hello hello hello hello beeps this is Randall and I am Dian bro coming to you live presc pickle lady in our lovely little Mile High town of presc Arizona Arizon we are here to talk about a recent trip we took earlier in the fall with some good friends shout out to Karen and Bob that’s right always a good time kinding enough the drive while we kind enough to drive he’s so great yeah yes it was lovely good conversation with Karen always a good time always we love to travel with them but anyway I digress we are here to talk about our latest (00:37) trip with them they took us to the north rim north rim of the Grand Canyon canab canab Kebab canab canab canab yeah yeah it’s just out it’s just outside of Arizona in Utah yeah um so first let’s talk about the the northr versus the south rim first of all if you haven’t been to the Grand Canyon oh my God what are you doing yes most people who been to the Grand Canyon have been to the south rim and the south rim is very nice it’s a lot more Disney than the North Rim the north rim is a lot more remote yeah it’s almost like a time capsule you (01:15) kind of feel like you’re visiting and it’s the 60s again or something it’s it’s true true you know it it’s very nice they have you can stay on the North and they have cabins darling cabins oldfashioned cabins an oldfashioned Lodge it reminds me of the the place and the shiny yeah The Shining just like that it’s so cool yeah and it’s stunningly beautiful now the southern Rim is beautiful I in my opinion this is a thousand times better yeah I liked it much better oh my gosh small Crow kind of people are really friendly because (01:48) it’s a longer drive it’s a longer drive you got to pay the price uh you go through just acres and acres and Acres of Aspen trees yes so we went in the fall gorgeous thousands and thousands of Aspens and when as we didn’t know this but when Aspens change their leaves or drop their leaves they’re all yellow so it’s a sea of yellow and sometimes on the mountains you’ll see a sea of yellow mixed in with some of the Evergreens yeah stunning yeah it’s absolutely abely stunning and you can go and you can sit on the porch and you can just sit and (02:22) stare at the view have a cocktail they have meals there as well if you wanted to eat there now they they CL yeah they close for the winter they close in they open again in Spring we were there a few weeks before they were ready to close that’s right the weather was gorgeous yes uh it was it wasn’t too hot it you know it wasn’t too cold it was very very nice my only with the restaurant was very good they have H uh places you can get a drink and stuff like that but the one thing I will say is not a lot to do if you’re staying in the cabins on no (02:56) the south rim overnight well you could hike and stuff like that but I can only do that so much yeah and you you can sleep and you know maybe smoke a cigar and that’s about it you know there’s not a lot going on no so we elected to stay in Kebab canab canab Cano yes canab canab canab Utah love that place Town precious little town such a cool town and so a lot of folks go there and stay we and that’s about a it’s about an hour drive from canab to the the north rim right uh but it’s well worth it because that that sound is really cool some of (03:31) the best meals I’ve had in a long fabulous meals we stayed at a great hotel and then from there you can go to um analou Canyon anope Canyon um those are again like one hour drives from canab but from canab we went to the pink sand the Pink Sands which is all these rocks that over the years the erosion it’s just nothing but miles literally of pink sand really gorgeous so and you can um dune buggy ride through the sand buggies there’s also analou Canyon which you can have Guided by Indians American Indians and we have not been there yet (04:10) we’ll do a we are going to go there but the indigenous um uh folks will yeah the tribes will take the tribes will take you on a special Tour by them and they explain all of the beautiful history and and what it’s all about which is that’s gorgeous what’s the other one horseshoe uh I don’t know the horseshoe por B something you can see which is a a great River drove by Lake Powell Lake Powell’s up there a lot of a bunch of stuff up there all kinds who’s the other one that the couple from Europe they were going to go see I don’t remember we (04:43) we met a couple uh two couples I yeah from Europe and they were from the Netherlands and they they were on the north rim and they saw all of they went to all of the other uh antalope Canyon there’s some others anyway there’s a lot of beautiful places in Utah and canab is a great base of operation you go to canab and then kind of spoke out to all these other places and the thing is it’s all within driving distance from Prescot yeah so you can go hey let’s go have a nice long weekend and see this amazing go on Amazing hikes amazing views learn (05:17) a amazing see petroglyphs see caves see it’s just it’s just amazing to see indigenous stopped in Flagstaff on the way up there for lunch and we went to snowball went SN and and took checked that out a little bit and then drove the rest of the way yeah was a delightful drive just a delightful trip uh could not recommend it more highly and and when we were in canab too that the uh evidently they were having their homecoming game and I forget the Cowboys or I I don’t remember but all of the all of the stores and all of the shops in (05:54) town you know go Cowboys or it wasn’t Cowboys but it was cows or something I don’t know but it was cute it was nice to see a little town out you know back in the high school team so it it was sweet it was it’s a great weekend away very Charming nice place to get away um Utah has amazing views and and and sites to see and you learn so much history oh yeah of uh all the different tribes and and it’s it’s amazing it was a good and great shopping for beautiful handmade um American Indian beautiful artifact pieces and stuff (06:30) it’s just a lovely time we cannot say enough good things about canab and the northern Rim so it’s nice little day trips right here from presc friends you go easy peasy lemon squeezy and have a good time so um I guess that’s our tip for the day that’s our tip of the day if you like tips place to go pickle 411. hello hello hello hello peeps this is Rand and I am Dian bro we’re coming to you from presc Arizona she’s presc pickle I am the pickle lady he is part of the pickle Team part of the pickle lady team that’s right we are here to help you in any way we can and to find a great place um but we also wanted to share something fun that we just learned uh we go see Jazz a lot on the third floor at the Elks Theater which is cool you know this town has a lot of culture oh oh yeah lot of music a lot of theater so at the Elks Theater on the third (00:34) floor they have live jazz so we go about once a month and we listen and so while we were up there we kept seeing area of Refuge yeah they have a room I guess they have one on each floor they do yeah but the we’re we take the elevator all the way up to three so I know they have one on three oh yeah and it’s just this this right outside the door there’s a sign that says area of Refuge which always tickles us and then we have to sit down and pretend like we’re in an area refuge and we do yoga and this that and the other so we never open it up and (01:04) it’s like this little tin room there’s nothing in it there’s nothing in it it’s just a giant closet we’re like well this is interesting I don’t know what this is about but I guess some people need a time out or something yeah what is this about and you can go in there and calm yourself down no explanation whatsoever until one night we went to our new Speak Easy underneath the St Michael’s beast that’s right and They too had a giant area ref Refuge oh it was bigger than the one in Elks much bigger but still not that big I mean it’s just like this (01:33) empty room so of course we always have to joke around and go in the a area of Refuge so we can calm down we make our jokes and we carry on and so finally uh one of the employees we said what is this anyway we see this in a lot of places and it is the newest thing for code when you have big areas of entertainment or I guess uh I don’t know what who gets to get it who qualifies but apparently it is supposed to be for handicapp people if there