Good afternoon. Hello peeps. Hello pickle peeps. This is Diane and Randall Bro coming to you from Prescott, Arizona. Yeah, she’s the pickle lady. I’m Randall. That’s right. Don’t forget that. Just to make sure you know. You need You should know. Yeah. So, we get a lot of calls sometimes and questions about our team. Yes. So, we kind of wanted to chat about that a little bit. Yes. Um, so we have a great team who supports us and keeps this whole shinding running smoothly. Um, because we’re not always the best at uh, staying on top of things. Yes. Somebody staring at it all day long. That’s right. Sometimes, you know, we’re out all the time with clients and we get home, we’re tired, and thank goodness we have a tremendous team. Yes. That says, “Hey, don’t forget A, B, and C.” We’re like, “Oh, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.” and uh they help us keep everything running smoothly and like a top. Absolutely. So, shout out to Michelle and Eric. Absolutely. So, if we ever work with you and we do any business with you, um don’t be alarmed if you hear from somebody named Michelle or Eric. Um they are legit. They’re with us. Um we couldn’t do this without No, absolutely not. We also have a transaction coordinator. Yes. And she does nothing but paperwork for us. She does all the Her name is Alana. You It’s got to be done right. There’s a lot of it. That’s right. And she is on it. She’s phenomenal. White on rice, as they say in the south. Like white on rice. White on rice. So yeah, she’s another one you’ll hear from. She’ll send you an email. Oh, don’t forget. You need to initial this. Don’t forget. She’s amazing. Yeah, absolutely. So, uh, we feel like we finally have hit our stride in having some really good staff that just support us, back us up, and make the whole, uh, transaction pleasant for all people involved. For you, for us, you know, it it’s just, uh, it takes a lot of the stress and worry out, I hope, for you guys that we’re working with. But wait, we sure try. That is not all. You’re right. Thank you for reminding me. That’s not all. That’s right. So, the other good thing is um living here in Prescott because it’s a small town, a lot of our vendors that we work with on the regular on a regular basis, they’ve really become like family. They’re really like friends. Absolutely. So, when I refer you to most of these people, I know it’s with a sense of trust. I know you can trust them. They’re going to do a good job and they’re going to be responsible. And they’re going to be responsible quickly. Yeah. and they’ll be there on time. And um so a lot of these people are kind of like under in our little family. And that’s a shout out to uh Jim who who helps us with uh carpet cleaning. And we have uh Nicole and Mel with handiwork, painting, house cleaning. They help you even unpack boxes. She’s got she’s got the I mean it goes on and on and on. I mean inspectors inspector title team over at Yavapai Title. Yeah. I mean just phenomenal. I mean these are people that honestly I do consider as part of our family. We see them socially. We you know we hang out. We have lunch. We have dinner. You know I mean just you know you can’t find better folks than the people we work with. Good. So what that means for you is if you’re in a transaction and their repairs Yep. We will play the role of general contractor and bring in everyone that you’re going to need to get all that done. Absolutely. Uh if you want to look at some renovations or design, we have people for that, right? Uh electricians and plumbers and uh just you name it. Um it goes on and on. It goes on and on and on. Yeah. And all all very very responsive people and all really high quality and we personally have worked with them like Abraham and a lot of folks. I mean, puny cabinets, Abraham’s your guy. Uh, I mean, it just goes on and on. And so, uh, we’ve had personal experience with them. We recommend them. And of course, every now and then, if it doesn’t work, always let us know. You know what I mean? And we always want to know. But, so, when you work with us, we try to deliver uh services as well to help you achieve your goals and get things done. A lot of folks move in, they want new flooring. We got a great flooring guy. they want to repaint their house, we got new, you know, we have people for that. So, always don’t be afraid after the transactions closed. Always call us. We are happy. Sometimes I hear from people six months later, even a year later, I’m like, “Yeah, let me think about that.” I’ll search my my file and get back with you and recommend somebody, even a locksmith, you name it. Yeah. Yeah. If you uh if you go to our website uh which by the way our free information site is pickle411.com uh you’ll find there our relocation center relocation center and there you can search and and not just plumbers electricians and people like that uh nail salons and hair salons and just all kinds of stuff. If if we come across something here in Prescott that we think might be of value and we like uh we put it on the Prescott relocation center and uh it’s it’s pretty exhaustive. So it’s it’s a great a great place for free information 100%. So we are full service people. Absolutely. Um and we try to be full service even after the transaction. Yeah. Absolutely. Hopefully we’ll remain friends. Um that’s our goal. Yeah. You can always reach out to us for anything at all. doctors, lawyers, maybe not lawyers so much, but No, I think there’s at least one or two.
