hello hello hello peeps Rand and Dian bro here coming to you live from the beautiful city of Prescot Arizona with the presc pickle lady that’s right I just had to change I had on a beautiful green dress that looked exactly like this yeah and in case you guys don’t know the behind us is probably a restaurant or something that’s really a green screen we’re doing the so the Only Why Wearing Green Is Forbidden Rule here is you can’t wear green and you know my my wife the pickle lady is not a rule follower I’m not a rule follower so she had to I had a great green dress it really made my eyes pop yeah wow it would make uh little holes in your body I think I know so all I would have been in this video would be a floating head floating head yeah the rest of me would have disappeared disappeared so we’re back we’re back live I went and changed into the right color yes I always forget that um but happy fall y’all happy fall y’all Happy fall M we’re so excited cheers to fall right it’s finally cooling down here we’re at the leaves are changing yeah beautiful um you can feel the nip in the air it’s delightful yeah so today we’re excited to come talk to you about our new uh a new fall F fall F fall like that yeah I didn’t know where you were going there I felt you I you were falling I was like no I’m not falling yeah new Japanese restaurant which open where there used to be an old Japanese restaurant I think there might have been a Japanese restaurant before that maybe I had never been inside the place uh we had some friends that wanted to go there uh so we met them there and it was delightful it was it was delicious beautiful inside mhm very Japanese which I guess is why they keep opening Japanese restaurants there so you’ll remember there was a sushi man and I forget what it was before what’s the name of it I now it’s called un Su I think you’ll see the you’ll see the sign behind us we want to give him a shout out because uh one of the owners there is somebody near and dear to our heart that we used to know from Prescot Lakes from the club shout out to Erica yes ero that’s what I said Oh I thought you said Erica no ero yeah she’s delightful and she is one of the co-owners yeah and um we were just so tickled to find her over there and beautiful venue and hopefully if things keep going well they’re GNA have a nice um what do you call that uh Grill yes Habachi Habachi yeah so which I’m really excited that’s that’s always fun they haven’t opened up the Habachi yet so I think they’re kind of easing into it so this is a true Family Restaurant this is a Japanese family that owns it you know in Texas all the sushi chefs are all Hispanic but this this is this is the woman’s name’s ero she’s Japanese this is authentic stuff uh you know to me Japanese food is all about sushi and sashimi and rice and all of that right uh and they do have that and they that one of one of our friends got the sushi it looked amazing beautiful very well presented and he said it was absolutely uh amazing uh but they had so many interesting things that I had never explored before Ramen bow yeah and rice bows undone noodles or unone I don’t know how to pronounce any of this stuff but it was all good you don’t have to pronounce it to eat it it’s that’s right yeah so they had a wide variety it’s not simply just Sushi and I kind of like the decor I thought it was very comfy and and we went with our friend who is from China and she said this is authentic oh yeah this is the real thing no additives here okay you’re not going to get MSG or anything like that this is real authentic Japanese so you think of Japanese like with sushi and all that it’s it’s U it’s not Savory right so if you’re in the mood for something that’s going to stick to your ribs and kind of savory you generally you don’t want to go to a Japanese restaurant and get sushi at least I don’t but this stuff is completely different the the Japanese Curry that I have is Absol cry Japanese Curry absolutely delicious with the special noodles and everything thing wasn’t too Curry a lot of times in in uh Indian restaurants Curry just kind of hit you on top of the head it was uh more subtle than that and much more Savory it would really hit the spot delicious really good grub I mean and uh yeah we came home and took a nap it was that good very filling delicious so if you are living here in Prescot now or thinking about coming to visit and you want some good authentic Japanese we cannot say enough good things about it in ero and her family yeah and what a beautiful job they’re doing and we wish them so much success yeah and uh we’ll be back yeah absolutely and you know you got to shout out to to Prescot here I have lived in all kinds of cities big cities small cities everything in between I’ve been all over the country doing business and stuff and I always hit up Japanese restaurants because my wife doesn’t like sushi and so I’ve been a lot of Japanese restaurants and I’ve never seen anything like this very authentic and the idea that a little town like presc would be the one that has the authentic Japanese food that’s a that’s a feather in our cap it is but it is far for course is it not it is it absolutely people think we’re just a little bitty old town with but we we we we got some good stuff here yeah we don’t just serve you chili here like the old west got some very exotic CH big beans big beans over a campfire that’s right I don’t want you to think that at all we got we got that from time to time we do but there is some good eats here so we’re so happy to share with you unui um if I’m saying it right please forgive me if I’m not but we’re going to it’s spelled U NS UI yeah on Iron Springs right next to the um intersection with Gil Gardner so if you if you have not been there please go now they U uh Family Restaurant getting themselves established and uh they’re very very good very good and they’re doing quite well I mean it was hopping in there so absolutely was we were just tickled and delighted to find a a new find a new restaurant here in Prescot and to our friends hanken zingle shout out to you you’re always on the trend uh they’re always saying we found a new place and they invite us so thanks for sharing friends l s l guys She Got That Beef thing on top of the oh that would look like the bomb that was good we got we had all all kinds of things to try to go you got to go back definitely got to go back got to go back so if you’re here and you’re living here check it out if you’re visiting go visit it go hop in Uber go out there and check it out it’s good stuff absolutely you you’ll be happy that you you did so I guess that’s it for today that’s our that’s our tip of the day if you’re into tips the place to go is pickle hello hello hello hell good afternoon Diane and Randall bro here your favorite married