is a fire they can go into this special room if they if they’re in a wheelchair and they can’t (02:09) get out fast enough and close the door and they’re safe and protected from fire yeah so I would ass yeah I would assume that it is insulated with fire materials and all of that uh there is no explanation for what an area of Refuge is uh I guess the maybe people who uh are disabled are taught this I don’t know but it’s an important thing to understand because you don’t necessarily have to be disabled in a wheelchair or whatever if you’re slow moving if you’re elderly and you can’t if you have sprin ankle or if the uh the stairs are (02:47) overcrowded and you you know the crowd’s not letting you out or whatever this is a place that you can go and either wait to be rescued or at least wait until the situation has changed and you can get out uh so I I don’t think there’s any rule about who can use the area of Refuge no but it’s the kind of thing if you know about it the situation is such uh it could save your life so we thought we would share that abely so we love the area of Refuge I thought it was just for a mind reset but no it’s for safety re (03:18) it works well for that too yeah if you’re sitting at a table and you’re having drinks and someone’s telling a story that you’ve heard a thousand times just go over to the area of Refuge for a few you can always Escape for a few minutes there’s eological Refuge there is absolutely so we love our area of refuge and we think that’s a cool concept and we wanted to share it with you if you see it in one of your restaurants or or social places know what that is and know it’s a good place to go if you need it yeah absolutely all right so that’s it for (03:47) area of Refuge area of Refuge that’s our tip of the day if you like tips Place goes pickle 411.com that is our free information site whether you’re a buyer seller or somewhere in between there’ll be something there waiting you that will Amaze Astound educate inform and entertain inform and educate is kind of the same thing there you go this down check us out we all free all free we hope to hear from you soon take care bye bye

Prescott New Year’s Celebration

New Year’s Eve is a time of celebration – kicking off the new year with a bang! In this week’s episode we dish on the hottest place to celebrate NYE in Prescott. We also want to say thank you to all our pickleheads out there for making 2024 so awesome. Here’s to an amazing 2025!

bonjour bonjour bour you’re also very French I am French today and French today I decided to switch it up yeah um happy New Year y’all happy New Years this is Randall and Diane bro coming to you from the beautiful Arizona Christmas City Prescot Arizona she’s the presc pickle lady I am and we are so happy to be here and wish you a happy happy New Year 2025 I can’t believe it that is wow yeah crazy the 21st century is almost a quarter over that’s crazy I know that’s just crazy so uh we wish everyone just the happiest of upcoming years may you all find happiness and (00:46) peace and good health yeah and let us help you find a good home yeahoo there you go New Year’s resolution is to make new start so uh new start and what better way to do that come start here with us in our great little town yeah great little town so one thing we love about Prescot is their celebration for of New Year’s and it’s kind of fun when we first moved here everybody’s like you got to get to the square you got to get to the Town Square we’re GNA have you got to watch the boot drop the boot drop yeah and what does that mean a boot drops yeah so instead of the ball like in in (01:21) Time Square we have a cowboy boot get it because we’re a little western town so the boot drops it’s at Jersey Lily mhm and uh the first time we went we were like wow why is the boot dropping at 10 p.m. this is the beautiful thing about preset they have two boot droppings so for the early birds who want to get in and get out and they’re cold they go and they watch the boot drop at 10 because technically it’s the new year on the east coast and then for the uh Stronger W people who can make it younger yeah yeah younger and warm more warmly dressed yes so they will hang out (02:02) and they drop it again at midnight yeah so they’ll stand around waiting for the other shoe to drop I say that joke every year every year never get old it’s really fun and well first of all pres get’s just an amazingly friendly and warm uh Town it is uh everybody Embraces each other they love each other we have a lot of fun um everybody’s super duper friendly so especially around the square as the boot drops it’s it’s a lot of hugging and happiness and and uh wishes for a happy new year (02:37) and it’s it’s just lovely very very nice very nice little spirited town so and then of course you can you know while you’re waiting for the boot to drop you can go down Whiskey Row and enjoy all kinds of live music and just really uh welcome the New Year in with a bang yes so the other good thing is so that’s fun downtown there’s all kinds of events all over town we go to Prescot lakes and they have a great big giant party you can buy tickets to there’s all kinds of lovely restaurants that (03:10) you can make reservations so we got a lot of fun stuff we do it’s a it’s a great great time yeah so we just want some cities you know in some of the bigger cities New Year’s Eve is kind of a crazy night I know a lot of people that are you know their fear is it won’t be safe you know presc is a safe town it’s a wonderful place to celebrate the holidays and the new year and very very safe place yes that is very true it’s very safe nobody will be pickpocketing you or anything else you might get a a random hug from a stranger maybe a kiss I don’t know but um for the most part (03:51) it’s just a kick-ass time it is that’s all I can say it is that’s all I can say so but uh Randall and I would also like to spend this moment to wish you all a very happy New Year to those of you who we’ve met this past year we just hope your 2025 is off to a good start we’re so happy you’re here in Prescot and we hope to see you at one of these events yeah and to those of you thinking about preset and you know we wish you all a very happy New Year and we thank you for being in our life (04:22) absolutely so cheers to that cheers to that happy 2025 everybody hope to see you soon bye bye bye

hello hello hello folks hello peeps this is Diana Randall bro coming to you from the beautiful Christmas Town of pres Arizona and uh we’re so happy to share all kinds of information with you whether it’s about our lovely town it’s uh lovely neighborhoods homes um and even just little random things random things so today we love to share Rand kind of kind of a random thing this is a random so during the holiday season you take a lot of pictures on your phone uh you put them on your phone they stay in your phone you never look at them again (00:38) every now and then you go back through oh remember this and then you never look at it again that’s right we have a trick for you we just found out we just found out we may behind the aall the rest of you may already know this may already know this if you do then you could laugh at us and move on now we have we have iPhones you know if you don’t have an iPhone there’s probably functionality very similar to this you just have to figure it out cuz I have an iPhone but here’s the thing on in your photos you can set up an album different albums (01:08) right and then whatever pictures you really like drop into that album and then you can set your uh phone so that your lock screen will randomly pick pictures from that album so I it just tickles me all day long I’ve got my lock screen set so the picture changes once an hour yep and uh all throughout the day it picks I put lots and lots of pictures and it it it pulls the pictures up and I just enjoy it all day long it’s so much fun and I mean we see a lot of uh uh pictures from trips we took with with friends it’s (01:47) like oh yeah I forgot about that how fun is that yeah just any picture that you think our kidos our daughter’s wedding our dogs you know just whatever it just kind of brightens our day we’re in the middle of a stressful work day yeah any picture that makes you happy just drop it in there right and uh it will unhappy pictures no put only things that make you feel happy that kind of person you know if you’re