hello hello hello hello my fellow pickle peeps this is diane bro here your fellow pickle lady of prescott uh i’m very excited to be here randall’s my cameraman today hello hello he’s not he’s he doesn’t want to be in the shot i’m very excited i’m here today at summit custom jeep builders here on sheldon and uh i’m here with the owner jessie wassel say hello the reason why we’re here we’re going to show you some great shots too of some jeeps out here something you may not know when you’re coming to retire now you get to be wild and carefree so you come out here get yourself a jeep we have a lot of jeep clubs and people go up the rocks and mountains and and just have the time of their lives you don’t have to worry anymore you don’t have to raise kids they’re done so if you want to ride off the side of the mountain you can and these guys can fix your jeep right jesse absolutely yeah so we’re a full custom jeep shop uh we do anything from lift kits to bumpers to re-gearing we also do repairs and maintenance as well so um like like she said here it’s anything you guys need we can help you with you know summit jeep built for adventure you guys want to go on an adventure you guys get a jeep or a toyota we can outfit it we can get you guys set up to go out and do some exploring it’s a lot of fun it’s a lot of fun i mean we don’t have time because we’re too busy buying and selling homes to help help help the public what did you just do what was that what did you just do what was that sound that wasn’t me though i was in yours excuse me i’m sorry sorry if you heard that because anyway excuse me sorry was it you it was no it but anyway so yeah you’ll have a lot of fun if you get to come out here um it’s it’s your time now in life to get out here and have fun retire here buy a house we’ll find you the perfect place and jesse will hook you up with some good jeeps and get things going they have the latest we’re just going to put the picture in it’s a jeep gladiator it’s a 20 20 gladiator yeah so it’s got a two inch lift 37 inch falcon tires on it set of method wheels on it so this is jeep’s latest and greatest uh that you guys are gonna be looking at there so we also offer two different clubs uh we have the summit four by four club so it is yeah i didn’t know that no we had two cars and if you can see that kind of get in there that is our girls tribe club oh i want that absolutely so it’s a blast it gives everybody an opportunity to meet other people in the community there you go create some friends go out on some trails and just have some fun all right i’m gonna hire him you know do some more plugs for us about meeting people awesome we did a great job yeah if you wanted to get like an old junker just to kind of get get yourself started where did they start um so we sell occasional jeeps here that’s something that we’re going to start getting into more and more um really and i just cautioned you guys on it but craigslist facebook marketplace especially for the older jeeps is going to be your best bet for locating them though if you’re not familiar with those sites please get in touch with a friend or family member that is because there’s a lot of scams out there that’s the last thing we want to have happen is have somebody get taken advantage of but we do work on all jeeps from the cjs to the yj’s to the tjs to the jks to the jls to the jt so hardcore and we are into other off-road vehicles as well we do work on a lot of toyotas that we get through here we do get some nissans some forwards and so on as well some chevys too so so you guys are looking for some adventure you’re retired you’re like you know what i’m i’m out from behind that desk i’m gonna get out there and have some fun and kick ass sorry i should have said that but it’s all right meet jesse out here at summit jeeps and what’s your phone number so we’re located at 402 east sheldon street in preston it’s really easy to find phone number is 928-227 we also have a website at summitjeepcompany.com as well that lists products our events and all the information about the shop all right give me five jesse did a great job wow all right that was good all right and then you can reach all right now back to us that’s right i sell some houses we got to sell some houses and then you can get your jeep and carry on that’s right you can reach me at 713-302-1964 or prescottpicklady.com and you can find all kinds of information there but living here in prescott all right i hope to hear from you soon and come here and have some fun bye guys have a good day

hello oh imagine meeting you here we were just meditating yeah realtors have to do that yeah from time to time you just gotta tune out and kind of tune in oh my god you need to tune in a lot yeah absolutely uh anyway so it’s awesome yes this is diana randall bro here your fellow prescott realtors we’re here today and these beautiful rocks the dells here it’s actually here in prescott um but it gives you around a little bit beautiful beautiful but it gives you um a little feel of uh we’re kind of like a little baby sedona here and uh love to come out here to the rocks and hike in here and uh there’s a beautiful neighborhood that’s uh in here as well but uh i love the rocks it’s peaceful it’s quiet it’s just gorgeous which leads me to the beautiful rocks of sedona the red rocks red rocks red rocks of sedona one of our favorite day trips absolutely this past spring we went two or three times we did we did and we had a lot of visitors and that’s what’s really nice when you have a lot of company um spend a day trip we are only an hour away from sedona so and 45 minutes from jerome yeah uh the little mining town along the way yeah you want to stop jerome on the way there that the way back for uh the burgers that’s right haunted burgers but uh anyway sedona we’ll have some little splices in with our friend who came yeah we went