realtor couple that’s right there you go or just your favorite people in all the UN your favorite people in all the universe that’s a hot that’s a big yeah whatever I’d like yeah that’d be nice but I’m okay if you don’t like us that’s cool I can roll with that too but I hope you like us we try to have fun do so we’re here to talk about a a lot of folks uh you know the saying Bloom where you’re planted well you can but sometimes you can grow even bigger and go to higher Heights if you bloom elsewhere Bloom elsewhere Bloom elsewhere if you’re like us you know we we were born and raised in Southern Louisiana and uh we did not want to bloom there we we wanted to raise our kids someplace else we wanted to live someplace else and so we did we moved that’s what separates animals from plants animals can move so don’t be a plant don’t be a plant don’t be a plant There is no limit to where you can bloom yes you can bloom wherever you planted but you know what if you could bloom and make thousands more flowers and grow as tall and reach the skies if you were a tree if you came here to PR it and I will say I personally think we have Bloom big time since we came here absolutely we have entered a new phase of life um we have we just we really have bloomed here ourselves we’ve met the loveliest people the greatest friends we’re having the time of our life and um you know we kind of got out of our old box and here we are yes and it’s really true yeah you can bloom wherever you are but why not bloom where it’s fresher ground where it’s better fertilizer where it’s better you know that’s right why not try something else and and bloom twice as much twice as much this is a blooming place this is a blooming place a lot of people come here they’re retired and they are rediscovering old Hobbies or they’re The Discovery Of New Things discovering new hobbies um they’re discovering hiking biking Jeeping all these things they never had time before when they were working you can do that here and Bloom I mean we’ve got people here at Prescot Mah-jongg And Dominoes Lakes club that learn maang a dominoes things they never did before cuz you know you’re busy raing a family or working or this that and the other stuck in traffic we’re stuck in traffic now it’s the time to have fun and boy can you have fun here and really Bloom and develop into a new and better version of yourself absolutely we we’re talking about that just how gratifying it is to see new people come to town you watch them bloom oh yeah it’s a lot of fun and they’re like I’ve never had so much fun in my whole life I’m like yeah you know and you work hard this is what I tell everybody you guys have worked hard now is the time to enjoy the fruits of your Fruits Of Your Efforts efforts and Bloom elsewhere yeah in PRC yeah presc is a good place to bloom presc is a good place to bloom so we hope you come here and Bloom with us that’s right I’m still Living And Learning – Learning And Living living and learning living and learning every day that’s what blooming is that’s what blooming is living and learning new things and we’d love to learn with you that’s right so give us a call if you’re looking to list or by we’d be happy to help you uh you can find us at our website yes our free information site is pickle 411.com whether you are buyer seller or somewhere in between there is something there that will amaze us down inform and entertain you and it’s all absolutely free yes pickle 411.com don’t miss it go now go now go right now right now right and we we can’t wait to see you we’ll maybe pour some water on you when you land and a little fertilizer maybe not Fertilized And Watch You Bloom fertiliz and then we can watch you bloom yeah we’d love to watch you bloom bloom bloom okay bye Wind Down friends

good morning and hello hello hello peeps I am Diane bro the local pickle lady ask a pickle lady Prescott pickle lady like it says in the cup just like it says in the cup yeah there it is this is uh my sidekick Randall bro we are local Realtors here in Prescott always happy to come chat with you about all multitudes of multitudes of things some interesting some boring I don’t know we like to cover things real estate we also like to cover things about just living in Prescott and the fun things they are hard to do and that’s what we’re here today to talk about we want to talk about one of the local bands and one of those love them one of our earlier videos we talked about the local or Regional bands that kind of develop a local following yep uh and today we wanted to talk about one of those so the name of the group is steppen Rock Stefan Rock Stefan Rock if you’re listening you can thank me later yeah yeah you’re welcome I’m doing a little place that’s right great great music they play all kinds from the 70s the 80s night I mean they go on and on they’re great uh everything this is a this is a couple yep and we’ve seen him two or three times now but we kept hearing that it’s Stefan Rock Stefan Rock so you need to go you need to go you need to go you need to go so I guess it was Memorial day we were over at haciampa the uh yeah which is in Hacienda uh and joining some friends there and uh they had a band so we’re sitting there eating and we’re listening to music and we’re thinking wow this is really good they are really good they are really good A lot of my favorite songs yeah and really well yeah yeah oh my God so at some point I said you know I need to go find out the name of this band that’s right so I walk across the courtyard and stuff and run Stefan Rock so were they the ones who started in Vegas and yes there’s so much competition yeah they were in Vegas and you know there’s a lot of things going on in Vegas and nobody is there all the time uh well I mean they have locals that live in Vegas but for the most part people who are going to the shows are not from the town so it’s hard to develop a local following there um so I guess they struggled eventually they ended up in Prescott and uh they started playing Regional I don’t know if they live in Prescott I don’t know but they got the following they got a following you everybody loves them and someone was talking uh talking to them and they were saying now that we live here our calendar is completely full they’re booked completely focused and we’re excited about them yeah they hear them they want to hear them again we have any number of musical venues that you can go see them so you can pretty much go see them every day if you wanted to once they’re playing almost everything they float around and they go from place to place they are amazing they are amazing so uh sometimes they’ll play at a venue they might play at the park and people will come and we we bring our our chairs our lawn chairs we can go sit out and listen to live music and so the