- Prescott Brewery: Classic tavern featuring house-brewed beers & a selection of traditional pub grub & appetizers.
- Granite Mountain Brewing: Brewery & taproom with indoor/outdoor seating, a light food menu & live music on the weekends.
- Barnstar Brewing: Open Saturday and Sunday. Worth the drive.
Wine Tasting: Wine tasting shops and nearby vineyards…
- Flying Leap Vineyards Tasting: Tasting room is convenient from downtown. Vineyard is out in Skull Valley, a 30-minute drive.
- Granite Creeks Vineyards: Up in Chino Valley. Short drive.
- Vino Zona: Curated Arizona wines. In Jerome.
Superstition Meadery : Mead is wine made from honey. These guys make their own with all kinds of spins on the theme. Get a flight to try as many as you can. Amazing.
Thumb Butte Distillery : Fine assortment of distilled liquors made on site. Great bar and live music events inside.

- Sharlot Hall Museum: Open-air museum and heritage site dedicated to preserving the history and culture of the Central Highlands of Arizona
- Phippen Art Museum: Intimate museum exhibiting cowboy- and Native American-themed works tracing the culture of the West.
- Smoki Museum: Collections of Native American artifacts.
- Fort Whipple Museum: U.S. Army post which served as Arizona Territory’s capital prior to the founding of Prescott
Live Performances
- Elk’s Theater: Classically designed opera house from 1905. Live plays, musicals and classic films.
- Prescott Center for the Arts: Performing arts center in an old church featuring community productions of popular plays & musicals.
- Yavapai College Performing Arts Center: Community college theater featuring live plays, musicals and musical performances

Night Life
Night life in Prescott mostly centers on “Whiskey Row,” just across from the Square. Music, dancing and good times roll as the rest of the town quietly sleeps. Here are some popular hot spots in and around the Row…
- Jersey Lilly Saloon: Great live music and bar. Hang out on the porch overlooking the Square.
- Matt’s Saloon: One of Prescott’s last true Honky Tonks.
- Hassayampa Hotel: Beautifully restored 1927 hotel, two blocks from the Row. Tamer time, with live music most nights.
- Thumb Butte Distillery: A little further off the Whiskey Row path, but not far. Dancing and live music in the bar attached to the distillery.
Some Quick Day Trips
- Phoenix: Great shopping, eating, museums, concerts.
- Outlet Mall: Huge shopping venue in Anthem, AZ – about an hour away.
- Jerome: Quaint old mining town perked on top the cliffs. Try Haunted Burgers. Lots of shops, bars, and live bands. About an hour away.
- Lake Havasu: Boating mecca. London Bridge. About 3 hours away.
- Palm Springs: LA’s premiere resort town. Day spas galore. Four hours away.
Adult Center
The Center is the new “Place to Play” for Prescott-area adults aged 18 & over. The Adult Center of Prescott offers nearly 21,000 square-feet of space for adult-oriented recreation, education, & entertainment, including a ballroom/auditorium with a 4,000 ft. ‘floating’ dance floor.
