’s given us a couple drinks cheers cheers um it’s here in the they call it the old firehouse station right off the square but it’s divine divine divine very authentic italian authentic that’s what i was about to say we’ve gotten a responses back from uh people who know who have said this is very very authentic italian food right here at fresco exactly they’re actually a whole bunch of italian restaurants here and they’re all really good we’ve got some really really good ones but uh limoncello is one of our favorites just for like their pizzas are divine for their lemon juice oh yeah this is my favorite thing i am drinking a limoncello martini and mateo makes his own so his lemon drops are made with his limoncello liqueur and they’re a little girly looking because they’re pink but it is delicious they’re good i’ve had one they are really good so what are we talking about today i’m doing uh kind of the the clear thing here i’m not but it’s okay it’s all good it’s all good it’s all good in the hood as i like to say okay so what are we gonna talk about moving into a town that’s not stagnant yes yes okay that’s where we’re going here’s a little known fact that maybe you guys don’t know about us but we are originally from new orleans yes and in the 70s and maybe the early 80s new orleans kind of was a dying town it was it was stagnant yeah um it has since bounded back now we’re here so we’re here we haven’t lived there in quite some time but now they are heavy into filming and hollywood’s going to new orleans so that’s good but the weird thing growing up it was not that way it was not but everywhere you look people would tell you what used to be there like you’d see a building with the windows broken out and they would tell you oh that used to be this or it used to be that and uh it was it was not it was not good you know but we’re not here to talk about new orleans really we’re here um a lot of people are like oh you know so many people are moving here that’s outstanding for all of us yeah we never want a town to go stagnant and with all these new people coming in our little town is just it’s developing it’s it’s getting some a new vibe a new energy values are going up and up yeah how can you possibly object to that right because when people move in we all benefit from that that’s right we get more services we get more jobs and more restaurants restaurants like limoncellos exactly so we get a new buy we get a new energy everyone’s property values go up can’t complain with that can’t complain so coming to prescott we’re not a stagnant place we are growing and we are excited yeah glad to be part of something that people want to be a part of absolutely so anyway that’s preschool that’s personal and limoncellos with your limoncello martini which i think is just wonderful yeah somewhere they can find you my door you can find me you can call me at 713-302-1964 or prescottpicklady.com come over here come visit us at prescott we’d like to show you what our new town is all about we’ll share some some we’ll we’ll share some limoncello with you come feel the new energy the new vibe our little town is just it’s just lovely you’ll love it we’ll have a good time and you’ll see this is not a stagnant place this is a cool place good good place to be a part of great place to be a part of all right cheers to you next time next time have a wonderful day bye

hello hello pete hey peeps this is diana randall bro we are out today first of all we both got brand new coats new coats good time to buy new coats hope you like them yeah um but we are here yeah we did this is the time yeah absolutely good one but anyway i digress yes you do we are here in the in front of the courthouse coming at you godzilla that’s right i don’t know we’re here in front of the courthouse today in the square right smack dab in the middle of downtown prescott which i love on this beautiful crisp february day and our new coats um and i thought it would be apropos to film in front of the courthouse because what i’d really like to talk about is um some ethical things yeah yeah uh talk about ethics i am kind of mad um i’m venting please be aware when you’re looking for an agent whether it’s a listing agent a selling agent any kind kind of check out who they are what they’re about yeah just because somebody has signage or you see a lot of homes listed and you see signs all over the place with their names on it does not necessarily mean yeah that um these are people that are looking out for your best interest or spend a lot of time that do their due diligence they are uh they just because they they they have a lot of people doesn’t mean they’re spending a lot of time in fact some of the agents that have lots and lots of signs they don’t have enough time to spend with any one of those one of those uh buyers or sellers that’s right so you know it’s important even though you may see a lot of name recognition name recognition does not always equate to good job done an agent who’s really looking out for your best interest an agent who’s really investing themselves in the most important purchase of your life yeah some of them you know hey it’s just all about the bottom line hey yeah is that foundation have a big leak underneath it yeah it has if we were agents that were that way we would be telling you the same thing at this point we’re not saying this is easy it isn’t easy we would like you to believe that we are different but if we weren’t we’d be saying the same thing we know it’s hard so how does someone what are some of the clues that you would give them to you know to look between the the uh the bull here you need to look at somebody who actually spends one-on-one quality time with you that’s good he sits down and says let’s let’s go over everything that you’re looking for let’s go you know if you’re about to buy a house yeah let’s sit down and go through the disclosure yeah uh oh this is a red flag susie q uh oh this is not good no bueno you know you don’t want somebody who’s like yeah yeah yeah yeah looks good looks good to me let’s sign off so i get my commission check no sometimes no matter the price of the house it takes a while agents who don’t spend time with you do whatever it is whatever the step is if they’re not willing to spend the time with you you want to move on absolutely and one clue too like right off the bat if you meet an agent let’s say you see a sign or a business card or advertisement somewhere and you meet them and they don’t look anything like the picture that you saw that’s probably that’s it that’s your first line number one right i think that’s right that is your first clue if you get somebody who’s like you know got a uh glamour shot from your 19. my real estate agent looks like kim kardashian and then you meet them and they really look like joan rivers that’s your first clue i like joan root i love jonathan yeah i love your hair so yeah that’s that’s so bad yeah because she she was a cool chick she was but that’s probably your first clue somebody who can’t even be you know really kind of honest and upfront on their own business card you might not want to deal with it so i guess my point is as we’re standing in front of the courthouse try to find some people that you feel have some ethics have some morals and have some time and have some time they’re not interested in just let me get as many houses listed as possible so i can get these commission checks and it doesn’t matter if the foundation shifted on a house who cares yeah i still got my commission check that’s who you don’t want we may or may not just be involved in something i don’t know if you can pick up on that yeah i don’t know if you can pick up yeah but maybe so you know it’s just important everybody you know in all walks of life you’ve got good people you’ve got bad people but you know try to do some due diligence and and hook up with good people i think we’re good people we will invest our time be good people be a good buyer be a good seller be ethical be ethical on all parts come on we are happy to be here we are happy to spend the time we will spend a lot of time with you yeah absolutely make sure that it’s done right and um we’re just up front yeah we’re good we keep it real okay and we look pretty much the way you know i photoshopped all these videos no we don’t we’re actually that’s why my hair looks like this yeah yeah yikes it’s starting to snow what you see is what you get what you see is what you get but that’s why today we thought let’s talk about ethics let’s talk about finding you the right ethical kind of real estate agent so you don’t have a nightmare later she just she’s good yeah i try to i try to she gives me a lot of trouble but yeah well you know he can get on my nerves sometimes so that’s why we’re here in front of the courthouse in the square we are not drinking we are good people you should be too yes yeah and uh we would love to help you and find How two Southern kids survived the heaviest snow Prescott has seen in 90 years

Winter of 2018/19 was crazy all over the country, and Prescott was no exception: We got the heaviest snow we’ve seen since 1930.
