Video Transcript hello hello hello my little pickle peeps out there pickle peeps out there randall bro here big daddy’s aggravating me giving me direction because he says i’m not standing correctly but anyway now you are now i am sorry i’m trying to get you in the mountain okay see the mountain i hope everybody appreciates right there mountain yeah little hill there very important very important okay yeah all right now that we’ve got that settled i am diane bro here with randall bro we are your local prescott pickle peep and uh you’ll find out why we’re the pickle peeps when you come in uh we give you some of our world famous now world famous because i’m shipping it all over all over the world pickles that’s it uh and we love it when our our clients come in we greet you with a little jar of pickles absolutely just a little recap so you know what the hell are those people talking about when they call themselves the the press get pickled people that’s us that’s why yes but anyway i digress yes you do we’re here to talk about vegas road trips we just got back from a fabulous vegas fabulous fabulous we had so much fun yeah it was great and it was shout out to grandma bobby hello bobby we took randall’s mom that’s my mom’s grandma bobby for to celebrate her 80th i hope she doesn’t mind if we divulge that she looks awesome yes she does we had a great time and uh just the three of us went just us three three little chickens went yeah she flew into vegas and we took the like four hour trip and that’s what we wanted to drive yeah living here in prescott is amazing so if you’re like you know what i’m gonna go see some good shows some good concerts we’re only a four-hour drive from vegas how sweet is that yeah and it’s a beautiful drive it’s a calm drive the shows were great the shows were great so we hopped in the car we met her in vegas we saw several shows we had some great dinners um and then we even did it was thanksgiving we even did uh thanksgiving day there which was amazing oh yeah yeah we ate the buffet it’s called the buffet it’s kind of okay at the buffet uh the win yeah the win and um so we did that which is great way if you don’t want to do all that cooking head to vegas it was awesome it was so great so we wanted to just talk about how awesome it is to live that close to some great entertainment and good good dining and some footage some footage first in here a number of the hotels uh all decked out absolutely uh we were there shortly before the holiday season so i don’t think we got too much holiday we didn’t get to see all of it but apparently you know they deck it out at christmas maybe you’re sure we’ll have to go again you have to go again and get some christmas footage these are problems good worth having but that is one of the perks of living here in prescott yeah we are amazingly close to some really cool and fun cities yeah yeah yeah and you can have your friends fly in uh and meet them there like we did absolutely that’s a great way to do it so you’ll see some scenes some live scenes live action scenes of our visit to vegas our road trip to vegas baby right oh yeah oh yeah so anyway just wanted to let you know yeah that’s uh one of the one of our little advantages of getting here yeah being close to some some cool cities that you can quickly get to and easily yep lots of fun lots of fun all right that’s it for today if you needed to reach out to me uh you can reach me at 713-302-1964 or preschooler.com that’s our website that’s right lots of cool information there for you sellers people who own property here in prescott and are looking for some help selling it we can help you there too we sell prescott.com is where you want to go so we’re the power team the power pickle team power pow power very powerful very impressive we’re ready to help you make a new start absolutely all alright guys have a wonderful day talk to you soon bye

Video Transcript hello hello hello hey peeps i don’t know if you can recognize us because right now we’re kind of christmas elves yeah but this is diane bro and my better half randall bro correct and part of the pickle lady brigade so cheers to that here’s that so we wanted you to see our new christmas sweater and all of its glory couldn’t be more thrilled he very happy you’re thrilled with this woman’s sweater that you bought you should wear it proudly say i even have pom-pom you have a pom-pom too i’m channeling my yeah but anyway or something so we are very excited we can take the hoods off because it’s getting a little hot but anyway we are very excited tonight or this evening to talk we’re in front of the old our own christmas tree fireplace and this is in the air yeah a little brown wine here he has brown wine i have real one but we are super excited to be here this evening to talk about what is it randall bro christmas and prescott christmas impressions particularly christmas music yes we should have someone in the background huh yeah but that’s all right just pretend that we’re humming something or snoopy’s charlie brown or something like that but anyway um as you know i think we’ve mentioned this before prescott is called arizona’s christmas city that’s right it is gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous guys come here plan a visit now the lights were just the whole town square lit up officially on december 7th that’s right all around the courthouse it’s like the first saturday of december yeah i do it i think and it’s over a hundred thousand likes i mean you’ll feel like you’re you know back and you know you’re in some hallmark movie yeah some christmas hallmark movie absolutely beautiful it’s beautiful absolutely but besides that christmas is a beautiful time to come here the elks theater um has a lot of special christmas shows yeah it’s a big time for music here in prescott what with the elks theater uh but before the else theater gets into christmas mode we have acronite so somebody had another first yeah so akronite was named after this guy james zacker he was a philanthropist had nothing to do with establishing