thank you shout out to jill shout out to jill taylor came all the way from texas also uh went there with uh diane’s family right there with my sister and all of her clan and we had a great time shout out to the galadora galadoros we had a good time and uh the great thing about going to sedona is you completely can get re-energized they have an amazing spa out there if you really want to go get away they have amazing pink jeep tours which are fun and uh if you just want to hike around the red rocks and explore some of the vertices which is the plural vortex vortex vortices what did i say vertex i said no vertices is like when two things meet a vortex is like a no one really knows an energy energy yeah and so whirlpool that’s right um it’s cool and it’s in a lot of the uh trails out in sedona there’s certain ones that are very important for that yeah they have a vortex out by the airport you might not want to fly in a sedona vortex by the airport not a good idea but i’m not picking it up they do have a vortex it’s really cool it’s very reminiscent of these beautiful rocks that i just can’t get enough of i’m a big rock freak i love it the energy from them is just um i don’t know i like it so when i need to recharge i make a little trip to sedona spend the day have a nice lunch and uh you know bring your friends you’ll have a lot of uh a lot of fun yeah it’s something different it’s a beautiful scenery something you don’t really see unbelievable so we got to get a shot of those gels right there oh there we go there we go it’s it’s it’s like a giant a big giant came through here and he just picked up rocks and threw them held it’s whack-a-doodle is what it is it’s cool though i think that is how this was all formed a giant yeah and the gels can only be found these rock formation called the dells can only be found here in prescott yeah in wisconsin and in germany germany three places so it’s only three places in the world and they are something neat to see yeah really cool so anyway come here come see the dells and prescott go to sedona go to sedona ride the pink jeep and enjoy those enjoy the red rocks enjoy the vortexes pick up some crystals it’s all good there’s nothing wrong with it it’s all good namaste i got these from there too which helps me keep my energy up but anyway all right friends that is all you can reach us at 713 or on the web at prescottpicklelady.com check out our relocation center yes you find all kinds of wonderful information about prescott and what you need to get here and utilities and what will happen yeah what will happen with restaurants and just all kinds of stuff we’ve set up everything every single step of the way we tried to add as much information as possible to make your move here nice and smooth and a great transition all right my friends well come join us here in the rocks and uh re-energize yourself that’s right all right have a great day good to see you bye

hello hello hello hey peeps this is diane and randall brown we are your press get pickled presents really getting to me yes yes yes yes it is a tongue twister it is we’re still impressed here we’re not in italy we are not italy looks like we are it looks like we are we’re not in one of our favorite restaurants here in prescott something that we recommend to a lot of our clients coming through one of our favorite places and it’s called limoncello the owner is mateo and he is so italian that we cannot pronounce his last name so mateo right is the owner here and he has uh he’s given us a couple drinks cheers cheers um it’s here in the they call it the old firehouse station right off the square but it’s divine divine divine very authentic italian authentic that’s what i was about to say we’ve gotten a responses back from uh people who know who have said this is very very authentic italian food right here at fresco exactly they’re actually a whole bunch of italian restaurants here and they’re all really good we’ve got some really really good ones but uh limoncello is one of our favorites just for like their pizzas are divine for their lemon juice oh yeah this is my favorite thing i am drinking a limoncello martini and mateo makes his own so his lemon drops are made with his limoncello liqueur and they’re a little girly looking because they’re pink but it is delicious they’re good i’ve had one they are really good so what are we talking about today i’m doing uh kind of the the clear thing here i’m not but it’s okay it’s all good it’s all good it’s all good in the hood as i like to say okay so what are we gonna talk about moving into a town that’s not stagnant yes yes okay that’s where we’re going here’s a little known fact that maybe you guys don’t know about us but we are originally from new orleans yes and in the 70s and maybe the early 80s new orleans kind of was a dying town it was it was stagnant yeah um it has since bounded back now we’re here so we’re here we haven’t lived there in quite some time but now they are heavy into filming and hollywood’s going to new orleans so that’s good but the weird thing growing up it was not that way it was not but everywhere you look people would tell you what used to be there like you’d see a building with the windows broken out and they would tell you oh that used to be this or it used to be that and uh it was it was not it was not good you know but we’re not here to talk about new orleans really we’re here um a lot of people are like oh you know so many people are moving here that’s outstanding for all of us yeah we never want a town to go stagnant and with all these new people coming in our little town is just it’s developing it’s it’s getting some a new vibe a new energy values are going up and up yeah how can you possibly object to that right because when people move in we all benefit from that that’s right we get more services we get more jobs and more restaurants restaurants