Pretty much our worst case scenario… and really not bad at all!

hello hello hello hey peeps it’s diane and randall bros yes we are we are here after our two days of fun and snow days that we were locked in the house it’s been called snowmageddon snowmageddon snowpocalypse yeah and here we are yeah we had an unprecedented 28 inches of snow well i’m not unprecedented because uh the last time was in 1930 that’s right they have had that much snow before but it’s been since 1930 1930 yeah but so it was kind of nice we had a little staycation yeah we did and got to enjoy the beauty the beauty the beauty and the quietness of the snow and so here it is two days later yeah here we are i’m in a sweater it’s not that cold it’s gorgeous uh let’s see so it was wednesday so this is saturday this is saturday it was wednesday night the snow started uh snowed all day thursday yes uh yesterday it finished up like late morning uh we drove around with the dogs that the roads were closed yesterday afternoon uh the highways were were free and we came down here and checked things out a little bit and uh now one day later the sun is shining sun shining it’s melting it’s family day here in the square yeah you can see all the all the kids all the families are out with snowman galore it’s gorgeous and the point is is that some people are like oh gosh i can’t deal with that snow yes you can this is the worst case scenario this right here is 100 percent the worst of the worst the worst that’s been no big uh we were snowbound for only one day yeah uh second day roads were already cleared third day it’s completely everything is clear um the snow is white beautiful everyone’s having fun yeah and um we’re just having the time of our life it was a great staying home with the pickle lady drinking coffee all day drinking coffee you know drinking some wine stayed in my jammies which was nice nice to be in my jammies all day and now the great melt has begun the great melt has begun survived so we wanted you to see uh don’t be deterred i love that word i like that don’t be deterred by the snowfall here it’s not that big of a deal we’re from the deep south so believe me if i can you know come from louisiana and say this is no big deal it’s no big deal well i don’t know going forward i might you know i don’t know if i’m gonna tell people it was no big deal because you know i survived the snow 2019 back in the day when men were men and that’s right he did uh probably the first full driveway of shoveling snow he’s ever done i was helped out some neighbors all the neighbors were coming out and helping one another that’s right it was very nice it was a very bonding time yeah it was it was a little hot too to kind of see all these guys out there shoveling snow when you’re in 2019 men are being real man yeah dogs being real dogs too run through the snow oh my gosh the dogs had the best time running around and having a good time here comes some cute pups now coming through the square absolutely yes they’re coming to enjoy the snow as well here they come yeah just all having some good times so yeah it was nice the whole city came together we all look out for each other and uh just enjoy the beauty that uh a good 28 inches of snow can bring you and it was absolutely beautiful but the best thing is we’re up and running no big deal no loss of electricity no loss of heat so oh and the city for us the city did a remarkable job keeping the roads close open and everything yeah so we salute them salute you know what a concept you actually you pay taxes right the people who pay the taxes actually benefit yes because they didn’t pay anything they did such a great job they were out and about immediately running all night uh so you know we salute them and we thank them for their service to our city absolutely very much so this is diana randall bro here in the square of prescott yeah enjoying all the snow and all the seeing all the families and snowmen and pups and we’re gonna go have some fun we’re gonna go have some fun you can find me at diane at prescottpicklelady.com or 713-302-1964 and the website is prescottpicklady.com you can find home listings relocation guides and a whole bunch of fun stuff yes so anyway we just wanted to show you that snow is not a big deal we survived again we’re from louisiana and we had a great time it was fun all right guys have a wonderful day diana randall bro here enjoying the snow 2019. pick a lady in the snow who did pickle it yeah i’ve come far i’ve come far all right snowpocalypse have a great day bye guys

and brush it’s one of my favorite stores here in prescott and if we get to do business together and you get to buy a house um you’ll get one of my surprise nifty gifties from this store they are awesome really cool place uh we’d be inside but they’re a bunch of kids having a party that’s right they’re having a birthday party boys i show you that way they’re making their own signs yeah there’s one over the pickle lady’s head there a little welcome sign you get a uh basically it’s like a customized beautiful signs for whatever you need and then you know they burn the images in or something it’s like they paint it and they hand do it and you know it’s all kinds of nobody knows it’s a technology that’s been lost yeah yeah but it’s it’s a really really special guest they all look really really nice yeah they do typically really excited when they get one exactly they usually love it they usually love it yeah anyway we just want to show you one of my favorite places and uh well as i said if we are lucky enough to sell a house to you and yeah all you have to do is start filming and cars start driving soon i’m waiting i i want to wave to them and see if they’ll throw me some bees so many people keep walking you know i was like hey throw me something mister you know stop coming down this little street while we’re trying to film yeah how rude yeah great great way to meet people just start filming exactly yeah and everybody comes out of the woodworks yeah they just can’t wait to be in front of yeah they obama’s in the back yeah yeah they want to be part of this actually they do yeah but anyway that’s what it wouldn’t be yeah well maybe i don’t know i’ll show you some uh i took some some scants earlier some shots earlier of the kids doing just real quick they kind of want to creep them out you know they teach yeah so i you know i just real quick just doing the sign thing they’re so cute so i’ll splice that in we have classes for kids and adults i’ll try to get a pan afterwards krista is the owner shout out to you christopher thank you hi krista yeah absolutely love dealing with you so we’re looking at that we’re looking at the window here so that’s your window of opportunity okay so what are we here to talk about you want to talk about windows opportunity that was your lead in she had a dream opportunity she missed a lead in windows of opportunity interest rates ah there it is there it is here it is it’s all connected to me now okay windows of opportunity um there are some really great programs that have now come out through several local mortgage lending companies here um that we can refer you to but if you’re like on the fence like i don’t know what to do am i ready to buy well first of all of course you’re ready to buy yeah who wouldn’t want to live here who wouldn’t want to live here all right but come get a sign let’s park that aside park that aside that’s me parking it aside okay um the other thing is um a lot of these local uh mortgage lender companies right right doesn’t sound right don’t don’t get the pickle lady or drink before no but anyway i have 90 day new programs where you can lock in your interest rate for 90 days yeah so although you may not be sure do i really want to move am i up for this but geez i don’t