acronym he was just such a nice guy they named it after him huge philanthropist yeah beautiful they’ve been doing action right now for over 30 years right and uh a lot of the businesses in the downtown area participate uh they will open shop at at night right and so they start like for instance this week it’ll be this friday they only do it one night and it’s a huge charitable fundraiser yeah and so actually it’s tonight because by the time they see this oh you’re right we’re gonna pretend yeah but pretend we’ll protect this uh tomorrow night though we will be there we’re very excited yeah we’re we’ll go and so all of the little shops around the immediate square and and the outskirts of it will stay open extra late normally they close a little earlier they stay open late they have some uh some of them have hors d’oeuvres and little you know some wine but they all have musicians local musicians that will come in and perform all kinds of stuff i mean any kind of music you can think of will be represented there and uh it’s it’s free but they do ask for donations right and the donations go to the musicians correct so i’m not sure what the it’s for the arts musicians need you know instruments and right music lessons and those sheets of paper with those squiggly symbols on them and those kinds of things so it’s a you know i do fundraiser for the owner for music yes and so it’s a great time to go enjoy the square and all of its beauty and all the lights and get to go to all these different little shops yep and um there’s a lot of art galleries along the square too and it’s all sort of like mint cider yeah all that kind of stuff it’s a big social event it’s a big event here in prescott and um it’s you this year it will be december 13th they hold it once a year it’s just a lot of fun it is it is and we enjoy it and it’s not trying to get up that’s the start of our weekend because after that we’re going to hit elk’s theater we are hitting hard this weekend we are partying partying pretty hard yes the holidays are started yeah first we had some lovely neighbors who had our little supper club and they had a little uh winter christmas dinner yeah yeah we just got fished a little christmas so that was fun that was the start of it so thank you to the churchill to the church yeah and then uh this friday night we’re going to akron as we said yeah and then uh saturday night we’re going to the elks to see the rat pack so it’s uh in person yeah yeah frank sinatra and dean martin and sammy davis and whoever the fourth guy is correct and they’re gonna be singing some of the oldie peter lawford you never get it right peter lawford no you said chris lawford and then i changed it and then i changed it as long as you got it right now i got it right it’s all that matters so now the the the impersonators do the right pack and then for christmas so it’d be kind of like a big they’re uh send off to uh their old vegas uh yeah christmas shows so we’re excited about that we’re going with some friends to that having a little bite to eat before yeah and going to the rat pack christmas at the outset yeah theater itself is gorgeous it’s a old historic landmark uh it’s really refurbished it’s just one of those old school small town theaters uh just just beautiful uh the iconic elk on top of it yeah gigantic very large gigantic elk on top of the yeah yeah it’s on top of the building what do you think that is what do you think it’s made out of something adorable it’s not made of elk no it’s not it’s not taxidermied yeah no yeah it’s like some kind of bronze bronze that’s what it is i think it’s one of those metals but yeah one of those hardcore that can survive for many years yeah who knows i don’t know it’s pretty cool yeah and then on sunday so this is what i’m saying the bros are having fun i’m telling you we’re out here we’re gonna wear our christmas sweaters we’re out here enjoying what this great city has to offer during during the christmas month during the holidays and it’s all about music this weekend yes music so sunday we’re going to see esteban classical guitarist spanish style classical guitarist he’s amazing uh studied under segovia and he is he is a treasure and we have him he lives here in president he lives here in prescott yeah it’s super super cool a treasure yeah so he did a great concert uh for mother’s day and now he’s doing a christmas concert so so we are super psyched about that we’re going to enjoy that yeah absolutely so we’re kicking off our holidays in good form we’ve been working hard super hard this week this year it’s been crazy lots of people are still coming in yeah hey we’ll work with you we’ll show you whatever you need to see yeah whatever you need to say we’ll bring you mult cider and we’ll sing a christmas tune correct take you to go see houses no problem we’re working whether it’s been nice and crisp really fun it’s been beautiful yeah if you haven’t it’s good oh real really cheers life is good life is good if you haven’t decided on prescott yet you’re still considering all those other god forsaken places that people retire to besides our little town that will never rate us we’re never going to rape but we’re partial come during the holiday season and this town will win your heart yes absolutely absolutely wonderful what’s sad what’s that right now we’re out of the spirit of christmases don’t grab your boobs wow i’m not sure which one of these is my group one of them is my navel i think i don’t know but yeah if this town at christmas doesn’t capture your heart and make you you’re a grinch yeah you’re a great you are officially a grinch no doubt about it you’re missing out on having a great life here in prescott just for the christmas season alone or the holiday season just the right pack Halloween 2019
When it comes to fun and over-the-top charm, few places do Halloween like Prescott. In this episode the Pickle Lady explains how Halloween works in our little town and shares some of the decorations on Prescott’s signature street – which becomes Spook Central during the Halloween season.