some people are yeah if you’re a masochist you know you could do that you so we got a get a big kick out (02:16) of it and sometimes we’re out and we’re stressed and something will pop up that makes us smile Good Times yeah we show one another remember that yeah you know yeah so anyway we were so excited by this uh obviously we’re way behind on technology we’re kind of shocking the how stupid we are with this but delighted to find this trick and just wanted to share it with you yeah yeah we also have uh electronic frames yes where you can load pictures uh upload pictures on from your phone and uh in the frame will randomly show those which is also (02:49) fun also a great way we we’ve we finally you know we take more pictures than ever before y cuz it’s so easy with but no more albums nobody does a photo album but you know you do Anum go you never sit down and look through albums you on your pH but you use your phone every day it’ll show you pictures it’ll give you a little smile the cool thing about this is you know we’ve moved many times I’m sure people who were thinking about moving here it’s kind of nice to see pictures from the past like oh that’s our old house or oh that’s our old (03:20) neighborhood it’s um it’s very nice and if you’re in a good mood you can reflect positively on that if you’re not you can just delete that photo just delete that photo and create the past that you want to remember create the past that you want or the new future that you want by coming here to Prescot there you go there you go that’s the Silver Lining um come get some new pictures and a new life here in Prescot see how I turn that I like that you just turn that back I I I looped it back in like a masterful Looper I am a master Looper Master (03:55) Looper she’s a master Looper I am a master Looper so but anyway we would uh love to have you come in and get some new pictures of your new home that you can float on your phone that’s exactly right and um we hope to see you soon we’d love to show you around and happy to share our little photo trick although I suspect most of you know it already yeah maybe but it was new to us and we were excited so that’s our tip of the day if you like tips we have plenty for you go to pickle 411. H peeps Diane and Randall bro here coming to you from our beautiful little mountain town mile high up of Prescot Arizona um we are here to share something that we’ve discovered we’re just your life anybody who knows us knows that we are consumers yeah we try things so we try things so somebody says have you ever tried a vibration board I’m like I have not what is that can you tell me about it so we’re here to educate you on it and we’ll show you some video later so we call it the (00:38) Jiggler we call it the Jiggler a vibration board vibration plate a vibration plate board they call it different things you stand on it it’s a little square you’ll see it in a minute and for 10 minutes you jiggle your whole body love it love it love it first of all I laugh so hard when I’m on it you’ll see in a minute but it’s really good for your balance it’s really good for your lymphatic system to get things moving around get your blood going gives you great energy um anyway those of you (01:09) of a certain age will remember back in the day they had a machine that would stand up and there was a belt and you would put it around your butt and it would it would shake you my first tip is don’t tell young people about it because you will show how old you are that’s a lot longer ago than you will remember yes second thing is this is a little different it doesn’t shake you you’re standing on it uh so it’s a it’s a little different it has uh any number of benefits the thing that I like I like to (01:40) put it on a low speed it kind of shakes you more when it when it goes fast you’re kind of you know shaking like that so it’s really good I wake up usually in the morning I have a stiff back and uh it’s hard for me to walk I have to walk around a little while until I kind of loosen up you stand on this for 10 minutes you are loose it just Jiggles everything it gets every your blood kind of going it’s good for what is it the posture balance what’s the lymphatic system yeah get your lymphatic (02:14) system lactic acid supposed to help with uh cellulite it’s supposed to help with um especially if you work out a lot and you have a lot of Trapped lactic acid and you’re hurting you get on this thing it shakes it all out of you yes yes if you if you particularly if you’re doing weight training uh it’s a really good idea to get on something like this afterwards because it keeps you from getting what’s called blood pooling where where you all the lactic acid sits in one area and it just sits there for (02:45) days this will mix all that up it’ll allow you to absorb that and get rid of it uh so we are just we laughed so hard when we first got on it um now we are converts they go from F1 all the way to F9 program one PR oh yeah why did I say F I don’t know program one to program n and you change it up they say to change it up every day and go to a different level I love it it really gives me a lot of energy gets the day going so so the the lower speeds are more for the lymph and lactic acid and all that the higher (03:20) speeds are more about cellulite uh balance uh you know so the different different levels give you different benefits uh but it’s worth it all of maybe 100 bucks 100 bucks get your we call it we call it we don’t call it all that fancy words vibration board vibration whatever we call it we simply call it the Jiggler the Jiggler and J it Jiggles you it’s hilarious now they have a couple of models uh one has a bracket I guess that comes up almost like a like bicycle handles so you have something to hold on to we just put ours up against (03:59) the bar so you can kind of hold on to the bar uh ours came with rubber um yeah so you can exercise with it if you want we don’t you do curls yeah you can do we don’t do any of that we’re not that ambitious yeah you can get on it and do just your arm and they show you all these ways that you can lay on it and sit on it we just stand on it uh we keep it very very know that I’ll have to look at that yeah yeah yeah don’t sit on it I you know you might want to try that but uh I wouldn’t recommend it but standing (04:31) on it’s great and then the wider your feet the more of a shake you get yeah uh so if you if you feeling you’re you’re getting a little rattled you can kind of put your feet in the middle and kind of reduce it a little bit I’ll move around like I’ll feel like a certain muscle I can feel stiffness and I’ll move so it’s shaking that part of my body uh but mornings are a lot a lot more enjoyable for me now uh you know I don’t I don’t have that stiffness none of that sounds right but anyway it is a good thing it’s (05:01) good for it’s not going to hurt folks try the Jiggler now I should say if listen if if you have some kind of back issue you know or you might want to check might not be for you might not be for you might want to check checking with your doctor uh but I I think for most people it it it would have some benefit it’s been great for us and uh we really get it on Amazon just look up vibration board it’s not if you don’t like it s it back yeah it’s not called the Jiggler that’s not called the (05:28) Jiggler that’s just the Bros into business making vibration boards we will call it the Jiggler yeah okay so that’s just something fun and new we just tried and every morning we get up and saddle up on that Jiggler for 10 minutes yep hello hello hello PE this is Diane bro this is my other half Randall bro coming to you live from Prescot Arizona to talk about one of our new restaurants here that open we loved we’ve been there twice thoroughly enjoyed it it’s called Badger Den Badger Den out on Whit Spar and I want everybody to know all you restaurant owners we don’t even we don’t get paid for this no we don’t we don’t get any kind of promotional fee don’t even get a drink but we just enjoy going out to eat and we just love sharing our (00:36) local you know restaurants with with folks who live here it’s it’s it’s part of our fun so this one I think this one kind of needs a plug they uh it’s it’s been a torturous story so originally this place when we first moved here this place was a Mexican restaurant uh went out of business y uh sat for a while and then