want to lose out on the interest rates because interest rates are rising are they not randall brown yeah if you’re if you’ve been living in a cave yeah here’s here’s the news bulletin interest rates are going to go up this year yes they’re even predicting by the end of this year this year as high as six percent as high as six and a half as high as six and a half you’re right which is you know you think that’s really high it’s really not it is a story of things and the scheme of things a healthy economy people should be making six six and a half on their money uh so that’s kind of where we’re going that’s not necessarily a bad thing but uh you wait a few minutes yeah lock it up lock it up at five and a half am i right yeah lock it up at five that’s where we lock that up 90 days that’s a whole quarter man lock it down lock it up lock it up lock it down lock it up lock it up lock it up lock it away you lock it up or lock it down we would be happy to refer you to some of these companies um and so you could at least lock in an interest rate while you’re debating the pros and cons of moving here which there are no cons but you know hey everybody has to do their time your due diligence yes yeah you have to go through your problems check idaho and make sure it’s too cold and check out phoenix to make sure it’s too hot it’s too hot and um you know make sure you check out oregon make sure it’s to granola it is too granola yeah yeah come to prescott but that’s okay we understand we understand your thing you gotta do your thing we can do your thing but in the meantime you can rest at ease once you’ve finally decided yes of course prescott is the right answer prescott is the right choice you will have already had your interest rate locked in so you don’t have to sweat it um so yeah we would love to introduce you to some of those programs if you come here get you a sign and you know i’d love to get you aside i would love to get you a new home sign yeah years from now they’ll be selling these on ebay for a lot that’s right i don’t want to say too much because it is a surprise HOAs: The Good, the Bad & the Gnomes

Lots of people don’t like to pay HOA fees; you may be one of them. Actually, very few areas in Prescott have extremely high HOA fees, and in many cases you might just be happy to pay them. We explain in this video.

are we ready are you ever gonna say anything yes i will say it now hello hello hey peeps it’s time for another weekly one down ahead to find the one thank you yeah with diane and randall bro here had a great day today uh went to our little award ceremony yeah we did and we were very excited we won two awards tickle pink tickle pink and uh it’s very nice to see uh at our organization your heart efforts and work yeah is recognized yeah and so we were very happy to go we had a lovely time and also support all of our other agents who are out just killing it yeah we are we’re a really really good agency we’re a little bit better dressed though we were a little bit dressed uh we’re a little tired now so we decided actually we were on our way after our lovely award ceremony we were on our way to film our weekly wine down we were all dressed up and looking good and then a client called yeah cowboy’s work is never done and so she had a couple of questions so instead we mixed that we raced home to look up uh some things that she needed to know about and give her some information so now here we are we’re like you know what tired tired yeah we’re very tired we got clients all the time that tell us you know we’re homebodies yeah they watch these wind downs and they say you guys are out all the time and you’re partying all the time but we’re kind of home buys the truth is we’re kind of homebodies yeah you know so after today we were yeah so i said why fake it you know i’m gonna put on my robes and we’re gonna light the fire and we’re just gonna be who we are drink our wine keep it real yeah last couple of times we had to skip the one because we were in public you know but uh at home no public intoxication although there’s a guy looking over my shoulder here that’s our that’s my favorite statue okay come back over here okay all right anyway what we wanted to talk today about was after having a lovely day and helping clients a lot of questions we get about hoa hoas yeah yeah yeah um a lot of people especially coming from out of state are like i absolutely refuse do not want an hoa i hate them i don’t want to spend them don’t even show me a house with that unfortunately i’m here to tell you you might want to look at hoas here in prescott a little differently yeah um they are not as cost prohibitive as they are right yeah the high hoas are generally tied to some sort of uh golf community there’s a country club and all kinds of amenities and all that stuff so those can get pretty pricey although some of it would be a lot more reasonable than you would think right and you don’t have to be a golfer you know to get your money’s worth they got a lot of other things going on in the community uh but setting that aside if you think you’re never going to use something like that um you may want to consider hoas north of zero uh because hoas kind of police your neighborhood you may not want to be policed uh but if you’re not police that means your neighbors aren’t policed either and that can lead to trouble it can lead to big trouble we’re going to show you a little clip yeah i’ll clip in yeah i’ll show you kind of show why sometimes hoas are not that bad yeah for instance you know here there are some beautiful neighborhoods the hoas are 300 a year yeah so don’t automatically say no hoas because what you may think is a monthly thing is not it’s an annual it’s an annual thing or a semi-annual yeah and you know some are like three to 500 a year yeah and a lot of that you know it’ll be uh the limited public areas they may have like little parks or something yeah uh where the upkeep is is taken care of for you but at the very least it’s office administration so when you call and you say you know my neighbor next door is doing this and that’s against the uh the covenants you have some recourse well they need money to be able to pay for the people who follow up and put the liens and all that other kind of stuff so i think a lot of people are afraid like especially coming from california i don’t want any hoas i spend 500 a month it’s not quite the same hoa experience you might have elsewhere yeah hoas here are not yeah that crazy yeah so the the clip in particular is a home that we showed a number of times adorable property it was kind of a small place it was a cutie pootie but it was really cute precious precious in a real convenient area of town it couldn’t it didn’t move for a while i mean usually homes like that move in a heartbeat and it was because of the next door neighbor uh no hoa no h.o.a next door neighbor had about 150 cars yeah in the front yard yeah and you know nobody wants to live next to them yeah no recourse no resources no recourse there’s nothing you can do about it they’re not breaking any laws they’re parking on their own property uh and when i say own property they were they were vehicles parked on the sidewalk the front lawn the front porch yep yeah you know just they were like half a dozen cars so you know when when you say i don’t want hoas you need to maybe think twice about it because they’re not that bad something stupid like that destroy your property absolutely unbelievable yeah and you know and then other than that some hoas with country clubs well that goes towards a lot of you know nice things we live in a nice area but our our rates are what 150 a month for hoas not bad yeah yeah and that includes a lot of maintenance yeah stuff yeah so i have no complaints with that at all yeah we went went