Video Transcript hello hello hello hey babes i am so psyched are you she’s also i’m psyched but i’m also you’re the pickle lady i i don’t know it’s nice to be you with the pic lady i know this is why we’re psyched i am diane bro this is randall bro we’re super psyched super excited because we are here out today on mount vernon a couple of days before this is spook central central prescott arizona halloweentown halloweentown prescott is amazing at halloween mainly because you come to this main drag on mount vernon which is filled with lovely lovely lovely um older homes some of the oldest homes uh since prescott was born yeah absolutely gorgeous a lot of them on the historic district um right this ghost is coming again oh my gosh but anyway um so what’s lovely here a great tradition the town has is all of the kids in prescott will collect here on mount vernon the police lock down the street they have it all lit up and they have all kinds of everyone who participates on the street will have great halloween decorations and about two thousand three thousand kids will just walk up and down both sides yeah it’s a lot of kids most of the uh most most of the neighborhoods don’t have enough kids to really do a real trick or treat right uh so they close down this old old-timey street and this is where all the kids come so the demographics are not do not bode well for a lot of little children so we collect them all that’s right and then maybe at the end some of the older people sacrifice them no we don’t i don’t remember children ever being sacrificed that’s a very dark chapter yeah a very dark turn i just made yeah forget i just said that that was for the old days i don’t think they do that anymore they don’t do that anymore they have gotten more current yeah with the time so we no longer sacrifice the young children to turn along you know the older generation’s life that’s a joke that’s totally a gym halloween joke no but because we do have a smaller demographic of kids they do come here it’s so lovely it’s so charming the street is just gorgeous filled with old trees i mean honestly it’s like mayberry it is it is it’s so nice and so a lot of the homes here will have big parties and all their friends will come and they have live music playing and yeah it’s just um something really nice it’s a pretty cool tradition it is and most of the uh the homeowners here go through a lot of trouble to decorate their homes uh for halloween and i’ll intersperse some of the so you’ll be seeing some of the scenes yeah what they do it’s so it’s just incredible it’s really really last night we came and we walked it and we filmed it at nighttime too so today you can see all the beautiful homes in the daytime and see how pretty there they are decorated and then you’ll see some nighttime shows yeah some night time shots too so something to keep in mind if you come here uh have the grandkids come for halloween especially if it’s on the weekend yeah and then you can take your grandkids or just come by yourself you don’t have to be a particular age no age requirement it’s just for anybody who thoroughly loves fall and loves the gorgeous halloween here that mount vernon has to offer it’s from here and you get some candy and sometimes some alcoholic fruits yeah sometimes sometimes those are the cool houses that’s right but anyway it’s a great time and it’s something you should experience it just reminds me of old times small town that’s right absolutely so anyway uh reach us if you need anything or if you want to know where mount vernon is it’s off of germany and uh maybe we’ll see you here but maybe so so if you need to reach me you can call me at 713-302-1964 you’ll see a link there to our prescient relocation center lots of great information about the community things you need to know if you’re thinking about or have already decided to come and join or if you’re interested in listing your home we sell prescott dot com or prescottpickleny.com you’ll see a link there to our seller uh our listing site so whether you’re buying or selling uh you can reach out to us please do that’s what we’re all about absolutely right yeah are you scared a little don’t be scared if i’m mostly scared of you protect you i will protect you all right calm yourself

Video Transcript which shaken my fellow friendly pickle peeps what happened to hello hello four hello hello hello yeah that’s what gets me going hello hello that’s a little disturbing [Laughter] and very very sad yeah i know all right she’s the preschool pickle lady my name is randall bro we are real estate agents here in prescott arizona and uh we are at the plaza bandstand on the square that’s right underneath this beautiful bandstand yeah you can kind of see up with the yeah there you go it’s really coming at you and right behind us is whiskey row so we thought we’d say a few words about the infamous whiskey row that’s right yes press gets answered to bourbon street well yeah a little bit not quite but uh one block of it anyway one half block right yeah so yeah if you come here we have a lot of friends who like to honky tonk as we call it that’s their favorite thing to do they come down here and uh enjoy all the music that whiskey row has to offer have a couple of drinks dance honky tonk and then head home and sleep it up go home at nine no i’m kidding no actually uh uh whiskey road is open kind of late so uh one of the few places that is openly and there’s not a whole lot around so they can make lots of noise yeah and nobody complains and so this is a good time to kind of come and have some fun some of our favorite places here there’s uh the bistros over there there’s a whole bunch of honky tonk bars down here just a lot of fun and really really good music i mean you would be surprised i mean it’s for people think we’re such a small town we’ve got some really good musicians yeah we do we do they have uh sort of alternative jazz they have traditional plastic rock and country western and the whole thing it’s just a lot of fun a lot of dancing a lot of you know you can kind of let your hair down here absolutely and have a good time so if you’re looking at honky tonk and you love music and you want to have a nice time this is the place to come place to come man safe yeah absolutely safe totally safe yeah totally fun yeah get a bunch of friends have a couple of beers do some line dancing yeah i don’t know i like these i like blind bags yeah it can well especially they have a lot of beers the more drinks i have the better the line dancing i can never remember the routine well i don’t i don’t care if i don’t care i just want to have fun i’m just like oh we turning right i turn left that’s cool that’s cool everybody embraces you accepts you yeah i guess so but anyway just wanted to tell you if you’re big into music and and you think is that small town is that going to have some culture some things for me to do yes yeah well amazing amazing music here and you’ve been known from time to time you head out that’s right caused a little trouble possibly trouble i wouldn’t i wouldn’t say that cause a little trouble fall asleep at the table and they get mad at me that’s more like it yeah but anyway i hope that you come and visit prescott and enjoy all the fun that uh whiskey row has yeah absolutely waiting for you fun is just waiting for you absolutely all right have a good evening and we hope to see you here in prescott yeah except you got to tell them where to find oh yes i forgot that’s very important you can reach me at 713 3 or mr oddly enough you can find the preschool pickle lady at prescopiclady.com relocation center that’s pretty cool stuff check it out get some good information yeah we’d love to meet you come on bye yeah take care have a good night bye