like limoncellos exactly so we get a new buy we get a new energy everyone’s property values go up can’t complain with that can’t complain so coming to prescott we’re not a stagnant place we are growing and we are excited yeah glad to be part of something that people want to be a part of absolutely so anyway that’s preschool that’s personal and limoncellos with your limoncello martini which i think is just wonderful yeah somewhere they can find you my door you can find me you can call me at 713-302-1964 or prescottpicklady.com come over here come visit us at prescott we’d like to show you what our new town is all about we’ll share some some we’ll we’ll share some limoncello with you come feel the new energy the new vibe our little town is just it’s just lovely you’ll love it we’ll have a good time and you’ll see this is not a stagnant place this is a cool place good good place to be a part of great place to be a part of all right cheers to you next time next time have a wonderful day bye

hey guys it’s diane and randall bro again yes it is hello my dear i’m the local prescott pickle lady yes we are happy to be here i just made about eight gallons of pickles so i’m in production i am ready to meet you and give you uh my famous new orleans style cajun pickles pickle action here yeah lots of pickle action but uh today uh this is diane this is randall bro we’re here in front of board and brush it’s one of my favorite stores here in prescott and if we get to do business together and you get to buy a house um you’ll get one of my surprise nifty gifties from this store they are awesome really cool place uh we’d be inside but they’re a bunch of kids having a party that’s right they’re having a birthday party boys i show you that way they’re making their own signs yeah there’s one over the pickle lady’s head there a little welcome sign you get a uh basically it’s like a customized beautiful signs for whatever you need and then you know they burn the images in or something it’s like they paint it and they hand do it and you know it’s all kinds of nobody knows it’s a technology that’s been lost yeah yeah but it’s it’s a really really special guest they all look really really nice yeah they do typically really excited when they get one exactly they usually love it they usually love it yeah anyway we just want to show you one of my favorite places and uh well as i said if we are lucky enough to sell a house to you and yeah all you have to do is start filming and cars start driving soon i’m waiting i i want to wave to them and see if they’ll throw me some bees so many people keep walking you know i was like hey throw me something mister you know stop coming down this little street while we’re trying to film yeah how rude yeah great great way to meet people just start filming exactly yeah and everybody comes out of the woodworks yeah they just can’t wait to be in front of yeah they obama’s in the back yeah yeah they want to be part of this actually they do yeah but anyway that’s what it wouldn’t be yeah well maybe i don’t know i’ll show you some uh i took some some scants earlier some shots earlier of the kids doing just real quick they kind of want to creep them out you know they teach yeah so i you know i just real quick just doing the sign thing they’re so cute so i’ll splice that in we have classes for kids and adults i’ll try to get a pan afterwards krista is the owner shout out to you christopher thank you hi krista yeah absolutely love dealing with you so we’re looking at that we’re looking at the window here so that’s your window of opportunity okay so what are we here to talk about you want to talk about windows opportunity that was your lead in she had a dream opportunity she missed a lead in windows of opportunity interest rates ah there it is there it is here it is it’s all connected to me now okay windows of opportunity um there are some really great programs that have now come out through several local mortgage lending companies here um that we can refer you to but if you’re like on the fence like i don’t know what to do am i ready to buy well first of all of course you’re ready to buy yeah who wouldn’t want to live here who wouldn’t want to live here all right but come get a sign let’s park that aside park that aside that’s me parking it aside okay um the other thing is um a lot of these local uh mortgage lender companies right right doesn’t sound right don’t don’t get the pickle lady or drink before no but anyway i have 90 day new programs where you can lock in your interest rate for 90 days yeah so although you may not be sure do i really want to move am i up for this but geez i don’t want to lose out on the interest rates because interest rates are rising are they not randall brown yeah if you’re if you’ve been living in a cave yeah here’s here’s the news bulletin interest rates are going to go up this year yes they’re even predicting by the end of this year this year as high as six percent as high as six and a half as high as six and a half you’re right which is you know you think that’s really high it’s really not it is a story of things and the scheme of things a healthy economy people should be making six six and a half on their money uh so that’s kind of where we’re going that’s not necessarily a bad thing but uh you wait a few minutes yeah lock it up lock it up at five and a half am i right yeah lock it up at five that’s where we lock that up 90 days that’s a whole quarter man lock it down lock it up lock it up lock it down lock it up lock it up lock it up lock it away you lock it up or lock it down we would be happy to refer you to some of these companies um and so you could at least lock in an interest rate while you’re debating the pros and cons of moving here which there are no cons but you know hey everybody has to do their time your due diligence yes yeah you have to go through your