by you know prescott has a lot of little old ladies and they love things like gnomes you know uh little elves you know and and those can be cute you know but we passed a home just the other day beautiful neighborhood yeah how many how many little gnomes do you think we’re in the front yard i think approaching 200 yeah yeah i mean it was like it was a little overkill a little i mean it was like you couldn’t see the light it was all gnomes it looked like a gnome invasion and without an hoa guess what then you can they can add one more gnome to that whole display i mean if they put like you like a nazi gnome or something like that you might be able to appeal to the city council something that’s really offensive but but gnomes gnomes are known i do like gnomes though i’m not opposed to them yeah just not too hard i have a i have a son-in-law that could be a gnome uh a son-in-law to bee that sort of gnomish so i like nose shout out to ian carr there you are he’s our favorite little gnome yeah he is well now we’ve got a new favorite gnome yeah yeah he’s he’s more of an elf i think he’s morbid he’s not his hair yeah sorry guys you know you’re at risk jake yeah hey jake and ian jake future son-in-laws yeah so we like there’s nothing you know we like cute things we’ve got you know like we have saint francis over here you know uh we like that kind of thing too but some people go crazy right and and when it does it’s amazing it can destroy property values and if you don’t have an hoa office uh there’s nothing you can do there’s nothing you can do so don’t write off hoas you if you automatically say i don’t want an hoa you cut down a list of beautiful homes that that could be yours just by you totally will cut off you seeing multitudes of pretty homes so instead of no hoa maybe low low hoa you know low hoa is the way to go there does that kind of rhyme i’m gonna trademark that yeah low hoa is the way to go all right well that is all for today’s lesson that’s it because i need to move because i’m getting hello hello hello hey peeps how’s everybody doing i’m doing okay are you okay i’m good i’m doing great as well this is diane randall bro that’s us he’s randall i’m diane just in case you got confused yeah we get confused too sometimes sometimes yeah absolutely we’ve been together so long my god i know but anyway blend after a while yeah but anyway we’re here to talk to you today about what it’s like to live here in prescott when you hear these terms single level living if you’re looking for a single story versus single story so we’re going to do a quick little tutorial on that yes so if you’re coming from another area you’ll understand a little more about what that means i mean the short short of it is people don’t like stairs right so we have a lot of people coming in i don’t want stairs i want a single story house and we have single story houses here we do uh but if you go for a single story home it kind of cuts off your options we have some other options that’s right uh if you’re going to build a single-story house you pretty much need flat land completely flat yes completely flat and like which we do have we have some areas like we have but if you’re also looking for a lot of trees and views and terrain sometimes when you go with flat land you don’t get those things here and so one of the things we wanted to explain is what a stem wall construction home looks like and what uh single level living looks like that’s right so i’m going to intersperse some uh some video here where we took an example and we’ll kind of so you can understand here’s a quick example of a stemwall house looks like a single story house from the front here but as we creep around the side you can see that this house is actually on the edge of a cliff and on the other side of the cliff underneath this first level there’s a second level that is the stem wall section and the uh space down there is generally reserved for guests so here’s a shot of the whole house well we’ll explain to people coming in i understand you want a single story but single level living will also fit the bill because a lot of times if we’re built onto the side of a hill you have to build out onto a stem wall to to have that happen so you come in and you’ll be on one level it looks like a single story and you’re like well that’s exactly what i wanted and so you come in and single level living here is your master maybe another bedroom and a couple of bathrooms your kitchen your den everything’s on one floor which is great which is exactly what you’re looking for however you can go downstairs where that stem wall has been built out and there’s a whole nother level where maybe you’ll have two more bedrooms in attendance yes just for your guests so even though you come in and you want a single story don’t get thrown by single level living yeah because for a lot of people it’s what they need uh they don’t really use the square footage that they have for their guests so this way they can be downstairs you don’t even have to look at that space and it’s zones so you don’t have to you’ll have dual ac exactly you’re not doing this you’re not yeah you’re not acing and heating the whole shebang you have the option just to ac and heat that top level where you’re mostly living yeah and then when your kids come in you can throw them downstairs never see them again well you know you don’t want to make it too good because you do want them to go home but that’s right that’s right but turn off the heat turn off the gold and that might do the trick i don’t know yeah a lot of people come in there like i said i just want single story but you don’t really necessarily are going to be able to find that in the house you exactly want don’t let those stairs so they’re like i don’t want stairs yeah but those stairs would not be a part of your everyday life that’s really just your guest stairs and what’s nice too about about the single level living versus single story is a lot of times out the back of the stem wall construction homes they have decks and that’s where you really get nice views so if you’re looking for magnificent views of of trees or mountains check out some some single level living homes because you might find those fit the bill you’re right decks are great decks are awesome and a lot of times you have a deck upstairs and then you still have a lower level patio yeah which is you know one of the perks of stem wall you know construction stem wall construction so don’t necessarily rule out stairs that go downstairs because you’ll still be living on that main level but you’ll get the perks of the deck yeah and the views yeah so that’s just a little tutorial what is single level living versus a single story yeah i think we did a good job yeah i hello hello hello peeps hey peeps this is diana randall bro that’s us what’s shaking bacon yeah anything good going on today i hope something fun is going on for you yeah we’re having a lovely day we decided to talk to you today about the winters here in prescott yep which as you can see by the blue sky is very oppressive yeah and pretty scary i can’t get some surroundings here pretty scary january is the coldest coldest month we have and uh here we’re on uh martin luther king day that’s right enjoying some time out on the patio outside the prescott lakes country club which is lovely by the way and behind us you can see some of the water traps here at prescott lakes it’s beautiful beautiful beautiful country club here we really love we lit we live here and we love it and we encourage anybody coming in we’d love to take you around and show you all about prescott lakes and what it’s about but most importantly we want to talk to you about the weather because we’ve had a number of inquiries yes oh my it’s god cold i can’t do the winters i can’t