there’s a company that they had um a breakfast restaurant called B simple I think we we may have done a video on B simple before great breakfast place yep so they decided they were going to open (01:09) up uh this other place a barbecue B simple house or something uh so obviously not not breakfast food and we went there it was it was a it was a good restaurant since then the uh uh the my understanding is the general manager and the chef decided to buy it to buy it out so then they changed the name and originally it was going to be the hungry Badger but then it was the Badger’s Den so there’s something it’s a hungry Badger Den there’s a badger there’s a den it’s Badger Den it’s a simple it’s (01:44) not simple you know it’s Badger Den on white Spar lovely good food I mean you can get great barbecue sandwiches great steaks great ribs um very nice cute little atmosphere it’s not like the restaurant kept turning over that was the other changed the name they changed ownership the restaurant really hasn’t changed that much since it was be simple is kind of the same uh they’ve kind of spruced the place up a little bit uh wonderful places to sit outside we’re getting into fall be a great place to (02:16) sit outside uh that we went there with a large group there’s a nice big group area uh that we were able to use a nice big room yeah nice great service great service Fant service good drinks and the food was as sounding so the one thing about going with a big group is you have people will try pretty much everything on the menu for the most part that’s right so I had the ribs the ribs were fabulous I had the pork sandwich pork sandwich it was very good good uh a couple of guys had ribe eyes at so all the men sit in one table and women sit (02:49) other you know how that is so uh I don’t know what she had I was sitting at the men’s table so a couple of the guys got uh ribeye staks they said they were wonderful my ribs were wonderful I think I don’t think anyone complained about they all said it was great uh this is we kind of needed a good steak restaurant uh some of the ones that have been around have kind of Fallen Fallen away and not as good as they used to be this is is a good one this is a good one uh there’s well there’s Dry Gulch we did (03:21) Dry Gulch before Dry Gulch is still really good it’s very Cowboy um it’s kind of uh this is just a little different atmosphere this is not highend I wouldn’t describe it as highend but a little more than you know a guy in a cowboy hat singing country western Tunes that’s that’s not the scene so it’s a little more highend uh I think the menu is probably more extensive yeah um and kind of a nicer place it just sort of feels but we enjoy both of them yeah we enjoy both of them all those two are really good yeah both (03:54) really good restaurants this is both if somebody’s looking for a good steak restaurant though this is try one of these two where I would send them and Badger Den is fabulous so shout out to them for giving us a good meal and uh continued s success and uh we’re going to be going there soon yeah again so we really enjoyed it so if you’re a local make sure you check out Badger down on W SP don’t be put off by the changes in the name and everything it’s all good kind of torturous a lot of people we (04:25) we’ve been talking about it with our friends and the feedback is like what what’s going on over there changing the name or whatever um so I think it might take them a while to get over that but this is it nothing wrong with it it’s just you know there just some riger Maro but uh the restaurant’s really good service really good food really good yes we highly recommend it so hopefully we’ll see you at Badger Den B well we’re chowing down and some good ribs that’s right so cheers to that Che all right (04:53) hope to see you there take care have a good evening bye bye

bonjour bonjour bour you know you’re so fresh I know I tried to change it up a little bit yeah I know that’s that this is NOAA olaaa hello hello hello Randol and Dian bro yeah she’s pickle lady we’re in Prescot Arizona here to talk about things real estate things presc y things presc real estate real estate and Presa things to do restaurants all kinds of tips and tricks and so we get a lot of questions from people about lakes here um we have a lot of lakes we have also (00:37) reservoirs that are called Lakes but technically they’re reservoirs yes um a lot of people say I’d like to have a lake house well I want to set that for you first not going to happen not going to happen all St uh all of the lakes around here are around state land so and preserv so I can’t I can’t find for you get a view of the Lakes get a view of the Lakes get on the lake so I’m so sorry so I want to clear that expectation up first the second thing we get is is they’re fishing swimming (01:09) Etc so all right we did a little research yeah we did a little research so actually used artificial intelligence there you go which is we we we like artificial intelligence chat GPT uh so the question was whether you can swim in any of these lakes and the answer is no so uh for Watson and Willow those are reservoirs that water is runoff so they kind of think well that’s not probably a good idea to tell people to go swimming in there because we don’t know where it’s running off know (01:39) running off from sow w40 you know or something like that it’s washed into that was in there so that’s probably not a good idea also too they’re they’re very shallow yeah they’re shallow it’s not good swimming it’s not good swimming uh you can kayak canoe paddle board no motorboat mized yeah but you still can get out there and enjoy the lake just don’t get in it yeah and you can fish I don’t know if it’s uh Catch and Release but uh you do see people out there fishing and they’re (02:10) all stocked so I you know they’re they’re stocked with trout uh the gold water lake same thing no swimming but it’s primarily for fishing boating and picnicking also too they they don’t like people in the waters CU it it makes it muddy you stir up the bottom cuz and they want to that’s a good fishing spot so they want to preserve that yeah cuz none of these laks are particularly deep um so if you have people thrashing around it’s going to make them really murky right uh (02:39) if you want to go swimming there are other places that you can go uh Crescent Moon Ranch which is near Sedona uh Fossil Creek about two hours from Prescot Grasshopper Point near Sedona Slide Rock State Park oh that’s fun I haven’t done it but it’s on my list of things to do yeah the rocks eles are like it’s like a water slide like a water slide so you can go and yeah and verie River that’s about an hour and a half away a lot of people know about the ver Riv nice and cool and (03:10) uh and clean so there go tubing in too which is really cool like right outside of Phoenix you can tube in there is actually Wild Horses yeah that you’ll be tubing and here comes a a herd of wild horses just coming into the water to to cool off so that’s kind of that’s kind of cool yeah so yeah you really can’t swim or motorboat but but it’s still beautiful uh links like in particular you’ll feel like you’re in California yeah it’s beautiful you’re surrounded by beautiful trees huming Birds (03:38) Galore lovely absolutely lovely we did a a video not too long ago on links lake cafe which is right on links Lake and absolutely beautiful so do we have lakes yes we do um can you live around them no you can’t can you go out and enjoy them and paddle board and canoe and what have you yes you absolutely can can you fish in some of them yes so uh if you’re an avid outdoor person there’s lots of hiking trails all around these Lakes so not only if you don’t want to get in the water or paddle board or canoe you can at least hike around and just enjoy I mean there’s (04:17) beautiful kayak and you fall over and you got you’re not going to vaporize or anything it’s not it’s not you know it’s nothing like that it’s all good so don’t worry hello hello hello hello peeps this is Diana Randle bro coming to you live from Prescot Arizona Prescot Arizona we are your happy friendly real estate team husband and wife team this is Randall’s favorite thing he wanted me to share it with you I want to do this I want to do it on your head yeah so this is a sex toy that no it isn’t it’s stuck on my head all right moving along moving along so