problems check idaho and make sure it’s too cold and check out phoenix to make sure it’s too hot it’s too hot and um you know make sure you check out oregon make sure it’s to granola it is too granola yeah yeah come to prescott but that’s okay we understand we understand your thing you gotta do your thing we can do your thing but in the meantime you can rest at ease once you’ve finally decided yes of course prescott is the right answer prescott is the right choice you will have already had your interest rate locked in so you don’t have to sweat it um so yeah we would love to introduce you to some of those programs if you come here get you a sign and you know i’d love to get you aside i would love to get you a new home sign yeah years from now they’ll be selling these on ebay for a lot that’s right i don’t want to say too much because it is a surprise hello hello hello hey it’s diane and randall your friendly preschool pickle lady i am only i i am the only lady present yeah yeah that was the clue cheers cheers welcome to another session of our wine down we are very proud and excited to be here at the palace bar on whiskey road yup and we’re drinking this is palestine i’m not sure which one is just having a nice vlog yeah but this is a super super cool place i think you can kind of see the bar behind us behind us here yeah and the hostesses and the waiters all dressed up as western and western where it’s kind of fun because uh well first of all let’s just say we just came back from l.a with all the local hipsters and all the cool people who are walking their dogs that they don’t curb or pick up nobody no not so much but that’s a bad thing but anyway it feels so good to be back in prescott yep everybody curbs their horses everybody yeah and uh back in the clean fresh air and so we thought you know what let’s go someplace super cool and press skips yeah let’s come here it feels like a warm cozy blanket after coming away from those weirdo hipsters out in l.a yeah and this is uh i mean we love you but you know actually this bar was opened originally in 1877. and the bar is original the bar back here is original so it doesn’t get any more authentic than this this is as western as bar can get that’s right yeah and so it’s just part of the charm of prescott and why we love it so much so uh and the a1 thing too so if you if you come here everything says either the palace or it says a1 that’s right and a1 is the brewery the the their brand of beer yeah so sometimes it’s referred to as a1 palace sometimes just a1 sometimes just palace a lot of names but it’s a cool place it’s a cool place it’s right here on whiskey row it is one of the top 10 most historic historic bars in the entire united states it started in 1877 yeah and uh it burned almost burned down in 1900 and then in 1996 some people bought it and restored it back to its former original yeah and uh so a lot of in a lot of pictures over here i mean there’s like a lot of memorabilia and i’ll i’ll splice in some you know separate heads over here that’s roots and everything and so it was a kind of a central meeting place back in the day for people to come for jobs when president was just getting started and so um it’s just a great place good food and a lot of fun right in the center of great place for like grandchildren too go around and see all the the western stuff is really coming and uh just a good time like you know after you come back from urban l.a or kind of urban health so to speak yeah we had a sunday oh my god sunday so it’s monday today yesterday we drove we went to a restaurant we went to lowe’s pick up some plants and just kind of around i was like i can’t wait to get out of here yeah bumping everybody was an entire day just to run one yeah so we were so excited to come back to prescott yeah it’s like oh my gosh i can get a hundred things done here in one day all my errands are closed by no traffic yeah uh and we flew back we didn’t drive a six-hour drive we flew back and uh on the lax side you’re in terminal seven which is the best terminal it’s it’s not very very crowded right and uh flying in the press get easy shot after you get here it was really nice to get back not it’s good i mean that’s what i love about prescott is that you know you can live a clean simple peaceful life but we’re still close enough to go in when we need to get a fix and go do something really cool and be edgy and uh go see our daughters in l.a not really okay you’re edgier than i am well i would like to think i am this his preschool lady is pretty pretty i try to keep my finger on current events yeah try to keep current i should say that’s right i should keep your finger on the edge i try to keep current yeah but anyway so it was it was good to come back though and have a good lunch here at the palace we highly recommend it to anybody to come and also i think um here’s my paul newman there was a movie filmed here oh my god steve mcqueen people get those confused because they both have blue eyes and they’re both dead that wasn’t cool at all sorry steve mcqueen sorry guys sorry but anyway it’s just a very charming place here just another thing of uh that we love about preschool so we thought we’d share it with you so anyway that is all for today thank you wine down here’s to a good start of this year and um if you need to find us you can find us at prescottpicklady.com or what’s your number [Music] nine six 713-302-1964 we’re happy to help you out absolutely all right come to prescott come see western town we’ll see you soon