other day we did that we went to see somebody and um anyway everybody brings their lawn chairs and we sit in a circle and we have a glass of wine this that and the other and Randall’s like we should bring extra chairs because more people came walking by throughout and they’re like oh we want to join you can we yeah if you’re going to an outdoor venue bring a few extra chairs because more more than not you’re gonna see some friends there who weren’t planning on this sitting down and listening to music but they want to join yeah and then in that fun you know so I sat on the grass for a little while to one of my or one of our friends coughed up an extra Chariot in his car and I was very happy so a little tip there if you remember when these uh outdoor venues bring some extra chairs because you’re going to run across somebody yes it might be me yeah yeah we might join you okay you never know never know so we love our music scene here love it love it love it great bands and Stefan rock is one of them one of the best so we hope to see you one day at a stuff and rock show Absolutely and we’ll have a good time yes okay that’s it for today bye bye

hello my fellow pickle friends hello peeps this is Diana Randall bro here your friendly local Realtors here in Prescott Arizona um we are so excited to share with you a new place we just discovered and just love it I know some of you locals probably already know about and you’re like what’s wrong with you you’re behind the tons we we uh we’re always working so but we recently went to Whiskey River Tavern Whiskey River Town it’s not in the first block of Whiskey Row but it’s the second block yeah so fantastic yeah it’s I think they finally gotten this got this thing nailed so this uh this venue is as as the piccolator said it’s it’s not in the block that is traditionally thought of as whiskey roads in the next block and uh I think we may have talked about this particular building under a different name it has changed hands a number of times uh and it’s such a cool venue uh we’ve just been waiting for someone to really get it I I think the people owned it before were poised to do well and covid got them yes uh but now they’re Under New Management new Arrangement and I I it’s great it’s a great it’s like an outdoor Courtyard it kind of reminds me a little bit of New Orleans it was is where we’re from an outdoor kind of Courtyard and lots of seating um trees and you look up and there’s the sky and they’ve got a great bar and great dancing and they always have live music yes so when we went the other night it was hit squad 17. hit squad 17. so that’s fabulous mostly uh pop music yeah all decades oh we had the best time just outstanding they were outstanding everybody was dancing and the weather was perfect it was so nice and the atmosphere really good um what do you call it really good and just just a fun fun time yes and uh even if you don’t dance you can just sit and watch and enjoy the music and good beers good liquor and it’s just great yeah really good venue and kind of it does have a very New Orleans feel reminds me of Pat O’Brien yes yes now they do have a beautiful bar that’s inside and a seating area and all of that and you walk through that to get to the Courtyard the courtyard is the music venue so that’s where most of the action is but I guess on days when it’s really cold maybe or rainy or something go inside you go inside beautiful bar uh they do a great job uh the menu is mostly Pub Fair but it’s good food they take care of you they bring the food out quickly it was all really delicious yeah I think I had the poppers were really good we had a few other things so good music always have different bands that are coming to play it’s just a fun time to meet with your friends sit down enjoy nice weather and uh just uh have a have a glass of wine and listen to some good music so just to let you know we have I would say at least a half dozen look Regional local bands that have a reputation really good they have a following yeah they do so you know the one group they used to play in Vegas and you know they were competing with everybody in Vegas they moved to Prescott now their calendar is full every year they’re uh taken off and and that happens to Regional bands we we’ve got these they’re all great musicians uh and they’ve really develop a local following and people follow them from venue to venue all week long yeah and uh hit squad is one of those they they played in the uh Square recently a free concert they were so good and they worked the crowd so much oh yeah everyone was so excited and dancing yeah it was a good time so uh yeah so local bands and in particular you gotta hit Whiskey River Tavern gotta get it I love that venue they’re so nice it is his favorite venue yeah okay so we hope one day to see you at Whiskey River Tavern you can raise a toast there’s a toast to us yeah or the band or wherever you want yeah do whatever you want we don’t care that’s our latest tip well we have lots of restaurants and bars and things to do uh things about real estate things about life if you’re looking for more of that the place to go it’s pickle411.com that is our free information site whether you are a buyer seller or somewhere in between there is information for there for you that will amaze raised astound and entertain you and it is all absolutely free okay we don’t get anything for them put your credit card we don’t get anything else no there’s no PayPal no PayPal all free oh all completely we just like to share our over abundance of information that’s right so there you go you’re welcome yeah to those of you watching you’re welcome you’re welcome have a great rest of your day bye

Cheers Cheers hello folks and welcome to the Randall and Diane bro pickle lady show it’s a pickle lady hour pickle lady hour that’s not really an hour eight minutes eight minutes 30 eight minute show pickled eight minutes of the piccoloo show that’s us we’re Punchy because today we’re going to talk about something that was kind of fun a lot of fun a lot of fun a lot of yeah Brew Fest is back yeah so Brew Fest is Back we went to the Brew Fest uh they have a brew fest it’s in June in uh in Prescott they hold it at I guess it’s a middle school football field they hold it on yeah they used to do hot air balloons they didn’t have Hunter balloons but they did have a live band they had a Features live band and that was fun and they must have had at least 25 booths oh 28 probably double that more than that yeah and so you buy your tickets and you go it’s in the evening so the weather’s perfect oh it was beautiful it was so nice and you just go and you can go from Booth to booth and just try all these different local uh local boys pretty local we’re sort of regional oh yeah Regional yeah some of them are for like uh