this is one of my I knew it was gonna do that I know I there that’s why I had to do it yeah I had to play with it anyway (00:43) sorry did you hear so this yeah it made a noise I heard it within my skull thank you for that so this is what’s called a bulb changer so I’ve been having this a number of years and I just had to use it we had a client she had to shout out to Ziggy we had uh she had a bul that was kind of on a high ceiling and she couldn’t change it didn’t have a ladder so she uh she wanted she asked me to go and change your bulb for and I’m thinking change a bulb okay so I go over and it’s like oh oh I get it it’s too (01:14) high so I I have just the thing so I went home and I got my bulb changer this is it so this and this is it so I’ll tell you one of my favorite stories this is when we were still living in Texas we had soaring ceilings so cathedral ceiling like all the way two stories and we had uh recess bulbs all the way up there and we love the recess bulbs it one of the things we liked about the house when we bought it and everything can lights can lights yeah what what is a is that the same thing a can light a recess but most people refer to it as a (01:46) can light yeah I used to refer to it as a can light but I think since you sucked my brain out uh I’m having some trouble so uh eventually though one of the bulbs burned out and This was oh we got to go get a ladder we’re gonna have to get scal fling we was like you know what I think I can find a solution to that so I went to Home Depot or one of those I bought one of these so I come home with it now this is the kind of thing that I bring home to do chores and my wife looks at it with disdain you know (02:19) absolute disdain she’s like a s really you think this is gonna work well it I tell you how it is telescopes out I mean it goes really really high and you just pop it on just like she stuck it to my head you stick it on the bulb and then you turn it to to remove it bring it down take it off put the other bulb in and put it down and put it back up so and she looks at me like and so I get the bulb in right I get the bulb in I screw it in and then she says all right now how are you g to get it off well there’s a simple answer that’s what this (02:53) little string is for a little string you pull it pull the string it popped right off and how much was this thing I like $10 $10 yeah we were tickled we’ve had it for years and years and years I have used it on any number of homes you don’t use it that often but when you do you really appre it is amazing it is a an ingenious little invention yeah I you know very very uh uh primitive technology but I tell you what for a very specific purpose it works really really well and so I I thought I would share that because not many people know (03:24) about bulb Changers uh so if you’ve got a a canned light that’s too high for your ladder and you’re wondering how you’re going to do that well that’s how you do ity the B especially if you’re as you get older you get scared to get on ladders absolutely and balance at the top and trying to reach it this thing is it really is quite effective it’s it’s a good trick so uh they they have other styles I looked on Amazon they have any if just look up bulb Changers they’ve got a number of them they’ll have them (03:53) at Home Depot or or lows as well uh this is this one’s pretty old I guess they they probably have better technology now that kind of grabs the ball or whatever every now and then like my mother’s uh she good to have something that grabs a bulb that grabs you got to grab those bulbs it’s all about grabbing bulbs it’s all about I can’t take her anywhere so my mother had these caned lights and they weren’t properly installed so when you tried to screw the bulb the uh the whole can started turning only in Louisiana so (04:26) uh she had to get scaffolding up there and uh just to remove the bulb and then had it a fixed properly after that the bulb changer worked so there you go that’s my tip let me see the bulb changer again I want to stick it on your head again because that makes me laugh no yes you don’t use it as a spear geez G to get Whiplash people that is our tip for the day if you like tips the place to go is pickle 411. hello hello hello hello peeps Rand and diam bro Here I Am the pickle lady yeah she’s pickle lady I am he is the pickle man pickle man girkin girkin yeah whatever whatever whatever so we are here um something we’d really like to share with all potential future buyers it’s a good thing to do uh and check out when you’re doing your due diligence when you’re moving into especially most of our folks are moving from out of state they are not used to this area they don’t know anything about it so um (00:39) it’s very important to do a lot of due diligence figure out if you’re concerned about crime yes we can’t give you percentages we don’t know I mean I’m not I’m not in the police force yes but we have a great resource for you to check out called Community Crim map.com yes so you oddly enough it is a map of the crime in your community thereally what it is so you can get on there and it will tell you suppose you’re looking at Prescot Lakes I want to move to Prescot Lakes uh what’s the crime rate there is (01:11) there a lot of crime uh does it go over sex offenders and it does so so you choose yeah it will ask you if it’s okay for it to dial into your location if that’s where you want to do your search uh or you can give it a zip code or an address or something you can give it a radius you know I want to know about everything within five miles or whatever it is and you get to pick the crime the crime that you’re interested in so you know maybe you’re KCK your crime yeah maybe you’re a criminal you want to know (01:44) where to go uh or maybe you just want to be safe and you want to make sure there’s no crime around you whatever crimes concern you choose those yep and in the time for the location that you’ve chosen for the time frame that you’ve chosen it will show you a map and it will point out every incident u in your community can you do several at one time like can you say sex offenders murders suicide you can oh cool so you don’t have to keep doing individual that’s cool people you don’t have to do (02:14) individual searches you can do it all in one Fell Swoop yeah yeah what about banking crimes no I’m kidding I I I don’t know if they they had specific but they do had they did have arm robbery oh really yeah I mean it’s very specific I want to say and and I’ll I’ll give a give you guys a screenshot you can see what I’m talking about that’s great but I guess it was um maybe about 50 different uh checkboxes that you could do and uh so if you’re just looking for Vi violent crimes or you know maybe you (02:49) have you know bought a car and you’re worried that someone’s going to steal your car you might want just crime crime theft I mean car theft car theft uh so you can kind of dial in what you want uh long story short I I checked most of the boxes I did five years and I did the whole Prescot area including PV and there was almost nothing there were a couple of U domestic uh violence you know uh in in in a couple of residential areas so you know that’s it wasn’t us you know it’s like yeah well just one (03:22) just one of them was us the rest of them were other people you know that’s a joke folks yeah that’s a joke she only beats me when uh when the when the police aren’t looking so uh yeah so so it there was very little going on and what was there was clearly like within a home so if a family so this is important to know as well in the state of Arizona um it does not have to be disclosed if you are selling a home if there was a murder there or a suicide or a death um sellers do not have to disclose that that’s (03:57) right if they don’t share it with us the agents first of all we’ll never know if they do share it with us we do not have to I don’t know if we’re allowed to say we’re not allowed unless we are specifically asked speciically asked if a buyer ask us directly and we know the answer yeah then we have to you know but it’s not an automatic disclosure so you should know that when you’re coming here to buy I know in certain States like California it has to be it’s written up it’s it’s in the disclosures (04:30) and it’s shared with everyone not so in Arizona so this uh Community crime map would be a good thing for you