hello hello hello hey it’s randall and diane bro again hello hey how are you i i’m doing all right we’re here at the uh jersey lilies we’re upstairs and the nice patio that’s a secret patio it looks like uh you would get here from the restaurant below but you don’t no you don’t you gotta look for the jersey lily neon i got a little history here yeah this building is 140 years old it used to be the palace hotel uh there were some ladies of the night action back in the day but not actually here they had kind of listen they still have a few girls i think they’re left over from the old days maybe after a few drinks here on friday night you never know but anyway uh so we are lucky enough to be here today on a beautiful day and we can get overlooked yeah overlooked square you can kind of see those some decorations we’re ready for christmas okay so jersey lilies is a great bar here on whiskey road it’s about 20 years old they have wonderful wonderful music here it’s been jersey lily’s for 20 years yeah but it dates back the building is 140 years old 140. i don’t want to repeat myself but okay yes it was the palace hotel before yes i got the palace hotel i just didn’t get the year yeah it’s okay yeah i am drinking you know so we’re here with some friends yes very nice very nice people they are being very nice and ready usually usually it’s all near duels but these people seem very nice they seem to be very nice yeah are you guys from prescott or we are you are preschools are you prescott nevada thinking about moving here maybe maybe that’s what we’re all about yeah we get a lot of people we’re here to tell you how great it is to live here we’re from texas and new orleans originally would love it we are transplanted preschoolers we love it that’s right uh we try to encourage everyone to make the move here you’ll love it it’s it’s just awesome neighborhoods awesome people awesome nightlife great place for the christmas season beautiful christmas season come see why we’re called arizona’s christmas city that’s right and behind this is where all the lights are are or at least they will be and a big truck and the cement trucks and a big truck and a big truck one day we’re going to get some sophisticated cameras where you won’t hear that not today cement’s important cement is important infrastructure because why it’s booming here it’s booming here there’s a little building boom yeah lots of people moving here yes yeah anyway behind us and a little bit uh when the sun goes down you’re gonna see over a hundred thousand lights it’s gonna be lit up will be lit maybe i don’t know you’re already live we’re lit up [Laughter] this has been fun we need to have more people on this yeah that’s right absolutely we need to have some more people guest stars here yeah some well and that’s why it’s called the weekly wine day that’s it that’s a weekly one call it our weekly wineries and we talk about bloody mary oh bloody mary bloody mary’s bloody mary’s some wine i have some brown wine it’s all all good but anyway so we just wanted to show you one of the uh one of the traditional stops here in prescott jersey lily’s big big hit great place to just kind of hang out in the afternoon where there’s nobody here why don’t you swear we met some great people we’re having a good time and uh in a little bit we’ll show you when the sun goes down and we’ll show you the square look so you can see what christmas is like absolutely all right it’s awesome it’s awesome show our friends again friends again hello friends we got friends on both sides here whoa [Laughter] all right cheers to everyone happy holidays happy holidays happy holidays come see what christmas is like here in prescott that’s it you’ll love it bye this is randall and diane breaux on our weekly wine gown you can find us at prescottpicklelady.com that’s right i am i am the pickle lady i think you’re lady i think that’s pretty much getting established now yeah pretty much it’s embarrassing but it’s cool just to respond to pickles now the kids are loving it that’s fine yeah and you can reach us at 713-302-1964 and come see what we’re about this holiday season is that good bye sirens then we gotta go stop we gotta go you

the old capitol market buildings right come in here right off the square come downstairs we are in the superstition meadery it’s amazing it’s amazing they have their own brewery here they make their own need it is to die for so today we decided we’re going a little field trip and show you guys what it’s all about so if you’re here but before we get into it uh a little test let’s see if you were listening are you ready you ready okay so uh first of all what’s what is meat it is uh a brew made with honey it’s a wine it’s a wine made with honey correct and it’s because it’s made with honey our mead’s always sweet yes no no no it depends on how much you ferment them the more you ferment them the stronger and the drier they will be i don’t really care i don’t need to be educated i just like the effect that’s all i’m looking for i’m looking for the effect yeah the effect is the most important thing today we decided to sample the flight of all 12. yeah all 12. we could make up our minds so this is this is what they brought us it is uh a flight of need a a tour de force and so uh this is delicious is it is that very good yeah so they arrange it so that it’s in the order the same order that’s on the menu and literally each item on the menu is represented here is a super super super cool place to come really cool it’s nice and quiet and especially in the summertime it’s delightfully cool down here so you can come down it’s it’s nice and dark and cozy in the winter you can come down have your flight of 12 needs and enjoy yourself they also have some foods as well but if you look behind me you can see all of the meat look at that see all those pretty glass it’s just car boys anyway so we want to give you a little flavor a little local flavor of some cool places to come um especially after you move here we’re gonna start showing you some really nice places and some some just interesting places you can learn about and come come visit and bring your friends and and your they are the friends when they decide hey presque is the