Southern California which isn’t that far away from us uh pretty much anyone in Arizona is going to be there some amazing beers we’ve got some amazing beers amazing wineries here too believe it or not the best of show in my humble Best of Show opinion was a and I put it I’ll have to I’ll have to look them up but uh they did a uh Bourbon Barrel Scottish ale they were from Lexington oh is that what you bought uh Kentucky yeah so we had a good time and then you bring your chair and you can sit down and listen to music yeah yeah so um anyway COVID Hiatus it’s been a great time thing uh we used to go to it and then covid you know put a kibosh on it I think this was the first one since covet no did they do it last year they might have done it live we didn’t do we didn’t go last year but it’s coming back it’s coming back stronger than ever great time so if you’re thinking about moving to Prescott or you’re new to Prescott are you looking always coming in June ask us about Brew Fest and uh we’ll hook Randal’s Chatty you up somebody’s chitter chattering today that’s very you’re very chatting when we’re talking about beer man we’re very adamant beer and dogs beer and dogs I won’t say another word yeah you carry trying to get a word in Edgewater hey you go ahead anyway so if you’re here mid-june always try to make it around the Brew Fest it’s a lovely time right yeah I think we had some clients that met us there no doesn’t it I remember we were supposed to I remember if they showed up or not I think they did they might have yeah we had a good time so it’s uh we always Prescott Events have lovely events here in town all the time and now that covet is lifted we’re opening back up again and just having all of our events are starting up again it’s it’s just great it is it’s great absolutely wonderful so we hope maybe next year in June we’ll see you at the bridge that’s right particularly our our Better than Southern AZ listeners in Southern Arizona yeah yeah it’s it’s already hot down there in June uh if you’re looking for an escape in June that’s a good time to come up it’s lovely evening evening weather here in summertime 70s it was perfect it was perfect perfect so anyway we hope next year maybe in June we’ll run across here yeah yeah yeah you see us come over and uh you know we’ll uh we’ll uh share a beer with you Wind Down absolutely so just wanted to share about Brew Fest and what a good time it is and how much we enjoy it every year yeah so hope to see you soon and uh we’ll have a beer like you yeah absolutely cheers cheers bye

hi hi hello hello hello I am Diane bro this is my better half Randall bro I don’t know if I’m better I’m glad you said it but I’m local you know okay pick a lady on her side kick skunk Pig Randall I never said I say it Our Favorites who is to talk about some new restaurants to get into restaurants restaurants this one oops is I just built on myself is amazing it is in Prescott Valley so this is for all of my Prescott Valley friends you need to go to Ciao Bella yeah and even if you live in Prescott it’s not that far it’s not 15 minutes down the road Frankie Valli Concert so recently we went to go see Frankie Valli in concert amazing amazing he was great it was wonderful I mean it was just a huge sing-along yeah we had a great time um but it was down in Prescott Valley so Prescott Valley we decided let’s go to a restaurant nearby so we found Ciao Bella Ciao Bella wonderful wonderful wonderful food yeah very unique Italian I got some Mediterranean kind of Italian Dish he got some chicken I got a chicken thing Delicious Entrees with kind of a cream sauce on it it was amazing there were two of their most popular dishes the the waitress was very helpful with a fig reduction oh yeah yeah ask that the the waiters the wait staff is Waitstaff very helpful and very fast yes and uh the first time I went there I got fried Appetizers calamari it was good it was fried calamari and it’s hard to screw up uh I wasn’t that hungry the second time we went I got the uh I got the chicken thing yeah that chicken thing was good that chicken that was good as for the chicken thing yeah or the pork chop the chicken thing or the pork chops was amazing it was amazing with the Fig reduction yes so they have a selection Wines & Beers of wines uh and beers I think I drink mostly beer yep um you know we have a lot of really good Italian restaurants here I think this is number six seven uh Italian this is an Italian Town my friends this is you can get it so this is great if you’re down in Prescott Valley to have a nice local Italian yeah you’re not going to go wrong it’s amazing they were they were Great Setup wonderful great service yeah right off of uh Glasford Hill yep and uh easy to get to lots of parking lots of parking I was wondering not too long of a wait so we’re going to pass that on all my folks here in Prescott and Prescott Valley make sure you go check it out Ciao Bella good stuff wow I love it it was excellent it was absolutely excellent thinking about that pork chop yeah I’m thinking about the pork chop too yeah I didn’t even have the pork I know it was good it looked really good so please feel free to check them out yep um we promise you’ll enjoy it yeah that’s it that’s a good a good selection we always Wind Down enjoy the restaurants we got lots of restaurant reviews on our channel so check them out uh the place to find all that stuff along with a bunch of other stuff is pickle411.com that is our free information site whether you’re a buyer seller somewhere in between there’s something there waiting for you that will Amaze astound and form the light you and it’s all free and fill your belly and fill your belly check all right hope you guys are having a great day out there talk to you soon bye bye

hello hello hello hello peeps he’s the Easter Bunny I’m doing rabbit ears rabbit ears Rattle and Diane bro here um happy to chat with you from the beautiful Prescott Lakes yeah city of Prescott’s pickle lady I’m her sidekick that’s right we are your local Realtors happy to find you your next dream home yeah and help you start your next chapter talking to you about Easter after Easter’s already done Easter’s not done yet where we are we we’re we’re coming at you from the past that’s right we’re recording but when you see this Easter will be done Easter will be done uh but we thought we’d talk about Eastern nonetheless it’s a beautiful time of year here first of all spring will have sprung and all the trees will be flowering and it’s like a true spring here which I’ve never experienced I love it um yeah where we’re from it goes from you know it goes from winter like right into the heat of the summer that’s right but here uh we we enjoy a nice fall and a nice spring spring is beautiful absolutely cool it’s uh we’re kind of getting