actually you can and you will love them i am from the deep south you cannot get any hotter and milder than that no no and uh we love winter here it’s brisk it’s beautiful um and you can see we’re suffering we’re really suffering here we thought about being naked for this because it’s not good no not me yeah but we yeah yeah it wouldn’t be a good yeah it wouldn’t be a good thing but what’s nice about winter here is uh at nighttime it might get in the 20s or low 30s and you’re like oh that’s too much that’s true but you’re snug as a bug in your nice warm house then you wake up to this beautiful sunshine yeah and then in your bed you’re in your mind by cold you’re in your back that’s right who cares why you’re sleeping how cold it gets but when you wake up in the morning uh by 11 o’clock it’s up to the 40s by noon it’s up to the 50s and it’s just beautiful sunshine yeah uh mild mild today yeah last night was the lunar eclipse so i was out on the back porch checking out the blood moon and all that stuff and i know it’s been as late as 10 o’clock and it was still you know it was fine so yeah don’t let that don’t don’t let that scare you i’ve also had questions about the snow we might have snow three at the most four times during the winter season january is our coldest month we’ve had two little snowfalls this month but the snow plows come in we’ve got all the infrastructure and take care of that yeah you’re not snowbound this isn’t the blizzards in new york city and and buffalo most of the snows last like hours you know so it’ll snow overnight and so you wake up and it’s beautiful winter wonderland blah blah blah and then usually before dinner it’s mostly gone absolutely it gets up to in the 50s every day so so you get like the best of both worlds excuse me my hair’s flying all over the place that’s a winter gust coming through so devastating gust so you get to enjoy the beautiful white snow there’s no yellow snow here no if you know what i mean yeah it’s gone all melts away it all melts away there’s no snow drifts that sit there for weeks and weeks and weeks and become dirty with the grime and you know new year’s eve we had a crazy a crazy storm uh you know it really affected a lot of the surrounding areas we got six inches which is a lot first very unusual yes you know by by new year’s eve night you know uh the plows had done their than their work and the roads were all accessible uh the next day the big milk starts you know i think actually the next day was still uh still kind of cold but i mean by like friday you know within a few days it’s pretty much gone you know don’t let the cold don’t let the cold scare you out it’s wonderful it’s it’s really nothing to speak of plus we have hardly any humidity so this is a dry cold yeah it’s not that damp rainy where it gets into your bones and yeah absolutely not this is absolutely dry dry cold and low humidity so you hardly really need a coat so you know you get to dress like perry como and put on turtlenecks and i’m wearing this which i would never be able to wear back in texas but i sure do appreciate it here it feels great so we wanted to pan over here and you’ll see a beautiful view over here the of the uh um yeah just some views here at prescott lakes there’s the clubhouse it might be a little uh a little too bright but there’s some uh the one of the creeks here and then yeah the creek’s over there it’s beautiful yeah all this technology so we want to thank president lakes for letting us come and film today and talk about it prescott lakes is a beautiful development it’s one of the largest master plan developments here in prescott beautiful golf course right absolutely great restaurant great great social life here pickleball number one right here if you’re a pickleball person this is the development for you yeah cooking classes coming up i’m gonna be taking a creole and cajun cooking class which actually i could probably teach but i’m not gonna tell them that and uh they have corned beef and stuff later on like salted meats and stuff and cooking classes come here to prescott lakes or prescott in general don’t let the winters scare you away from making a new life here this is the best time of the year i think it’s winter i love it here it’s it’s just gorgeous so hello hello hello hey it’s diane and randall your friendly preschool pickle lady i am only i i am the only lady present yeah yeah that was the clue cheers cheers welcome to another session of our wine down we are very proud and excited to be here at the palace bar on whiskey road yup and we’re drinking this is palestine i’m not sure which one is just having a nice vlog yeah but this is a super super cool place i think you can kind of see the bar behind us behind us here yeah and the hostesses and the waiters all dressed up as western and western where it’s kind of fun because uh well first of all let’s just say we just came back from l.a with all the local hipsters and all the cool people who are walking their dogs that they don’t curb or pick up nobody no not so much but that’s a bad thing but anyway it feels so good to be back in prescott yep everybody curbs their horses everybody yeah and uh back in the clean fresh air and so we thought you know what let’s go someplace super cool and press skips yeah let’s come here it feels like a warm cozy blanket after coming away from those weirdo hipsters out in l.a yeah and this is uh i mean we love you but you know actually this bar was opened originally in 1877. and the bar is original the bar back here is original so it doesn’t get any more authentic than this this is as western as bar can get that’s right yeah and so it’s just part of the charm of prescott and why we love it so much so uh and the a1 thing too so if you if you come here everything says either the palace or it says a1 that’s right and a1 is the brewery the the their brand of beer yeah so sometimes it’s referred to as a1 palace sometimes just a1 sometimes just palace a lot of names but it’s a cool place it’s a cool place it’s right here on whiskey row it is one of the top 10 most historic historic bars in the entire united states it started in 1877 yeah and uh it burned almost burned down in 1900 and then in 1996 some people bought it and restored it back to its former original yeah and uh so a lot of in a lot of pictures over here i mean there’s like a lot of memorabilia and i’ll i’ll splice in some you know separate heads over here that’s roots and everything and so it was a kind of a central meeting place back in the day for people to come for jobs when president was just getting started and so um it’s just a great place good food and a lot of fun right in the center of great place for like grandchildren too go around and see all the the western stuff is really coming and uh just a good time like you know after you come back from urban l.a or kind of urban health so to speak yeah we had a sunday oh my god sunday so it’s monday today yesterday we drove we went to a restaurant we went to lowe’s pick up some plants and just kind of around i was like i can’t wait to get out of here yeah bumping everybody was an entire day just to run one yeah so we were so excited to come back to prescott yeah it’s like oh my gosh i can get a hundred things done here in one day all my errands are closed by no traffic yeah uh and we flew back we didn’t drive a six-hour drive we flew back and uh on the lax side you’re in terminal seven which is the best terminal it’s it’s not very very crowded right and uh flying in the press get easy shot after you get here it was really nice to get back not it’s good i mean that’s what i love about prescott is that you know you can live a clean simple peaceful life but we’re still close enough to go in when we need to get a fix and go do something really cool and be edgy and uh go see our daughters in l.a not really okay you’re edgier than i am well i would like to think i am this his preschool lady is pretty pretty i try to keep my finger on current events yeah try to keep current i should say that’s right i should keep your finger on the edge i try to keep current yeah but anyway so it was it was good to come back though and have a good lunch here at the palace we highly recommend it to anybody to come and also i think um here’s my paul newman there was a movie filmed here oh my god steve mcqueen people get those confused because they both have blue eyes and they’re both dead that wasn’t cool at all sorry steve mcqueen sorry guys sorry but anyway it’s just a very charming place here just another thing of uh that we love about preschool so we thought we’d share it with you so anyway that is all for today thank you wine down here’s to a good start of this year and um if you need to find us you can find us at prescottpicklady.com or what’s your number [Music] nine six 713-302-1964 we’re happy to help you out absolutely all right come to prescott come see western town we’ll see you soon