place for us to move so we gotta get everybody yourself drinking me they might join you see drinking some meat okay so that’s just a little snippet of what you want to talk about today yeah we also want to talk about something that we’re finding here in prescott there is a glut of amazing beautiful gorgeous homes um in the 700 000 range yeah people ask us what the what the market is like like is it is it a buyer’s market it’s a seller’s market it really depends on what market you’re talking about different areas of town are different and in particular different price points right are different people have been talking about this being such a seller’s market such a seller’s market that’s not so in many price points and one in particular right now is the 700s yes i want to make myself clear there aren’t just homes here in the 700 000. we have homes at all prices all price ranges but for right now for you lucky buyers that are looking to come and you kind of want you would be amazed at what a 700 000 home looks like sure versus in other areas yeah we are talking whatever reason because the 800s it’s not true the 900s that’s not true yep the 600s it’s not true for whatever reason we have a glut of seven hundreds at this point and they are gorgeous custom luxury homes yeah that’s a luxury home that are sitting here right for the picking and so those sellers are not getting a whole lot of buyers coming through it’s a great time to go it’s a great time if you’re thinking about coming here and you think uh you know i think i want to get something a little more luxurious this is my last home i want something really nice this is the time for you you can get in here and grab some beautiful beautiful places at really nice prices um luxury like you would not believe you wouldn’t find it anywhere else if you’re not in the 700s that’s cool we have plenty others we got plenty of others but if you just so happen to be in that range now is a great time to talk to us because uh we can find you some really good deals oh yeah and to be honest i mean a 700 000 home here is equivalent to like a 1.2 inches yeah 1.2 1.5 they’re even better actually so anyway put a little bee in your box that’s right if you’re thinking about that and thinking hey i kind of want to make a move i want to go someplace better i’m looking for a luxury home though we got them here they’re waiting for you they’re just waiting for the right owner the new the new buyer to come in and snatch it up and make it a beautiful home for hello hello hello hey peeps how’s everybody doing good i’m doing good you’re good all right yes happy fall y’all happy fall we’re just recovering we are recovering this is diane and randall bro hey how are you i’m the prescott pickle lady yes i am are you no i am i know not you me anyway we’re a little slow in the up we’re a little slow in the uptake if you notice this is our weekly wind down however we are in the right on the grounds of the courthouse so we didn’t think it would be a good idea to have open containers so no wine today yeah so but we’re gonna be drying out a little bit we’ll be drying up we are drying out because we just got back from vegas had a fabulous time all of our texas friends came up we hadn’t seen them in a while and we all met and vegas had the time of our lives [Music] i hope i got the right one anyway what we wanted to talk about today was how centrally located prescott is yep and what amazing destinations are really close by yep and vegas of course is one of them vegas baby yeah we saw a show there well we didn’t see it i saw an advertisement for the rat pack yep very exciting well obviously they’re not not the real not the real rapper they’re dead yeah are any of them alive i think i don’t think so maybe that fourth guy that nobody can remember i don’t know i don’t know about him who’s it steven ownership they’re all gone but yeah they’re all gone but they have people who imitate them evidently very well and uh we’re so we’re planning a trip back just to go see them go pop over see the show it’s an easy one-day trip have a nice dinner go see a show and head on back home so what we wanted to talk about is if you move to prescott how many amazing destinations there are immediately around us los angeles six hour drive six hour drive one hour flight yeah at the local prescott regional airport that’s true so you can hop on hop off and you’re already in l.a six hours also to san diego six hours to san diego it’s been a couple days in san diego correct yeah uh i think we’re like eight hours from albuquerque yeah so if you want to head down there and see all the great balloons and all that yeah get some turquoise jewelry yeah that’s what’s big down there i don’t know yeah we haven’t done it yeah that’s a day trader what’s uh you could do roswell i guess that’s a roswell if you’re into aliens go see the aliens over in roswell you can do that yeah super cool and then when you get a lot closer to home there’s like we’re two hours from uh phoenix which i’m down to phoenix all the time yeah so many cool things that’s an easy thing go to scottsdale great great party during the summer no don’t go during the summer but great golfing in scottsdale great art galleries amazing shopping that’s an easy day trip we’re 40 minutes from jerome which is a charming charming charming great place for a burger yeah uh mining town and old mining town but now it’s like a tourist destination of course there’s sedona or what an hour from sedona if that which you know go get re-energized go to the vortex get some energy in get some new crystals yeah get it all together get it all together feel good and where else where else are we close to oh denver one hour flight now from december you go to denver yeah if you’re into skiing whatever yeah you go to flag yeah or go to flags like two hours or something like that yeah so what are some