into that now yeah it is the beginning of March and uh we just got finished with uh with some winter weather and it looks like for a while we’re going to be hitting uh close the 60s during the day beautiful beach yeah I already see some of the trees if you look closely starting to butt out so we’re very excited um but one thing we’re really excited about is all the amazing Easter buffets they have here in this town yes we love a good uh brunch I’m all about brunch and buffets in general yeah and I really I love buffets like being able to go and getting a little bit of everything absolutely you really are a lot of a lot of everything I would say a little you say a lot you get a lot of everything so this town has brunches up the Wazoo yes but in has a beautiful Easter brunch Murphy’s steakhouse has a good brunch uh all of the country clubs have an amazing brunch yes um our favorite we go to Prescott Lakes Country Club yes it’s the best of the best um they have an amazing Kelly comes out and she’s got an and Christine with amazing uh bloody mary cards oh yeah and they go from table to table and make these spectacular Bloody Mary’s um mimosas food carving stations yes omelette I mean it goes on yeah so every now and then they’ll do an exotic the Exotic this year is going to be lamb their big carving foreign [Music] Capital Canyon I’m sure we’ll do the same that’s another nice country club yeah um we’ve gone to their brunch good stuff yeah um oh yeah no it just it just goes on and on yeah it’s really really nice so if you are planning to be here visiting or if you’ve just moved here check out any of those places you will love it and get in there and have a great great Easter brunch yes Mother’s Day too it’s a popular Mother’s Day yeah Buffet Town brunch big brunch absolutely so we highly recommend it it’s lovely get a table with a bunch of friends and we just have a great time absolutely it’s another time to socialize and uh with good friends it makes you want to be happy happy have a happy Easter yeah there it is that’s what it’s all about okay thanks for listening and we hope to see you at one of these great places absolutely we’ll say hello or we’ll say hello hello hello whatever we’ll say it three times yeah we’ll share a blame there with you that’s right eat some money that’s right have a happy happy Easter and brunch cheers bye

you’ll understand why we said it that way in a minute you won’t understand why my Irish accent is so but true true that was my best attempt whisper it’s pretty good yeah worse yes but we’re excited to be here this is Diana Randall bro coming to you live from Prescott Arizona not record it depending on your well well it’s live right now it is recorded it’s not recorded from another important yeah yeah so we’ve got uh St Patrick’s Day coming up yep uh by the time you see this St Patrick’s Day will be over but as we’re recording it is actually before St Patrick’s Day so we thought we’d talk a little bit about St Patrick’s Day what goes on uh in town here and just our thoughts about it I would be in green however we shoot this shoot the front of a green screen that’s right so I would just appear that’s right so I can’t be in true Irish Spirits yeah the whole room is green you’re not seeing it because you know you can’t see it let’s imagine we have other stuff behind us St Patrick’s Day here is a great holiday um it’s celebrated we all have a wonderful time uh uh Murphy’s steakhouse has a huge event yeah and uh and the pub there’s an Irish Pub right on Sheldon yeah well it’s an Irish Irish pub and they go crazy for St Patrick’s Day huge huge all kinds of good food you know cabbage corned beef all the beer drink it goes on and on and on [Music] Irish Fair we’re going to uh St Patrick’s Day over at Prescott Lakes Country Club Yep they’re having a little uh Irish Buffet a little Irish music exactly we uh we got a table of ten yeah and so we’re all going to drink our green beer have a nice time so it’s a big town here to celebrate St Patrick’s yeah it’s a very social Town very social town I was looking for something to have fun yeah St Patrick’s Day is one of those holidays there’s no obligations you have to buy gifts and no it’s just about having fun camaraderie and what I love about it too uh at least where we’re from in New Orleans and here in Prescott want to say it may not be that way in other areas of the country other areas of the world but uh where we’re from on St Patrick’s Day everyone is Irish everyone everyone so everyone gets to participate and you are welcome and you’re welcome no matter what you are you’re welcome to come here so I’ve got I’ve got no Irish enemy but you’re what how much Irish yeah her dad’s family they’re a bunch of Boston it was a big Irish potato for sure yeah so yeah we’re all here so but it doesn’t matter you can still represent and celebrate that Irish Spirit yeah and our town does it well yeah and we have a good time yeah I do see more than my fair share of corned beef and cabbage yes and it is deadly later but yeah yeah it’s okay you gotta you gotta Embrace Life so to speak sometimes it flattens you out but there it is there it is oops there it is yeah so if you’re looking for a good place to spend St Patrick’s Day although you’ve already missed it uh you can look forward to it next year and all the other holidays that uh or just times to have fun move on into press get in Embrace uh what we offer for you on St Patrick’s Day you can wear green yeah you don’t have to worry about the green screen because you will be live and in the action that’s right and you’ll have fun that’s right so anyway we welcome you and I can’t wait to celebrate St Patrick’s next year with you yeah we’ll have a green beer with you in front of the green screen come join us ladies cheers