to try to investigate if you were worried about something like that um we may not always be told ourselves not all sell share anything you know with us so um so it’s it’s a good resource it’s a great res particularly when you were first looking at a community you know you don’t know the community that to me would be one of the very first filters is let tell me about the crime absolutely I don’t know (05:02) if it tells you suicides I I’d have to think about that but certainly you know uh uh violent assault and you know assault and battery breaking and entering all that stuff was in there that’s sound a little now we’re getting heavy yeah but but none of it showed up there was just uh just one or two it’s a downer but well I mean it’s it’s a downer if it’s there but it was at least not here not the other thing on this is you may be thinking about moving and uh one of the first things you want (05:33) to know about a potential new community for yourself is the crime you don’t want to go someplace where there’s lots of crime sure and uh despite what the FBI says you know crime I people’s the impression people have and most of the people I talk to crime’s kind of On The Rise um you know there’ve been uh uh police uh departments have been underfunded defunded you know there there’s a lot of stuff going on so you want to be very careful but I think you also want to check your own Community (06:05) yeah maybe you’re thinking I don’t know maybe I want to move I don’t I live in a great place newspapers vary from location to location some y some communities the newspapers will uh will re reveal everything others not so much things are glossed over yeah some in some areas things are glossed over so you may be very surprised at how many things are going on right around you that might be the last uh the last straw that helps you make up your mind to get out move forward so something to think about as well so I think it’s a great (06:42) resource and we love to share it with all of our clients it’s very important for you to do some studying up on that absolutely and see if wherever you’re going to wash up you’re going to be happy and you’re going to feel safe and secure uh odds are in Prescot and presca Valley you will be yes so it’s good to know um um so yeah we wanted to share that with you yeah to me it was a big confirmation because I’ve been saying for a while honestly I don’t know any areas that are dangerous here and and I (07:10) think the the crime statistics kind of bore that out so I so check it out when you’re doing your due diligence in whatever City you may wash up in it’s very helpful so we wanted to share that with uh all of our friends out there so hope we hope you find this helpful and uh that is our tip of the day hair in a ponytail since uh Winter’s coming I have a few more weeks of wearing my sensible summer Pony so you’re welcome everyone enjoy the ponytail enjoy the ponytail enjoy the ponytail so we are here today we’re so excited yes to talk about one of our favorite Mexican restaurants yes I think this has become our very favorite I think so too we got a couple (00:43) of good ones uh there’s some down the valley that we really like uh we tend to like TexMex more than real right real Mexican food just to be honest but this is good stuff this is good stuff a family-owned uh the name of the restaurant is Maya Maya May Maya or Franks I think they so the history of this restaurant is they used to be on montazuma and I guess their least space burned so they move so they are right next to the deli right next to Outlaw Donuts yeah uh they’re right next (01:18) to Parkside Deli Parkside Deli outla Donuts also some of our other favorites yes um but they have taken over a big space there may they’re getting ready they may already have their liquor license I think they do they do last time we were there they were serving liquor yeah they’re getting their bar up rning hard liquor or maybe maybe they have Margaritas I don’t remember but it’s good whatever it’s getting there they’re getting everything geared up but great Mexican food great (01:45) Mexican lunches yes uh great atmosphere yes beautiful painting on the wall I’d like to hire somebody to come paint my wall murals and stuff it’s darling it’s all family on wonderful family all the family members uh uh wait on you and stuff all they all work together I love it nice to see it I love a family Endeavor yes absolutely we have a family Endeavor I don’t always love this family Endeavor but that one I do depends on the family I think if their family were involved you (02:14) would love it more than your family here but that’s understandable so uh I would recommend anything with pork there oh I got the uh pork Chim chongas yeah I was good and uh what else oh I had TR tip the last time was there not really Mexican I guess that’s what Californian I’m not even it nicely seasoned really really delicious uh their standard fair is really the chimy Changas I no no no but you get the the Carnitas Carnitas that’s so you can get the Carnitas either deep fried or not (02:45) so if you want it de fried put it in Chim changa uh they have what is the Mexican pot roast maaka maaka something like that it’s it’s like a it’s like a pot roast put that in the Chim chunga deep Fri TR that that’s going to be really good there’s nothing bad about any of those things yeah those are all completely healthy all delicious yeah and what a bargain too a re really good prices yep uh we went there as part of a group and we had you know drinks and food and appetizers and desserts (03:18) and I think we got out for like maybe 40 50 bucks for the two of us and that was like a big Splurge you go there for lunch they have lunch specials oh yeah you know it’s uh yeah so that’s kind of got gotten to be our go-to yeah and it’s kind of by the square so it’s kind of nice to go down there and then you can go next door to the Parkside uh shop and get some other wines and stuff and they got good little bit of shopping around there yeah if you go there for lunch Outlaw Donuts might be (03:45) open for dessert do that but I think they do have fla did you try the FL oh yeah they do the fla was yeah very good very good sorry to get bad fla I know well they did a good job though they did a great job yes they did so we were very excited to find them to try them out and we had to share with you right away because we were like Yay a great local Mexican yeah uh restaurant that I think anybody who lives here or is coming to visit you should definitely check it out yeah yeah all the Mexican restaurants that’s kind of kind of ke together for us Che cheers to that I agree I (04:18) agree so that is our tip of the day if you hello hello hello hello peeps this is Diana Randall bro here uh coming to you this evening from the beautiful little city of Prescot Arizona presc Arizona she’s PR yes yes yes yes I am I’m always in production making delicious Cajun pickles that I’m happy to share with you when I see you or if you come to one of my open houses so we are here today to talk about a fabulous new restaurant that we absolutely adore we love it so much that I even had them cater a party we had it was astonishing was so good and so it is (00:42) called Omaha Omaha OHA ohigh oh Idaho no no Wisconsin no what state is it it’s o h Au U Hawaiian Barbecue something like that Hawaiian it’s called Hawaiian Barbecue no it isn’t it has a name Wahoo uhhuh something like that I don’t think so I think it says Hawaiian Barbecue on it does not okay pull up my phone and I’ll prove it to you right now it has a formal name not just Hawaiian Barbecue okay all right but it is on the corner of Cortez and Sheldon so for you local folks don’t miss it it’s fabulous it (01:19) used to be where the old Thai Cottage was yeah so we have a review on K Tha cottage which was also my favorite yeah no it’s actually we called it a cottage but it actually the name of it was actually house that’s right but it was uh it was run by a Thai family lovely and uh they they did a great job and uh the only thing about it was they were constantly away visiting Thailand with their family and I don’t know if they went back to thail think they went back so so we were very sad when they closed (01:49) so it it it took a while for the new place to open and it took us a few weeks to try it but when we did oh it is amazing it is just like some of the traditional food