Video Transcript good afternoon all my friends out there fellow people people pizza pickle that’s correct i am diane and this is randy i’m randall yes and we’re in prescott arizona where your realtors hate you that’s right we picked the ladies that’s right we are here this afternoon in the square of downtown preston and find this pretty fountain isn’t it nice yeah i love it it kind of reminds me back home of new orleans yeah new orleans absolutely um but anyway we thought we would show you uh an area that’s really popular here uh a lot of um people who retire here love to restore old cars and this is where they like to show up and this is where they’re on the square it’s really cool so you’ll drive around and you’ll see all kinds of beautifully restored yeah yeah parked all around yeah those shut down like you see the traffic behind us here they’ll they’ll shut down a block or two and uh park all the cars just the other uh other day i was passing through here and they had a uh mg show yeah uh something girl murphy garage i forget what mg stands for but uh i couldn’t even type yeah but i mean it’s all so they had uh cars from the 20s the 30s all the way up to uh pretty recent cars a lot of cars from the 50s just gorgeous and so uh all the all the car nerds were uh talking about you know pistons and i don’t know suspension what are you talking about i don’t know we don’t know we don’t know we don’t know much about cars no we don’t but it is cool to see some fully restored model t yeah um yeah beautiful just beautiful and uh yeah you’ll see people drive just driving around town oh yeah with old vintage cars uh and then from time to time they’ll do a show here around the square and uh typically they’re they devote it to one particular kind of car so like that they have a corvette one and you know some hot rods and they’ll do moderates and yeah so if you are a car aficionado i did that i said that really well yeah you have a fisheye your cards or an affinity there you go there you go for restoring old cars and that’s your hobby you have found the town to come and retire too why are you just thinking about getting into it man it’s a good place to start so you can meet other people you guys can talk your nerd talk about restoring cars i don’t know but it’s really cool huge community of car restorers i’m sure they have a fancier name for themselves but i don’t know but it’s a great place to do it i guess because of the weather the the weather’s not hard on cars right so you restore it it kind of stays restored so you know our zone is big a lot of a lot of people are storing cars here but if that’s your hobby and you’re like well where can i wash up this is a good place to watch it you’ll meet some cool people you guys can share ideas show off your hot rods show off your beautifully restored cars right here in the square and just be able to lock it together it’s okay embrace it and breathe through it it’s cool it’s cool you deserve the right to do that you’ve retired yep you can do whatever you want now absolutely that’s what i that’s what i think i’m waiting for that point in my life it hasn’t come yet but i’m hoping yeah i’m hoping maybe it will and then i can do what i want last much you can find me at 713-302-1964 have a relocation center there lots of information and uh we got comps on houses all kinds of cool stuff absolutely check it out check it out come to the square see this beautiful fountain come check out the old cars if you’re lucky enough to drive by they might be all parked out there and you can check it out can you get some free pictures oh yes get some free tickets i’ll have some pickles ready for you absolutely all right have a great day talk to you soon bye

Video Transcript hello hello hello hey peeps this is randall and diane bro he’s the pickle lady and i’m the i don’t know pickle person he’s pickle pickle man pickle pickle man um we have our sunglasses on because we’re standing directly directly in the sun so uh but anyway we’re having a great time we’re here at the biggest dog park here in prescott yeah huge and we’re having kind of look pan around here there’s some dogs and some people and people with dogs and all kinds of huge yeah yeah we would love to come here with our dogs we have one dog that behaves yeah one dog that absolutely does not she does not get along well with others not play well i should say not to sound like one of those moms but i think the others just don’t get along with her she’s misunderstood she’s largely misunderstood she is misunderstood her name is stella and the good one we have is frankie lou beautiful dogs yeah but uh but sadly we can’t do the dog park no but i wanted to show this to you guys yeah um and like you have well-behaved dogs or if you move here and get a well-behaved dog you can come here what i wanted to tell you was uh how prescott it’s a huge huge huge dog community yes everybody loves dogs yes everybody has a dog here yes um you go to eat at any restaurant and you’re on an outdoor patio they’ll probably have their pockets a couple of pups you come here to the dog park they got a huge i mean a huge piece of land yeah for the big dogs and then a smaller area for the smaller pups yeah they do and kind of kind of an area i don’t know if you can see it over there but they have a place that uh it’s kind of cordoned off for the smaller dogs although most people have small dogs don’t bother yeah they don’t they don’t follow the blue i know and their little dogs are the ones that come those are the ones yeah no offense to anybody out there but you know it’s true it’s true you can’t deny it you can’t deny it you can’t deny you know it’s true but it’s also cool they got a lot of stuff that the dogs can run on and have fun and climb on and jump off of and water and it’s it’s just great it’s right it’s located at the end of willow creek across from finley toyota there you go so for those of you who are new you pass by the fry shopping center and come on why do i have some shade on me but i do strange i feel like i’m in solar eclipse interesting yeah i don’t know but anyway um nature’s nature is a phenomenon yeah it is but don’t feel bad for our dogs though because uh we take care of them we uh we walk them quite a bit and uh we also ride them around they love to go for a ride yeah go like go for a ride so we have a dog that is devoted to the dogs it’s our dog car and uh at least twice a day in the morning in the afternoon they’ll come by us and start jumping around because they know it’s time for their run time for a ride so we take them for