hello hello hello peeps welcome back to another version of the wind down that’s good pickle ladies one day yeah coming back at you here Diane and Randall bro here in Prescott happy to talk to you about our favorite thing puppy dog the dogs this is called doggie Redux that’s right we’re gonna talk about it again that’s right because we just love dogs yeah we’ve had a number of episodes in the past about dogs at dog park and bringing your dog to different places around town uh but uh you know dogs keep coming back so dogs keep coming back they’re uh in our hearts um you know you’ll see a lot of them and sadly back in November we lost one of our favorite pups and it was very traumatic terrible experience I did very unexpected totally young yeah totally unexpected so instead uh to recover from all that what did we do we went and adopted two two dogs two dogs sisters who look exactly like her and another dog we had that’s right prior to that so now we’ve got two dogs that duplicated the original two we had and we just named them the same thing you might hear from them in a second they may bark or wine which one of them is doing right now he wants to be part of the part of the recording but we wanted to stress again if you are a dog lover Prescott is the place Prescott’s a great place for it everybody loves their dogs here it’s a great way to meet people especially right yeah the dog parks yeah so when when dog uh when Frankie uh passed yeah you know Diane would take the dog out walking all the time and it’s amazing how quickly people started asking I haven’t seen you out with Frankie I know we had quite a little community in the early morning the early morning Walkers yeah um and after she passed I had people I hadn’t even met before but apparently they would have their morning coffee and watch me and Frankie walk by and they’re like oh we missed that beautiful black dog I said oh I’m so yeah it was sad but so interesting yeah we’re still training the new dogs and we’re trying to car train them as well Frankie uh was a big fan of car rides so at least once a day more like twice a day she would jump in the back of my car and I’d roll the windows windows down four and we’d go through town or whatever and people got used to seeing the big black dog that held the window and you’re gonna see a lot of those cars too A lot of people drive by with their dogs lots of dogs out uh it’s just a really uh warm and welcoming community Unity for pups especially restaurants love them restaurants welcome them people walk around the square people go to the parks and bring their chairs and meet other people so it is a great way if you’re new here to meet new people who also love dogs as well but it’s just good to have a dog it’s just good to have too it’s absolutely Although our hounds of hell I don’t know right now they’re trying my patience yeah they’re they’re puppies and we’re training them so uh they haven’t been to the dog park yet they just got their shots yeah uh they’re not crazy about car rides but they’re getting bigger I think probably within the next couple of months you’ll see me driving around with two dogs two dogs and they go get their pup cups and their whipped cream and they love it yeah so life is good life is good so if you have pups life is good is even better here in Prescott if you have pups you’ll love it and uh you’ll see how welcoming our town is to puppies I put some links in the bottom of this episode that will take you to other videos about dogs in the dog park and all that for your reference that’s right uh just another tip if you’re coming to Prescott you’re into dogs you’re in the right place you got it uh if you’re into tips the place to go is pickle411.com that is our free information site whether you are a buyer seller somewhere in between there is information waiting for you that will Astound amaze and entertain you to no end we try to deliver people we really try to deliver absolutely all right so that’s our tip for the day we’ll show you maybe some footage of our new pups yeah absolutely they’re so cute yeah I’ll interspace them some dog footage in you’ll see you’ll see what we’re what we’re dealing with that’s right okay so we welcome you and your pups that’s right come on into uh Prescott another tip too is sometimes you have people who bring their doggies they’re welcome to come on the house hunt with you oh that’s right yeah that’s right come on in our van yeah we we make room for your pup and uh they’re welcome to join in the house hunt as well that’s right so anyway just want to throw that out too because we welcome your animals yeah we welcome your problem yeah all right have a great day and we hope to hear from you soon bye cheers

Gemma Bell Randall this is Diana Randall bro here in Prescott Arizona we are your local hopefully favorite Realtors yes we sure have a lot of fun yeah we do meeting everybody new and old and uh having friendships after we sell we’ve met some great people but uh in fact some of these people have become such good friends we are now traveling yeah so traveling groups is a big thing here yeah people make friends they end up forming little groups the groups get bigger yep uh so uh we’re we’re about to head out uh on a little jaunt yes uh with eight of our friends including us so six of our friends yes yeah uh we just got back from uh another one early in December we went to Key West yeah another eight people for 10 days yeah so it’s real big here I guess because most folks are retired unlike us but that’s okay yeah we try to schlep in there anyway get in there and have fun with all the retired folk but uh so yeah they’ll reach out and say hey I’d like to get a couple of airbnbs nearby who wants to join us I want to get a condo I want to get this I want to go I want we want to go on a cruise does anybody want to join us and we’ve been invited to several of those so much fun yeah now we haven’t been on vacations before friends family and honestly um it’s a mixed bag you know if you don’t quite gel with the other people on the trip you know it’s gonna it’s gonna keep nagging you the whole time we’ve had really good luck we’ve had a great time yeah everyone seems to be of the same mind and uh we we’ve had really good luck with with uh with our vacations with our friend groups absolutely and you know once you have one you know they kind of roll over then you do another trip yeah you know you kind of have the uh the draft you know where one one couple gets traded off to the other and you get you can’t quite make it but you have somebody else that’s in the group that could fill the Slime substitute absolutely yeah but we all get along great yeah um and so we went to Costa Rica we’ve done Key West we’re going to do New Orleans I mean it just gets more and more fun yeah and we’ve just had the time of our lives that’s all I can say and so when you come to Prescott and you make some of these great friendships you know you’ll see a lot of this going on people love to travel together and I guess you know it’s fun because you don’t have the baggage Family or all your friends you know you can just go with you know everybody’s kind of new to the game here so maybe we’re all on best behavior I don’t know the best behavior well yeah we do yeah we do hit it hard yeah we do hit it hard but uh it’s it’s been uh one of the nice perks about living here is meeting people especially we’re you know we haven’t really traveled too too much but these folks have so they can set it all up yeah they can tell you oh this is great this is great we’re gonna do this and I just tag along and I have the time of my life yeah so the the mechanics of this thing is you plan a trip you’re going to plan it you know months in advance uh you know you have a group that wants to get together generally you’ll have you know