you’ll find in Hawaii when you go to visit so if you love spam they’ve got spam dishes which you Hawaii is the the highest per capita uh consumption of spam in the world that’s right so if you’re a Spam fan this is the place to go but they also have amazing barbecue beef fixed Hawaiian style that’s the that’s the one I would (02:22) try that is so good if you haven’t gone yet try the beef first the beef is amazing the beef is amazing yeah um and then they also have delicious pork they have chicken katsu which is lightly breaded chicken strips fixed uh the Japanese way from in Hawaii as they fix it Paco PCO I forget what they call the breading I don’t know but it was good and uh what else uh oh Cher chicken terak Chien my favorites are the beef and the teriyaki chicken you can’t beat it and then they also give you your traditional uh macaroni salad which is (02:56) really big in Hawaii you get their macaroni salad good and and rice and delicious sauces that goes over it so I mean so you walk in you place your order they bring it to you it’s a you know it’s a nice little seating area yeah it’s set up set up kind of like a fast food place they will bring you your food yes uh from the count I guess if they’re very busy maybe they won’t but they’ll call your number but uh you know it’s not a service restaurant so much but uh it’s it’s wonderful and they’ve done a (03:27) great job remodeling the place the inside of really really nice uh and they are just they are just killing it and they do catering as well so like for instance we had a party we got huge treay of all these different Meats set it up uh buffet style everybody came loved it they also do egg rolls they also do crab drons I mean it’s it’s it’s good stuff it is really good stuff and it’s just a great place just to go have lunch yeah uh you don’t necess if you don’t need to have catering just go (03:56) there and you have a great you know dinner um they have smaller sizes they have bigger dinner portions it goes on and on and on I cannot say enough good things about it is really good Hawaiian the other thing I really like about it is it’s not another of something yeah uh so any of you guys out there considering opening a restaurant I’m sure nobody is that probably is no one but just in case if you want to start a restaurant in the area of Prescot don’t do Italian there are at least a half dozen phenomenal (04:30) really good Italian Italian restaurants don’t do Thai there’s like a half dozen Amazing Thai restaurant but you know people new restaurants oh it’s another Italian restaurant oh yeah okay well every eighth visit will go there you know because the other ones are are always going to be the priority but these people very barbecue very clever something different and something really really good we did a recently did a video on lyx Lake they do German food it’s nice to see something a little you know off off the path absolutely we (05:04) would love to see a Cuban restaurant would be wonderful yes I’d love Cuban yeah just you know something a little different because uh yeah you a good well we we we’ve had a a couple of decent steak restaurants we’re still waiting for a really fine steak dining uh that’s good so but anyway we are truly tickled to have Hawaiian Barbecue uh we go there all the time now at least once a week for lunch good stuff good so if you’re local make sure you try it out because we need to support all of our local restaurants for (05:36) sure and if you’re coming in from out of town make sure you try it out it’s a good launch you’re not going to be disappointed at let us know what it’s called because WZ Asian Buffet

If something is good, more is better… right?

Well, as you may have seen in one of our previous videos, we are big fans of WZ Asian Bistro. And since they keep opening new restaurants here, we clearly aren’t alone.

But now they’ve done a buffet restaurant. Can their formula scale up to all-you-can-eat? Well, we went to go find out.

hello hello hello this is Diane and Randall bro coming to you from our beautiful mountain town of presc Arizona pres Arizona pres Arizona today we’re doing another restaurant review our favorite yeah this one you know this company is just they’re taking over the world they are kicking they kicking tail butt kicking butt kick kick butt kicking all kinds of things yeah so this is uh the wz wz Asian beastro the only thing they’ve done wrong is the name I just lose the wz just call (00:38) it Asian vro but I digress anyway they opened a place in uh Prescot Valley very successful uh we reviewed it uh you can get Chinese Japanese and uh Thai food there yep uh all all the same place which is really great typically I’ll get sushi and she’ll get something on the Chinese menu uh great restaurant they opened up a second location we loved it in presc in presc they have another it’s like a ramen noodle place or something over by you know where Five Guys uh BD does that belong to them too yes they have a we have never have a noodle shop friend their latest (01:17) addition to the family is a buffet restaurant wz Asian buffet Asian buffet and that’s good stuff and odly enough they have Chinese Japanese and Thai food on the buffet along with all those really weird desserts that you always see at Asian buffet restaurants yes I don’t think anyone’s ever eaten any of it I think they just it’s made of wax and they just keep pulling it out but besides that it is excellent right that’s right they do a great great job very good it’s always packed uh the buffet is huge it’s clean tons of selections they even (01:54) have American food on there too if you’ve got a picky person picky eater picky kid you know pizza for the kids yeah yeah so we love it and we go up there with friends for lunch and then we come home and take a nap yeah pretty much have to takeen out because it’s good stuff yeah so if you like to graze you know you don’t want to just commit to one thing uh if you like to commit to one thing well then go to one of their other go to but if you kind of want to just graze and try (02:22) everything a little bit of this and a little bit of that this is a great place to do it uh it’s very well appointed uh the AC is is nice a lot of times you go to these buffet restaurants and it’s muggy cuz they don’t really they trying to save money or something I don’t know hot muggy it was very comfortable very very nicely done uh service was great uh the food was all nice and fresh they were constantly bringing out new food so it just doesn’t sit there and boil all day long you know (02:49) it was nice and fresh yeah it was all fresh they were constantly replenishing yeah so great Buffet Great Buffet so can’t say enough good things about enough good things they have a a a lunch L uh a lunch menu and then well I guess a not menu but lunch buffet and a dinner buffet uh we have not been to the dinner buffet it cost a little more so I’m thinking they have yet do I didn’t even know that I think they might have some more premium Su BR more like that yeah uh but we’ve done the (03:19) the lunch thing a couple of times it was really quite good had to look forward to getting there uh for dinner very good yeah so that’s our another great tip try the wz Asian buffet MH um if you want a little bit more concentrated meal then try the beastro all good stuff good they do a great job all good no complaints we love it and we love it and we’re glad to have them yep so hope to see you maybe at the buffet one day and stop save us oh yeah the M crab the egg rolls were goods were good yeah so give us a call if you see us say hello give us a shout out yep we’ll say (03:56) hello in between bites yep that’s our tip of the day if you like tips to place to go is our free information site pickle 411.com and whether you’re a buyer seller or somewhere in between there’ll be something there waiting for you that will Amaze Astound uh inform entertain and overwhel maybe make you hungry and maybe make you hungry if we’re talking about restaurants yeah about the restaurants all right all completely free all completely free hope to see you soon at one of our (04:24) favorite restaurants thank you for listening and have a great rest of your day bye bye

The Great Incompetence

Everything from stocking grocery store shelves to air travel, software maintenance to restaurant bills – it’s hard to get things done right. Nothing seems reliable anymore.