hello hello hello hey beeps welcome to our weekly wine down weekly wine down the first one of 2019. that’s right very excited yeah oh one went out in 2019 but we recorded it before well that’s true but this is truly 29 yeah this is being recorded and released all in 2019. that’s right the first week of january yep versus the second week i don’t know but anyway right behind us if you look over my shoulder yeah right there that’s called the boot yeah i’ll get a close-up of it later yeah so we’re here on whiskey row yeah and every year and new year’s on new year’s eve the boot yeah starts to drop yeah it’s kind of like our answer to the ball drop exactly so it goes way up to the top of the thing and then about they have two boot droppings for some of the old stairs who were kind of tired and like i don’t want to hang out till midnight the boot drops which actually i’ve come to appreciate believe it or not yeah that’s right you do get tired and you’re ready to go home you do and then at 12 the other shoe drops the other shoe drops time for the other shoe actually it’s the same shoe it is the same shoe they just when no one’s looking they they raise it up again that’s right and they drop it again so that’s the boot behind us yeah so 10 o’clock coincides yeah yeah 10 o’clock coincides with the drop in times square correct for people like to be official i guess that way that’s right uh and then 12 o’clock is 12 o’clock you get to celebrate new year’s eve twice here 10 o’clock that’s right or midnight yeah your choice and they do fireworks they do fireworks like i think they do fireworks at 9 10 and 12. not here yeah they were at the casino yeah the casino and then right yeah boy it’s a lot of fun people come out yeah people come out like whiskey row welcome in the new year and they all get out and celebrate it’s a good family time as well for the 10 o’clock boot drop so the little kids are here and families and it’s just a lot of fun yeah so something we wanted to point out to you about uh another special feature here comes the trunk sorry there’s our truck industry at work anyway something else we wanted to talk about that’s fun here in prescott uh and kind of a big tradition here on new year’s eve it’s just really really cute um but more importantly i’m going to loop this now as they say in the business show business we’re going to loop this around to make a tie in with your new year’s resolution that’s right and since we’re in a brand new year 2019 some of you we’re getting a lot of contacts and people are calling saying not quite ready yet not sure do i want to really move the answer to that question is yes yes yeah yeah pretty much you do and 2019’s a really good time to do it it is interest rates resolution to make this happen this year you need to resolve to make your resolution happen yeah that’s right it’s easy to do anyway the reason why we say that is interest rates are going up which is kind of good i mean you know that’s good for i mean it’s not natural to have a three percent interest rate on the home that means the economy is stayed yeah the economy’s not really doing anything money’s not worth anything money isn’t working pay any money for money you’re right you’re right yeah speaking of economics you can economic economists economists yeah not really an excuse i couldn’t get the word out right but anyway um so anyway interest rates are inching up of course we’re close to five percent now yeah it’s gonna possibly in the next year go up to six yeah so if you’re thinking about it and you’re wishy-washy and yeah this is the time decide make your new year’s resolution yeah it’s a time of cleansing it’s a time of purification when the new year starts yeah it’s good time to buy too that’s right start a new life start a new life make it happen we are here to help you we’d love to help you come here and help you see yeah this is a good decision this is a wise decision we need a do-over we need to get in there before the rates go up yeah and have a wonderful new life it’s a great place for a new life it is a great place for a new life as well as you know for your new year that’s it so new life for a new year new life no better resolution in the world be resolute in making your resolutions that’s right that’s right we could do this all day long yeah i think so but anyway so we wanted to come and show you the cool boot yup so you could get an idea of that and one of our little local traditions here and also seriously start thinking about it get your ducks in a row and make it happen for you in this new year we’d love to help you where diane and randall bro and she’s the pickle lady i am the pickle lady he’s the pickle peep we’re pickle peeps together peeps together so yeah give us a call at 713-302-1964 or you can find us at prescottpicklelady.com that’s right we’d love to help you make your new year’s resolution come true take care happy new year bye

hello hello hello hey it’s randall and diane bro again hello hey how are you i i’m doing all right we’re here at the uh jersey lilies we’re upstairs and the nice patio that’s a secret patio it looks like uh you would get here from the restaurant below but you don’t no you don’t you gotta look for the jersey lily neon i got a little history here yeah this building is 140 years old it used to be the palace hotel uh there were some ladies of the night action back in the day but not actually here they had kind of listen they still have a few girls i think they’re left over from the old days maybe after a few drinks here on friday night you never know but anyway uh so we are lucky enough to be here today on a beautiful day and we can get overlooked yeah overlooked square you can kind of see those some decorations we’re ready for christmas okay so jersey lilies is a great bar here on whiskey road it’s about 20 years old they have wonderful wonderful music here it’s been jersey lily’s for 20 years yeah but it dates back the building is 140 years old 140. i don’t want to repeat myself but okay yes it was the palace hotel before yes i got the palace hotel i just didn’t get the year yeah it’s okay yeah i am drinking you know so we’re here with some friends yes very nice very nice people they are being very nice and ready usually usually it’s all near duels but these people seem very nice they seem to be very nice yeah are you guys from prescott or we are you are preschools are you prescott nevada thinking about moving here maybe maybe that’s what we’re all about yeah we get a lot of people we’re here to tell you how great it is to live here we’re from texas and new orleans originally would love it we are transplanted preschoolers we love it