some dinner meetings where you talk about where you want to go what do you want to do once you pick the place who’s in you know who’s definitely in and then once that’s settled out you have another meeting all with drinks so that’s also part of the fun it’s part of the function yeah so here are all the excursions that are available who wants to do this who wants to do that and then you go on your on your launch day you know and it’s uh so that’s one of the beautiful things about living in Prescott is it is a retirement kind of community and so people are free and available to you know make these great trips yeah and if you’re lucky enough and they include you you say yes and you go and then you have a great time yeah that’s kind of one of the perks about living in a retirement kind of town it’s it’s lovely the other great thing we discovered and well shout out to Charlie bomberger and Bob swelgin you know who you are good friends uh it’s a little program that they introduced this to called Splitter Splitter so this is our other tip to you guys yeah so it’s split like splitter but but no e it’s special s-p-l-i-t-t-r yeah splitter it’s a German app you can put it on your phone so your your credit card may not like it at first so you might have to uh tell them oh yeah it’s it’s uh it’s a validate it’s not very much uh well I think it’s free it is a free app you can get it you can get the premium version but we did not we did not Yeah so basically it’s about splitting costs of things yeah so when you’re with a group of people or your family yeah every time you say I’ll pick up for the whole group it goes on to the splitter app and at the end of the year at the end of the trip I should say it splits up what everyone paid what everyone owed and tells you who owes whom what yeah and it’s a lot of fun it kind of becomes a competition yeah uh oh I’m ahead of the game so you know somebody else needs to and and everybody starts buying a vine to pay for the meal yeah and so at the end everybody basically pays the you know it it it washes out it all washes out what’s really cool about the app I mean obviously if it’s just splitting everything four ways let’s say uh the arithmetic on that is pretty straightforward but uh like when we were in uh Key West I uh I uh paid for a few Ubers but not everyone could fit in the car so I’m thinking well I’m just gonna I’m just gonna pay for the Ubers and I will put it through splitter because not everyone was in the car oh no you can you can make a subgroup and say okay I paid for an Uber and this couple and this couple were the only ones in the car and it will just divide that expense among those two couples so it’s really nice it’s really really cool yeah so you can you know divide it up any way you need to yeah you go to a big meal and you’ve got a table of eight little bills for each single person some restaurants won’t allow you to do that well somebody picks it up and then you put it on splitter yeah and then you know it washes out somebody else will pick up another meal so it’s uh it’s kind of fun and it kind of became a little competition I got it I got it I got this bill I got this bill it’s a lot of fun especially if you know if you’re if you’re drinking it because yeah yeah really quite funny well you know I always kind of think that when you do things that everyone’s kind of splitting things and taking terms of Spain that you end up being pretty even and you do uh you know but the splitter’s nice because it makes sure that everything’s Fair yeah nice and clean super clean and easy you don’t have to do the addition subtraction yeah it does it for you so anyway that was a lot of fun to learn on our last trip so we had a lot of fun with that and we will continue to use splitter in the future for sure absolutely so if you’re looking uh you’re thinking about Prescott get on over here oh my gosh there’s so many great people to meet and then maybe you can take future trips yeah and you can get the splitter app yeah one day we might be on splitter we might be yeah we might be splitting bills with you on Twitter we hope so that might be fun anyway so that’s just our tip of the day and we just were talking about our past vacation we just took and how much fun it was and how nice it was to just go with a new group of friends and just have the time of our lives and isn’t that what it’s about no it is exactly getting ready to good afternoon my fellow pickle peeps hello hello hello Diana Randall bro here coming at you from Prescott Arizona happy to be here yeah we’re starting off our new year yeah we’re getting the gears going uh we’re excited to be back in the action started some action and we had a lot of fun uh New Year’s Eve New Year’s Eve great time and so we wanted to talk about we actually live in Prescott Lakes we wanted to talk about the amazing social amenities that Prescott Lakes has to offer all right so if you don’t know Prescott Lakes Prescott Lakes is the largest subdivision in city of Prescott and I believe it is the second largest in the Prescott area there’s one subdivision on PV it’s a bit bigger yes it’s a big place they have about 1500 Lots probably about and now I’m saying maybe 1300 1350 have been developed totally yeah just some idea how big that is so Under the Umbrella as I call it of Prescott Lakes are about 13 different neighborhoods yeah we all go to the one center of the of the whole development which is the club and uh so there they have a private restaurant it’s amazing they always have something fun going on always always always and now that covet is lifted we’re back back in action so we wanted to talk about this New Year’s Eve we actually went to the club it was open for New Year’s Eve they had a live band they had an amazing Buffet um and we had a good time The Time Of Our Lives it was a good time yeah just to be clear so if you live in Prescott Lakes you will belong to the club that those two go together it is uh it’s not optional you you pay monthly dues you belong to the club you belong to the athletic center uh and if you’re interested that we can give you more information so here’s a great idea if you’re looking here in Prescott you find a house that you absolutely adore and but you want the social amenities that Prescott Lakes has to offer but your home Falls outside of that jurisdiction so to speak you can get a social membership I think it’s 60 or 65 dollars a month and that enables you to come to the restaurant and enjoy all the social events that they have one being uh New Year’s Eve we were there you could get tickets to that and you could go the other being um party on the Terrace which is always fun right yeah so the party and the Terrace they do that two three times a month oh I don’t know that much but yeah well it depends on the month this month