a ride everybody knows our car because it’s a black car and we have two black dogs they stick their heads out their heads and everybody’s like they’re going to pickle people again so you see crazy people driving around with their dogs hanging out the side of a black car that you know that’s us that’s us but we wanted to tell you when you move here in case you didn’t know about this great dog park you can come here and meet people here as well they’ve got a lot of chairs and people sit around and chit chat and there’s kind of a little dog family uh friendly community yeah yeah so please make a make a trip out here with your pup if you’ve got a good one yeah people here are super friendly dogs are usually friendly and uh it’s just a good place to kind of come enjoy a beautiful day like today beautiful beautiful day so all right that is it for the dog parks and the dog-loving city of prescott so where can they find you my love you can find me at 713-30 or on the web at prescottpicklady.com where you find a link to our prescott relocation center all kinds of great information about the city and where to find things and stuff about buying houses and everything where to get your hair cut yeah yeah yeah anyway so good good good information there so check it out happy to be here today and spread the news about this great dog park you guys have a good day bye

Video Transcript hello hello hello hello my fellow pickle peeps this is diane bro here your fellow pickle lady of prescott uh i’m very excited to be here randall’s my cameraman today hello hello he’s not he’s he doesn’t want to be in the shot i’m very excited i’m here today at summit custom jeep builders here on sheldon and uh i’m here with the owner jessie wassel say hello the reason why we’re here we’re going to show you some great shots too of some jeeps out here something you may not know when you’re coming to retire now you get to be wild and carefree so you come out here get yourself a jeep we have a lot of jeep clubs and people go up the rocks and mountains and and just have the time of their lives you don’t have to worry anymore you don’t have to raise kids they’re done so if you want to ride off the side of the mountain you can and these guys can fix your jeep right jesse absolutely yeah so we’re a full custom jeep shop uh we do anything from lift kits to bumpers to re-gearing we also do repairs and maintenance as well so um like like she said here it’s anything you guys need we can help you with you know summit jeep built for adventure you guys want to go on an adventure you guys get a jeep or a toyota we can outfit it we can get you guys set up to go out and do some exploring it’s a lot of fun it’s a lot of fun i mean we don’t have time because we’re too busy buying and selling homes to help help help the public what did you just do what was that what did you just do what was that sound that wasn’t me though i was in yours excuse me i’m sorry sorry if you heard that because anyway excuse me sorry was it you it was no it but anyway so yeah you’ll have a lot of fun if you get to come out here um it’s it’s your time now in life to get out here and have fun retire here buy a house we’ll find you the perfect place and jesse will hook you up with some good jeeps and get things going they have the latest we’re just going to put the picture in it’s a jeep gladiator it’s a 20 20 gladiator yeah so it’s got a two inch lift 37 inch falcon tires on it set of method wheels on it so this is jeep’s latest and greatest uh that you guys are gonna be looking at there so we also offer two different clubs uh we have the summit four by four club so it is yeah i didn’t know that no we had two cars and if you can see that kind of get in there that is our girls tribe club oh i want that absolutely so it’s a blast it gives everybody an opportunity to meet other people in the community there you go create some friends go out on some trails and just have some fun all right i’m gonna hire him you know do some more plugs for us about meeting people awesome we did a great job yeah if you wanted to get like an old junker just to kind of get get yourself started where did they start um so we sell occasional jeeps here that’s something that we’re going to start getting into more and more um really and i just cautioned you guys on it but craigslist facebook marketplace especially for the older jeeps is going to be your best bet for locating them though if you’re not familiar with those sites please get in touch with a friend or family member that is because there’s a lot of scams out there that’s the last thing we want to have happen is have somebody get taken advantage of but we do work on all jeeps from the cjs to the yj’s to the tjs to the jks to the jls to the jt so hardcore and we are into other off-road vehicles as well we do work on a lot of toyotas that we get through here we do get some nissans some forwards and so on as well some chevys too so so you guys are looking for some adventure you’re retired you’re like you know what i’m i’m out from behind that desk i’m gonna get out there and have some fun and kick ass sorry i should have said that but it’s all right meet jesse out here at summit jeeps and what’s your phone number so we’re located at 402 east sheldon street in preston it’s really easy to find phone number is 928-227 we also have a website at summitjeepcompany.com as well that lists products our events and all the information about the shop all right give me five jesse did a great job wow all right that was good all right and then you can reach all right now back to us that’s right i sell some houses we got to sell some houses and then you can get your jeep and carry on that’s right you can reach me at 713-302-1964 or prescottpicklady.com and you can find all kinds of information there but living here in prescott all right i hope to hear from you soon and come here and have some fun bye guys have a good day

hello oh imagine meeting you here we were just meditating yeah realtors have to do that yeah from time to time you just gotta tune out and kind of tune in oh my god you need to tune in a lot yeah absolutely uh anyway so it’s awesome yes this is diana randall bro here your fellow prescott realtors we’re here today and these beautiful rocks the dells here it’s actually here in prescott um but it gives you around a little bit beautiful beautiful but it gives you um a little feel of uh we’re kind of like a little baby sedona here and uh love to come out here to the rocks and hike in here and uh there’s a beautiful neighborhood that’s uh in here as well but uh i love the rocks it’s peaceful it’s quiet it’s just gorgeous which leads me to the beautiful rocks of sedona the red rocks red rocks red rocks of sedona one of our favorite day trips absolutely this past spring we went two or three times we did we did and we had a lot of visitors and that’s what’s really nice when you have a lot of company um spend a day trip we are only an hour away from sedona so and 45 minutes from jerome yeah uh the little mining town along the way yeah you want to stop jerome on the way there that the way back for uh the burgers that’s right haunted burgers