other cool places yeah well you covered flag flagstaff you got that at grand canyon oh grand canyon three hours three hours to the grand canyon yeah have the time of your life or just stay here yeah that’s what a lot of people understand too prescott is a destination in and of itself it’s true and uh we get people from all these places coming to see us so absolutely and as you can see here we are in the town square look at fall yeah fall has fallen here’s us oh lord there we still are okay okay but anyway yeah fall is gorgeous here it’s beautiful the weather’s crisp the temperatures are just right no sweating and beautiful beautiful trees to see red trees green tree and well not green so much yellow i mean it’s stunning this is our town square yeah this is also a destination getting ready to gear up for the holiday season so every one of these trees on this this square will be covered in lights that is why we are arizona’s christmas city that’s right another thing to come see when you live here we are arizona’s christmas city we have over 90 000 worth of lights in these trees so i think that’s it what else do we have to cover i think that’s it that’s it so again we apologize for not having our wine we are going to go have some yeah we’ll do that real real soon but you know we’re right outside the courthouse so they wouldn’t have to take as far to take us to jails we want to keep it official we got to keep it official we don’t want to we don’t always break the rules just something just sometimes you most of the time me most of the time yeah hello hello hello again this is diane bro and randall bro we’re the spouses that sell houses and you’re the pickle lady i’m also the pickle lady if you call me up and we get together and we go look at some houses or you come to one of our open houses you’ll find out why on the pickle lady i make delicious pickles cajun style yes she does and i hand them out to people and then i get a lot of refill requests yeah she gets hit up quite a bit they’re delicious and i’m happy to go yes yes well we are here and i’m wearing green to match the beautiful greens that’s right prescott lakes here someone’s going to chip on you yeah i hope not yeah that’s all i need yeah it’s okay i need to make a pickle lady got chipped on um but anyway if you are a serious golfer and you’re looking for a fabulous place to retire we have so many amazing golf courses here prescott lakes is one of them this is prescott right behind us let the drone go around a little bit there there you go prescott lakes is amazing for golfing there also is capital canyon club that’s right beautiful beautiful located in talking rocks got it i know in the uh public courts right around the corner there’s antelope hills there’s a free public course but there’s so many ridge i’ll keep going i’ll keep naming anything else of course don’t start naming them back from home yeah they won’t i don’t want to do that yeah that’s right but anyway beautiful beautiful courses here so far golf is this great place to be absolutely anything else you’d like to say because you’re talking over me but that’s cool now he’s the ladies man now he’s going to be quiet camera yeah there you go i’ll get out go ahead pick a lady it’s all right yeah i’ll come back again i just need to be quiet right well let me quit quieter let me finish my thought yeah okay all right good go ahead are you sure i i don’t know i can’t promise anything okay you turn my coffin anyway this is the place for you come retire have a fabulous time enjoy all the beautiful golf courses we have here it’s just uh heaven on earth and you’ll see everybody riding their little golf carts around the neighborhoods and loving life um don’t have to be a golfer to write a card you don’t have to be their cards everywhere people your cards are cool the cards are cool i see you know grandma’s driving grandchildren i see people driving their pups just to kind of take a quick ride it’s it’s awesome so if you’re ready to retire and you love to golf and you want to have some amazing experiences come to arizona we have especially prescott we have the neighborhoods that’ll plug you right in and you’ll have a great time and you know what you worked hard you worked hard for this retirement get out here hit the green play some golf have fun yeah absolutely yeah all right we’ll talk about some other things next time too the other kind of if you’re not a big golfer there’s plenty of other things to do oh yeah we get a lot of requests for golf so we thought we’d do a little uh a little segment yeah where we focus on that and show you at least some of the beautiful areas around here where people play so i’m looking a little evil these branches are making a reflection it’s bringing out the true you know it’s not you know no maybe not that’s true that’s not true but anyway come on out bring your clubs have a great time nice to see you this is diane and randall bro weekly wine down that’s right you can reach us at 713-302-1964 give us a call let’s make your dream come true bye