In this episode we call out what we are calling “The Age of Great Incompetence.” We share our thoughts on why this is happening and give a warning to those mired in real estate right now: Don’t count on anything!

folks this is Diane and Randall bro hello peeps good afternoon we’re coming to you from Prescot Arizona here in the lovely Prescot Lakes happy to be here and share our newest thing this is our new phrase for everything when things are going wrong we are living in the great age of incompetence yes yes there used to be better ages yes the Gilded Age the this age the well it’s you know we don’t live a bad age I mean you can still get orange juice in the middle of the winter you know the thing is people just aren’t good at what they do anymore it’s just you can’t get good service you can’t things are not done the way they should be very true and so we’re just finding it more and more and more I don’t know if it’s an aspect of um recovering from covid when everything was shut down and I think I was thinking about this I think during the time of Co a lot of folks who were on the cusp of re and we’re like forget about it I’m done I’m out so what’s happened is there’s been a huge gap and so now there’s some younger folk coming in who maybe are coming out of college or high school where during Co they didn’t have to perform so to speak um so now they’re thrust into the Working World and things have changed yeah people are working at home they don’t know how to conduct themselves they’ve lost people skills uh they’ve lost a good work ethic and they’re like well I don’t have to do this I mean I’m just going to take some time off yeah and it’s created a lot of incompetence so I don’t know if you guys found that I yeah I I don’t know if it’s they don’t care anymore I just think it’s they’re just unable to do what they’re supposed to do so recently uh there was an assassination attempt on uh uh uh president Trump uh a very narrow Miss uh he was very very lucky and as the news comes out it’s very clear the Secret Service was just dro the ball time and time again uh we anytime you travel now if you have a connecting flight chances are you’re going to miss it I mean how many of you out there have heard you know every flight we’ve taken recently delay delay delay Mr your connecting flight I mean we might get home three days later yeah yeah and you know even they lost my luggage and the guy said I I don’t know what to tell you we told them to pull it they said they were and he looked at me he was an older gentleman he goes my co-workers are idiots yeah you know and I just don’t know if people have and that’s when the door doesn’t fly off of the Jets right they got I they got some serious things going on same thing restaurants it’s like I don’t know maybe because maybe some of the older more seasoned workers have moved on so they’re not there to train the younger folk and teach them how it’s supposed to be done I don’t know what the answer is well I well one one possible solution besides the fact that a lot of people with the most experienced workers uh retired is that you know we shut down the economy so all usually an organization has employees that have been there a while and they bring in me one or two employees and the people who’ve been there while can kind of show them the ropes well after covid there was no one who knew the ropes so they had to start all over you know it’s like every every business every organization is a startup now and they’re all trying to figure it out again and and I think you’re right I think people don’t care as much they don’t have the work ethic they used to having spent uh months at home getting paid for doing nothing and they want to do that again now we’re really sounding like old people yeah I you know standing old I know it I know it and the reason there is a small I mean there’s there is truth to this though folks I know it absolutely you have to work you can’t get money forever for free we wanted to make sure that we told you if you if you’re not aware or you haven’t noticed uh we thought it was important for you to know that you are living in the age of great incompetence because if you’re going to do a real estate transaction you’re going to be moving there are so many moving parts to that process on the selling side on your buying side you’ve got lenders you’ve got title companies you have inspectors you have movers you have handymen repairmen you’ve got contractors I mean you’ve got all of these pieces and parts the idea that everyone who is involved in your transactions is going to be competent in the age of great incompetence is vanishingly small yes so make sure you get very competent responsible um uh involved real estate agents yeah don’t get somebody who’s like I’ll call you in a couple of days you need somebody who’s with you every step of the way and we’ll hold your hand and make sure in the age of grading competence that your deal gets done and gets done correctly yeah you just have to double triple check you just need to track everything to ground follow up follow up just to make sure that even the simplest things oh we over to we’ll overnight it to you we had something where they were going to overnight it was a car TR a car a car purchase we’ll overnight it to you well they forgot to put it in the package they forgot to give it to the guy when he showed up you know oh here it is it’s in the outbox I guess they forgot to give it to the FedEx man yeah so well great you know let us call us when it’s there and we can really come back again and get this taken care of so in the age of gr incompetence look for good seasoned agents like Randall and myself we’re here to help you we uh we will do what we can many sleepless nights problem solving how can we you know switch this around and help these people get into their home um that’s what a good agent will do for you and that’s what we love to do for you and get you to the Finish Line yes so in the age of grading competence look for great competent people I think that you know one of the problems I think too having spent a fair amount of time in Corporate America uh mostly as a consultant is you know corporations treat their employees for the most part as interchangeable parts and anyone who’s been in the world will long enough will tell you that’s not the way any organization works you always have you know the people who are more than carrying their weight you know it’s the 20% they get 80% of the work done and uh it’s maybe we lost a lot of those people going forward recognize people when they’re good if you get a good waiter please tip well yes so they he’ll be he or she will be there next time they keep doing a good job recognize good good work because you can’t take it for granted anymore absolutely well cheers to you you do good work good job I try to we try and we try our hardest to bring the best for you as our client we really do we want to bring you uh to you know fruition get this deal done make it happen for you and we’re happy to do it absolutely so be careful out there who you’re hooking up with like your mama used to say yeah that’s right care for who are you hooking up with out there yeah she made a mistake she’s still paying the price that’s your tip of the day if you like tips the place place to go is pickle