but uh anyway sedona we’ll have some little splices in with our friend who came yeah we went thank you shout out to jill shout out to jill taylor came all the way from texas also uh went there with uh diane’s family right there with my sister and all of her clan and we had a great time shout out to the galadora galadoros we had a good time and uh the great thing about going to sedona is you completely can get re-energized they have an amazing spa out there if you really want to go get away they have amazing pink jeep tours which are fun and uh if you just want to hike around the red rocks and explore some of the vertices which is the plural vortex vortex vortices what did i say vertex i said no vertices is like when two things meet a vortex is like a no one really knows an energy energy yeah and so whirlpool that’s right um it’s cool and it’s in a lot of the uh trails out in sedona there’s certain ones that are very important for that yeah they have a vortex out by the airport you might not want to fly in a sedona vortex by the airport not a good idea but i’m not picking it up they do have a vortex it’s really cool it’s very reminiscent of these beautiful rocks that i just can’t get enough of i’m a big rock freak i love it the energy from them is just um i don’t know i like it so when i need to recharge i make a little trip to sedona spend the day have a nice lunch and uh you know bring your friends you’ll have a lot of uh a lot of fun yeah it’s something different it’s a beautiful scenery something you don’t really see unbelievable so we got to get a shot of those gels right there oh there we go there we go it’s it’s it’s like a giant a big giant came through here and he just picked up rocks and threw them held it’s whack-a-doodle is what it is it’s cool though i think that is how this was all formed a giant yeah and the gels can only be found these rock formation called the dells can only be found here in prescott yeah in wisconsin and in germany germany three places so it’s only three places in the world and they are something neat to see yeah really cool so anyway come here come see the dells and prescott go to sedona go to sedona ride the pink jeep and enjoy those enjoy the red rocks enjoy the vortexes pick up some crystals it’s all good there’s nothing wrong with it it’s all good namaste i got these from there too which helps me keep my energy up but anyway all right friends that is all you can reach us at 713 or on the web at prescottpicklelady.com check out our relocation center yes you find all kinds of wonderful information about prescott and what you need to get here and utilities and what will happen yeah what will happen with restaurants and just all kinds of stuff we’ve set up everything every single step of the way we tried to add as much information as possible to make your move here nice and smooth and a great transition all right my friends well come join us here in the rocks and uh re-energize yourself that’s right all right have a great day good to see you bye

Limoncello’s
The Pickle Lady celebrates the success of our sweet little town while sipping the sweet taste of Italy.
Video Transcript hello hello hello hey peeps this is diane and randall brown we are your press get pickled presents really getting to me yes yes yes yes it is a tongue twister it is we’re still impressed here we’re not in italy we are not italy looks like we are it looks like we are we’re not in one of our favorite restaurants here in prescott something that we recommend to a lot of our clients coming through one of our favorite places and it’s called limoncello the owner is mateo and he is so italian that we cannot pronounce his last name so mateo right is the owner here and he has uh he’s given us a couple drinks cheers cheers um it’s here in the they call it the old firehouse station right off the square but it’s divine divine divine very authentic italian authentic that’s what i was about to say we’ve gotten a responses back from uh people who know who have said this is very very authentic italian food right here at fresco exactly they’re actually a whole bunch of italian restaurants here and they’re all really good we’ve got some really really good ones but uh limoncello is one of our favorites just for like their pizzas are divine for their lemon juice oh yeah this is my favorite thing i am drinking a limoncello martini and mateo makes his own so his lemon drops are made with his limoncello liqueur and they’re a little girly looking because they’re pink but it is delicious they’re good i’ve had one they are really good so what are we talking about today i’m doing uh kind of the the clear thing here i’m not but it’s okay it’s all good it’s all good it’s all good in the hood as i like to say okay so what are we gonna talk about moving into a town that’s not stagnant yes yes okay that’s where we’re going here’s a little known fact that maybe you guys don’t know about us but we are originally from new orleans yes and in the 70s and maybe the early 80s new orleans kind of was a dying town it was it was stagnant yeah um it has since bounded back now we’re here so we’re here we haven’t lived there in quite some time but now they are heavy into filming and hollywood’s going to new orleans so that’s good but the weird thing growing up it was not that way it was not but everywhere you look people would tell you what used to be there like you’d see a building with the windows broken out and they would tell you oh that used to be this or it used to be that and uh it was it was not it was not good you know but we’re not here to talk about new orleans really we’re here um a lot of people are like oh you know so many people are moving here that’s outstanding for all of us yeah we never want a town to go stagnant and with all these new people coming in our little town is just it’s developing it’s it’s getting some a new vibe a new energy values are going up and up yeah how can you possibly object to that right because when people move in we all benefit from that that’s right we get more services we get more jobs and more restaurants restaurants like limoncellos exactly so we get a new buy we get a new energy everyone’s property values go up can’t complain with that can’t complain so coming to prescott we’re not a stagnant place we are growing and we are excited yeah glad to be part of something that people want to be a part of absolutely so anyway that’s preschool that’s personal and limoncellos with your limoncello martini which i think is just wonderful yeah somewhere they can find you my door you can find me you can call me at 713-302-1964 or prescottpicklady.com come over here come visit us at prescott we’d like to show you what our new town is all about we’ll share some some we’ll we’ll share some limoncello with you come feel the new energy the new vibe our little town is just it’s just lovely you’ll love it we’ll have a good time and you’ll see this is not a stagnant place this is a cool place good good place to be a part of great place to be a part of all right cheers to you next time next time have a wonderful day bye