that’s right uh we try to encourage everyone to make the move here you’ll love it it’s it’s just awesome neighborhoods awesome people awesome nightlife great place for the christmas season beautiful christmas season come see why we’re called arizona’s christmas city that’s right and behind this is where all the lights are are or at least they will be and a big truck and the cement trucks and a big truck and a big truck one day we’re going to get some sophisticated cameras where you won’t hear that not today cement’s important cement is important infrastructure because why it’s booming here it’s booming here there’s a little building boom yeah lots of people moving here yes yeah anyway behind us and a little bit uh when the sun goes down you’re gonna see over a hundred thousand lights it’s gonna be lit up will be lit maybe i don’t know you’re already live we’re lit up [Laughter] this has been fun we need to have more people on this yeah that’s right absolutely we need to have some more people guest stars here yeah some well and that’s why it’s called the weekly wine day that’s it that’s a weekly one call it our weekly wineries and we talk about bloody mary oh bloody mary bloody mary’s bloody mary’s some wine i have some brown wine it’s all all good but anyway so we just wanted to show you one of the uh one of the traditional stops here in prescott jersey lily’s big big hit great place to just kind of hang out in the afternoon where there’s nobody here why don’t you swear we met some great people we’re having a good time and uh in a little bit we’ll show you when the sun goes down and we’ll show you the square look so you can see what christmas is like absolutely all right it’s awesome it’s awesome show our friends again friends again hello friends we got friends on both sides here whoa [Laughter] all right cheers to everyone happy holidays happy holidays happy holidays come see what christmas is like here in prescott that’s it you’ll love it bye this is randall and diane breaux on our weekly wine gown you can find us at prescottpicklelady.com that’s right i am i am the pickle lady i think you’re lady i think that’s pretty much getting established now yeah pretty much it’s embarrassing but it’s cool just to respond to pickles now the kids are loving it that’s fine yeah and you can reach us at 713-302-1964 and come see what we’re about this holiday season is that good bye sirens then we gotta go stop we gotta go you

hello hello hello again this is diane and randall bro i’m your friendly prescott pickle lady yes she is we are the spouses who sell houses yeah and we’re in one of our favorite places it’s located in the old capitol market buildings right come in here right off the square come downstairs we are in the superstition meadery it’s amazing it’s amazing they have their own brewery here they make their own need it is to die for so today we decided we’re going a little field trip and show you guys what it’s all about so if you’re here but before we get into it uh a little test let’s see if you were listening are you ready you ready okay so uh first of all what’s what is meat it is uh a brew made with honey it’s a wine it’s a wine made with honey correct and it’s because it’s made with honey our mead’s always sweet yes no no no it depends on how much you ferment them the more you ferment them the stronger and the drier they will be i don’t really care i don’t need to be educated i just like the effect that’s all i’m looking for i’m looking for the effect yeah the effect is the most important thing today we decided to sample the flight of all 12. yeah all 12. we could make up our minds so this is this is what they brought us it is uh a flight of need a a tour de force and so uh this is delicious is it is that very good yeah so they arrange it so that it’s in the order the same order that’s on the menu and literally each item on the menu is represented here is a super super super cool place to come really cool it’s nice and quiet and especially in the summertime it’s delightfully cool down here so you can come down it’s it’s nice and dark and cozy in the winter you can come down have your flight of 12 needs and enjoy yourself they also have some foods as well but if you look behind me you can see all of the meat look at that see all those pretty glass it’s just car boys anyway so we want to give you a little flavor a little local flavor of some cool places to come um especially after you move here we’re gonna start showing you some really nice places and some some just interesting places you can learn about and come come visit and bring your friends and and your they are the friends when they decide hey presque is the place for us to move so we gotta get everybody yourself drinking me they might join you see drinking some meat okay so that’s just a little snippet of what you want to talk about today yeah we also want to talk about something that we’re finding here in prescott there is a glut of amazing beautiful gorgeous homes um in the 700 000 range yeah people ask us what the what the market is like like is it is it a buyer’s market it’s a seller’s market it really depends on what market you’re talking about different areas of town are different and in particular different price points right are different people have been talking about this being such a seller’s market such a seller’s market that’s not so in many price points and one in particular right now is the 700s yes i want to make myself clear there aren’t just homes here in the 700 000. we have homes at all prices all price ranges but for right now for you lucky buyers that are looking to come and you kind of want you would be amazed at what a 700 000 home looks like sure versus in other areas yeah we are talking whatever reason because the 800s it’s not true the 900s that’s not true yep the 600s it’s not true for whatever reason we have a glut of seven hundreds at this point and they are gorgeous custom luxury homes yeah that’s a luxury home that are sitting here right for the picking and so those sellers are not getting a whole lot of buyers coming through it’s a great time to go it’s a great time if you’re thinking about coming here and you think uh you know i think i want to get something a little more luxurious this is my last home i want something really nice this is the time for you you can get in here and grab some beautiful beautiful places at really nice prices um luxury like you would not believe you wouldn’t find it anywhere else if you’re not in the 700s that’s cool we have plenty others we got plenty of others but if you just so happen to be in that range now is a great time to talk to us because uh we can find you some really good deals oh yeah and to be honest i mean a 700 000 home here is equivalent to like a 1.2 inches yeah 1.2 1.5 they’re even better actually so anyway put a little bee in your box that’s right if you’re thinking about that and thinking hey i kind of want to make a move i want to go someplace better i’m looking for a luxury home though we got them here they’re waiting for you they’re just waiting for the right owner the new the new buyer to come in and snatch it up and make it a beautiful home for hello hello hello hey peeps how’s everybody doing good i’m doing good you’re good all right yes happy fall y’all happy fall we’re just recovering we are recovering this is diane and randall bro hey how are you i’m the prescott pickle lady yes i am are you no i am i know not you me anyway we’re a little slow in the up we’re a little slow in the uptake if you notice this is our weekly wind down however we are in the right on the grounds of the courthouse so we didn’t think it would be a good idea to have open containers so no wine today yeah so but we’re gonna be drying out a little bit we’ll be drying up we are