they’re doing I think they have three of them but uh it depends on the month but uh yeah they’ll have live bands uh there’s a nice Terrace outside the club and has a beautiful view uh the weather’s good they’ll do it outside there’s a fire pit people hang out by the fire pit they’ll have live music they’ll have a great buffet dinner yeah it’s really uh dancing drinking it’s lovely it’s lovely lovely the other good thing is uh there are clubs within the club here at Prescott Lakes and with the social membership you are allowed to join some of those not all but some if it doesn’t involve the athletic center you can still come do bridge club book club The Women’s Club uh there’s a variety of them that are open to you so if you’re new here you can still kind of enjoy some of the Prescott Lakes social amenities we have a lot of friends who do not live in Prescott Lakes proper but they belong and we go out we have a great time yeah and meet them for dinner meet them for lunch the club is always having amazing brunches they have a beautiful Easter brunch Mother’s Day Mother’s Day Father’s Day so if you’re always kind of Prescott legs they’re essentially two options if you’re a big golfer you may want to join the golf as a golf membership golf memberships are not uh limited to just people in Prescott lake so you get a golf membership for a little bit more you’ll get access to the Athletic Club and everything so right uh if you do that it what you pay is marginally more than what you would pay if you lived in Prescott if you’re not a golfer do the social membership 60 65 absolutely no-brainer have a good time yeah and we’ll see you there you know eat in the restaurant we’re always there and it is a tremendous way to meet people new to the area yeah lots of people are not from here and they become members and it’s great to meet people and make some new connections yeah absolutely we highly recommend it we love the club we love the social membership so don’t be sad like oh I love what it has to offer but I bought a house outside of Prescott Lakes not to worry yeah we can still make it happen and you can have fun and people eaters you yes understand what you were saying I got it I got it this is Diana Randall bro coming here to you this morning from the lovely Prescott Arizona she’s special lady I am the pickle lady when you come here to visit you’ll find that why I will give you a jar of my delicious Cajun pickles very good uh yeah the Beloved pickles yes anyway good time to come is the holiday season always always wow no bad time to come true uh if you if you’re thinking about spending time the holiday season taking a little trip risky might be a good choice yeah if you want to do something kind of different like you know what kind of in between Thanksgiving and Christmas head on up here and visit Prescott yeah we will have over a hundred thousand lights and all of the trees around our beautiful Courthouse Square lights in the Square uh it’s so ridiculously Charming as I tell everyone when I take them in and they come to visit we could be in a Hallmark movie or a Hallmark card whatever anything Hallmark related you know what I’m talking about when it’s sweet pretty yeah it’s pretty open it’s darling never just absolutely it’s like something out of the 50s it really a parade it’s so nice so it’s just a small town small town at its finest yeah and Prescott is so freaking Charming that it has even been labeled Arizona’s Christmas City yeah that’s the whole state it’s it’s in our little Hamburg ER three off you thought I was gonna say little town how about a hamlet Hamlet said Hamburg I did it’s a mac oh hamburgers edit that out what no it should be maybe it started off that way now and now I sound dumb that’s not where hamburgers come from but you can get a hamburger here for the holidays or otherwise that’s right but it’s very Charming lots of beautiful shopping to do around the square and all of our nice little individual stores and boutiques and yeah for uh acronite so I think we did another video on at night uh so just briefly it’s a very special night here that’s Christmas related uh this year it is December 9th I think it is it’s like a Friday they’ll light up the tree the Christmas tree and it becomes official all the stores around the square will stay open late it’s a great charity uh charitable event and you can travel from store to store and make a donation and they’ll have live music and it all benefits uh musicians and young students uh needing musical it’s a great idea yeah great event every year yeah and uh the lights and everything all the decorations stay up into January they have a long time yeah it stays up a while so if you can’t make it for the holidays proper uh because I still have some time in the early January mid-January uh something to see for New Year’s Eve we have uh our own answer to the ball drop yep we have the boot drop the boot drop it’s a big cowboy boot we don’t do the disco ball the little ball we do a boot we do and for the early birders which there are quite a few here uh they’ll drop the boot at 10 because it’s midnight on the East Coast so exciting with the ball and Time Square if you are one of the people like to stay up later they’ll drop it again at midnight and make it truly official you stand around and wait for the other shoe to drop how long have you waited for that joke that was a good one yeah well anyway we’d love to see you we’d love to share with the Christmas spirit the holiday spirit is all about in beautiful beautiful spirit a couple of weeks in January it doesn’t matter it’s a great time it doesn’t matter come see us we’ll have a good time yeah so and maybe we’ll see you around the square we’ll you know cheer cheers into the new 2023 amen God willing we’ll all be there a couple warned cider with you that’s right so don’t miss it and come see why Prescott is called Arizona’s Christmas City not to be me that’s to be missed uh so if you uh or want to learn more about holidays in Prescott mm-hmm uh along with other tips you can check out our free information site you can reach it at pickle411.com uh we have information there about acronite and the boot drop and all kinds of stuff stuff about real estate stuff about life all highly entertaining informative and infusions usually entertaining I can’t I can’t make you know all promises it depends on your sense of humor it depends on your sense yeah because informative nonetheless but you should really come see it what it’s all about it’s beautiful and so we hope to see you floating around and give us a call we’d love to take you on your own personal Christmas tour if you’d like Holiday Tour Holiday Tour we’re here absolutely there’s a little bite in the air Winter’s in the air great time to visit hope to see you soon take care bye
