Whenever a new restaurant opens, we try to be among the first to make it in to try it out. We have been dreadfully slow this time, but let me tell you…it was worth the wait!

Video Transcriptgood morning hello peeps Diana Randle bro here we are your local preset realtor team she’s pickle lady I am the pickle lady um we are so excited we’re a little embarrassed that we’re kind of late to the game but we just discovered an amazing breakfast place that we absolutely love called the local local on McCormick yep very unique breakfast dishes um my favorite is they make super super like crepe pancakes yeah those are awesome and homemade syrup unbelievable everything is from scratch it’s delicious what is some of your favorite uh really good specialty coffees yes and you get your pot pie they have a breakfast pot pile it’s amazing um just to die for and what’s the other thing there’s an what is it um and usually I go there I get the usual yeah and I like the usual I like the idea of going to some place called The Local and ordering the usual and he gets the usual I get the usual bacon and eggs bacon and eggs some pretty pretty straightforward place it’s uh the decor is really really cute very festive great colors festive and colorful they have a lot of work uh from local artists for sale y they have a lot of great ceramic you know they have great mugs and um Pottery it’s merch they got some local merch local merch it is the most Charming Place yeah and it’s just darling and really good breakfast unique dishes you know they have eggs benedict but they also have like and chicken Frio all kinds of lot of really good stuff and it’s all made with the freshest of ingredients and some of it’s organic and it’s just great really really good it makes me feel good limited yeah the color is nice and bright they do have limited seating outside it overlooks the parking lot which is not the best but if it’s a really beautiful crisp day yeah uh you know might be there with your pup and have a cup of coffee go there with your dog and have a cup of coffee yeah really really so we were super excited and if we’re not working on a Sunday we head out to the local local just enjoy our time there and um like I said it’s a very cheerful place and we dig it yeah so if you’re living here try the local on McCormack good stuff really good stuff really good breakfast stuff lots of really good restaurant tips on our site you can find a whole bunch of those Ong with a whole bunch of other stuff you can find that at pickle 411.com that is our free information site whether you’re a buyer seller somewhere in between doesn’t matter that’s right there’s something there waiting for you that will Amaze aound educate and um inform give us a call all free well maybe we’ll take you to the local yeah the local you the local all right my friends have a great day bye bye