drying out because we just got back from vegas had a fabulous time all of our texas friends came up we hadn’t seen them in a while and we all met and vegas had the time of our lives [Music] i hope i got the right one anyway what we wanted to talk about today was how centrally located prescott is yep and what amazing destinations are really close by yep and vegas of course is one of them vegas baby yeah we saw a show there well we didn’t see it i saw an advertisement for the rat pack yep very exciting well obviously they’re not not the real not the real rapper they’re dead yeah are any of them alive i think i don’t think so maybe that fourth guy that nobody can remember i don’t know i don’t know about him who’s it steven ownership they’re all gone but yeah they’re all gone but they have people who imitate them evidently very well and uh we’re so we’re planning a trip back just to go see them go pop over see the show it’s an easy one-day trip have a nice dinner go see a show and head on back home so what we wanted to talk about is if you move to prescott how many amazing destinations there are immediately around us los angeles six hour drive six hour drive one hour flight yeah at the local prescott regional airport that’s true so you can hop on hop off and you’re already in l.a six hours also to san diego six hours to san diego it’s been a couple days in san diego correct yeah uh i think we’re like eight hours from albuquerque yeah so if you want to head down there and see all the great balloons and all that yeah get some turquoise jewelry yeah that’s what’s big down there i don’t know yeah we haven’t done it yeah that’s a day trader what’s uh you could do roswell i guess that’s a roswell if you’re into aliens go see the aliens over in roswell you can do that yeah super cool and then when you get a lot closer to home there’s like we’re two hours from uh phoenix which i’m down to phoenix all the time yeah so many cool things that’s an easy thing go to scottsdale great great party during the summer no don’t go during the summer but great golfing in scottsdale great art galleries amazing shopping that’s an easy day trip we’re 40 minutes from jerome which is a charming charming charming great place for a burger yeah uh mining town and old mining town but now it’s like a tourist destination of course there’s sedona or what an hour from sedona if that which you know go get re-energized go to the vortex get some energy in get some new crystals yeah get it all together get it all together feel good and where else where else are we close to oh denver one hour flight now from december you go to denver yeah if you’re into skiing whatever yeah you go to flag yeah or go to flags like two hours or something like that yeah so what are some other cool places yeah well you covered flag flagstaff you got that at grand canyon oh grand canyon three hours three hours to the grand canyon yeah have the time of your life or just stay here yeah that’s what a lot of people understand too prescott is a destination in and of itself it’s true and uh we get people from all these places coming to see us so absolutely and as you can see here we are in the town square look at fall yeah fall has fallen here’s us oh lord there we still are okay okay but anyway yeah fall is gorgeous here it’s beautiful the weather’s crisp the temperatures are just right no sweating and beautiful beautiful trees to see red trees green tree and well not green so much yellow i mean it’s stunning this is our town square yeah this is also a destination getting ready to gear up for the holiday season so every one of these trees on this this square will be covered in lights that is why we are arizona’s christmas city that’s right another thing to come see when you live here we are arizona’s christmas city we have over 90 000 worth of lights in these trees so i think that’s it what else do we have to cover i think that’s it that’s it so again we apologize for not having our wine we are going to go have some yeah we’ll do that real real soon but you know we’re right outside the courthouse so they wouldn’t have to take as far to take us to jails we want to keep it official we got to keep it official we don’t want to we don’t always break the rules just something just sometimes you most of the time me most of the time yeah hello hello hello again this is diane bro and randall bro we’re the spouses that sell houses and you’re the pickle lady i’m also the pickle lady if you call me up and we get together and we go look at some houses or you come to one of our open houses you’ll find out why on the pickle lady i make delicious pickles cajun style yes she does and i hand them out to people and then i get a lot of refill requests yeah she gets hit up quite a bit they’re delicious and i’m happy to go yes yes well we are here and i’m wearing green to match the beautiful greens that’s right prescott lakes here someone’s going to chip on you yeah i hope not yeah that’s all i need yeah it’s okay i need to make a pickle lady got chipped on um but anyway if you are a serious golfer and you’re looking for a fabulous place to retire we have so many amazing golf courses here prescott lakes is one of them this is prescott right behind us let the drone go around a little bit there there you go prescott lakes is amazing for golfing there also is capital canyon club that’s right beautiful beautiful located in talking rocks got it i know in the uh public courts right around the corner there’s antelope hills there’s a free public course but there’s so many ridge i’ll keep going i’ll keep naming anything else of course don’t start naming them back from home yeah they won’t i don’t want to do that yeah that’s right but anyway beautiful beautiful courses here so far golf is this great place to be absolutely anything else you’d like to say because you’re talking over me but that’s cool now he’s the ladies man now he’s going to be quiet camera yeah there you go i’ll get out go ahead pick a lady it’s all right yeah i’ll come back again i just need to be quiet right well let me quit quieter let me finish my thought yeah okay all right good go ahead are you sure i i don’t know i can’t promise anything okay you turn my coffin anyway this is the place for you come retire have a fabulous time enjoy all the beautiful golf courses we have here it’s just uh heaven on earth and you’ll see everybody riding their little golf carts around the neighborhoods and loving life um don’t have to be a golfer to write a card you don’t have to be their cards everywhere people your cards are cool the cards are cool i see you know grandma’s driving grandchildren i see people driving their pups just to kind of take a quick ride it’s it’s awesome so if you’re ready to retire and you love to golf and you want to have some amazing experiences come to arizona we have especially prescott we have the neighborhoods that’ll plug you right in and you’ll have a great time and you know what you worked hard you worked hard for this retirement get out here hit the green play some golf have fun yeah absolutely yeah all right we’ll talk about some other things next time too the other kind of if you’re not a big golfer there’s plenty of other things to do oh yeah we get a lot of requests for golf so we thought we’d do a little uh a little segment yeah where we focus on that and show you at least some of the beautiful areas around here where people play so i’m looking a little evil these branches are making a reflection it’s bringing out the true you know it’s not you know no maybe not that’s true that’s not true but anyway come on out bring your clubs have a great time nice to see you this is diane and randall bro weekly wine down that’s right you can reach us at 713-302-1964 give us a call let’s make your dream come true bye