production i am ready to meet you and give you uh my famous new orleans style cajun pickles pickle action here yeah lots of pickle action but uh today uh this is diane this is randall bro we’re here in front of board and brush it’s one of my favorite stores here in prescott and if we get to do business together and you get to buy a house um you’ll get one of my surprise nifty gifties from this store they are awesome really cool place uh we’d be inside but they’re a bunch of kids having a party that’s right they’re having a birthday party boys i show you that way they’re making their own signs yeah there’s one over the pickle lady’s head there a little welcome sign you get a uh basically it’s like a customized beautiful signs for whatever you need and then you know they burn the images in or something it’s like they paint it and they hand do it and you know it’s all kinds of nobody knows it’s a technology that’s been lost yeah yeah but it’s it’s a really really special guest they all look really really nice yeah they do typically really excited when they get one exactly they usually love it they usually love it yeah anyway we just want to show you one of my favorite places and uh well as i said if we are lucky enough to sell a house to you and yeah all you have to do is start filming and cars start driving soon i’m waiting i i want to wave to them and see if they’ll throw me some bees so many people keep walking you know i was like hey throw me something mister you know stop coming down this little street while we’re trying to film yeah how rude yeah great great way to meet people just start filming exactly yeah and everybody comes out of the woodworks yeah they just can’t wait to be in front of yeah they obama’s in the back yeah yeah they want to be part of this actually they do yeah but anyway that’s what it wouldn’t be yeah well maybe i don’t know i’ll show you some uh i took some some scants earlier some shots earlier of the kids doing just real quick they kind of want to creep them out you know they teach yeah so i you know i just real quick just doing the sign thing they’re so cute so i’ll splice that in we have classes for kids and adults i’ll try to get a pan afterwards krista is the owner shout out to you christopher thank you hi krista yeah absolutely love dealing with you so we’re looking at that we’re looking at the window here so that’s your window of opportunity okay so what are we here to talk about you want to talk about windows opportunity that was your lead in she had a dream opportunity she missed a lead in windows of opportunity interest rates ah there it is there it is here it is it’s all connected to me now okay windows of opportunity um there are some really great programs that have now come out through several local mortgage lending companies here um that we can refer you to but if you’re like on the fence like i don’t know what to do am i ready to buy well first of all of course you’re ready to buy yeah who wouldn’t want to live here who wouldn’t want to live here all right but come get a sign let’s park that aside park that aside that’s me parking it aside okay um the other thing is um a lot of these local uh mortgage lender companies right right doesn’t sound right don’t don’t get the pickle lady or drink before no but anyway i have 90 day new programs where you can lock in your interest rate for 90 days yeah so although you may not be sure do i really want to move am i up for this but geez i don’t want to lose out on the interest rates because interest rates are rising are they not randall brown yeah if you’re if you’ve been living in a cave yeah here’s here’s the news bulletin interest rates are going to go up this year yes they’re even predicting by the end of this year this year as high as six percent as high as six and a half as high as six and a half you’re right which is you know you think that’s really high it’s really not it is a story of things and the scheme of things a healthy economy people should be making six six and a half on their money uh so that’s kind of where we’re going that’s not necessarily a bad thing but uh you wait a few minutes yeah lock it up lock it up at five and a half am i right yeah lock it up at five that’s where we lock that up 90 days that’s a whole quarter man lock it down lock it up lock it up lock it down lock it up lock it up lock it up lock it away you lock it up or lock it down we would be happy to refer you to some of these companies um and so you could at least lock in an interest rate while you’re debating the pros and cons of moving here which there are no cons but you know hey everybody has to do their time your due diligence yes yeah you have to go through your problems check idaho and make sure it’s too cold and check out phoenix to make sure it’s too hot it’s too hot and um you know make sure you check out oregon make sure it’s to granola it is too granola yeah yeah come to prescott but that’s okay we understand we understand your thing you gotta do your thing we can do your thing but in the meantime you can rest at ease once you’ve finally decided yes of course prescott is the right answer prescott is the right choice you will have already had your interest rate locked in so you don’t have to sweat it um so yeah we would love to introduce you to some of those programs if you come here get you a sign and you know i’d love to get you aside i would love to get you a new home sign yeah years from now they’ll be selling these on ebay for a lot that’s right i don’t want to Video Transcript hello hello hello hey it’s diane and randall your friendly preschool pickle lady i am only i i am the only lady present yeah yeah that was the clue cheers cheers welcome to another session of our wine down we are very proud and excited to be here at the palace bar on whiskey road yup and we’re drinking this is palestine i’m not sure which one is just having a nice vlog yeah but this is a super super cool place i think you can kind of see the bar behind us behind us here yeah and the hostesses and the waiters all dressed up as western and western where it’s kind of fun because uh well first of all let’s just say we just came back from l.a with all the local hipsters and all the cool people who are walking their dogs that they don’t curb or pick up nobody no not so much but that’s a bad thing but anyway it feels so good to be back in prescott yep everybody curbs their horses everybody yeah and uh back in the clean fresh air and so we thought you know what let’s go someplace super cool and press skips yeah let’s come here it feels like a warm cozy blanket after coming away from those weirdo hipsters out in l.a yeah and this is uh i mean we love you but you know actually this bar was opened originally in 1877. and the bar is original the bar back here is original so it doesn’t get any more authentic than this this is as western as bar can get that’s right yeah and so it’s just part of the charm of prescott and why we love it so much so uh and the a1 thing too so if you if you come here everything says either the palace or it says a1 that’s right and a1 is the brewery the the their brand of beer yeah so sometimes it’s referred to as a1 palace sometimes just a1 sometimes just palace