howdy partners hey peeps cheers cheers this is randall and diambro here  we are your local hopefully favorites that’s right realtors here in prescott you don’t know me by now they were just playing that song we’re jersey lily’s our favorite haul favorite haunt we sauntered up here right on whiskey road right on whiskey row it’s a great honky tonk great music great times we’ve had a lot of fun here um and we thought what a great place to start our new year 2020 a new decade 2020 yeah oh gosh doesn’t it seem weird it was like what will it be like in the year 2000 yeah remember 2020 there was going to be a sea lab under the city somewhere and jetson cars jets and cars that hasn’t happened yet yeah but that’s all right i’m still holding at home i’m still holding on though but we’re still here i’m still kicking we’re still kicking yeah jersey lily is uh new year’s eve central yeah it is prescott likes right above us here is the president likes just prescott the boot drop and only here in prescott will you have two two drops yeah one for the 10 p.m crowd yeah you know who you are we’re one of them sometimes they’re like you know i’m tired yeah it’s time to go home yeah so just like the uh new year’s ball and uh times square the the time square ball we have we have a boot and the boot will drop much as the ball drops it’s like a cowboy boot yeah yeah one is synchronized with the ball in new york city so at our time that’s ten o’clock and so we celebrate new year’s at ten o’clock for the boot drop and then two hours later they pull that sucker again for 12. drop it again so only here in prescott arizona do you get to celebrate the start of the new year twice gotta wait for the other shoe to drop exactly i love it but what we wanted to do was come here and just say happy new year to everyone out who follows us um we’ve had an amazing year and we are so looking forward to 2020. yeah 2020 is going to be a great year we have some new tricks up our sleeves absolutely that’s your sleeve get it and we are looking forward to providing you with even more better service than you’ve ever had and helping everyone out there who’s like on the line do i want to move or not yep yes you do yes you do yes you do we did it yeah if you’re thinking about a new year’s resolution here’s a good one yes start your new life and press get that result correct we’ve been here his number one retirement destination and just and with good reason just a beautiful little queen town with wonderful wonderful people it’s a lot of fun the living is good and it’s cheap and everything is beautiful everything is gorgeous you get a little bit of nature you still get your music your fun times your art galleries uh we have it all and it’s just a really nice pace of life and i have met some of the nicest people here that have become lifelong friends and so if you’re thinking about it and you’re you’re feeling like a little something inside you saying i need to make a change make 2020 the year of your change could be yours could be yours and so come check it out come check it out yeah we can come help you find that right absolutely so anyway we wanted to say thank you to all of our past clients absolutely and to all of our future clients thank you for thinking of us um we want to help make your dream come true so happy new year make it a happy new year by giving us a call we’re going to find you my dear online at 713-302-1964 uh you’ve seen all kinds of information here about prescott what it’s like to live here all kinds of good information uh if you’re looking to sell a home here in prescott we can help you there too you can find us at wesellprescott.com so think about it give us a call let your new decade start with a bang here in prescott arizona you cannot go wrong am i right cannot where’s your drink it’s right here you should chase to that yeah it turns to that we don’t have homes under the sea here yet not yet we don’t have them we are working on the jets and cars and the jackson cars maybe maybe anyway thanks for watching and uh hope to see you in 2020 happy new year bye
