So, uh, for we may have talked about this in the past, but this this 2025 was a was a tough year because we had a lot of home renovation that was kind of forced upon us. Uh, so the long story short is we had to redo all of our floors. Uh, and we installed was it luxury uh vinyl tile? Yep. And not tile, luxury vinyl planks. Planks. Yeah. Love it. Love it. Love it. Beautiful. You can go right over your existing tile. Yeah. Just a shout out to Desert Flooring. So, Hi, Desert Flooring. So, if you need to do that, that’s our that’s our uh our folks for that. They did a great job. The floors are beautiful. Uh the problem with floors that are new and beautiful is it makes everything else look old and ugly. Our stuff looked like poop. Yeah. So, we had to get rid of the sofa cuz the sofa suddenly really looked bad. With all the new rugs and the new flooring, it was like, ew. Yeah, we need to do a little upgrading. So, that brought us to that brought us to Puitz. Fabulous 10,000 I think 10,000 square foot furniture store in Prescott Valley, which is, you know, 20 minutes down the road from Prescott and we had heard about it and we said, you know what? Let’s go down there and see. I had a very specific sofa in mind. I came in literally two minutes saw it said that’s the one sold. Done. Yeah, even if that I mean you made your decision in 10 seconds. Yeah, I saw it. We’re looking for caramel colored sofas builtin easy chair. Like what about that one over there? There you go. That’s the one we bought. And it’s a familyowned business, so they’re very handson. Um they get your delivery right quick. I mean, we got our sofa like in two days. They turn it right around and uh they also give financing if you need that. Yep. uh very easy process if you needed to do that. And they just were so responsive and right on the right on the money. Yeah. And it was just such a nice shopping experience. And you name it, they have it all. Yeah. So, if you’re looking for anything, dining room tables, kitchen tables, sofas, chair, whatever, they have it. And uh because it is family-owned, they’re hands-on and super super friendly. And it was just a very positive, good experience. Yeah. We shave it. No, shave it. Shave it. Share it. Share it and shave it. The sofa didn’t have any fur or anything on it, but we shaved it anyway. Not sure where that came from. So, for those of you who are looking to move to Prescott and you’ve got things like old sofas, old tables, hutches. Oh, I hate the hutches. Yep. Listen, before you spend a fortune moving all your old stuff to your new home, hold off. You might want to go to Puit’s uh some of the other furnishing places that we have about town, just start new. Just start new. Uh we should have done that and we if you’re buying your house based on the furniture that you have. Uh don’t do it. Don’t do that. Don’t do that. It’s too hard. Or even if you’re kind of thinking you want to do that, go to some place like Puitz. Go around town. Look at the furnishings that are here. Chances are you’re going to find something that will fit your new home perfectly, right? And for the the cost of moving it halfway across the country or whatever it is, you not just not worth it.