you ready i’m ready i was born ready weekly wind up cheers hello hi friends and fellow realtors fellow clients families yeah i think so well you know we want some nice people but some can you edit that’s okay i can edit whatever you want i don’t like where it’s coming out okay no i know i in the word team that’s what i’m trying to say yeah but there’s a mate there’s a mate there’s me there’s me there yeah correct yeah yeah there’s also tea welcome randall welcome to the team yes and the wine and the wine should always take time out for wine always it’s all you know or adult beverage of your or your choice or an herbal tea herbal tea the wine is the wine is really symbolic it’s really about taking taking time but but honestly the wine tastes a lot better when it’s nuts okay all right we learned some fabulous news today but not not anything new that we all know living here this is not news to us fellow preschootonians the fact is that prescott has been ranked ninth in the entire united states yeah that’s huge that’s huge for well-being if you want to move here for some well-being good life good living this is the time that’s right it’s number nine number nine for those of you thinking maybe phoenix i hate to break it to you he so press gets looking mighty good at number nine number nine and the reason why is everyone here is happy here loves the weather loves the attitude loves the general vibe yeah we have a great purpose social financial community and physical those are the top five things physical what is physical having good health and enough energy to get things done daily and this town every day yeah every day every day every day well okay i think this is somewhere else but anyway that’s some bad news some bad news some bad news is about airport airport our airport service has been canceled oh yes this is very sad news um great lakes is no longer no longer going to be flying to los angeles which is devastating to us yeah we have two daughters who will be flying back and forth well not anymore they’ll be driving so yeah apparently there was not enough demand there’s no pilots you’re right not enough pilots who would sign up to fly those one hour commuter flight so that’s very sad day yeah yeah if you’re a pilot and you’re looking for a job call great lakes yeah great lakes will gladly get up back on board but as of now that has been suspended yeah so kind of sad about that yeah so now we’re going to have to drive the six hours to l.a but that’s the way like this some of the other things some of the yucky news will kind of talk about a little bit interest rates are going up yeah uh they are expecting some quarterly um quarterly increases and they’re predicting maybe by 2019 we’re gonna be up to five percent now for some of those i know don’t worry about supposedly old enough to remember you know you know 15 16 it’s still a joke but you know something to keep in mind it is steadily creeping up we’re losing our perfect storm you know we’ve got low interest rates we’ve got low inventory of high demands right yeah this is a really good time to sell a home it’s not going to be a perfect storm but it’s going to be pretty strong for the foreseeable future absolutely absolutely the other thing we wanted to talk about this weekend fun events that are happening coming up weekend coming up easter weekend is the great prescott easter egg hunt how fun is that it’s on saturday from 11 to two at the mile high middle school we’re gonna make a joke there but i’m not mile high just beyond the whiskey road right just beyond whiskey road and they are having a gigantic easter egg hunt so for all of our young families out there with kiddos we miss those days do you well i i you know that they’re going to have 20 000 eggs at that point oh yeah 20 000 we could still go even though we don’t have kids anymore yeah you’re going to get some eggs at this point they can’t be hiding them too often so 20 000 easter eggs they’re going to have food vendors soft drinks carnival and fun yeah so are we going to go um yeah but that is saturday march 31st 11 a.m to 2 p.m good times so if you’re a young family or grandchildren are visiting are you just really like eggs or you really like eggs yeah they go 20 000 easter eggs somebody’s gonna get at least one i’m thinking somebody’s gonna find they’re gonna be throwing eggs at you absolutely all right the other thing that i think is super cool and super fun and i didn’t know is that the elks theater is now showing movies oh that’s cool yeah all movies like casablanca gone with the wind they have all kinds of different movies so back in the day when it was an event you would go to a beautiful theater like the elks theater everybody would get dressed up yeah and that was an event yeah you didn’t schlep in your jammies like you can do some of these places and sit in a lazy boardroom yeah lazy board chairs go and experience elk’s theater beautiful beautiful theater and see some of the old movies the way it was in the olden days right yeah call them elk’s theater they’ll tell you the latest movie that’s showing i think that’d be kind of hard kind of a different kind of a different experience okay the other good things we want to talk about is randall and i we will be at the dells uh with reserve homes we are we’ll be there tomorrow between 11 and four no friday friday okay friday i don’t know where i’m gonna be right no you’re gonna come tomorrow tomorrow friday between 11 and 4 will be at the dells come see what a gorgeous home george rothwest has built yeah it overlooks granite mountain stunning stunning stunning three bedrooms three baths it’s amazing spicy pickles too and also yeah we’ll get to that and then also they have peavine trail right behind it so you come see this glorious neighborhood you can buy today build tomorrow and back up to the peavine trail if you’re a big biker hiker whatever it’s awesome active every day excuse that outside noise that’s a truck coming in they’re building they’re building more houses they’re building houses as fast as they can we can’t keep them on the market you’re right cheers to that cheers to that yeah absolutely okay the other uh event we’d like to talk to you about is we are hosting another open house on saturday march 31st the one i was thinking that’s the one you were thinking about from 11 to 3 p.m at 608 grand valley point right outside of tuning ranch yeah is this house to die for it’s the device i’ll put the uh i’ll put the information uh below the video yeah we’ll put the information look for the video next and this is an awesome house it is it is the best of the best of the best it’s uh beautifully appointed perfect for empty nesters and uh very peaceful yeah stunning