a lot of names but it’s a cool place it’s a cool place it’s right here on whiskey row it is one of the top 10 most historic historic bars in the entire united states it started in 1877 yeah and uh it burned almost burned down in 1900 and then in 1996 some people bought it and restored it back to its former original yeah and uh so a lot of in a lot of pictures over here i mean there’s like a lot of memorabilia and i’ll i’ll splice in some you know separate heads over here that’s roots and everything and so it was a kind of a central meeting place back in the day for people to come for jobs when president was just getting started and so um it’s just a great place good food and a lot of fun right in the center of great place for like grandchildren too go around and see all the the western stuff is really coming and uh just a good time like you know after you come back from urban l.a or kind of urban health so to speak yeah we had a sunday oh my god sunday so it’s monday today yesterday we drove we went to a restaurant we went to lowe’s pick up some plants and just kind of around i was like i can’t wait to get out of here yeah bumping everybody was an entire day just to run one yeah so we were so excited to come back to prescott yeah it’s like oh my gosh i can get a hundred things done here in one day all my errands are closed by no traffic yeah uh and we flew back we didn’t drive a six-hour drive we flew back and uh on the lax side you’re in terminal seven which is the best terminal it’s it’s not very very crowded right and uh flying in the press get easy shot after you get here it was really nice to get back not it’s good i mean that’s what i love about prescott is that you know you can live a clean simple peaceful life but we’re still close enough to go in when we need to get a fix and go do something really cool and be edgy and uh go see our daughters in l.a not really okay you’re edgier than i am well i would like to think i am this his preschool lady is pretty pretty i try to keep my finger on current events yeah try to keep current i should say that’s right i should keep your finger on the edge i try to keep current yeah but anyway so it was it was good to come back though and have a good lunch here at the palace we highly recommend it to anybody to come and also i think um here’s my paul newman there was a movie filmed here oh my god steve mcqueen people get those confused because they both have blue eyes and they’re both dead that wasn’t cool at all sorry steve mcqueen sorry guys sorry but anyway it’s just a very charming place here just another thing of uh that we love about preschool so we thought we’d share it with you so anyway that is all for today thank you wine down here’s to a good start of this year and um if you need to find us you can find us at prescottpicklady.com or what’s your number [Music] nine six 713-302-1964 we’re happy to help you out absolutely all right come to prescott come see western town we’ll see you soon

hello hello hello hey it’s randall and diane bro again hello hey how are you i i’m doing all right we’re here at the uh jersey lilies we’re upstairs and the nice patio that’s a secret patio it looks like uh you would get here from the restaurant below but you don’t no you don’t you gotta look for the jersey lily neon i got a little history here yeah this building is 140 years old it used to be the palace hotel uh there were some ladies of the night action back in the day but not actually here they had kind of listen they still have a few girls i think they’re left over from the old days maybe after a few drinks here on friday night you never know but anyway uh so we are lucky enough to be here today on a beautiful day and we can get overlooked yeah overlooked square you can kind of see those some decorations we’re ready for christmas okay so jersey lilies is a great bar here on whiskey road it’s about 20 years old they have wonderful wonderful music here it’s been jersey lily’s for 20 years yeah but it dates back the building is 140 years old 140. i don’t want to repeat myself but okay yes it was the palace hotel before yes i got the palace hotel i just didn’t get the year yeah it’s okay yeah i am drinking you know so we’re here with some friends yes very nice very nice people they are being very nice and ready usually usually it’s all near duels but these people seem very nice they seem to be very nice yeah are you guys from prescott or we are you are preschools are you prescott nevada thinking about moving here maybe maybe that’s what we’re all about yeah we get a lot of people we’re here to tell you how great it is to live here we’re from texas and new orleans originally would love it we are transplanted preschoolers we love it that’s right uh we try to encourage everyone to make the move here you’ll love it it’s it’s just awesome neighborhoods awesome people awesome nightlife great place for the christmas season beautiful christmas season come see why we’re called arizona’s christmas city that’s right and behind this is where all the lights are are or at least they will be and a big truck and the cement trucks and a big truck and a big truck one day we’re going to get some sophisticated cameras where you won’t hear that not today cement’s important cement is important infrastructure because why it’s booming here it’s booming here there’s a little building boom yeah lots of people moving here yes yeah anyway behind us and a little bit uh when the sun goes down you’re gonna see over a hundred thousand lights it’s gonna be lit up will be lit maybe i don’t know you’re already live we’re lit up [Laughter] this has been fun we need to have more people on this yeah that’s right absolutely we need to have some more people guest stars here yeah some well and that’s why it’s called the weekly wine day that’s it that’s a weekly one call it our weekly wineries and we talk about bloody mary oh bloody mary bloody mary’s bloody mary’s some wine i have some brown wine it’s all all good but anyway so we just wanted to show you one of the uh one of the traditional stops here in prescott jersey lily’s big big hit great place to just kind of hang out in the afternoon where there’s nobody here why don’t you swear we met some great people we’re having a good time and uh in a little bit we’ll show you when the sun goes down and we’ll show you the square look so you can see what christmas is like absolutely all right it’s awesome it’s awesome show our friends again friends again hello friends we got friends on both sides here whoa [Laughter] all right cheers to everyone happy holidays happy holidays happy holidays come see what christmas is like here in prescott that’s it you’ll love it bye this is randall and diane breaux on our weekly wine gown you can find us at prescottpicklelady.com that’s right i am i am the pickle lady i think you’re lady i think that’s pretty much getting established now yeah pretty much it’s embarrassing but it’s cool just to respond to pickles now the kids are loving it that’s fine yeah and you can reach us at 713-302-1964 and come see what we’re about this holiday season is that good bye sirens then we gotta go stop we gotta go you
